After the roll changing is completed, the loop car 61 drives the inner carrier roller changing device of the loop to reach the hoisting position, and then the inner carrier roller changing device of the loop is hoisted out of the loop track 6.
From the above, the horizontal loop system provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the inner loop carrier roller changing device and the loop trolley 61 are detachably connected, so that the inner loop carrier roller changing device can be disconnected with the loop trolley 61 and lifted out of the loop track 6 after being used, and the influence on the normal use of a horizontal loop system is avoided; and when the horizontal loop system is in a closed space, the supporting roller changing device in the loop can follow the loop vehicle 61 to enter the closed space along the loop track 6, so that the supporting roller in the closed space is hoisted and replaced, the problem that a hoisting tool needs to be erected at a replacement position in the roll changing process is avoided, the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, and the safety and the operation efficiency of roll changing are improved. The above effect is more prominent especially when the horizontal loop is in a closed space.

10. A horizontal loop system, characterized in that the horizontal loop system comprises a loop track, a loop carrier roller mechanism, a loop vehicle and a loop inner carrier roller changing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
the loop trolley is movably arranged on the loop track;
the loop carrier roller mechanism is arranged along the loop track;
the roll changing platform is movably arranged on the loop track through the traveling wheel, the roll changing platform is connected with the loop vehicles through a detachable structure, and the roll changing platform can move along the loop track under the driving of the loop vehicles.

The horizontal loop system of claim 10, further comprising a loop car driving device, wherein the loop car driving device comprises a winding device and a winding bogie, the winding device and the winding bogie are respectively disposed at two ends of the loop track, and a traction cable is disposed between the winding device and the winding bogie and connected to the loop car.
