As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, an inner barrel 1 is a barrel-shaped structure with an axis arranged vertically and an upper end opened; the lint filter 6 is disposed in the middle of the inner tub sidewall 102, and the lint filter 6 is at least partially lower than the highest washing water level of the inner tub 1 of the washing machine, and at least partially higher than the lowest washing water level of the inner tub 1 of the washing machine, so as to ensure that lint in the washing water can be effectively collected and filtered by the lint filter. Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the invention, the inner barrel side wall 102 of the inner barrel 1 is in a cone shape with large radial dimension at the upper end and small radial dimension at the lower end, so that when the washing machine dewaters and drains, the washing water in the inner barrel 1 can be driven by centrifugal force to flow upwards along the inner barrel side wall 102, and at least part of the washing water flows into the filter cavity 60 of the thread residue filter 6 during flowing, thereby achieving the effect of automatically cleaning the thread residue filter 6 by utilizing drainage water flow.
In the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of thread scraps filters 6 are arranged on the side wall 102 of the inner barrel, and the thread scraps filters 6 are symmetrically arranged at intervals relative to the axis of the inner barrel 1, so that the filtering effect of the washing machine is improved; meanwhile, the center of the inner barrel 1 can be leveled, and the eccentric rotation of the inner barrel can be effectively prevented.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of water outlets 7 are arranged on the inner barrel side wall 102 at the top end of the inner barrel 1, the inner barrel 1 is rotatably sleeved in the outer barrel 31, the outer barrel 31 forms an inner barrel support 3, and each water outlet 7 is communicated with the inner barrel 1 and the outer barrel 31 outside the inner barrel 1, so that washing water flowing out from the water outlet 7 of the inner barrel 1 can be collected into the outer barrel 31 and then discharged outside through a water discharge pipe communicated with the bottom of the outer barrel. Preferably, in order to prevent the washing water from splashing, the outer tub 31 may be provided with an outer tub cover 14 for opening and closing the tub opening.
Or, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of water outlets 7 are arranged at the top end of the inner barrel 1, a water collecting tank 32 is arranged below the inner barrel 1, flow channels 9 extending downwards vertically are arranged on the side wall 102 of the inner barrel, the upper ends of the flow channels 9 are communicated with the water outlets 7 one by one, the lower ends of the flow channels 9 extend into the water collecting tank 32, the water outlets 7 are communicated with the inside of the inner barrel 1 and the flow channels 9 outside the inner barrel 1, and water lifted to the position of the inner barrel opening 103 by centrifugal force is discharged to the flow channels 9 through the water outlets 7 and flows into the water collecting tank 32 outside the inner barrel 1 after being guided by the flow channels 9. Preferably, the water collecting tank 32 is coaxially arranged with the inner barrel 1, and the radial size of the opening of the water collecting tank 32 is larger than that of the inner barrel 1; it is further preferred that at least the lower end of the inner tub 1 protrudes into the sump 32 with a space reserved between the outer wall of the inner tub 1 and the inner wall of the sump 32 to ensure that the inner tub rotates and that the drain water can flow entirely into the sump.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a centrifugal valve structure includes: a drain hole 61 provided in the inner tub 1 and penetrating therethrough for passing a water flow; the centrifugal valve 8 is arranged on the inner barrel 1 and is correspondingly arranged at the position of the drain hole 61, a valve core of the centrifugal valve 8 is used for plugging the drain hole 61, and the valve core of the centrifugal valve 8 is opened under the action of centrifugal force after the rotating speed of the inner barrel 1 reaches a set value. Preferably, the centrifugal valve 8 further comprises an elastic member, and the elastic member is clamped between the valve core and the inner barrel 1, so as to provide a restoring force for the valve core to push the valve core to block the drain hole 61. The centrifugal valve can be any valve body structure which can realize that the hole is opened under the action of centrifugal force in the prior art. Of course, the centrifugal valve in the application can also be any existing structure which is driven by the rotary centrifugal force of the inner barrel and correspondingly opens and closes the sewage draining hole; meanwhile, in the present application, the valve disposed at the drain hole is not limited to the centrifugal valve, but may be another valve for controlling the drain hole to be opened or closed, for example: electronically controlled valves, hydraulic valves, etc.