Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a method for pushing a digital procedure of a nuclear power plant is provided, and this embodiment is applied to a terminal for illustration by using the method, it is understood that the method may also be applied to a server, and may also be applied to a system including the terminal and the server, and implemented through interaction between the terminal and the server. In this embodiment, the method includes the steps of:
step 102, obtaining a time parameter and a nuclear power plant operation parameter.
In this embodiment, the operation parameters of the nuclear power plant refer to relevant data collected by the system in the operation state of the nuclear power plant, and specifically include accident condition parameters and unit overall operation parameters. The time parameter refers to the system time data of the current time, for example, 2021, 06, 01, 1, 30 minutes, 30 seconds, and the corresponding system running time can be calculated according to the time parameter and the historical time parameter.
Step 104, pushing a target digital rule and picture data matched with the digital rule when the preset rule pushing trigger condition is judged to be met according to the operation parameters of the nuclear power plant, wherein the target digital rule corresponds to the met preset rule pushing trigger condition.
In this embodiment, the digitizing procedure may also be referred to as SOP (Standard Operation Procedure, standard operating procedure) procedure. In practical application, a priority of triggering logic judgment is preset, namely logic judgment of the gauge Cheng Tuisong is performed first, and then judgment of a task pushing period is performed. The current power plant state can be obtained according to the nuclear power plant operation parameters, whether the preset procedure pushing trigger condition is met or not can be judged according to the power plant state, if yes, the corresponding digital procedure code and storage address, the picture code matched with the digital procedure and the screen configuration position parameters are obtained, and the corresponding digital procedure is pushed. The power plant states are divided into two main categories, namely an operating state and an accident state. For example, if the power plant state is determined to be the accident state according to the accident condition parameters, the accident regulations and the picture data matched with the accident regulations are pushed.
And step 106, when the trigger condition of pushing the preset procedure is not met according to the operation parameters of the nuclear power plant, judging whether the preset task pushing period is reached according to the time parameters.
According to the priority of the preset trigger logic judgment, when the operation parameters of the nuclear power plant are judged to not meet the preset rule pushing trigger conditions, the corresponding target digital rule pushing is not triggered, the judgment of the task pushing period is carried out, and whether the current system time parameter reaches the preset task pushing period is judged.
And step 108, if the target task reminding data is reached, pushing the target task reminding data to correspond to the reached preset task pushing period.
In this embodiment, the preset task pushing period includes a test task pushing period and a patrol task pushing period. In specific implementation, the method comprises the steps that an operator presets a test task pushing period and a patrol task pushing period of a test procedure, the time is counted according to a timing starting point corresponding to each period, then the system running time is obtained according to the obtained current time parameter, whether the system running time reaches the preset task pushing period is judged, and if the system running time reaches the preset task pushing period, corresponding task reminding data are pushed. The target task reminding data may be a message for reminding the operator to execute the task, or may be a user operation interface including the reminding message, and is not limited herein, as the specific situation may be determined.
According to the method for pushing the digital procedure of the nuclear power plant, the digital procedure of the nuclear power plant and the automatic pushing and task reminding of the matched pictures of the digital procedure of the nuclear power plant are realized through the acquired operation parameters and time parameters of the nuclear power plant, the preset procedure pushing trigger conditions and the task pushing period, the workload of operators for selecting the corresponding procedure can be greatly reduced, the procedure calling efficiency is improved, and the risk caused by manual misoperation can be further reduced.
In one embodiment, the nuclear power plant operating parameters comprise accident condition parameters and unit overall operating parameters, the preset rule pushing triggering conditions comprise preset accident rule pushing triggering conditions and preset unit start-stop operating rule pushing triggering conditions, and the target rules comprise accident rules and unit start-stop operating rules; step 104 comprises: step 124, pushing accident regulations and picture data matched with the accident regulations when the preset accident regulations pushing trigger conditions are judged to be met according to the accident condition parameters; and/or pushing the unit start-stop operation rule and the picture data matched with the unit start-stop operation rule when the preset unit start-stop operation rule pushing trigger condition is judged to be met according to the unit integral operation parameters.
