As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the inner barrel 1 is a barrel-shaped structure with an axis vertically arranged and an upper end opened; the lint filter 6 is disposed in the middle of the sidewall 102 of the inner tub, and the lint filter 6 is at least partially lower than the highest washing water level of the inner tub 1 of the washing machine and at least partially higher than the lowest washing water level of the inner tub 1 of the washing machine, so as to ensure that lint in the washing water can be effectively collected and filtered by the lint filter. Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the present invention, the inner tub sidewall 102 of the inner tub 1 is tapered with a large radial dimension at the upper end and a small radial dimension at the lower end, so that when the washing machine dehydrates and drains water, the washing water in the inner tub 1 can be driven by centrifugal force to flow upwards along the inner tub sidewall 102, and at least part of the washing water flows into the filter cavity 60 of the lint filter 6 during flowing, so as to achieve the effect of automatically cleaning the lint filter 6 by using the drainage water flow.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of lint filters 6 are arranged on the side wall 102 of the inner barrel, and the lint filters 6 are symmetrically arranged at intervals relative to the axis of the inner barrel 1, so that the filtering effect of the washing machine is improved; meanwhile, the center of the inner barrel 1 can be leveled, and the eccentric rotation of the inner barrel can be effectively prevented.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of water outlets 7 are arranged on the inner barrel side wall 102 at the top end of the inner barrel 1, the inner barrel 1 is rotatably sleeved in the outer barrel 31, the outer barrel 31 forms the inner barrel supporting piece 3, and the water outlets 7 are communicated with the inner part of the inner barrel 1 and the outer barrel 31 outside the inner barrel 1, so that the washing water flowing out from the water outlets 7 of the inner barrel 1 can be collected into the outer barrel 31 and then is discharged outside through the water outlet communicated with the bottom of the outer barrel. Preferably, the outer tub 31 may be provided with an outer tub cover 14 for opening and closing a tub opening of the outer tub in order to prevent the washing water from splashing.
Or, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of water outlets 7 are arranged at the top end of the inner barrel 1, a water collecting tank 32 is arranged below the inner barrel 1, the side wall 102 of the inner barrel is provided with flow channels 9 extending vertically downwards, the upper ends of the flow channels 9 are communicated with the water outlets 7 one by one, the lower ends of the flow channels 9 extend into the water collecting tank 32, the water outlets 7 are communicated with the flow channels 9 inside the inner barrel 1 and outside the inner barrel 1, and are used for discharging water lifted to the barrel opening 103 of the inner barrel by centrifugal force to the flow channels 9 through the water outlets 7, and then the water is guided by the flow channels 9 and flows into the water collecting tank 32 outside the inner barrel 1. Preferably, the water collecting tank 32 is coaxially arranged with the inner barrel 1, and the radial size of the opening of the water collecting tank 32 is larger than that of the inner barrel 1; it is further preferred that at least the lower end of the inner tub 1 is extended into the water collection tank 32, and a space is left between the outer wall of the inner tub 1 and the inner wall of the water collection tank 32 to ensure that the inner tub rotates and that the drain water can be entirely flowed into the water collection tank.
As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the centrifugal valve structure includes: a drain hole 61 which is arranged on the inner barrel 1 and is communicated with the inner barrel for water flow to pass through; and the centrifugal valve 8 is arranged on the inner barrel 1 and correspondingly arranged at the position of the sewage discharge hole 61, a valve core of the centrifugal valve 8 blocks the sewage discharge hole 61, and the valve core of the centrifugal valve 8 is opened under the action of centrifugal force after the rotating speed of the inner barrel 1 reaches a set value. Preferably, the centrifugal valve 8 further comprises an elastic member, and the elastic member is clamped between the valve core and the inner barrel 1 to provide a reset acting force to the valve core and push the valve core to block the drainage hole 61. The centrifugal valve can be any valve body structure which can open the hole under the action of centrifugal force in the prior art. Of course, the centrifugal valve in the application can also be any one of the existing structures which are driven by the rotating centrifugal force of the inner barrel and correspondingly open and close the sewage draining hole; meanwhile, in the application, the valve arranged at the sewage draining hole is not limited to a centrifugal valve, and can be a valve of other forms for opening and closing the sewage draining hole, such as: electrically controlled valves, hydraulic valves, etc.
