As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the annular lint filter device 6 may be divided into a cylindrical upper collecting part 65 and a conical lower filtering part 64, and the collecting part 65 has a barrel shape coaxial with the inner barrel 1. Preferably, in order to improve the lint collecting efficiency of the collecting portion, a collecting groove 66 recessed toward the water passing space 62 side and opened toward the radial direction side of the inner tub is provided on the collecting portion 65.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, the annular lint filter device 6 may be divided into an upper collecting part 65 and a lower filtering part 64 having different tapers, and the taper a2 of the tapered collecting part 65 is greater than the taper a1 of the tapered filtering part 64.
The annular thread scraps filtering device is divided into an upper part and a lower part with different tapers so as to form a corner at the joint of the two parts, so that thread scraps can cross the inclined surface of the filtering part with the taper angle of a1 and be collected at the corner under the action of water flow impact and the centrifugal force of rotation of the inner barrel; meanwhile, since the collecting part having the taper angle a2 has a certain extension length, the collected lint is trapped there; in addition, as the filtered thread scraps are collected at the corners, the filtering part of the thread scraps filtering device is not reserved or is rarely reserved, the drainage water flow can smoothly enter the water passing space surrounded by the thread scraps filtering device and the inner barrel, and the drainage water flow of the washing machine is not blocked.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 to 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the filtering efficiency of the lint filtering device, a collecting groove 66 recessed towards the inside of the water passing space and opened towards the inside of the inner tub is provided on the filtering comb 60 of the lint filtering device; the collecting groove 66 is arranged on the collecting part 65 of the filtering comb 60, so that the thread scraps impacted by the drainage water flow are hung at the collecting groove 66, and the accumulation of the thread scraps at the filtering part is prevented.
In the embodiment of the invention, the filtering comb teeth 60 are connected through at least one circle of fixed ring; preferably, each filtering comb 60 is integrally arranged with the fixed ring; it is further preferred that, as shown in figures 2 to 7, the top of each filter comb 60 is connected via a ring of water baffles 61, the water baffles 61 forming a fixed ring, and the water baffles 61 and each filter comb 60 are one piece. Therefore, the thread scrap filtering device formed by the plurality of filtering comb teeth forms an annular integral structure, the integrity of the thread scrap filtering device is ensured, and the installation of the thread scrap filtering device is facilitated.
In the embodiment of the invention, the lower end of each filtering comb 60 is connected with the inner wall of the inner barrel 1, and the upper end is connected with the inner wall of the inner barrel 1 through the water baffle 61, so that the upper end and the lower end of the thread scrap filtering device 6 formed by the filtering comb 60 are respectively connected with the inner barrel 1 to form a water passing space 62 for the flowing of the drainage water flow, and the drainage water flow which is attached to the inner wall of the inner barrel 1 and flows upwards under the action of centrifugal force is filtered by the thread scrap filtering device 6, flows through the water passing space 62 and is discharged out through the water outlet 7. Meanwhile, the drainage water flow is blocked by the water baffle, so that the drainage water flow of the washing machine is prevented from flowing out of the water passing space from the upper part and even splashing out of the opening of the inner barrel.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water baffle 61 is horizontally arranged and extends along the radial direction of the inner barrel 1, the inner circumference of the annular water baffle 61 is connected with the top end of each filtering comb 60, and the outer circumference is connected with the inner circumference of the inner barrel 1, so that the upper part of the annular water passing space 62 is completely shielded by the water baffle 61, the drainage water flowing into the water passing space is effectively prevented from overflowing from the upper part and even splashing to the inner barrel, and the smoothness of the drainage water of the washing machine is further effectively ensured.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of water outlets 7 are arranged on the inner barrel side wall 102 at the top end of the inner barrel 1, the inner barrel 1 is rotatably sleeved in the outer barrel 31, the outer barrel 31 forms the inner barrel supporting piece 3, and the water outlets 7 are communicated with the inner part of the inner barrel 1 and the outer barrel 31 outside the inner barrel 1, so that the washing water flowing out from the water outlets 7 of the inner barrel 1 can be collected into the outer barrel 31 and then is discharged outside through the water outlet communicated with the bottom of the outer barrel. Preferably, in order to prevent the washing water from splashing, the outer tub 31 may be provided with a outer tub cover 12 for opening and closing the outer tub opening.
Or, a plurality of water outlets 7 are arranged at the top end of the inner barrel 1, a water collecting tank is arranged below the inner barrel 1, a flow channel extending downwards and vertically is arranged on the side wall 102 of the inner barrel, the upper ends of the flow channels are communicated with the water outlets 7 in a one-to-one opposite mode, the lower ends of the flow channels extend into the water collecting tank, the water outlets 7 are communicated with the flow channels inside the inner barrel 1 and outside the inner barrel 1, and the water is driven by centrifugal force to be lifted to the position of the barrel opening 103 of the inner barrel, is discharged to the flow channel through the water outlets 7 and then flows into the water collecting tank outside the inner barrel 1 after being guided by the flow channel. Preferably, the water collecting tank and the inner barrel 1 are coaxially arranged, and the radial size of an opening of the water collecting tank is larger than that of the inner barrel 1; it is further preferred that at least the lower end of the inner tub 1 is extended into the water collection tank, and a space is reserved between the outer wall of the inner tub 1 and the inner wall of the water collection tank to ensure that the inner tub rotates and that the drain water can flow into the water collection tank completely (not shown in the drawings).

