After the alarm information is received, the console, namely the terminal equipment, calculates the shortest distance of the fault cabinet according to the position of each internet of things point, namely the cabinet information obtained by the probe, and preferentially screens out the shortest distance, namely the route information according to big data analysis.
The guidance signboard system is a target indication device built-in object networking receiving device and a Light Emitting Diode (LED) display device, and can display guidance signs, i.e., indication information, of 4 fault servers at most simultaneously, and the display mode can be scrolling display.
The second scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention is that the cabinet information is obtained through the control center, then the control center sends the indication information to the guide direction board, and the operation and maintenance personnel arrive at the fault cabinet according to the guide direction and then determine the fault server through U-position orientation. Above-mentioned technical scheme can guide the quick maintenance of going of computer lab maintainer.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a fault cabinet position indicating apparatus according to a third embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus is applicable to a situation where a fault cabinet is quickly found in a plurality of cabinets, where the apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware and is generally integrated on a terminal device, and the fault cabinet position indicating apparatus may be integrated in the terminal device. The fault cabinet position indicating device can execute the fault cabinet position indicating method in the above embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, an indicating apparatus provided in the third embodiment of the present invention includes:
an obtaining module 310, configured to obtain cabinet information of a failed cabinet;
the first sending module 320 is configured to send order information to operation and maintenance staff, where the order information is determined according to the cabinet information;
a determining module 330, configured to determine indication information of a target indication device;
a second sending module 340, configured to send the indication information to the target indication device, where the target indication device is an indication device that indicates the location of the faulty rack to the operation and maintenance staff.
In this embodiment, the apparatus first obtains the enclosure information of the failed enclosure through the obtaining module 310; secondly, sending order information to operation and maintenance personnel through a first sending module 320, wherein the order information is determined according to the cabinet information; then, the indication information of the target indication device is determined by the determination module 330; and finally, sending the indication information to the target indication device through a second sending module 340, where the target indication device is an indication device that indicates the location of the faulty rack to the operation and maintenance personnel.
The embodiment provides an indicating device, which can quickly find a fault cabinet in a plurality of cabinets according to indicating information.
Further, the determining module 330 is specifically configured to: according to the cabinet information, the equipment position information of each indicating equipment in the indicating equipment set and preset starting point position information, determining the indicating information of a target indicating equipment, wherein the target indicating equipment is the indicating equipment in the indicating equipment set used for indicating the position of the fault cabinet to the operation and maintenance personnel, and the indicating information includes one or more of the following information: voice information and landmark information.
Further, the cabinet information includes fault location information, and correspondingly, the determining module 330 specifically includes: determining second route information according to the fault position information and preset starting point position information; selecting target indicating equipment from the indicating equipment set according to the second route information and the equipment position information of each indicating equipment in the indicating equipment set; determining the indication information of the target equipment according to the route information and the equipment position information of the target indication equipment; and sending the indication information to the target indication equipment.
Further, the apparatus further includes a determining module, configured to obtain directional information after sending the indication information to the target indication device, where the directional information is a U bit of the fault server in the fault cabinet; determining the position information of the fault server according to the orientation information; and transmitting the position information to target indicating equipment which is away from the fault cabinet by a preset distance.
Further, the device further comprises an acquisition module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring alarm information before the cabinet information of the fault cabinet is acquired, and the alarm information is used for indicating that the fault cabinet exists.
The indicating device can execute the cabinet position indicating method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the executing method.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a faulty rack position indication system according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, where the faulty rack position indication system can be applied to a case where a faulty rack is quickly found out from a plurality of racks.
As shown in fig. 4, the system includes: the terminal device 410, the target indication device 420, the cabinet 430 and the probe 440 which can execute the fault cabinet position indication method in the above embodiment; the terminal device 410 is in communication connection with the target pointing device 420 and the probe 440, respectively; the target indicating equipment 420 is arranged in the space where each cabinet 430 is located and used for indicating the position of the fault cabinet to operation and maintenance personnel; the probe 440 is configured to send cabinet information to the terminal device 410 when the corresponding cabinet 430 fails; the terminal device 410 is configured to determine indication information based on the enclosure information and send the indication information to the target indication device 420.
