As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 3 is provided with a plurality of circles of inner ribs 15 extending in the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1, and the inner ribs 15 are arranged close to the outer wall surface of the side wall 103 of the inner cylinder; the outer wall surface of the inner barrel side wall 103 is provided with an outer retaining rib 16 which radially protrudes and extends towards the periphery of the inner barrel 1, and the outer retaining rib 16 is close to the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 3 so as to ensure the shielding performance of a cavity surrounded by the water collecting tray 3 and further avoid the problem that water flowing into the water collecting tray 3 splashes and flows out from the periphery opening.
In this embodiment, the inner retaining rib 15 and the outer retaining rib 16 both extend along the radial direction of the corresponding cross section of the inner barrel 1 in a protruding manner, so as to reduce the length of the retaining rib and reduce the weight of the whole washing machine as much as possible on the premise of ensuring the blocking effect of the retaining rib on water flow.
In this embodiment, the outer ribs 16 and the inner ribs 15 are staggered and arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1. Preferably, the inner retaining rib 15 and the outer retaining rib 16 are overlapped at least partially along the axial parallel direction of the inner cylinder 1 and the projection on any radial section of the inner cylinder 1, so that the end part of the inner retaining rib 15 extending and the end part of the outer retaining rib 16 extending are overlapped in the axial parallel direction of the inner cylinder 1, the direct sputtering outflow of a gap between the inner retaining rib and the outer retaining rib is avoided, and the effect of preventing water from splashing is realized.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, in the present embodiment, the width of the gap between the end of the outer rib 16 and the annular flange 14 of the water collecting tray 3 is smaller than the height of the inner rib 15 protruding in the radial direction of the inner barrel 1; the gap width between the end part of the inner blocking rib 15 and the outer side wall of the inner barrel 1 is smaller than the height of the outer blocking rib 16 protruding in the radial direction of the inner barrel 1, so that a blocking rib structure formed by the inner blocking rib and the outer blocking rib can form a bent and convoluted channel, and drainage in a water collecting tray is effectively prevented from sputtering outwards.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the inner cylinder 1 is provided with a water outlet 6, and the inside of the inner cylinder 1 is communicated with the space between the inner cylinder 1 and the water collecting tray 3 through the water outlet 6; the lowest part of the water collecting tray 3 is communicated with a drain pipe 11 of the washing machine. In this embodiment, the lowest part of the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 3 is communicated with the water discharging pipe 11, and the communication part of the rib structure relative to the water discharging pipe 11 is arranged close to the opening end of the inner cylinder 1. In this embodiment, the lower end of the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 3 is a tapered drainage groove 19 which is gradually narrowed from top to bottom and is recessed downward, and the lowest part of the tapered drainage groove 19 is communicated with the drainage pipe 11, so as to ensure that drainage water flow is converged at the joint of the drainage pipe under the action of gravity, and smooth drainage of the washing machine is realized. The lower end part of the annular folded edge is provided with the downward sunken drainage groove, so that the drainage groove forms a space for downward gathering of discharged water, and the discharged water of the washing machine can be discharged smoothly outwards by the drainage groove, and the discharged water is effectively prevented from leaking outwards.
In this embodiment, the valve provided in the drain port 6 may be any valve body structure that can control opening and closing of an opening. Preferably, the valve is a one-way valve which is arranged at the water outlet 6, and makes water in the inner cylinder flow out in one way under the action of centrifugal force after the rotating speed of the inner cylinder reaches a set value.
In this embodiment, the specific structure of the valve installed at the water outlet 6 may be as follows: the hole is arranged on the inner cylinder and is arranged in a penetrating way so as to allow water flow to pass through; the centrifugal valve is arranged on the inner cylinder and correspondingly arranged at the hole, the valve core of the centrifugal valve is used for plugging the hole, and the valve core of the centrifugal valve is opened under the action of centrifugal force after the rotating speed of the inner cylinder reaches a set value. Preferably, the centrifugal valve further comprises an elastic member, and the elastic member is clamped between the valve core and the inner cylinder to provide a reset acting force for the valve core so as to push the valve core to block the hole. The centrifugal valve may be any valve body structure (not shown) capable of opening the hole under the action of centrifugal force in the prior art.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the inner cylinder sidewall 103 of the inner cylinder 1 is tapered, and the water outlet 6 is located at the large opening end of the tapered cylinder, so that in the rotation process of the inner cylinder 1, water in the inner cylinder 1 adheres to the wall under the action of centrifugal force and flows toward the large opening end, thereby ensuring that the washing water in the inner cylinder can be smoothly discharged from the water outlet 6 at the large opening end of the inner cylinder.