Specifically, the nuclear power plant operating parameters include accident condition parameters and unit overall operating parameters. In practical application, according to the operation parameters and the time parameters of the nuclear power plant, whether the accident regulation pushing trigger conditions, the unit start-stop operation regulation pushing trigger conditions, the test task pushing period and the disk patrol task pushing period are met or not is sequentially judged according to preset trigger logic judging conditions, if any trigger condition is met, corresponding events are triggered, otherwise, the operation of judging by acquiring the operation parameters and the time parameters of the nuclear power plant is continued without triggering. Specifically, when judging whether the power plant state is an accident state according to accident condition parameters, if so, pushing accident rules and picture data matched with the accident rules, otherwise, judging whether the unit state meets unit start-stop operation rule pushing trigger conditions according to unit whole operation parameters, if so, pushing unit start-stop operation rules (comprising unit start operation rules and/or unit stop operation rules) corresponding to the unit state and picture data matched with the unit start-stop operation rules, otherwise, entering a step of judging whether a preset task pushing period is reached according to time parameters. In the embodiment, whether to push the accident regulation and the unit start-stop operation regulation or not is automatically judged through the accident condition parameters and the unit overall operation parameters, and the picture data matched with the regulation are pushed, so that the workload of operators for pushing the accident regulation and the unit start-stop operation regulation can be reduced, and the risk caused by error operation is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, pushing the accident protocol and the picture data associated with the accident protocol includes:
step 144, obtaining an accident handling strategy according to the accident condition parameters;
step 164, according to the accident handling policy, calling the corresponding accident handling operation list and the picture data matched with the accident regulation from the preset accident handling data table;
step 184, pushing the accident procedure and the picture data matched with the accident procedure based on the accident handling operation list and the picture data matched with the accident procedure in combination with the preset first screen configuration parameters.
The first screen configuration parameters comprise configuration parameters of picture data matched with the accident regulation and displayed on a screen. Accident conditions are further divided into accident conditions (design basis accidents, including rare accidents and extreme accidents) and serious accidents. The design basis accidents refer to accident conditions of the nuclear power plant, wherein the accident conditions take targeted measures in the design according to the determined design criteria. The typical over-design standard accident is 'three no accidents', namely, the reactor cannot be automatically shut down when an accident occurs, the coolant is lost, and no waste heat is led out for emergency cooling. In this embodiment, an operator presets a targeted measure according to actual conditions for various accidents, and presets an accident handling policy, an accident procedure matching picture and an accident handling data table of an accident operation list, wherein the accident handling policy is automatically calculated according to accident condition parameters, and the data table stores corresponding trigger procedure codes, storage addresses and procedure matching picture codes. When the method is implemented, a corresponding accident handling strategy can be determined according to accident condition parameters, then corresponding accident operation sheets and accident regulation matched picture data are called in the data table according to the accident handling strategy, then the accident regulation and pictures matched with the accident regulation are pushed on the basis of the picture data matched with the accident handling operation sheets and the accident regulation, and according to preset first screen configuration parameters, the accident regulation and the pictures matched with the accident regulation are automatically configured on the screen of the workstation, and further, multi-screen configuration can be carried out, namely, the accident regulation and the pictures matched with the accident regulation are simultaneously configured on a plurality of screens. In the embodiment, the accident procedure and the picture matched with the accident procedure can be automatically configured and pushed through presetting the accident handling strategy, the picture matched with the accident procedure and the data table of the accident operation list, so that the procedure calling efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the unit whole operation parameters include power plant start-stop equipment information, and when it is determined that a preset unit start-stop operation rule pushing trigger condition is met according to the unit whole operation parameters, pushing the unit start-stop operation rule and picture data matched with the unit start-stop operation rule include: when the preset unit start-stop operation rule pushing triggering condition is judged to be met according to the power plant start-stop equipment information, the unit start-stop operation rule and picture data matched with the unit start-stop operation rule are pushed by combining with the preset second screen configuration parameters.