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in this embodiment, the centrifugal valve 8 may be disposed such that a drain hole 61 is formed in the inner tub side wall 103, and the centrifugal valve 8 is mounted inside the inner tub side wall 103. The centrifugal valve 8 comprises a bracket 65 arranged on the inner side of the inner barrel 1, a balancing weight 62 hinged to the bracket 65, a valve plug column 64 capable of moving up and down is arranged at the position of the drain hole 61, the valve plug column 64 is hinged to the balancing weight 62, a reset spring 66 is clamped between the valve plug column 64 and the side wall 103 of the inner barrel, the balancing weight 62 is driven to move away from the axis direction of the inner barrel 1 under the action of the rotating centrifugal force of the inner barrel 1, and the valve plug column 64 is pulled to move towards the axis direction of the inner barrel 1 through the hinged position to open the drain hole 61.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the lint filter 6 may be any lint filter device capable of collecting lint in the washing water in the prior art.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lint filter 6 in the present application may be provided as follows: the thread scraps filter 6 comprises a shell 70, wherein the shell 70 is buckled and installed on the inner side of the side wall 102 of the inner barrel, and the shell 70 and the inner barrel 1 enclose a filter cavity 60; the shell of the thread scraps filter 6 is provided with a first opening 711 and a second opening 712 respectively along two opposite sides of the rotation direction of the inner barrel 1, the first opening 711 and the second opening 712 are respectively provided with a valve plate 74 capable of rotating around a shaft, the rotating shaft of the valve plate 74 is parallel to the axis of the inner barrel 1, the valve plate 74 can rotate towards the inside of the shell to open the opening under the impact of water flow, and is limited by the shell 70 so as not to rotate outside the shell 70, so that when the inner barrel 1 rotates around the shaft, the valve plate 74 of one opening is rotated inwards to open the corresponding opening, and the valve plate 74 of the other opening is limited by the shell 70 so as to close the corresponding opening, and then the effects of alternatively opening and alternatively closing the openings at two sides of the thread scraps filter 6 are achieved; thus, the first opening 711 and/or the second opening 712 constitute the openable and closable water inlet 71 of the lint filter 6. The casing 70 is provided with a water outlet 72 towards one side and/or upper side and lower side of the inner barrel 1, and a filtering structure 73 for filtering the filings of the flowing water flow is arranged at the water outlet 72, so that the filings in the water flow flowing through the filtering cavity 60 of the filings filter 6 are trapped in the filtering cavity 60 by the filtering structure 73, and the filings in the inner barrel are collected.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the filtering structure 73 is not limited to the filtering hole structure shown in the drawings of the present invention, and may be any one or a combination of the existing structures such as a filtering net, a filtering grid, and filtering comb teeth. Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the present invention, the filtering structure 73 is integrally provided with the housing 70; however, the filter structure 73 is not limited thereto, and the filter structure 73 may be provided as a separate member, and the separate filter structure 73 may be mounted to the housing 70 or the inner tub 1, and the filtering treatment of the filings of the flowing water may be performed.
In the clothes washing process, the inner barrel drives the washing water to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise, the washing water washes out the one-way valve plate 74 arranged on the side wall and enters the thread scraps filter 6, the thread scraps are filtered by the filtering structures 73 on the front side plate and the opposite side plate of the thread scraps filter 6 and then discharged from the water outlet 72 formed by the filtering holes, and the thread scraps are reserved in the filtering cavity 60, so that the filtering of the washing water in the inner barrel 1 is completed.