In this embodiment, in order to promote the water retaining effect, further effectively avoid the washing water in the water catch tray to spatter outward, can carry out following setting:
as shown in fig. 2, the end of the outer rib 16 and/or the inner rib 15 is provided with a folded edge 17, the folded edge 17 extends along the axis of the inner barrel 1 in a parallel direction, and the folded edge 17 extends to a position close to the adjacent rib;
preferably, each outer rib 16 and each inner rib 15 are arranged in groups in a pairwise close manner, each group comprises an adjacent outer rib 16 and an inner rib 15, the folded edges 17 arranged at the ends of the adjacent outer rib 16 and the adjacent inner rib 15 extend towards the close side, the ends of the folded edges 17 are close to the corresponding inner rib 15 or the outer rib 16, and the folded edges 17 arranged on the outer rib 16 and the folded edges 17 arranged on the inner rib 15 are spaced to ensure that the rotation of the inner barrel 1 is not influenced.
As shown in FIG. 3, an inner rib 15 is provided at the outermost end of the annular flange of the water collecting tray for isolating other materials from entering between the inner cylinder 1 and the water collecting tray 3.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the annular flange of the water collection tray is provided with a plurality of rings of inner ribs projecting in the direction of the axis of the inner tub, the ends of the inner ribs being disposed adjacent to the side wall of the inner tub; the side wall of the inner cylinder is provided with a plurality of circles of outer blocking ribs protruding towards the outer part of the inner cylinder, and the end parts of the outer blocking ribs are arranged close to the annular folded edge of the water collecting tray;
preferably, the inner retaining rib and the outer retaining rib both extend in a protruding manner along the radial direction of the corresponding section of the inner cylinder.
4. The washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the outer ribs and the inner ribs are arranged in a staggered manner along the axial direction of the inner drum, and a space is provided between adjacent outer ribs and inner ribs;
preferably, the projections of the inner barrier rib and the outer barrier rib on any radial section of the inner cylinder along the direction parallel to the axis of the inner cylinder are at least partially overlapped.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the width of the gap between the end of the outer rib and the annular flange of the water collection tray is smaller than the height of the inner rib projecting in the radial direction of the inner tub; the width of the gap between the end part of the inner blocking rib and the outer side wall of the inner cylinder is smaller than the height of the outer blocking rib protruding in the radial direction of the inner cylinder.
6. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3 wherein the ends of the outer and/or inner ribs are provided with folded edges which extend parallel to the axis of the inner drum and which extend adjacent to the adjacent rib.

A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein the inner drum has an inner drum mouth at one end and an inner drum base at the other end; the opening is arranged at the opening end of the inner cylinder, an inner cylinder cover for buckling the opening is arranged on the washing machine, and the inner cylinder of the washing machine is a closed container after the opening is buckled by the inner cylinder cover and during washing; the water collecting tray is arranged at the bottom end of the inner barrel.
8. The washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the inner tub is provided with a drain port, and the inside of the inner tub is communicated with a space between the inner tub and the water collecting tray through the drain port; the lowest part of the water collecting tray is communicated with a drain pipe of the washing machine;
preferably, the lowest part of the annular folded edge of the water collecting disc is communicated with a drain pipe, and the rib blocking structure is arranged close to the opening of the inner cylinder relative to the communication part of the drain pipe;
preferably, the lower end part of the annular folded edge of the water collecting tray is a conical drainage groove which is gradually narrowed from top to bottom, and the lowest part of the conical drainage groove is communicated with a drainage pipe.
9. A washing machine as claimed in claim 8 wherein the drain outlet is provided with a valve body for closing the drain outlet when the washing machine is in a washing condition; when the washing machine is in a dehydration state, the water outlet is in an open state;
preferably, the side wall of the inner cylinder is a conical cylinder of which the radial size is gradually increased from the opening end of the inner cylinder to the bottom end of the inner cylinder, and the water outlet is arranged at the periphery of the bottom of the inner cylinder and/or at one end of the side wall of the inner cylinder close to the bottom of the inner cylinder.
10. A washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the motor is mounted at the rear side of the water collecting tray, the inner drum shaft is coaxially arranged at the center of the bottom of the inner drum, and the inner drum shaft passes through the water collecting tray and is connected with the motor directly or through a transmission device at the penetrating end; the inner barrel shaft is arranged in a hollow manner, so that the hollow portion forms a flow channel, one end of the flow channel is connected with the inner barrel, and the other end of the flow channel is connected with a water inlet structure of the washing machine.
