背景技术
金属加工冷却液即是切削液,其是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。克服了传统皂基乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差的的毛病,对车床漆也无不良影响,适用于黑色金属的切削及磨加工,属当前最领先的磨削产品。切削液各项指标均优于皂化油,它具有良好的冷却、清洗、防锈等特点,并且具备无毒、无味、对人体无侵蚀、对设备不腐蚀、对环境不污染等特点。
但是,随着现代机械加工向高速、强力、精密方向发展,超硬、超强度等难加工材料的发展也使切削加工的难度日益增加。这两方面的原因导致切削加工过程中的摩擦力、摩擦热大幅度提高,这就要求金属加工液具有更好的润滑、冷却、清洗、防锈性能,以便获得理想的加工表面。矿物润滑油的润滑、防锈性能优越,但冷却、清洗性能差;乳化液和水基切削液的冷却、清洗性能优良,但润滑、防锈性能差。
发明内容
基于此,为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种贵金属冷却液。
一种贵金属冷却液,包括如下组分:乙二醇、壬二酸二辛脂、二乙二醇单甲醚、三聚磷酸钠、多聚磷酸钾、丙烯酸盐、二氢铵、磷酸钾、亚磷酸钠、甲醇、甘油及水。
上述的贵金属冷却液,采用水基配方,不仅冷却、清洗性能佳,可以获得理想的加工表面;而且润滑、防锈性能也较优。
一实施例中,所述的贵金属冷却液,包括如下重量份的组分:乙二醇50-70份、壬二酸二辛脂0.5-2.5份、二乙二醇单甲醚5-15份、三聚磷酸钠0.1-0.6份、多聚磷酸钾0.2-1.2份、丙烯酸盐0.4-1.5份、二氢铵1-2份、磷酸钾0.2-1.2份、亚磷酸钠0.4-1.5份、甲醇0.1-0.6份、甘油1.5-4份及水60-90份。
一实施例中,所述的贵金属冷却液,包括如下重量份的组分:乙二醇55-70份、壬二酸二辛脂1-2份、二乙二醇单甲醚7-12份、三聚磷酸钠0.1-0.5份、多聚磷酸钾0.4-1份、丙烯酸盐0.6-1.3份、二氢铵1-2份、磷酸钾0.4-1份、亚磷酸钠0.6-1.2份、甲醇0.1-0.5份、甘油2-4份及水70-80份。

本对比例提供一种贵金属冷却液,包括如下重量份的组分:乙二醇60份、二乙二醇单甲醚10份、三聚磷酸钠0.3份、多聚磷酸钾0.7份、丙烯酸盐0.9份、二氢铵1.5份、磷酸钾0.7份、亚磷酸钠0.9份、甲醇0.3份、甘油2.5份、水75份、消泡剂0.002份。
对比例二
本对比例提供一种贵金属冷却液,包括如下重量份的组分:乙二醇60份、壬二酸二辛脂1.1份、三聚磷酸钠0.3份、多聚磷酸钾0.7份、丙烯酸盐0.9份、二氢铵1.5份、磷酸钾0.7份、亚磷酸钠0.9份、甲醇0.3份、甘油2.5份、水75份、消泡剂0.002份。
以下将对上述各实施例以及对比例进行实验,其中分别检测其润滑性、防锈防腐蚀性以及清洗性能,结果见表一。
润滑性测试方法:在四球极压试验机上进行模拟润滑性的测定。测量球的磨痕直径,磨痕直径越小表明润滑性能越好。将钢球分别固定在四球机的上球座和油盒内。将实施例与对比例得到的切削液按一定体积倍数进行稀释后倒入油盒中,让其盖过钢球而到达压环与螺帽的接合处。把装好试样和球的油盒正中地安放在四球极压试验机的上球座下面,在油杯和导向柱中间放上圆盘架,放出加载杠杆并把规定的负荷加到球上。持续30min,试验温度为25℃±5℃。每次试验后,测量盒内任何一个钢球的纵横两个方向的磨痕直径,取平均值。其中试验所用钢球为II级精度的GCr15钢球,直径12.7mm,HRC(洛氏硬度)为64-66。按照GBT6144-2010中的要求,采用GBT3142中的方法(转速1440r/min)检测最大无卡咬负荷PB值。本次采用的试验条件是载荷200N,转速1440r/min,试验温度为25℃±5℃。
腐蚀性、防锈性试验方法:按照GBT6144-2010中规定的方法及标准(L-MAH),对各实施例及对比例得到的切削液(稀释至含水量95%)进行透明度、pH值、消泡性、腐蚀试验、防锈性试验。

由表一可以看出,各个实施例的贵金属冷却液,其防锈、润滑性能以及清洗能力均可达到要求且优于各对比例。对比例一未采用壬二酸二辛脂,其清洗性能不及各实施例;对比例二未采用二乙二醇单甲醚,其防锈性能不及各实施例。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (6)
1.一种贵金属冷却液,其特征在于,包括如下组分:乙二醇、壬二酸二辛脂、二乙二醇单甲醚、三聚磷酸钠、多聚磷酸钾、丙烯酸盐、二氢铵、磷酸钾、亚磷酸钠、甲醇、甘油及水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的贵金属冷却液,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:乙二醇50-70份、壬二酸二辛脂0.5-2.5份、二乙二醇单甲醚5-15份、三聚磷酸钠0.1-0.6份、多聚磷酸钾0.2-1.2份、丙烯酸盐0.4-1.5份、二氢铵1-2份、磷酸钾0.2-1.2份、亚磷酸钠0.4-1.5份、甲醇0.1-0.6份、甘油1.5-4份及水60-90份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的贵金属冷却液,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:乙二醇55-70份、壬二酸二辛脂1-2份、二乙二醇单甲醚7-12份、三聚磷酸钠0.1-0.5份、多聚磷酸钾0.4-1份、丙烯酸盐0.6-1.3份、二氢铵1-2份、磷酸钾0.4-1份、亚磷酸钠0.6-1.2份、甲醇0.1-0.5份、甘油2-4份及水70-80份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的贵金属冷却液,其特征在于,还包括消泡剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的贵金属冷却液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂0.001-0.003份。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的贵金属冷却液,其特征在于,所述水为超纯水。
