Washing machines are home appliances that wash laundry by using mechanical action generated by electric energy, and are mainly classified into drum washing machines, pulsator washing machines, and agitator washing machines at present.
The pulsator washing machine is a washing machine in which a rotatable pulsator is installed at the bottom of a washing tub vertically placed, and washing water can form a vortex by the action of the pulsator, thereby accelerating washing. Specifically, during washing, clothes to be washed are placed in a washing barrel of the pulsator washing machine, detergent is added into the washing barrel, the detergent is made to contact with the clothes, then washing water is injected into the washing barrel, the washing machine is operated, the pulsator rotates to drive the washing barrel to form vortex, the vortex enables the detergent to penetrate into the clothes, and dirt on the clothes is removed through mutual friction between the clothes and the barrel wall of the washing barrel.
However, the detergent is easily damaged by direct contact with the laundry, and the detergent is easily trapped in the laundry, and is not sufficiently dissolved, resulting in poor washing effect.
The following explains a preferred technical scheme of the pulsator washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the pulsator washing machine of the present embodiment includes: the washing machine comprises a washing barrel 1 and a thread scrap filtering device 5, wherein the bottom of the washing barrel 1 is provided with a rotatable impeller 11, a washing motor 2 is arranged outside the washing barrel 1, a motor shaft of the washing motor 2 is in transmission connection with the impeller 11, the washing motor 2 drives the impeller 11 to rotate, so that water in the washing barrel 1 forms spiral eddy currents, and clothes in the washing barrel 1 rotate and roll along with the eddy currents, so that dirt on the clothes is removed; the lint filter device 5 is installed in a mounting portion provided on a tub wall of the washing tub 1, and is used for collecting lint or lint dropped from the laundry, preventing the lint or lint from being still attached to the laundry after washing is completed, and simultaneously, for putting detergent below the turbine, preventing the detergent from directly contacting the laundry, thereby preventing the detergent from damaging the laundry.
Here, the detergent is to be understood in a broad sense, that is, the form of the detergent is not limited to a liquid form, such as a laundry detergent, but may be a powder form, such as a washing powder, or a solid form, such as a soap. Herein, the "lint" is not limited to lint or lint dropped from clothes, but includes other foreign substances that are insoluble in water, move with a vortex, and are filtered by the lint filter 5.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a thread residue filtering device in a pulsator washing machine in a closed state according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a schematic view of a thread residue filtering device in an open state in a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lint filter device 5 includes a hollow filter 51, a housing 52, and a communication pipe 53. Wherein, the filter 51 is used for filtering thread scraps, the filter 51 is connected with the housing 52, the side surface of the housing 52 is provided with an opening facing the wall of the washing tub 1, and the bottom wall of the housing 52 is provided with an outlet; the inlet of the communicating pipe 53 is positioned below the outlet, and the outlet of the communicating pipe 53 extends to below the pulsator 11.
The housing 52 may be a prismatic case, a semi-cylindrical case, or other irregular case. Housing 52 has a containing cavity a1 inside, and when lint filter device 5 is mounted on the wall of washing tub 1, the wall of washing tub 1 closes the opening on the side of housing 52, so that containing cavity a1 becomes a closed cavity, and containing cavity a1 is used for containing detergent.
The bottom wall of the casing 52 has an outlet communicating with the housing chamber a 1; the communication pipe 53 is located below the housing 52, and a feed inlet (i.e., the top end opening in fig. 2) of the communication pipe 53 is located below the outlet of the housing 52 and faces the outlet of the housing 52 to communicate with the outlet, so that the detergent placed in the containing chamber a1 falls into the communication pipe 53 from the feed inlet after flowing out of the outlet, and then flows to below the pulsator 11 from the discharge outlet.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the top end of the communication pipe 53 may be stopped against the bottom wall of the housing 52, and the communication pipe 53 is not connected to the housing 52. Therefore, the detergent flowing out from the outlet can completely fall into the communicating pipe 53, and cannot flow into the washing tub 1 from the gap between the communicating pipe 53 and the housing 52, so that the detergent is prevented from directly contacting with the clothes, and the clothes are prevented from being damaged by the detergent. It should be noted that the discharge port of the communication pipe 53 is located below the pulsator 11 as a broad term, that is, the discharge port of the communication pipe 53 may be located below the outer edge of the pulsator 11, or may be located between the outer edge of the pulsator 11 and the axis of the pulsator 11, as long as the detergent flowing out of the discharge port can flow below the pulsator 11.
In a preferred example of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 and 3, an end of the housing 52 near the outlet is tapered, and the cross-sectional area of the tapered housing 52 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, and the outlet is formed at a small diameter end of the tapered housing 52. Thus, the detergent in the containing chamber a1 can smoothly slide down the tapered inner surface of the end of the housing 52 near the outlet to the outlet without being accumulated in the housing 52.
