(2) Experimental animals: SD rats 20, 200 + -20 g in body weight, half male and half female, provided by Guangzhou university of medical sciences.
Second, test method
The effect on rat pepsin and gastric acid was observed: 20 SD rats were randomly divided into a control group (10) of 0.9% sodium chloride solution and an experimental group (10) prepared in example 3, and single-cage rats were fasted for 24 hours without water deprivation, then the rats were anesthetized with 20% urethane, then the abdominal hair was cut off, the skin was sterilized by a conventional method, an incision of about 2.5cm in length was made under the xiphoid process along the abdominal leucoline, the stomach was lifted, and the junction of the pylorus and the duodenum was ligated with a suture. from the above experimental results, the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the present invention can increase the secretion of free gastric acid and total gastric acid, and has significant difference (P <0.05) compared with the control group. The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention has the effects of promoting digestion, improving constipation, and promoting digestion and appetite.
