Abstract
Disclosed is an engineering integrated pipeline positioning system, including: pipe heald drawing paper device includes: the bottom plate is provided with drawings; the first controller is connected with a first communication module and a plurality of buttons, and each button corresponds to a point/area needing to be positioned on the drawing; each positioning node corresponds to a point/area to be positioned on the drawing and is installed at the actual position of the corresponding point/area on the site, and each positioning node comprises a second controller, a second communication module and an alarm connected with the second controller; when the button corresponding to a point/area on the drawing is pressed, the first communication module sends a signal containing identification information to the positioning node corresponding to the point/area, and when the second communication module of the positioning node receives the signal, the alarm sends alarm information, so that a technician can quickly find the actual position of the point/area on the site in the drawing.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an engineering comprehensive pipeline positioning system.
Background
The comprehensive pipe network is a relatively complex project in a building, has a plurality of types of pipelines, and generally comprises pipelines for water supply, water drainage, electric power, telecommunication, gas, heat and the like. Various pipelines are easy to conflict with some use functions, such as passing through a civil air defense door, fire-proof roller shutters, shielding air outlets and the like, and rework and unskilled labor are caused. Therefore, the BIM technology is usually adopted to comprehensively optimize the pipeline before construction, but BIM engineers conducting comprehensive pipe network technology guidance are often unfamiliar with the field situation, and the model cannot correspond to the actual field position when the axis network is positioned, so that a lot of time is needed to be spent on being familiar with the field in the process of guiding construction. And the comprehensive drawing of pipeline contains a plurality of specialties such as electric, warm logical, plumbing drainage, and the on-the-spot use often needs switch over the use back and forth between several drawings, and is comparatively inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an engineering comprehensive pipeline positioning system, which can enable technicians to quickly find the actual position of a certain point in a drawing on the site.
According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an engineering integrated pipeline positioning system, including:
pipe heald drawing paper device includes: the base plate is provided with a drawing; the first controller is connected with a first communication module and a plurality of buttons, and each button corresponds to a point/area needing to be positioned on the drawing; and
each positioning node corresponds to a point/area to be positioned on the drawing and is installed at the actual position of the corresponding point/area on the site, and each positioning node comprises a second controller, a second communication module and an alarm, wherein the second communication module and the alarm are connected with the second controller;
when the first controller of the comprehensive management drawing paper device detects that the button corresponding to a point/area on the drawing is pressed, the first communication module is enabled to send a signal containing identification information to the positioning node corresponding to the point/area, and the positioning node corresponding to the point/area is controlled by the second controller and enabled to send alarm information when the second communication module receives the signal.
In some examples, the alert information is an acoustic and/or optical alert information.
In some examples, each point/area to be located has an indicator light connected to the first controller, the indicator light of the point/area corresponding to the button when pressed sends out a prompt message.
In some examples, each point/area to be located has an indicator connected to the first controller, the locating node sends a feedback signal to the integrated management drawing device after receiving the signal sent by the integrated management drawing device, and the integrated management drawing device sends prompt information to the indicator of the point/area corresponding to the locating node that sent the feedback signal after receiving the feedback signal.
In some examples, the drawing comprises a base map of the building structure arranged on the base plate, and a plurality of professional transparent drawings which are displayed on the base map of the building structure in an overlapped mode after being unfolded, wherein the professional transparent drawings comprise electric drawings and/or heating and ventilation drawings and/or water supply and drainage drawings.

In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, the drawings of the embodiments will be briefly described below.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of an engineering integrated pipeline positioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a pipe drawing device after rolling of a professional transparent drawing according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a pipe drawing sheet device after a professional transparent drawing sheet is unfolded according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the integrated engineering pipeline positioning system includes an integrated engineering drawing sheet device 1 and a plurality of positioning nodes 2. The pipe harness drawing device 1 includes a drawing, a first controller 10, a first communication module 11, and a plurality of buttons 12. The first controller 10 is connected to the first communication module 11 and the button 12. The points/areas to be located on the drawing correspond to a button 12 and a locating node 2. The positioning node 2 is arranged at the actual position of the point/area to be positioned on the drawing in the field. Each button 12 or point/area on the drawing to be located has a unique identification. When a point/area on the drawing needs to be found on the site, the button 12 corresponding to the point/area is pressed, at this time, under the control of the first controller 10, the first communication module 11 sends a signal containing the identification information to the positioning node 2 corresponding to the point/area, the positioning node 2 sends out sound and/or light alarm information after receiving the signal, and an engineer can quickly find the actual position of the point/area on the site.
