Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保型水基金属加工切削液,是由以下重量百分比的原料制备的:二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物8‑12%、润滑剂4‑8%、防锈剂10‑15%、羟丙基甲基纤维素3‑5%、对氨基苯磺酸2‑4%、二异丙基单乙醇胺6‑8%、苯甲酸钠2‑4%,余量为水。本发明的环保型水基金属加工切削液具有优异的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能,适用于各类精密机械加工中的磨削、切削、线切割等不同加工作业,适用于各种材料的精密机械加工;不含亚硝酸盐和磷的化合物,有利于环境保护和人体健康;长期使用后不发臭,不霉变,延长切削液使用寿命数倍。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属切削加工技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型水基金属加工切削液。
背景技术
切削液(cuttingfluid,coolant)是一种用在金属切、削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体。
人类使用切削液的历史可以追溯到远古时代。人们在磨制石器、铜器和铁器时,就知道浇水可以提高效率和质量。在古罗马时代,车削活塞泵的铸件时就使用橄榄油,16世纪使用牛脂和水溶剂来抛光金属盔甲。到1860年经历了漫长发展后,车、铣、刨、磨、齿轮加工和螺纹加工等各种机床相继出现,也标志着切削液开始较大规模的应用。
高性能的切削液应具备良好的加工性能、理化性能和环卫性能,如润滑、冷却、防锈、除油清洗、防腐等。对于高难度的切削、攻丝、钻孔、挤压、加工一直采用润滑性特别好的油基材料,如切削油、乳化油等油性产品。此类油性产品消耗大量的油品资源,浓郁的刺鼻气味严重影响操作工的身心健康;产生大量废液,不易沉降,很难处理,废水处理费用高;细菌繁殖快,使用周期短,为了控制它的变质往往必须添加一些杀菌防腐剂,这些杀菌防腐剂多少又会对操作工身体和周围环境污染造成危害。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种具有优异的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能的环保型水基金属加工切削液。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种环保型水基金属加工切削液,是由以下重量百分比的原料制备的:二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物8-12%、润滑剂4-8%、防锈剂10-15%、羟丙基甲基纤维素3-5%、对氨基苯磺酸2-4%、二异丙基单乙醇胺6-8%、苯甲酸钠2-4%,余量为水;
所述防锈剂是由二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、腐植酸钠和N,N'-二环己基碳酰亚胺按照1:0.3-0.5:0.8-1.2的重量比混合得到的;
所述润滑剂是由乙氧基二乙二醇醚和羟乙基胺按照1:0.7-1.2的重量比混合得到的。
优选的,一种环保型水基金属加工切削液,是由以下重量百分比的原料制备的:二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物10%、润滑剂6%、防锈剂12%、羟丙基甲基纤维素4%、对氨基苯磺酸3%、二异丙基单乙醇胺7%、苯甲酸钠3%,余量为水。
优选的,防锈剂是由二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、腐植酸钠和N,N'-二环己基碳酰亚胺按照1:0.4:1的重量比混合得到的。
优选的,润滑剂是由乙氧基二乙二醇醚和羟乙基胺按照1:1的重量比混合得到的。
所述二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物是由以下方法制备得到的:在反应釜内加入二乙醇单异丙醇胺和马来酸酐,加入催化剂,搅拌条件下减压至0.4MPa,加热,温度控制在100℃,维持体系恒温,每隔一小时测定一次体系的酸度,到酸值无明显变化时反应停止。然后冷却至室温,依次用饱和碳酸钠溶液和蒸馏水洗涤,得到二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物。
本发明的有益效果:
1)本发明的环保型水基金属加工切削液具有优异的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能,适用于各类精密机械加工中的磨削、切削、线切割等不同加工作业,适用于各种材料的精密机械加工;
2)本发明的环保型水基金属加工切削液不含亚硝酸盐和磷的化合物,有利于环境保护和人体健康;
3)本发明的环保型水基金属加工切削液长期使用后不发臭,不霉变,延长切削液使用寿命数倍。

