As shown in fig. 2, the direction of the arrow indicates the direction of the water flow, when the water flow enters the filter cavity 214 from the water inlet 202 on the first sidewall, the check plate 210 near the first sidewall rotates to the first position due to the water flow pressure, so that the water flow can flow into the filter cavity 214, and the check plate 210 near the second sidewall rotates to the second position due to the water flow pressure, so that the water flow path flows in from the water inlet 202 on the first sidewall and flows out from the filter hole 212; as shown in fig. 3, the direction of the arrow indicates the direction of the water flow, when the water flow enters the filter cavity 214 from the water inlet 202 on the second sidewall, the check plate 210 near the second sidewall rotates to the first position due to the water flow pressure, so that the water flow can flow into the filter cavity 214, and the check plate 210 near the first sidewall rotates to the second position due to the water flow pressure, so that the water flow path flows in from the water inlet 202 on the second sidewall and flows out from the filter hole 212. This structural arrangement has restricted the flow direction of rivers in filter chamber 214, avoids taking place because of the condition that rivers do not flow out through the filtration of filter house 206, has improved the filter effect of filter house 206.
In one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the filter portion 206 is provided with a filter net.
In this embodiment, the filter screen is used for filtering out lint in the washing water, and specifically, the filter portion 206 is provided with the filter holes 212, when the clothes are washed, the water flow makes a circular rotation motion, the water flow enters the filter cavity 214 formed between the filter portion 206 and the body 208 from the water inlet 202 due to the centrifugal force, after being filtered by the filter screen, the water flow with the lint filtered out flows out of the filter device 20 from the filter holes 212, and the above-mentioned operations are repeated, so that the lint in the water is gradually filtered out by the filter device 20 under the action of the circulating water flow; when dewatering, water enters the filter cavity 214 from the water inlet 202 and then drives the thread scraps in the filter cavity 214 to flow out from the water outlet 204. This structure setting is when guaranteeing the validity that the thread scraps were collected and were discharged for filter equipment 20 has the effect of self-cleaning, and then has prolonged filter equipment 20's life.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the water collection cover 30 is provided with at least one mounting portion 304; wherein the fastening member passes through the at least one mounting portion 304 and is fastened to the bottom wall of the washing tub 10 to assemble the water collection cover 30 to the bottom wall of the washing tub 10.
In this embodiment, by providing at least one mounting portion 304 on the water collection cover 30, and then using a fastener to pass through the at least one mounting portion 304 and to be locked to the bottom wall of the washing tub 10 when the water collection cover 30 is assembled, the water collection cover 30 can be stably fixed to the bottom wall of the washing tub 10.
In the embodiment, at least one mounting groove is disposed on the bottom wall of the washing tub 10, and the mounting portion 304 is adapted to the mounting groove, so that when the water collecting cover 30 is assembled, the mounting portion 304 is engaged with the mounting groove, and the water collecting cover 30 is stably and firmly fixed on the bottom wall of the washing tub 10.
In the embodiment, when the pulsator washing machine runs a washing program, the water flow is driven to make a circular rotation motion, due to the action of centrifugal force, part of the water flow containing the thread scraps enters the filter cavity 214 through the water inlet 202 at one side of the body 208, the check plate 210 close to the water inlet 202 rotates to a first position in the direction of the inner bottom wall of the body 208 due to the water flow pressure, so that the water flow can flow into the filter cavity 214, the check plate 210 close to the water inlet 202 at the other side of the body 208 rotates to a second position due to the water flow pressure, at this time, the water flow path flows in from the water inlet 202 at one side and flows out from the filter hole 212, that is, the water. The water flow which does circular motion forms stable circulating water flow, so that the thread scraps in the water flow are gradually filtered, the filtered thread scraps are gradually deposited in the water collecting cover 30, and then flow into the barrel bottom space 60, and the thread scraps collecting function is realized. When the washing machine 1 drains water, lint in the water collection cover 30 flows into the tub bottom space 60 along with water flow, and is discharged from the drain port at the bottom of the tub 40 together with other lint deposited in the tub bottom space 60, that is, an automatic lint discharge function is implemented.