As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the centrifugal valve 8 may be disposed such that a drain hole 61 is formed on a sidewall 103 of the inner tub, and the centrifugal valve 8 is installed inside the sidewall 103 of the inner tub. Centrifugal valve 8 is including installing in the inboard support 65 of interior bucket 1, install looks articulated balancing weight 62 on the support 65, blowoff hole 61 department is equipped with the valve plug post 64 that can reciprocate, valve plug post 64 is articulated mutually with balancing weight 62, the clamp holds reset spring 66 between valve plug post 64 and the interior bucket lateral wall 103 to drive balancing weight 62 and remove to keeping away from interior bucket 1 axis direction under the effect of the rotatory centrifugal force of interior bucket 1, and then pull valve plug post 64 and remove and open blowoff hole 61 to interior bucket 1 axis direction through articulated department.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the lint filter 6 may be any lint filter device that can collect lint in the washing water.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lint filter 6 in the present application may be provided as follows: the thread scrap filter 6 comprises a shell 70, the shell 70 is buckled and arranged on the inner side of the side wall 102 of the inner barrel, and the shell 70 and the inner barrel 1 form a filter cavity 60; the two opposite sides of the shell of the lint filter 6 along the rotation direction of the inner barrel 1 are respectively provided with a first opening 711 and a second opening 712, the first opening 711 and the second opening 712 are respectively provided with a valve plate 74 capable of rotating around a shaft, the rotating shaft of the valve plate 74 is parallel to the axis of the inner barrel 1, the valve plate 74 can be impacted by water flow to rotate towards the inside of the shell to open the openings and can not rotate to the outside of the shell 70 due to the limitation of the shell 70, so that the valve plate 74 of one opening can be impacted by the water flow to rotate inwards to open the corresponding opening when the inner barrel 1 rotates around the shaft, and the valve plate 74 of the other opening can be limited by the shell 70 to close the corresponding opening, thereby achieving the effects of opening one of the two sides of the lint filter 6 and closing one of the two openings; thereby, the first opening 711 and/or the second opening 712 are made to constitute the openable and closable water inlet 71 of the lint filter 6. The shell 70 is provided with a water outlet 72 towards one side and/or the upper side and the lower side of the inner barrel 1, and a filtering structure 73 for filtering thread scraps in the outflow water flow is arranged at the water outlet 72, so that the thread scraps in the water flow flowing through the filtering cavity 60 of the thread scraps filter 6 are intercepted in the filtering cavity 60 by the filtering structure 73, and the collection of the thread scraps in the inner barrel is realized.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the filtering structure 73 is not limited to the filtering hole structure shown in the drawing of the present invention, and may be any one or a combination of existing structures such as a filtering net, a filtering grid, filtering comb teeth, and the like. Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the present invention, the filtering structure 73 is integrally disposed with the housing 70; however, the filtering structure 73 is not limited thereto, and the filtering structure 73 may be provided as a separate member, and the separately provided filtering structure 73 may be mounted on the casing 70 or the inner tub 1, so that the thread waste filtering treatment may be performed on the water flow passing through the same.
In the washing process of clothes, the inner barrel drives washing water to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise, the washing water rushes open the one-way valve plates 74 arranged on the side walls to enter the thread scrap filter 6, the washing water is discharged from a water outlet 72 formed by filter holes after being filtered by the filter structures 73 on the front side plate and the opposite side plate of the thread scrap filter 6, and thread scraps are remained in the filter cavity 60, so that the filtering of the washing water in the inner barrel 1 is completed.
