Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electric power overhaul, and particularly relates to a concrete pole power failure climbing protection waist rope.
Background
The 35kV and below voltage class line mainly takes concrete poles as the main line, the concrete poles without anti-falling devices and foot nails are climbed, and the operating personnel only rely on the foot buckles and the safety belt waist ropes for protection. However, in the practice of electric power construction and maintenance, when climbing a concrete pole (cement pole) without a foot pin, the operating personnel who fall off the foot pin slide downwards along the pole body from the high position of the pole, the higher the height is, the faster the downward sliding speed is, and thus, the injury to the operating personnel is greatly improved. The main reason is that when the climbers fall off and the operator falls down, the existing safety waist rope can only protect the operator from falling off towards the outside of the rod body in an inclined way, but cannot effectively reduce the kinetic energy injury caused by the speed of the operator sliding down under the action of gravity.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a waist rope for protecting a concrete pole during power failure climbing, aiming at the defects in the prior art. The safety catch is simple in structure, safe and reliable, and can effectively prevent potential safety hazards of rapid falling caused by falling off of the climbers.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a power-off climbing protection waist rope for a concrete pole mainly comprises a safety harness, a connecting rope and an anti-skidding surrounding pole belt; the lower end of the safety belt is provided with a connecting hole; one end of the anti-skid surrounding rod belt is provided with a D-shaped hanging ring, and the other end of the anti-skid surrounding rod belt is provided with a self-locking device; the self-locking device is provided with a grapple III; one end of the connecting rope is provided with a rope grabbing device, and the rope grabbing device is provided with a grapple I; the other end of the connecting rope sequentially penetrates through the connecting hole of the safety harness and the D-shaped hanging ring of the anti-skidding surrounding rod belt, and the end part of the connecting rope is provided with a grapple II.
The invention aims to reduce the injury of operators when an upper nailless concrete rod (cement rod) falls, improves the waist rope of the safety belt and adds the anti-skidding surrounding rod belt. When a person who climbs the pole stands stably and grabs the rope grabbing device to lift upwards, the self-locking device on the anti-skidding enclosing pole belt is automatically loosened to adjust the waist rope to a proper position, and when the rope grabbing device is loosened, the self-locking device on the anti-skidding enclosing pole belt automatically clasps the pole. When the climbers drop carelessly, and the operating personnel loses and steps on the pole strong point and do the free fall motion, self-lock device on the anti-skidding surrounding rod area will start, fixes the operating personnel on the pole wait for the rescue, so not only improves the security of operation, does not influence the efficiency of stepping on the pole personnel and going up the pole moreover.
The invention further discloses that an anti-abrasion protective sleeve is arranged on the connecting rope which is contacted with the D-shaped hanging ring. When the anti-skidding surrounding rod belt is held tightly automatically, the connecting rope and the D-shaped hanging ring have larger friction force, and the anti-abrasion protective sleeve is additionally arranged, so that the safety performance can be further improved, and the service life of the anti-skidding surrounding rod belt can be prolonged.
The functions of each part of the invention are introduced:
safety braces: the safety harness is used for an operator to wear, connect the anti-skidding surrounding rod belt and the connecting rope, so that the operator is prevented from falling off from the telegraph pole when an accident happens.
Rope grab: a connecting device for connecting and fixing the connecting rope.
Grabbing a hook: and the connecting device is used for connecting the connecting rope and the anti-skidding surrounding rod belt.
Self-locking device: the self-locking device is started when the climbers drop and fall accidentally, so that the anti-skidding surrounding rod belt is ensured to fix the telegraph pole.
The antiskid encloses the pole area: the utility model is used for holding the telegraph pole tightly and not sliding down when the worker accidentally drops.
An anti-abrasion protective sleeve: the wear resistance between the connecting rope and the telegraph pole is increased.
The use method of the invention comprises the following steps:
1. the worker wears the safety harness, firstly, the anti-skid surrounding pole with the right side belt is provided with the grapple III of the self-locking device to loosen the connecting rope to surround the pole; the grapple III buckles the connecting rope again; the electric pole is arranged between the anti-skidding pole surrounding belt and the connecting rope.
2. And buckling buckles at two sides of the waist of the worn safety belt by using a grab hook I on the rope grab and a grab hook II at the other end of the connecting rope.
3. The length between the connecting rope on the rope grabbing device and the body is adjusted. When the climbers drop carelessly and the operating personnel lose the pole-climbing supporting point to do free-falling body movement, the self-locking device on the anti-skidding enclosing pole belt can be started to fix the operating personnel on the telegraph pole for waiting for rescue, so that the operation safety is improved, and the pole-climbing efficiency of the pole-climbing personnel for climbing up and down the pole is not influenced.
The invention has the advantages that:
the invention is applied to the climbing operation process of the existing concrete pole (cement pole) without a foot nail, can better protect the safety of the operating personnel, effectively reduces the injury caused by the kinetic energy of the operating personnel sliding down from the pole high position, improves the safety of the operating personnel for getting on and off the pole to the maximum extent, and protects the personal risk of the operating personnel.