The valve plate 74 may be provided only on one side of the lint filter 6, i.e. the water inlet 71 is provided only on one side of the lint filter 6. Such lint filter can only play a role of filtering lint when the inner tub 1 is rotated in one direction. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the water inlets 71 with the check valve plates 74 are disposed on both sides of the lint filter 6 to perform a bidirectional filtering effect, and when the inner tub 1 rotates clockwise or counterclockwise, washing water enters the lint filter 6 to perform a more comprehensive filtering effect.

Claims (7)

1. A washing machine, characterized in that: comprises an inner barrel forming a rotatable water container, and a thread scrap filter is arranged on the inner barrel;
the inside of the thread scraps filter is provided with a filter cavity; the thread scraps filter is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet which are communicated with the filter cavity and the interior of the inner barrel, and the water inlet and the water outlet are respectively provided with a one-way valve for controlling the flow direction of water flow; a filtering structure for filtering the thread scraps in the flowing water flow is arranged in the filtering cavity, at the water outlet and at any one or a combination of the water outlet and the one-way valve;
the inner barrel is provided with a sewage discharging hole; the inner barrel is sleeved in the outer barrel; the sewage discharging hole is communicated with the filtering cavity and the outer barrel;
or, a drain hole is formed in the inner barrel, a water collecting tank is arranged below the inner barrel, a flow channel which extends downwards vertically is formed in the side wall of the inner barrel, the lower end of the flow channel stretches into the water collecting tank, and the drain hole is communicated with the filter cavity and the flow channel;
a valve for controlling the opening and closing of the sewage discharging hole is arranged in the filter cavity of the thread scraps filter; the valve is a centrifugal valve, and after the rotating speed of the inner barrel reaches a set value, the valve core of the centrifugal valve structure automatically opens the sewage hole under the action of centrifugal force.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the inner barrel is of a barrel-shaped structure with an axis arranged vertically and an opening at the upper end; the thread scraps filter is arranged in the middle of the side wall of the inner barrel; the side wall of the inner barrel is conical with large radial dimension at the upper end and small radial dimension at the lower end.
3. A washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein: a plurality of thread scraps filters are arranged on the side wall of the inner barrel, and the thread scraps filters are symmetrically and alternately arranged relative to the axis of the inner barrel.
4. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the inner tub has a plurality of wash water levels, and at least part of the lint filter is higher than the lowest wash water level of the inner tub and at least part of the lint filter is lower than the highest wash water level of the inner tub.
5. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the top end of the inner barrel is provided with a plurality of water outlets, the inner barrel is rotatably sleeved in the outer barrel, and each water outlet is respectively communicated with the inner barrel and the outer barrel;
or the top end of the inner barrel is provided with a water outlet, a water collecting tank is arranged below the inner barrel, a runner which extends downwards vertically is arranged on the side wall of the inner barrel, the upper end of the runner is communicated with the water outlet, and the lower end of the runner extends into the water collecting tank.
6. A washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the centrifugal valve comprises a valve body and a valve body,
the valve core is movable and seals or opens the sewage drain hole;
the centrifugal device is connected with the valve core and pulls the valve core to open the sewage hole under the action of centrifugal force when the inner barrel rotates at high speed;
and the elastic piece is connected with the valve core and overcomes centrifugal force when the inner barrel rotates at a low speed to push the valve core to close the sewage hole.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the thread scraps filter comprises a shell, wherein the shell is buckled and installed on the inner side of the side wall of the inner barrel, and a filter cavity is formed by the shell and the inner barrel; the shell of the thread scraps filter is provided with a first opening and a second opening along the opposite sides of the rotation direction of the inner barrel, valve plates capable of rotating around the shaft are arranged at the first opening and the second opening respectively, the rotating shaft of the valve plates is parallel to the axis of the inner barrel, and the valve plates can rotate towards the inside of the shell to open the opening under the impact of water flow and are limited by the shell so as not to rotate outside the shell; the shell is provided with a water outlet towards one side and/or the upper side and the lower side of the inner barrel, and the water outlet is provided with a grid structure for filtering the filings of the convection water flow.
