Abstract
The invention provides a leachate treatment process for a waste incineration power plant, which comprises the following steps: s10, collecting percolate: collecting the percolate in a turbid state at the bottom of the garbage storage pit into an underground collecting tank for subsequent treatment; s20, leachate pretreatment: pretreating percolate in an underground collecting pool, and removing solid impurities and large-particle suspended matters in the percolate to obtain clear percolate; s30, collecting percolate: introducing the pretreated percolate into a percolate collecting tank by using a lifting system for precipitation for later use; s40, atomizing and decomposing: sending the percolate in the percolate collecting tank into a hearth through an atomizing device, and vaporizing, burning and decomposing the percolate in the hearth; s50, tail gas treatment: and combustion products generated after the leachate is atomized and decomposed enter a flue gas treatment system along with the combustion flue gas of the garbage in the incinerator for treatment and then are discharged. The treatment of the percolate is simple and convenient, the investment is saved, the occupied area is small, and the safety is high.

wherein atomizing device includes logical liquid pipeline, two fluid spray gun, sets up the mounting hole at the lateral wall of burning furnace, the rifle head of two fluid spray gun stretches into the inside of burning furnace through the mounting hole, leads to the liquid pipeline with filtration liquid collection tank and two fluid spray gun intercommunication, the delivery pump is established ties on leading to the liquid pipeline, under the power action of delivery pump, filtration liquid sends into two fluid spray gun by filtration liquid collection tank, two fluid spray gun still is connected with compressed air source through the trachea, under compressed air source's effect, filtration liquid in the two fluid spray gun becomes the atomizing form and jets into the inside of burning furnace of burning.

The invention provides a leachate treatment process for a waste incineration power plant, which is simple and convenient in leachate treatment, low in investment, small in occupied area and high in safety.

s30, collecting percolate: introducing the pretreated percolate into a percolate collecting tank by using a lifting system for precipitation for later use;
s40, atomizing and decomposing: sending the percolate in the percolate collecting tank into a hearth through an atomizing device, and vaporizing, burning and decomposing the percolate in the hearth;
s50, tail gas treatment: combustion products generated after the leachate is atomized and decomposed enter a flue gas treatment system along with the waste combustion flue gas in the incinerator for treatment and then are discharged;