Wherein the probes 440 may be mounted on the cabinets 430, and each cabinet 430 has a corresponding probe 440 mounted thereon, when the cabinet 430 fails, the probes 440 mounted on the cabinet 430 may acquire the location information of the cabinet 330 and transmit the location information to the terminal device 410.
The probe 440 can be installed on the cabinet 430, the cabinet 430 can be a failure cabinet, the number of the cabinets 430 can be at least two, the specific number is not limited here, and the specific number can be determined according to the size of the data center or the machine room.
The target pointing device 420 may be one or more pointing devices selected from a pointing device set, and the number of target pointing devices is not limited. The fault enclosure location indication system may include a set of indication devices.
The terminal device 410 may be configured to obtain cabinet information by communicatively coupling with the probe 440. The terminal device 410 may be connected to the target indication device 420, and configured to send route information to the target indication device 420, where the route information may be calculated by the terminal device 410 according to the cabinet information and the preset starting point location information.
The terminal device 410 may determine the indication information of the target indication device 420 according to the device location information of each indication device in the cabinet information indication device set and the preset starting point location information, and the terminal device 410 may send the indication information to the target indication device 420, so that operation and maintenance personnel may reach the faulty cabinet and maintain the faulty cabinet according to the target indication device 420.
The target indication device 420 may obtain indication information sent by the terminal device 410, and the indication information may be displayed to the operation and maintenance staff through a display screen and a voice broadcast function.
After the target indicating device 420 acquires the indicating information, the position of the fault cabinet of the operation and maintenance personnel can be indicated, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can find the fault cabinet, after the operation and maintenance personnel reach the fault cabinet, the target indicating device 420 at a preset distance from the fault cabinet can acquire the directional information, and the operation and maintenance personnel can find the fault server according to the directional information. After the operation and maintenance personnel determine the fault server, the fault server can be maintained, and after the maintenance is finished, the operation and maintenance personnel can close the dispatch list.
In this embodiment, the cabinet position indicating system includes a terminal device, a target indicating device, a cabinet and a probe, where the terminal device is configured to determine indicating information, so that operation and maintenance personnel can find a faulty cabinet according to the indicating information. By utilizing the cabinet position indicating system, a fault cabinet can be quickly found out from a plurality of cabinets.
EXAMPLE five
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, a terminal device provided in the fifth embodiment of the present invention includes: one or more processors 51 and storage 52; the number of the processors 51 in the terminal device may be one or more, and one processor 51 is taken as an example in fig. 5; storage 52 is used to store one or more programs; the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors 51, so that the one or more processors 51 implement the fault cabinet location indication method according to any one of the embodiments of the present invention.
The terminal device may further include: an input device 53 and an output device 54.
The processor 51, the storage device 52, the input device 53 and the output device 54 in the terminal equipment may be connected by a bus or other means, and the connection by the bus is exemplified in fig. 5.
The storage device 52 in the terminal device serves as a computer-readable storage medium and may be used to store one or more programs, which may be software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the cabinet location indication method provided in an embodiment of the present invention (for example, the modules in the faulty cabinet indication device shown in fig. 3 include the acquiring module 310, the first sending module 320, the determining module 330, and the second sending module 340). The processor 51 executes various functional applications and data processing of the terminal equipment by running software programs, instructions and modules stored in the storage device 52, that is, the fault cabinet position indication method in the above method embodiment is implemented.
The storage device 52 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal device, and the like. Further, the storage 52 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the storage 52 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 51, which may be connected to the device over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 53 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the terminal device. The output device 54 may include a display device such as a display screen.
And, when the one or more programs included in the above-mentioned terminal device are executed by the one or more processors 51, the programs perform the following operations:
acquiring cabinet information of a fault cabinet;
sending order information to operation and maintenance personnel, wherein the order information is determined according to the cabinet information;
determining indication information of a target indication device;
and sending the indication information to the target indication equipment, wherein the target indication equipment is indication equipment for indicating the position of the fault cabinet to the operation and maintenance personnel.