The positioning node 2 comprises a second controller 20, and a second communication module 21 and an alarm 22 connected with the second controller 20. Under the control of the second controller 20, the second communication module 21 receives the signal sent by the first communication module 11 of the pipe synthesis drawing paper device 1, so that the alarm 22 sends out sound and/or light alarm information. The invention solves the problem that the drawing is difficult to correspond to the actual site position in a complex comprehensive pipe network system, enables technicians to visually correspond the drawing coordinates to the site position and area, is convenient and quick, and avoids the problem that the technicians need to spend a large amount of time to be familiar with the environment each time entering the site.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the drawings of the pipe drawing apparatus 1 include a bottom view 13 of a building structure and a plurality of professional transparent drawings 14. The floor plan 13 of the building structure is arranged on the floor 15. The professional transparent drawings 14 can be drawings for heating ventilation, water supply and drainage, electrical and the like. The professional transparent drawings 14 can be overlaid together and displayed on the architectural structure base map 13, and can also be overlaid in a professional mode and used according to field requirements. Each of the specialized transparent drawings 14 has a reel 16 for winding up the drawing, and the drawing can be wound up by rotating the reel 16 in one direction and unwound by rotating the reel 16 in the opposite direction. The end of each professional transparent drawing 14 far away from the scroll 15 after being unfolded is provided with a pull buckle 17, and the drawing on the scroll 15 can be unfolded by pulling the pull buckle 17. The bottom plate 15 is provided with a fixing column 18 for fixing the pull buckle 17, and after the professional transparent drawings 14 are unfolded, the pull buckle 17 is sleeved on the fixing column 18 to fix the drawings.
In addition, the bottom plate 15 has a signboard 19 adjacent to each button 12, which has a point/area on the drawing sheet where the button 1 is indicated. The base plate 15 has a nameplate pocket 30 thereon that illustrates the integrated pipeline positioning system of the present invention. The base plate 15 also has mounted thereon an LED (not shown) for illuminating the drawing.
In addition, the points/areas of the floor plan 13 of the building structure to be located have indicator lights 31, the indicator lights 31 being connected to the first controller 10 by wires 32. When the button 12 corresponding to the point/area to be positioned is pressed, the first controller 10 causes the indicator lamp 31 to send a prompt message (e.g., light or flash), or the positioning node 2 sends a feedback signal to the integrated piping drawing device 1 after receiving the signal sent by the integrated piping drawing device 1, and the integrated piping drawing device 1 sends a prompt message (e.g., light or flash) to the indicator lamp 31 corresponding to the point/area corresponding to the positioning node 2 under the control of the first controller 4 after receiving the feedback signal, so that the technician intuitively associates the drawing coordinates with the field position and area.
The comprehensive pipe drawing device 1 takes a building structure as a base map, pipelines of electric, heating ventilation, water supply and drainage and the like are respectively marked on different transparent adhesive tapes in a professional way, and through the mode of overlapping the transparent adhesive tapes, a constructor can arrange the pipelines in one drawing for seeing a single professional or multiple professionals, so that the comprehensive pipe drawing device is convenient to use, and the problem that technicians need to switch among a plurality of different professional drawings in a traditional mode is solved.
Claims (5)
1. An engineering integrated pipeline positioning system, comprising:
pipe heald drawing paper device includes: the base plate is provided with a drawing; the first controller is connected with a first communication module and a plurality of buttons, and each button corresponds to a point/area needing to be positioned on the drawing; and
each positioning node corresponds to a point/area to be positioned on the drawing and is installed at the actual position of the corresponding point/area on the site, and each positioning node comprises a second controller, a second communication module and an alarm, wherein the second communication module and the alarm are connected with the second controller;
when the first controller of the comprehensive management drawing paper device detects that the button corresponding to a point/area on the drawing is pressed, the first communication module is enabled to send a signal containing identification information to the positioning node corresponding to the point/area, and the positioning node corresponding to the point/area is controlled by the second controller and enabled to send alarm information when the second communication module receives the signal.
2. The engineering integrated pipeline positioning system of claim 1, wherein the alarm information is acoustic and/or optical alarm information.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein each point/area to be located has an indicator light connected to the first controller, and the indicator light of the point/area corresponding to the button is pressed to send a prompt.
4. The engineering integrated pipeline positioning system according to claim 1, wherein each point/area to be positioned has an indicator lamp connected to the first controller, the positioning node sends a feedback signal to the pipe comprehensive drawing device after receiving the signal sent by the pipe comprehensive drawing device, and the pipe comprehensive drawing device sends a prompt message to the indicator lamp of the point/area corresponding to the positioning node that sent the feedback signal after receiving the feedback signal.

The engineering integrated pipeline positioning system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drawing comprises a base map of the building structure arranged on the base plate, and a plurality of professional transparent drawings which are displayed on the base map of the building structure in an overlapped mode after being unfolded, wherein the professional transparent drawings comprise electric drawings and/or heating and ventilation drawings and/or water supply and drainage drawings.