The end of the housing 52 facing away from the outlet may also be tapered, and the cross-sectional area of the housing 52 gradually decreases from top to bottom, i.e., the housing 52 is tapered as a whole. Thus, the housing 52 is easy to machine. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the end of the housing 52 facing away from the outlet may also be cylindrical, with the cross-sectional area of the cylindrical housing 52 being equal everywhere. Thus, the volume of the containing chamber a1 is larger, and the housing 52 can contain more detergent.
The top wall of the housing 52 is detachably connected to the mounting portion, and the bottom wall of the housing 52 is hinged to the tub wall of the washing tub 1 by a hinge shaft. Thus, by applying an operation to the top wall of the housing 52, the top wall of the housing 52 can be separated from the mounting portion, and then applying a force to the top wall of the housing 52 to drive the housing 52 to rotate about the hinge axis, so that the opening at the side of the housing 52 can be opened, thereby facilitating the user to add detergent into the receiving chamber a 1.
Wherein, the installation department can be for the local mounting groove of outside protrusion formation of the 1 bucket wall of washtub, from this, thread scraps filter equipment 5 installs in the mounting groove, and thread scraps filter equipment 5 twines the clothing when can avoiding washing, leads to the clothing to take off the line. In this embodiment, the top wall of the casing 52 and the mounting groove may be connected by a locking structure, specifically, a retaining ring is disposed on the top wall of the casing 52, a hook matched with the retaining ring is disposed on the mounting groove, and the retaining ring hooks the hook to fix the casing 52.
In addition, in some embodiments of the present invention, the top wall of the housing 52 may be connected to the mounting groove in a clamping manner, specifically, an elastic latch is formed on the top wall of the housing 52, and a clamping groove is formed on the mounting groove and is clamped to the elastic latch. Therefore, the connection mode of the top wall of the shell 52 and the washing barrel 1 is simple, compared with the screw connection, the use is convenient without the help of a loading and unloading tool.
The working process of the thread scrap filtering device 5 of the embodiment is as follows: the user applies an operation to the casing 52 to separate the top wall of the casing 52 from the mounting portion, and continues to apply a force to the top wall of the casing 52 to drive the casing 52 to rotate about the hinge axis, so as to open the lateral opening of the casing 52, and then add a proper amount of detergent into the containing chamber a 1; after the detergent is added, the user continues to operate the shell 52 to rotate the shell 52, so that the side surface of the shell 52 is attached to the wall of the washing tub 1, and then the top wall and the mounting part of the shell 52 are connected to close the opening of the shell 52; the detergent in the containing cavity A1 flows out from the outlet, falls into the communicating pipe 53 from the feeding hole, then flows to the lower part of the impeller 11 from the discharging hole, is fully dissolved in the water below the impeller 11, the impeller 11 rotates under the driving action of the washing motor 2, the water dissolved with the detergent forms a vortex in the washing barrel 1, and then permeates into the clothes, and the clothes rotate and roll along with the vortex to remove dirt on the clothes.
In summary, the lint filtering device 5 provided by this embodiment can put the detergent below the pulsator 11, so as to prevent the detergent from directly contacting with the clothes, thereby preventing the detergent from damaging the clothes. Moreover, after the detergent put below the impeller 11 is fully dissolved, the detergent permeates into the clothes along with the vortex without being wrapped in the clothes, so that the washing effect is good.
The housing 52 is further provided with an outlet, the housing 52 is provided with a filter 51 for filtering lint, the filter 51 has a hollow cavity a2 therein, and the accommodating cavity a1 of the housing 52 is communicated with the hollow cavity a2 through the outlet, so that the lint filtering device 5 can filter while putting detergent under the pulsator 11. From this, filter 51 with filtering capability and casing 52 with the function of putting in the detergent are integrated mutually, install in the installation department that washing barrel 1 bucket wall set up jointly, when the installation department is the mounting groove of the local outside bulge formation of washing barrel 1 bucket wall, compare in an installation groove with filter 51 and casing 52 respectively, can avoid offering a plurality of mounting grooves at the bucket wall of washing barrel 1 and lead to the intensity reduction of washing barrel 1 to avoid washing barrel 1 to damage under the effect of centrifugal force.
In an alternative example of the present invention, the filter 51 is a filter cartridge formed with a water inlet and a water outlet communicating with the hollow cavity a2, the water inlet is disposed toward the housing 52, the water inlet communicates with the discharge port, and the water outlet communicates with the inside of the washing tub 1; a filter screen for filtering the thread scraps is arranged in the hollow cavity a2 of the filter 51, and the filter screen is arranged between the water inlet and the water outlet. The communicating pipe 53 and the accommodating chamber a1 are communicated with the hollow chamber a2 to form a water channel.