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine characterized by: comprises an inner barrel forming a rotatable water container, a water outlet is arranged on the inner barrel, and a thread scrap filtering device is arranged at the water outlet.
2. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the thread scrap filtering device is one or a combination of a grid structure, a mesh structure and a comb tooth structure which cover the water outlet.
3. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the thread scrap filtering device and the inner barrel are integrated; or the thread scrap filtering device is an independent part fixedly arranged on the inner barrel;
preferably, the inner barrel is provided with a balance ring, and the thread scrap filtering device is fixedly connected with the balance ring or integrally formed.

A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the thread scrap filtering device is of a ring-shaped structure which is arranged on the inner periphery of the side wall of the inner barrel and covers the water outlet, the thread scrap filtering device and the inner wall of the inner barrel jointly enclose a water passing space, the water passing space is communicated with the outside of the inner barrel through the water outlet, and the water passing space is communicated with the inside of the inner barrel through a filtering gap on the thread scrap filtering device;
preferably, the upper side and the lower side of the annular lint filter device are directly or indirectly connected with the inner wall of the inner barrel respectively.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that: the inner barrel is of a barrel-shaped structure with the axis vertically arranged and an opening at the upper end, and the side wall of the inner barrel is conical with a large radial size at the upper end and a small radial size at the lower end; the top of the side wall of the inner barrel is provided with at least one water outlet, and the annular thread scrap filtering device is arranged on the inner periphery of the top of the inner barrel.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that: the thread scraps filtering device comprises a plurality of filtering comb teeth which are distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner barrel at intervals, a filtering gap for water to pass is formed by a gap between every two adjacent filtering comb teeth, and the width D of the filtering gap is smaller than the aperture D of the water outlet;
preferably, the filtering comb teeth are of a sheet structure, an included angle a is formed between the sheet filtering comb teeth and the radial section of the inner barrel, and a is larger than or equal to 0 and smaller than 90.
7. A washing machine as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that: the annular thread scraps filtering device is in a cone shape which is gradually narrowed from bottom to top.

the collecting part and the filtering part are in different tapers, and the taper a2 of the collecting part is larger than the taper a1 of the filtering part; or the collecting part is cylindrical and the filtering part is conical;
preferably, the filtering part is provided with a collecting tank which is sunken towards the inside of the water passing space and is arranged towards the opening of the inside of the inner barrel.
9. A washing machine as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that: the lower end of each filtering comb tooth is connected with the inner wall of the inner barrel, and the upper end is connected with the inner wall of the inner barrel through a water baffle.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the water baffle is horizontally arranged and is annular and extends along the radial direction of the inner barrel, the inner periphery of the annular water baffle is connected with the top end of each filtering comb tooth, and the outer periphery of the annular water baffle is connected with the inner periphery of the inner barrel.
