The present invention relates to the field of kitchen waste treatment technology, and more particularly to a kitchen waste treatment machine and a method thereof.
Background

The present invention has a vacuum deodorization device or method to perform the functions of water-vapor separation, filtration, cooling, deodorization and insect prevention on the odor generated during the fermentation process of kitchen waste, and can effectively solve the problem of bad environment caused by the present invention.

As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the vacuum deodorizing device 6 is connected to the vacuum extraction pipe 61 for extracting and treating the odor generated during the fermentation process of the kitchen waste in the inner container 3; the vacuum deodorizing device 6 is connected in series with a check valve 62, a steam-water separator 63, a filter 64, a refrigerating unit 65, a vacuum pump 66 and a mixer 67 in sequence by pipelines, and the mixer 67 is filled with bamboo charcoal and bamboo vinegar; in other words, the vacuum deodorization device 6 can be activated by the vacuum pump 66 to enable the vacuum pumping pipe 61 to pump the high temperature odor in the inner container 3, and then pass through the check valve 62 and the steam-water separator 63 to filter the moisture of the high temperature odor, and then pass through the filter 64 to filter the impurities in the high temperature odor, and then pass through the refrigeration unit 65 to cool the high temperature odor, and finally pass through the mixer 67 to deodorize and add some insect-proof agents, so as to convert the odor into clean gas for emission, thereby protecting the environment.
The crushing device 7 is connected to a main unit 71 of the crushing device 7 and drives the mincing knife bar 72 to rotate, wherein the mincing knife bar 72 is located inside the inner container 3 so as to crush kitchen waste, the main unit 71 is closely adjacent to the upper end surface of the cover body 4, and the appearance of the main unit 71 has a shape convenient for being held by a hand of a human body.

Further, the vacuum deodorization device used in the vacuum-pumping deodorization step 84 is composed of a check valve, a steam-water separator, a filter, a refrigeration unit, a vacuum pump and a mixer in series connected in sequence by a pipeline, wherein bamboo charcoal and bamboo vinegar are placed in the mixer for performing steam-water separation, filtration, cooling, deodorization and insect prevention on the odor generated during the fermentation process of the kitchen waste.

a step of heating and rotating the inner container, which is to place the inner container in a seat body with a heater and a driver, and to heat and rotate the inner container at the same time, so that the kitchen waste is heated uniformly and fermented at high temperature for a period of time to form fertilizer for use.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the vacuum deodorizing device used in the step of vacuum deodorizing comprises a check valve, a steam-water separator, a filter, a refrigerating unit, a vacuum pump and a mixer connected in series in the pipeline.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the vacuum deodorizing device comprises a mixer containing bamboo charcoal and bamboo vinegar.