EXAMPLE six
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is used, when executed by a processor, to execute a method for indicating a location of a faulty cabinet, where the method includes:
acquiring cabinet information of a fault cabinet;
sending order information to operation and maintenance personnel, wherein the order information is determined according to the cabinet information;
determining indication information of a target indication device;
and sending the indication information to the target indication equipment, wherein the target indication equipment is indication equipment for indicating the position of the fault cabinet to the operation and maintenance personnel.
Optionally, the program, when executed by the processor, may be further configured to perform a method for indicating a location of a failed enclosure according to any embodiment of the present invention.
Computer storage media for embodiments of the invention may employ any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. The computer-readable storage medium may be, for example, but is not limited to: an electrical, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination thereof. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), a flash Memory, an optical fiber, a portable CD-ROM, an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take a variety of forms, including, but not limited to: an electromagnetic signal, an optical signal, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, Radio Frequency (RF), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. Claims (10)

1. The fault cabinet position indication method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring cabinet information of a fault cabinet;
sending order information to operation and maintenance personnel, wherein the order information is determined according to the cabinet information;
determining indication information of a target indication device;
and sending the indication information to the target indication equipment, wherein the target indication equipment is indication equipment for indicating the position of the fault cabinet to the operation and maintenance personnel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the indication information of the target pointing device comprises:
according to the cabinet information, the equipment position information of each indicating equipment in the indicating equipment set and preset starting point position information, determining the indicating information of a target indicating equipment, wherein the target indicating equipment is the indicating equipment in the indicating equipment set used for indicating the position of the fault cabinet to the operation and maintenance personnel, and the indicating information includes one or more of the following information: voice information and landmark information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the cabinet information includes fault location information, and accordingly, the determining the indication information of the target indication device according to the cabinet information, the device location information of each indication device in the indication device set, and the preset starting point location information includes:
determining route information according to the fault position information and preset starting point position information;
selecting target indicating equipment from the indicating equipment set according to the route information and the equipment position information of each indicating equipment in the indicating equipment set;
determining the indication information of the target equipment according to the route information and the equipment position information of the target indication equipment;
and sending the indication information to the target indication equipment.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after sending the indication information to the target indication device:
acquiring directional information, wherein the directional information is the U bit of a fault server in the fault cabinet;
determining the position information of the fault server according to the orientation information;
and transmitting the position information to target indicating equipment which is away from the fault cabinet by a preset distance.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the obtaining the enclosure information for the failed enclosure:
and acquiring alarm information, wherein the alarm information is used for indicating that the fault cabinet exists.
6. Trouble rack position indication device, its characterized in that includes:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring cabinet information of the fault cabinet;
the first sending module is used for sending order dispatching information to operation and maintenance personnel, and the order dispatching information is determined according to the cabinet information;
the determining module is used for determining the indicating information of the target indicating equipment;
and the second sending module is used for sending the indication information to the target indication equipment, and the target indication equipment is indication equipment for indicating the position of the fault cabinet to the operation and maintenance personnel.
7. A terminal device, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the fault enclosure location indication method of any of claims 1-5.
8. A faulty cabinet position indication system comprising a terminal device according to claim 7, a target indication device, at least two cabinets and a probe mounted on each cabinet;
the terminal equipment is respectively in communication connection with the target indicating equipment and the probe; the target indicating equipment is arranged in the space where each cabinet is located and used for indicating the position of a fault cabinet to operation and maintenance personnel;
the probe is used for sending cabinet information to the terminal equipment when a corresponding cabinet fails;
the terminal equipment is used for determining indicating information based on the cabinet information and sending the indicating information to the target indicating equipment.
9. The faulty enclosure location determining system of claim 8, further comprising: and the alarm is arranged on each cabinet and used for sending alarm information to the terminal equipment.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method of indicating a location of a faulty enclosure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