When the washing machine works, the impeller 11 rotates to drive the washing barrel 1 to form a vortex, water below the impeller 11 moves outwards in the radial direction under the action of centrifugal force, flows into the communicating pipe 53 from the discharge port of the communicating pipe 53 and then flows into the hollow cavity A2 of the filter box through the outlet, the containing cavity A1 and the discharge port in sequence, the water passes through the filter screen, thread scraps are filtered in the hollow cavity A2, and the purified water flows back into the washing barrel 1 through the water outlet.
The filter screen can be composed of a squirrel-cage or grid type metal mesh sheet and a screen formed on the metal mesh sheet, and the screen is made of asbestos, carbon fiber or woven cloth and the like. From this, the filter screen can block that the line bits of aquatic pass through, has certain intensity again to avoid the filter screen to be washed out by rivers, ensure that the filter screen can effectual work. Of course, the filter screen may also be other structures commonly found in the related art, and the embodiment is not limited herein.
Here, it should be noted that, since the filter cartridge is in a solid state, when the housing 52 is coupled to the mounting portion, lint filtered out of the hollow chamber a2 is easily introduced into the accommodating chamber a1 through the water inlet and the discharge port in sequence when the housing 52 rotates around the hinge shaft, and is introduced into the washing tub 1 along the communication pipe 53. Therefore, the user preferably removes the filter cartridge for cleaning after each washing operation, thereby preventing lint from being returned to the washing tub 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the filter 51 may be a filter mesh bag having a mouth disposed toward the housing 52 and communicating with the discharge port such that the hollow chamber a2 inside the filter mesh bag communicates with the receiving chamber a 1.
The filter mesh bag is of a flexible structure, and clothes cannot be wound during washing, so that the clothes are prevented from being off-line. Also, lint is generally deposited on the end (i.e., the right end in fig. 2) of the flexible filter mesh bag, the filter mesh bag hangs down by the weight of the lint, and the lint in the hollow cavity a2 is not easily introduced into the receiving cavity a1, thereby preventing the lint from being returned to the washing tub 1. Therefore, the user does not need to detach the filter mesh bag for cleaning after washing every time, and the use is convenient.
Wherein, the filter 51 is detachably connected with the housing 52, so that when the filter screen is blocked due to excessive thread scraps in the filter 51, the filter 51 is conveniently detached from the housing 52, so as to remove the thread scraps in the filter 51, and facilitate maintenance and replacement.
In an alternative example of the present invention, the filter 51 is detachably connected to the housing 52 by binding. Taking the filter 51 as an example of a filter mesh bag, a first mounting rod 521 and a second mounting rod 522 are formed at the discharge port of the housing 52 and oppositely extend into the accommodating cavity a1, a first binding band and a second binding band are oppositely arranged at the mouth of the filter mesh bag, the first binding band is bound on the first mounting rod 521, and the second binding band is bound on the second mounting rod 522.
Of course, in the present invention, the filter 51 may be detachably connected to the housing 52 by clipping. Specifically, a hard frame is formed at the mouth of the filter bag, a receiving groove is formed at the outlet of the housing 52, and the hard frame is engaged with the receiving groove.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the filter 51 is positioned above the housing 52, and thus, when the housing 52 is rotated to close the opening of the housing 52 after the detergent is added to the receiving chamber a1, the detergent slides down without falling into the hollow cavity a2 of the filter 51, so as to prevent the detergent from being discharged into the washing tub 1 from the water outlet of the filter 51, resulting in a short detergent dissolution time and low solubility.
The lint filtering device 5 further comprises an insertion plate 54, wherein the bottom wall of the housing 52 is rotatably connected with the insertion plate 54, the top wall of the housing 52 is connected with the insertion plate 54 in a snap-fit manner, and the insertion plate 54 is detachably connected with the mounting portion. When the top wall of the housing 52 is connected to the insert plate 54, the insert plate 54 closes the opening in the side of the housing 52. This makes the insert plate 54 extremely easy to mount and dismount, so as to facilitate cleaning of the accommodation chamber a1 in the housing 52. Moreover, when the filter 51 needs to be cleaned, the inserting plate 54 and the filter 51 can be selectively detached, for example, after the inserting plate 54 is detached, the top wall of the housing 52 is operated, so that the opening on the side surface of the housing 52 is opened, and then the tail end of the filter mesh bag is turned out of the bag opening or the filter box is poured out to pour out the thread scraps; alternatively, the filter 51 is detached from the housing 52 alone and the lint is discharged.
The insert plate 54 may be removably coupled to the mounting portion by a threaded or snap-fit arrangement. Here, it should be noted that, in the description herein, the technical solutions of the thread structure or the snap structure are well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail here.