The valve plate 74 may be provided only on one side of the lint filter 6, i.e. the inlet 71 is provided only on one side of the lint filter 6. Such lint filter can filter lint only when the inner tub 1 is rotated in one direction. Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the water inlets 71 provided with the one-way valve plates 74 are provided at both left and right sides of the lint filter 6 to perform a two-way filtering effect, and when the inner tub 1 rotates in a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction, the washing water can enter the lint filter 6, so that the filtering effect is more comprehensive.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine characterized by: comprises an inner barrel forming a rotatable water container, and a thread scrap filter is arranged on the inner barrel.
2. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the filter cavity is arranged in the lint filter; the thread scraps filter is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet which are used for communicating the filter cavity with the inner barrel, and the water inlet and the water outlet are respectively provided with a one-way valve for controlling the flow direction of water flow; any one or combination of the filter cavity, the water outlet and the one-way valve is provided with a filter structure for filtering the thread scraps in the water flow.
3. A washing machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that: a sewage draining hole is arranged on the inner barrel; the inner barrel is sleeved in the outer barrel; the sewage discharge hole is communicated with the filtering cavity and the outer barrel;
or, the inner barrel is provided with a sewage discharge hole, a water collecting tank is arranged below the inner barrel, the side wall of the inner barrel is provided with a flow channel which extends vertically downwards, the lower end of the flow channel extends into the water collecting tank, and the sewage discharge hole is communicated with the filter cavity and the flow channel.
4. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that: a valve for controlling the opening and closing of the sewage draining hole is arranged in the filter cavity of the thread scraps filter;
preferably, the valve is a centrifugal valve, and after the rotating speed of the inner barrel reaches a set value, a valve core of the centrifugal valve structure automatically opens the sewage draining hole under the action of centrifugal force.

A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that: the inner barrel is of a barrel-shaped structure with the axis vertically arranged and an opening at the upper end; the thread scrap filter is arranged in the middle of the side wall of the inner barrel; the side wall of the inner barrel is in a cone shape with large radial size at the upper end and small radial size at the lower end.
6. A washing machine as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that: a plurality of lint filters are arranged on the side wall of the inner barrel, and the lint filters are symmetrically arranged at intervals relative to the axis of the inner barrel.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that: the inner tub has a plurality of washing water levels, and the lint filter is at least partially higher than a lowest washing water level of the inner tub and at least partially lower than a highest washing water level of the inner tub.
8. A washing machine as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that: a plurality of water outlets are arranged at the top end of the inner barrel, the inner barrel is rotatably sleeved in the outer barrel, and each water outlet is respectively communicated with the inner barrel and the outer barrel;
or the top end of the inner barrel is provided with a water outlet, a water collecting tank is arranged below the inner barrel, the side wall of the inner barrel is provided with a flow channel which extends vertically downwards, the upper end of the flow channel is communicated with the water outlet, and the lower end of the flow channel extends into the water collecting tank.
9. A washing machine as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that: the centrifugal valve comprises a centrifugal valve body and a centrifugal valve body,
the valve core can move and seal or open the sewage discharge hole;
the centrifugal device is connected with the valve core, and the valve core is pulled to open the sewage discharge hole under the action of centrifugal force when the inner barrel rotates at high speed;
and the elastic element is connected with the valve core, overcomes the centrifugal force when the inner barrel rotates at a low speed, and pushes the valve core to close the sewage discharge hole.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that: the thread scrap filter comprises a shell, the shell is buckled and arranged on the inner side of the side wall of the inner barrel, and the shell and the inner barrel form a filter cavity in a surrounding mode; the shell of the thread scrap filter is respectively provided with a first opening and a second opening along the opposite two sides of the rotation direction of the inner barrel, the first opening and the second opening are respectively provided with a valve plate capable of rotating around a shaft, the rotating shaft of the valve plate is parallel to the axis of the inner barrel, and the valve plate can be impacted by water flow to rotate towards the inside of the shell to open the opening and can not rotate to the outside of the shell due to the limitation of the shell; one side and/or the upper side and the lower side of the shell facing the inner barrel are/is provided with a water outlet, and the water outlet is provided with a grid structure for filtering thread scraps on the flowing water flow.