In the embodiment, the space below the washing tub 10 and above the bottom wall of the tub 40 is a tub bottom space 60. When the washing machine 1 washes clothes, water flow in the washing barrel 10 enters from the side surface of the filtering device 20 under the action of centrifugal force and flows out from the front surface of the filtering device 20, thread scraps are filtered, and are gradually deposited in the water collecting cover 30 and the barrel bottom space 60, due to the isolation action of the water collecting cover 30, the thread scraps deposited in the water collecting cover 30 and the barrel bottom space 60 are less subjected to negative pressure, the detention positions of the thread scraps are relatively fixed, the situation that the thread scraps flow everywhere is avoided, and then the thread scraps are convenient to discharge; when the washing machine 1 drains water, the thread scraps are collected in the tub bottom space 60, so that when the water level is low, the thread scraps can be discharged out of the washing machine 1 by using the water flow with a low water level, and the thread scraps discharging effect is good. This structure setting is convenient for the collection and the discharge of line bits, has promoted automatically cleaning effect and user experience.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine (1), characterized by comprising:
the washing machine comprises a washing barrel (10), wherein an opening is formed in the bottom wall of the washing barrel (10);
a water collection cover (30) which is arranged on the bottom wall of the washing barrel (10) and is positioned above the opening, wherein the water collection cover (30) comprises a notch (302);
a filter device (20) disposed on an inner sidewall of the washing tub (10), the filter device (20) including a water inlet (202), a water outlet (204), and a filter part (206);
the water outlet (204) is communicated with the notch (302), wherein the thread scraps filtered by the filtering part (206) enter the notch (302) from the water outlet (204).
2. A washing machine (1) as in claim 1, characterized by further comprising: a water tub (40), the water tub (40) being used for containing washing water, the washing tub (10) being disposed in the water tub (40), a washing space (50) being in the washing tub (10), a space below the washing tub (10) and above a bottom wall of the water tub (40) being a tub bottom space (60), the washing space (50) and the tub bottom space (60) being communicated through the gap (302).
3. A washing machine (1) as in claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
a driving device for driving the washing tub (10) to rotate;
-connection means (70) provided on the outer bottom wall of the washing tub (10) and located below the opening for connecting the drive means and the washing tub (10).
4. A washing machine (1) as in claim 3, characterized by the connection means (70) comprising a communication hole.
5. A washing machine (1) as in any one of claims 1 to 4,
the filtering device (20) comprises:
a body (208) provided on a sidewall of the washing tub (10);
the filter part (206) is arranged on the body (208), and a filter cavity (214) is formed between the filter part (206) and the body (208);
the water inlet (202) is disposed on a sidewall of the body (208);
the water outlet (204) is arranged at the bottom of the body (208).
6. A washing machine (1) as in claim 5,
the filtering device (20) further comprises:
a non-return plate (210) rotatably disposed within the body (208) and disposed adjacent to the water inlet (202);
the non-return sheet (210) may be rotated between a first position and a second position, and when the non-return sheet (210) is located at the first position, the washing water may enter the filter chamber (214) from the washing tub (10), and when the non-return sheet (210) is located at the second position, the non-return sheet (210) may block the washing water from entering the washing tub (10) from the filter chamber (214).
7. A washing machine (1) as in claim 6, characterized by the body (208) on each of its two side walls, on which the water inlet (202) is arranged, and by the body (208) inside which the non-return sheet (210) is arranged close to the water inlet (202) of each side wall.
8. A washing machine (1) as in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by the filter portion (206) being provided with a filter screen.
9. A washing machine (1) as in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by the water collecting cover (30) provided with at least one mounting (304); wherein a fastener is fastened to the bottom wall of the washing tub (10) through the at least one mounting part (304) to fit the water collection cover (30) to the bottom wall of the washing tub (10).
10. A washing machine (1) as in any one of claims 1 to 4,
the washing machine (1) is a pulsator washing machine.