The lint filter device 5 provided in the above embodiment is applicable not only to a single-tub washing machine but also to a double-tub washing machine. The double-drum washing machine further comprises a dewatering drum 3 and a dewatering motor 4 arranged outside the dewatering drum 3, wherein the dewatering motor 4 is connected with the dewatering drum 3 to drive the dewatering drum 3 to rotate at a high speed so as to generate centrifugal force and dry clothes in the dewatering drum 3.
Alternatively, not shown in the drawings, the mounting portion has a mounting opening communicating with the dehydration tub 3, the insert plate 54 is fastened at the mounting opening, and the insert plate 54 is further provided with an overflow hole for communicating the washing tub 1 and the dehydration tub 3. Therefore, the washing barrel 1, the overflow hole, the mounting hole and the dewatering barrel 3 are communicated to form an overflow flow passage, and further, the excess water in the washing barrel 1, which is higher than the overflow hole, is discharged into the dewatering barrel 3 and then is discharged out of the washing machine through the dewatering barrel 3.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in order to enable the discharge port of the communication pipe 53 to be located below the pulsator 11 to ensure that the communication pipe 53 can operate effectively, the communication pipe 53 may include a vertical section, which is vertically established below the housing 52, and a horizontal section, which extends horizontally from the vertical section to below the pulsator 11, in series. Further, the junction of the vertical section and the horizontal section is in smooth transition, so that the detergent flowing into the communicating pipe 53 can smoothly flow to the lower part of the pulsator 11 along the junction of the smooth transition, and the detergent is prevented from accumulating at the corner where the vertical section and the horizontal section are connected.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view of another pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. In a preferred example of the present invention, the communication pipe 53 has an arc shape, and the communication pipe 53 is disposed obliquely to the central axis of the washing tub 1. Compared with the communication pipe 53 composed of the vertical section and the horizontal section, the arc-shaped communication pipe 53 inclined downward can enable the detergent to slide more smoothly, and the blockage of the communication pipe 53 caused by the accumulation of the detergent in the communication pipe 53 is avoided.
The reasonable crooked radian that sets up communicating pipe 53 for have the clearance between the outward flange of communicating pipe 53 and impeller 11, take place to interfere with impeller 11 in order to avoid the impeller 11 to rotate the striking communicating pipe 53 and lead to communicating pipe 53 to damage.
Further, the communication pipe 53 is connected to the tub wall and/or the tub bottom of the washing tub 1 by a reinforcing rib 531. During the washing, the clothing is patted on communicating pipe 53 along with the vortex easily, and curved communicating pipe 53 is compared in communicating pipe 53 by vertical section and horizontal segment constitution, and the suspended portion is many, and the space that occupies in washtub 1 is bigger, splits easily under the effect of patting of clothing, through setting up strengthening rib 531, can improve the intensity of communicating pipe 53 to the reliability of communicating pipe 53 has been improved.
Referring to fig. 4, the reinforcing rib 531 includes a support plate supported at a portion of the communication pipe 53 facing the tub wall of the washing tub 1 and/or at a portion facing the tub bottom of the washing tub 1, and a connection plate connected to the support plate and connected to the tub wall of the washing tub 1 and/or to the tub bottom of the washing tub 1. Of course, in the present invention, the reinforcing rib 531 may also be a triangular reinforcing plate, a first side of the reinforcing plate is attached to the bottom of the washing tub 1, a second side of the reinforcing plate is attached to the tub wall of the washing tub 1, and a third side of the reinforcing plate is supported on the outer wall of the communicating pipe 53.
Alternatively, the communication pipe 53 is detachably connected to the washing tub 1. That is, the communication pipe 53 is detachably mounted on the washing tub 1. Therefore, the cleaning device is convenient to disassemble, assemble, clean and replace, and further can avoid the phenomenon that the communicating pipe 53 is blocked due to the caking of the powdery detergent in the communicating pipe 53.
When the communication pipe 53 is connected with the washing tub 1 by the reinforcing rib 531, here, it should be noted that the detachable connection of the communication pipe 53 and the washing tub 1 is understood in a broad sense, that is, the communication pipe 53 can be detachably connected with the reinforcing rib 531, the reinforcing rib 531 is fixedly arranged on the washing tub 1, and at this time, the communication pipe 53 is detached alone; alternatively, the communication pipe 53 may be fixedly coupled to the reinforcing rib 531, and the reinforcing rib 531 may be detachably coupled to the washing tub 1, at which time the communication pipe 53 is detached together with the reinforcing rib 531.
The connection pipe 53 is detachably connected to the reinforcing rib 531, the reinforcing rib 531 is fixedly arranged on the washing tub 1 as an example, a first magnetic part is arranged on the outer wall of the connection pipe 53, a second magnetic part is arranged at the joint of the reinforcing rib 531 for supporting the connection pipe 53, and the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part are mutually adsorbed, so that the connection pipe 53 is arranged on the washing tub 1.
