The invention discloses a simple organic garbage recovery system which comprises garbage storage equipment, a crushing part and a conveying part, wherein the garbage storage equipment is of a double-layer structure, the upper part of the garbage storage equipment is provided with a material guide plate capable of being opened and closed, the lower part of the garbage storage equipment is provided with a garbage storage cavity, the crushing part is used for crushing garbage and is communicated with the upper part of the garbage storage equipment, the material guide plate inclines towards the crushing part, the conveying part is respectively communicated with the crushing part and the garbage storage cavity and is provided with a conveyor moving towards the garbage storage cavity, and the bottoms of the conveying part and the garbage storage cavity are respectively provided with a filter plate to form a solid-liquid separation interlayer. The invention belongs to the technical field of organic garbage recovery, and compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: small volume and can be pretreated at the front end of garbage recovery.

Background
The organic garbage comprises fruit and vegetable garbage and kitchen garbage, and is waste containing organic matter components in household garbage. the leavening agent mixing device comprises a leavening agent storage tank and a spiral feeder, the leavening agent storage tank is communicated with the spiral feeder through a liquid pump, and the spiral feeder is used for conveying the materials of the stepped crushing mechanism to the fermentation tank;
the central control device is electrically connected with the electric door, the stepped crushing mechanism and the leavening agent mixing device.

Example 1, see FIGS. 1-4: the simple organic garbage recovery system comprises a garbage feeding port 1, a stepped crushing mechanism 2, a fermentation agent mixing device 3, a fermentation tank 4 and a central control device.
The structure of the garbage throwing port 1 is shown in fig. 2, the garbage storing port is a cylindrical structure arranged on the ground, is used for storing organic garbage, is communicated with the stepped crushing mechanism 2, and is separated from the stepped crushing mechanism 2 through an electric door 11. Specifically, the electric door 11 is a horizontal electric plate gate arranged at the bottom of the garbage throwing port 1, and the driving motor drives the screw to rotate so as to control the closing and opening of the gate plate.
The stepped crushing mechanism 2 can be used for crushing the garbage and realizing solid-liquid separation, and the water content in the garbage is kept between 45 and 60 percent, and the garbage becomes even garbage, and is designed underground in order to ensure that the occupied area of the garbage is small. The crushers 22 are respectively communicated and arranged at the tail ends of the linear feeding equipment 21, the crushers 22 are double-shaft crushers 22, wherein the expected value of the crushed material of the first crusher 22 close to the garbage throwing port 1 is 10-15cm, the crushing diameter of the second crusher 22 is less than 5cm, the crushers 22 can also play a certain squeezing role when crushing garbage, so that solid-liquid separation is realized, and the arrangement of the two progressive crushers 22 can realize more thorough crushing and greatly enhance the solid-liquid separation degree.
The leavening agent mixing device 3 comprises a leavening agent storage tank 31 and a spiral feeder 32, the leavening agent storage tank 31 is arranged on the ground, so that a user can add liquid conveniently, leavening agent in the leavening agent storage tank is formed by mixing microorganisms or biological enzymes such as bacillus microorganisms, pseudomonas microorganisms and bifidobacterium microorganisms in proportion, the leavening agent storage tank is communicated with the spiral feeder 32 through a liquid pump 33, the liquid pump 33 preferably adopts a metering pump, the spiral feeder 32 is also obliquely arranged, the spiral feeder 32 can uniformly turn over materials to realize the mixing of the microorganisms, the spiral feeder 32 is communicated with the fermentation tank 4 and the second crusher 22, and a spiral blade of the spiral feeder 32 adopts a shaft blade and the bottom of the spiral feeder is also communicated with the sewage discharge pipeline 23.
The fermentation tank 4 is a place where organic garbage with proper humidity is fermented, and is buried underground in the implementation, and a sealing cover 41 is arranged at the opening. Wherein, the fermentation tank 4 is selected to be aerobic or anaerobic according to the garbage fermentation, and whether oxygen inlet equipment such as a gas valve or a heating device is added or not can be reasonably selected according to the environmental temperature of the place where the fermentation tank is located, and preferably, the fermentation tank 4 is provided with waste purification equipment.
The central control device is a PLC controller and is electrically connected with the electric door 11, the stepped crushing mechanism 2 and the leavening agent mixing device 3. A timing system arranged in the central control device can control the operation of the whole device by taking 24 hours as a period so as to meet the garbage recycling requirement.
When the garbage recycling device is used specifically, the garbage recycling device is preset through a timing function of the central control device, and garbage recycling operation is carried out 12 o' clock a day and night. Wherein, the operation steps are as follows: firstly, the electric door 11 is opened, the garbage naturally falls into the first linear feeding device 21, the shaftless helical blade rotates to transport materials and enable more wastewater to flow into the sewage discharge pipeline 23, and the garbage is crushed and subjected to solid-liquid separation through crushing and extrusion of the first crusher 22; similarly, the second linear feeding device 21 and the crusher 22 function similarly, and after the process, the garbage gradually forms uniform garbage and enters the spiral feeder 32; the metering pump is matched with the screw feeder 32 to realize the purpose of adding the leaven and stirring, and finally enters the fermentation tank 4 for fermentation and waiting for recovery. This is the former stage link of organic waste recovery, and follow-up still needs to carry out many processes such as after-fermentation, aftertreatment, deodorization, storage.