为了进一步了解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明的优选实施方案进行描述,但是应当理解,这些描述只是为进一步说明本发明的特征和优点而不是对本发明专利要求的限制。
实施例1
一种环保型水基金属加工切削液,是由以下重量百分比的原料制备的:二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物12%、润滑剂8%、防锈剂10%、羟丙基甲基纤维素3%、对氨基苯磺酸2%、二异丙基单乙醇胺6%、苯甲酸钠4%,余量为水;
所述防锈剂是由二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、腐植酸钠和N,N'-二环己基碳酰亚胺按照1:0.3:1.2的重量比混合得到的;
所述润滑剂是由乙氧基二乙二醇醚和羟乙基胺按照1:0.7的重量比混合得到的。
所述二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物是由以下方法制备得到的:在反应釜内加入二乙醇单异丙醇胺和马来酸酐,加入催化剂,搅拌条件下减压至0.4MPa,加热,温度控制在100℃,维持体系恒温,每隔一小时测定一次体系的酸度,到酸值无明显变化时反应停止。然后冷却至室温,依次用饱和碳酸钠溶液和蒸馏水洗涤,得到二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物。

所述防锈剂是由二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、腐植酸钠和N,N'-二环己基碳酰亚胺按照1:0.4:1.1的重量比混合得到的;
所述润滑剂是由乙氧基二乙二醇醚和羟乙基胺按照1:0.9的重量比混合得到的。

实施例3
一种环保型水基金属加工切削液,是由以下重量百分比的原料制备的:二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物10%、润滑剂6%、防锈剂12%、羟丙基甲基纤维素4%、对氨基苯磺酸3%、二异丙基单乙醇胺7%、苯甲酸钠3%,余量为水。
所述防锈剂是由二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、腐植酸钠和N,N'-二环己基碳酰亚胺按照1:0.4:1的重量比混合得到的。
所述润滑剂是由乙氧基二乙二醇醚和羟乙基胺按照1:1的重量比混合得到的。

所述防锈剂是由二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、腐植酸钠和N,N'-二环己基碳酰亚胺按照1:0.4:0.9的重量比混合得到的;
所述润滑剂是由乙氧基二乙二醇醚和羟乙基胺按照1:1.1的重量比混合得到的。

一种环保型水基金属加工切削液,是由以下重量百分比的原料制备的:二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物8%、润滑剂4%、防锈剂15%、羟丙基甲基纤维素5%、对氨基苯磺酸4%、二异丙基单乙醇胺8%、苯甲酸钠2%,余量为水;
所述防锈剂是由二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、腐植酸钠和N,N'-二环己基碳酰亚胺按照1:0.5:0.8的重量比混合得到的;
所述润滑剂是由乙氧基二乙二醇醚和羟乙基胺
按照1:1.2的重量比混合得到的。

依据GB/T 6144-2010《合成切削液》分别对实施例1-5制备的环保型水基金属加工切削液的外观、贮存安定性、pH值、消泡性、表面张力、腐蚀试验、防锈试验、最大无卡咬负荷PB等项目进行测试,测试结果见表1。

由表1可知,实施例1-5制备的环保型水基金属加工切削液各项指标均符合要求。

1.一种环保型水基金属加工切削液,其特征在于,是由以下重量百分比的原料制备的:二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物8-12%、润滑剂4-8%、防锈剂10-15%、羟丙基甲基纤维素3-5%、对氨基苯磺酸2-4%、二异丙基单乙醇胺6-8%、苯甲酸钠2-4%,余量为水;
所述防锈剂是由二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、腐植酸钠和N,N'-二环己基碳酰亚胺按照1:0.3-0.5:0.8-1.2的重量比混合得到的;
所述润滑剂是由乙氧基二乙二醇醚和羟乙基胺按照1:0.7-1.2的重量比混合得到的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型水基金属加工切削液,其特征在于,是由以下重量百分比的原料制备的:二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物10%、润滑剂6%、防锈剂12%、羟丙基甲基纤维素4%、对氨基苯磺酸3%、二异丙基单乙醇胺7%、苯甲酸钠3%,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型水基金属加工切削液,其特征在于,所述防锈剂是由二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、腐植酸钠和N,N'-二环己基碳酰亚胺按照1:0.4:1的重量比混合得到的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型水基金属加工切削液,其特征在于,所述润滑剂是由乙氧基二乙二醇醚和羟乙基胺按照1:1的重量比混合得到的。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型水基金属加工切削液,其特征在于,所述二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物是由以下方法制备得到的:在反应釜内加入二乙醇单异丙醇胺和马来酸酐,加入催化剂,搅拌条件下减压至0.4MPa,加热,温度控制在100℃,维持体系恒温,每隔一小时测定一次体系的酸度,到酸值无明显变化时反应停止。然后冷却至室温,依次用饱和碳酸钠溶液和蒸馏水洗涤,得到二乙醇单异丙醇胺马来酸酯化合物。
