Background
For a long time, a scheduler mainly arranges the development sequence of the scheduling service by a manual mode after receiving a plurality of scheduling service applications in a period of time. In general, a dispatcher can preferentially process unplanned services with larger influence on the operation of the power grid, such as power grid faults, line ice melting, power plan modification and the like; and after the notice paragraph is processed, the scheduling service is developed, the power-off and power-on operation of the line equipment is preferentially developed, and then other services are developed in turn.
However, in actual work, when a dispatcher receives a plurality of dispatching phones in a short time, it is often not enough to record detailed information of each service, and the development sequence of the service cannot be accurately arranged in the above manner, and even part of the service may be forgotten. In addition, if a dispatcher receives an application call of other services when processing a certain service, the service development is interrupted for a long time, and the dispatching operation efficiency is obviously affected.
In the above situation, due to limitations of telephone scheduling, the scheduler cannot scientifically schedule the development sequence of the scheduled service, which may cause delay development of some important services. If the optimal period of service execution is missed, the re-execution may need to make a larger adjustment to the power grid, which affects the safe and stable operation of the power grid. In addition, the plant personnel can repeatedly inquire the reason of the dispatcher for delaying the order, so that the work efficiency of dispatching is affected, and further delay of dispatching business is caused.

Specifically, when there are a large number of scheduled services in the system, it is necessary to sort the scheduled services according to their related information to ensure priority processing of the scheduled services that are important. The scheduling service ordering request can be initiated by a worker at a terminal or directly initiated on a system.
S102, judging the processing state of the scheduling service, wherein the processing state comprises a current state and a planning state;
When the method is implemented, before all the scheduling services are executed, a processing application needs to be initiated to the system, and corresponding service association maintenance orders are submitted. The scheduling task which does not initiate a processing application to the system is marked as a planning state in the system; the scheduled traffic that has submitted a processing application to the system is marked as current state.
S103, according to the processing state of the scheduling service, acquiring state information corresponding to each scheduling service;
Specifically, scheduled tasks in different processing states may have different state information associated therewith. The status information mainly includes the emergency degree of the scheduled service, the service type, the service application time or the plan development time, etc.
S104, sorting the scheduling service in the current state and the scheduling service in the planning state according to the state information;
When the method is implemented, the scheduling service in the current state mainly comprises state information such as service emergency degree, service type, service application time and the like; the scheduling business of the planning state mainly comprises state information such as business type, planning development time and the like.

Scheduling services in a planning state are firstly ordered according to service types, and then scheduling services in the same service type are ordered according to planning development time, so that a final ordering result is obtained.
S105, outputting the sequencing result of the scheduling services.

The sequence is determined according to the influence on the normal operation of the power grid. In actual operation, the ordering order of the service types can be reasonably arranged according to actual conditions.
