Abstract
本发明公开了一种高透明自粘膜,包括基膜、环保粘膜、透明塑基膜、抗压高透强度复膜和保护外膜,环保粘膜复合在基膜外侧,透明塑基膜复合在所述环保粘膜外侧,透明塑基膜上由内而外设有聚碳酸酯分子层和透明聚酰胺分子层,抗压高透强度复膜复合在透明塑基膜外侧,保护外膜复合在抗压高透强度复膜外侧,制备包括以下步骤:(1)备料;(2)专用透明膜制备;(3)压膜预热;(4)膜的复合;(5)冷却;(6)包装。通过上述方式,本发明能够兼具良好的透明度和抗压保护性能,保护膜的透明塑基膜和抗压高透强度复膜具备超高透明度,而抗压高透强度复膜拥有超高透明度同时具备抗压高强度性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及透明膜领域,特别是涉及一种高透明自粘膜及其加工方法。
背景技术
自粘膜是一种高透明而富有弹性的薄膜。它具有较高的拉伸强度,撕裂强度以及良好的耐刺穿性.以线性低密度聚乙烯为主要原料加入少许辅料均匀混合,经挤出系统熔融塑化然后再经机头以及成型模具采用单层,双层,或三层共挤流涎工艺制成的一种新型包装材料。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高透明自粘膜及其加工方法,能够兼具良好的透明度和抗压保护性能,保护膜的透明塑基膜和抗压高透强度复膜具备超高透明度,而抗压高透强度复膜拥有超高透明度同时具备抗压高强度性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高透明自粘膜,包括基膜、环保粘膜、透明塑基膜、抗压高透强度复膜和保护外膜,所述环保粘膜复合在所述基膜外侧,所述透明塑基膜复合在所述环保粘膜外侧,所述透明塑基膜上由内而外设有聚碳酸酯分子层和透明聚酰胺分子层,所述抗压高透强度复膜复合在所述透明塑基膜外侧,所述保护外膜复合在所述抗压高透强度复膜外侧。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗压高透强度复膜为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材质。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述透明塑基膜厚度厚于所述抗压高透强度复膜厚度。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗压高透强度复膜厚度厚于所述保护外膜厚度。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,自粘膜加工方法包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:准备传统的基膜、环保粘膜和保护外膜,然后制备透明塑基膜和抗压高透强度复膜;
(2)专用透明膜制备:制备由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材质组成的抗压高透强度复膜,制备由聚碳酸酯材质和透明聚酰胺材质制作的透明塑基膜;
(3)压膜预热:将压膜设备预热到预定温度;
(4)膜的复合:依次将基膜、环保粘膜、透明塑基膜、抗压高透强度复膜和保护外膜复合到一起;
(5)静至冷却:将上述复合膜冷却一段时间;
(6)包装。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够兼具良好的透明度和抗压保护性能,保护膜的透明塑基膜和抗压高透强度复膜具备超高透明度,而抗压高透强度复膜拥有超高透明度同时具备抗压高强度性能。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种高透明自粘膜,包括基膜1、环保粘膜2、透明塑基膜3、抗压高透强度复膜4和保护外膜5,所述环保粘膜2复合在所述基膜1外侧,所述透明塑基膜3复合在所述环保粘膜2外侧,所述透明塑基膜3上由内而外设有聚碳酸酯分子层6和透明聚酰胺分子层7,所述抗压高透强度复膜4复合在所述透明塑基膜3外侧,所述保护外膜5复合在所述抗压高透强度复膜4外侧。
另外,所述抗压高透强度复膜4为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材质。
另外,所述透明塑基膜3厚度厚于所述抗压高透强度复膜4厚度。
另外,所述抗压高透强度复膜4厚度厚于所述保护外膜5厚度。
另外,自粘膜加工方法包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:准备传统的基膜1、环保粘膜2和保护外膜5,然后制备透明塑基膜3和抗压高透强度复膜4;
(2)专用透明膜制备:制备由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材质组成的抗压高透强度复膜4,制备由聚碳酸酯材质和透明聚酰胺材质制作的透明塑基膜3;
(3)压膜预热:将压膜设备预热到预定温度;
(4)膜的复合:依次将基膜1、环保粘膜2、透明塑基膜3、抗压高透强度复膜4和保护外膜5复合到一起;
(5)静至冷却:将上述复合膜冷却一段时间;
(6)包装。

1.一种高透明自粘膜,包括基膜、环保粘膜、透明塑基膜、抗压高透强度复膜和保护外膜,其特征在于,所述环保粘膜复合在所述基膜外侧,所述透明塑基膜复合在所述环保粘膜外侧,所述透明塑基膜上由内而外设有聚碳酸酯分子层和透明聚酰胺分子层,所述抗压高透强度复膜复合在所述透明塑基膜外侧,所述保护外膜复合在所述抗压高透强度复膜外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高透明自粘膜,其特征在于,所述抗压高透强度复膜为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材质。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高透明自粘膜,其特征在于,所述透明塑基膜厚度厚于所述抗压高透强度复膜厚度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高透明自粘膜,其特征在于,所述抗压高透强度复膜厚度厚于所述保护外膜厚度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高透明自粘膜加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:准备传统的基膜、环保粘膜和保护外膜,然后制备透明塑基膜和抗压高透强度复膜;
(2)专用透明膜制备:制备由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材质组成的抗压高透强度复膜,制备由聚碳酸酯材质和透明聚酰胺材质制作的透明塑基膜;
(3)压膜预热:将压膜设备预热到预定温度;
(4)膜的复合:依次将基膜、环保粘膜、透明塑基膜、抗压高透强度复膜和保护外膜复合到一起;
(5)静至冷却:将上述复合膜冷却一段时间;
(6)包装。
