Abstract
The invention discloses a quick nail extension adhesive. The quick nail extension adhesive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50-70 parts of methacrylic polyurethane, 10-20 parts of fumed silica, 5-15 parts of acrylic monomer, 1-3 parts of photoinitiator, 0.05-0.3 part of defoamer and 0.02-0.15 part of polymerization inhibitor. The rapid nail extension glue provided by the invention omits the complex method of the traditional nail extension glue paper holder, and the formed nail extension glue has the advantages of transparency, gloss, high strength, good toughness and good durability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of nail art, in particular to a quick nail extension adhesive.
Background
The nail extension gel is nail polish gel which can prolong the nail effect of fingernails on nails. At present, nail extension glue needs to be operated by a professional nail designer in a nail shop because of the plurality of required tools and complex steps. At present, nail extension adhesives in market circulation increase plasticity by adding a large amount of solids such as PMMA particles, so that the strength of the adhesive is reduced, bending resistance is not realized, transparency is low, and deep curing effect is affected if color paste is added, so that the problem needs to be solved.

The methacrylic polyurethane is one or more than two of the product types 2102C,2102D,2302, 2632, 2312 and 2892 produced by Zhaoqing Taojun chemical industry Co.
The fumed silica is selected from more than one of winning wound R972, winning wound R974, degussa A380, cabot M5 and Wake H20.
Preferably, the acrylic monomer is selected from more than one of hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), hydroxypropyl methacrylate (HPMA), isobornyl methacrylate (IBOMA) and tetrahydrofuranyl methacrylate (THFMA).

The invention also provides a preparation method of the quick nail extension glue, which comprises the following steps: sequentially adding the methacrylic polyurethane, the fumed silica, the acrylic monomer, the photoinitiator, the defoamer and the polymerization inhibitor into a container, uniformly stirring, and dispersing at the temperature of 50-80 ℃ under negative pressure of-0.05 Pa until the mixture is uniform and transparent to prepare the rapid nail extension adhesive.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the nail extension glue provided by the invention is in a semisolid non-flowing state, and the traditional nail extension glue comprises the following operation steps: finishing and polishing nails, applying primer and curing by irradiation of a UV lamp, coating extension adhesive of the nails on PC nail sheets, attaching one surface of the PC nail sheets with the extension adhesive to the nails and curing by irradiation of the UV lamp, removing the PC nail sheets and polishing and finishing the nails. Compared with the traditional liquid extension glue; the rapid nail extension glue provided by the invention omits the complex method of a paper holder, and the formed nail extension glue has the advantages of transparency, gloss, high strength, good toughness and good durability.
2. The fumed silica contained in the nail extension glue improves the strength and toughness of the nail extension glue, is easy to mold, is simple to operate, and is resistant to bending after being cured, and good in durability.

The following examples are further illustrative of the invention and are not intended to be limiting thereof. The equipment and reagents used in the present invention are conventional commercially available products in the art, unless specifically indicated.
The quick nail extension adhesive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50-70 parts of methacrylic polyurethane, 10-20 parts of fumed silica, 5-15 parts of acrylic monomer, 1-3 parts of photoinitiator, 0.05-0.3 part of defoamer and 0.02-0.15 part of polymerization inhibitor.
The following examples preferably provide that the urethane methacrylate be selected from one or more of the product types 2102C,2102D,2302, 2632, 2312 and 2892 manufactured by Tajun chemical industry Co., mitsui, inc. Further preferably, the methacrylic polyurethane is one of Taoqing Taojun chemical industry Co., ltd, taojun 2102C, taojun 2102D and Taojun 2302.

In the following examples, it is preferable that the polymerization inhibitor is one or more selected from the group consisting of p-hydroxyanisole, hydroquinone, aluminum N-nitroaniline, methylhydroquinone, p-benzoquinone, 2, 5-di-t-butylhydroquinone and 2-t-butylhydroquinone. Further preferably, the polymerization inhibitor is p-hydroxyanisole or N-nitroso-phenylhydroxylamine aluminum salt, which is tris (N-nitroso-N-phenylhydroxylamine) aluminum salt.

Comparative example 2
The same as in example 3, except that: 83.7g Baojun 2102D,15.0g hydroxyethyl methacrylate, without fumed silica added.
The prepared nail extension gels of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were tested, and the test data are shown in table 1:

As shown in Table 1, the rapid nail extension gel prepared in examples 1-5 has significantly better effect than the nail extension gels prepared in comparative examples 1 and 2, and the nail extension gel prepared in the invention has the characteristics of rapid and convenient operation, high transparency, high gel strength, bending resistance and good deep-layer curing after coloring.