The preset second screen configuration parameters refer to configuration parameters of a unit start-stop operation procedure displayed on a screen, and the power plant start-stop equipment information refers to nuclear power plant start-stop key equipment information. Specifically, the system comprises the information of unit power, temperature, pressure, main pump state, control rod state, primary circuit boron concentration, water level, unit mode and the like. When the method is implemented, the current unit state is judged according to the power plant start-stop equipment information, when the current unit state meets the preset unit start-stop operation rule pushing trigger condition, the unit start operation rule and/or the unit stop operation rule of the related unit to be executed in the current unit state are pushed, and a picture matched with the unit start rule or a picture matched with the unit stop operation rule is displayed on a corresponding screen of a workstation. In the embodiment, the unit start-stop operation procedure is pushed according to the power plant start-stop equipment information, so that the unit start-stop judgment by an operator can be reduced, the procedure calling efficiency is improved, and the risk caused by misoperation is reduced.
In one embodiment, when it is determined that the preset task push period is reached according to the time parameter, pushing the target task reminder data includes: step 128, pushing test task reminding data when the running time of the system reaches a preset test task pushing period according to the time parameter; and/or pushing the patrol task reminding data when the running time of the system reaches the preset patrol task pushing period according to the time parameter.
In practical application, an operator presets a test task pushing period of a test procedure, takes a time of changing a material or a time of finishing the last test as a timing starting point, obtains a system running time according to a time parameter, judges whether the system running time reaches the test task pushing period, and pushes test task reminding data to a workstation where the operator is located if the system running time reaches the test task pushing period. And the operator presets a disc patrol task pushing period and a disc patrol parameter picture sequence, and if the system running time reaches the preset disc patrol task pushing period, the disc patrol task reminding data are pushed to a workstation where the operator is located. In this embodiment, the system operation time is determined according to the time parameter, and when the system operation time reaches a preset task pushing period, corresponding task reminding data is pushed, and an operator is timely reminded to execute a corresponding task.
In one embodiment, after pushing the test task reminder data, the method further comprises:
when receiving the test task execution message, pushing the test procedure and the picture data matched with the test procedure, and starting the timing of the pushing period of the next test task.
In this embodiment, the test task reminding data is taken as an example of a test task reminding interface including a reminding message, and the test task reminding interface includes a "confirm execute" function button member. When the test task reminding interface is pushed, an operator clicks a confirmation execution button on the test task reminding interface, generates and sends a test task execution confirmation message, receives the test task execution confirmation message, pushes test rules and picture data matched with the test rules, and starts timing of a next test task pushing period so as to judge the next test task pushing period. In this embodiment, when the operator confirms that the test task is executed, the test procedure and the picture data matched with the test procedure are pushed, and the operator does not need to manually call the test procedure, so that the procedure call efficiency can be improved to a great extent.
In one embodiment, after pushing the disc patrol task reminder data, the method further comprises: when the patrol task execution message is received, the patrol pictures are sequentially displayed according to the preset patrol picture input sequence, and when the patrol task execution completion message is received, the timing of the next patrol task pushing period is started.
In this embodiment, the disc patrol task reminding data is taken as an example of a disc patrol task reminding interface containing reminding information, and the disc patrol task reminding interface contains a "confirm execute" function button piece. When the method is implemented, after a patrol task reminding interface is pushed, an operator clicks a 'confirm execution' button on the patrol task reminding interface, generates and sends a patrol task execution confirmation message, receives the patrol task execution confirmation message, sequentially displays patrol pictures according to a preset patrol picture input sequence so that the operator can patrol the disc, checks whether the pictures are abnormal or not, indicates that the patrol task is completed if the patrol task execution completion message is received, and starts the timing of the next test task pushing period so as to judge the next patrol task pushing period. In this embodiment, when the operator confirms that the disc patrol task is executed, the disc patrol images are sequentially displayed, so that the operator can patrol the disc conveniently, and the operator does not need to manually call the disc patrol images, so that the working efficiency of the operator can be improved to a great extent.
