本发明涉及一种微压自动阀原件,特别涉及一种微压自动阀压力感应膜片及其制备方法。
背景技术
微压自动阀,是广泛应用于各行各业中的对微压腐蚀性气体进行自动控制的一种自动阀,由于腐蚀性气体在经过微压自动阀时对微压自动阀会产生腐蚀性破坏;严重的影响着微压自动阀的使用寿命,特别是对微压自动阀的弹性膜片影响最大,又由于传统微压自动阀的弹性膜片的材料是橡胶,对腐蚀性气体特别敏感,加之弹性膜片很薄,使用一段时间后很容易被腐蚀性气体腐蚀而损坏,严重的影响了微压自动阀的工作性能与使用寿命,容易造成腐蚀性气体的泄漏问题,会产生对环境的严重污染;因此研究一种既能够防止腐蚀而又能够保持应有弹性的膜片,是我们迫切需要努力的美好工作。
发明内容
本发明提供一种微压自动阀压力感应膜片及其制备方法,解决微压自动阀耐腐蚀,防止腐蚀性气体泄漏的问题。
本发明的解决技术问题的技术方案是:1.为了解决腐蚀性气体对微压自动阀的腐蚀问题,将弹性膜片的生产材料采用超薄型PTFE膜、粘结胶膜、柔软型绦纶织物、EPDM橡胶;2.为了进一步解决腐蚀性气体对微压自动阀的腐蚀而富有一定的弹性,将超薄型PTFE膜、粘结胶膜、柔软型绦纶织物、EPDM橡胶复合成多层结构的膜片;3.为了进一步提高弹性膜片的弹性与复位性能,采用模具将弹性膜片压塑成凹凸波纹的圆盘形;达到解决耐腐蚀而富有弹性和复位性能的目的。

1.一种微压自动阀压力感应膜片,其特征在于:所述微压自动阀压力感应膜片的制备方法为:将上模(11)与下模(10)分开,在下模(10)的形腔室(13)里装置第一层,超薄型PTFE膜(1);装置第二层,粘结胶膜(2);装置第三层,柔软型绦纶织物(3);装置第四层,EPDM橡胶(4);合上上模(11)与下模(10),对上模(11)加压,所述加压压力0.25-1.5Mpa,加热棒(12)加热使上模(11)、下模(10)的体温在155-175度,保压上模(11)0.5-1.25分钟后,分开上模(11)与下模(10)取得微压自动阀压力感应膜片;所述超薄型PTFE膜(1)的厚度为0.05-1.25mm;粘结胶膜(2)的厚度为0.05-1.50mm;柔软型绦纶织物(3)的厚度为0.3-1.0mm;EPDM橡胶(4)的厚度为0.75-2.25mm;所述微压自动阀压力感应膜片的上面有凸出圆平面(5),凸出圆平面(5)的周边有圆环凹槽(6),圆环凹槽(6)的周边有圆环飞边(7);下面有凸波环(8),凸波环(8)的环内有凹陷圆平面(9);所述微压自动阀压力感应膜片的直径为20-505mm,厚度为1.15-6.0mm,总高度为2-17.5mm;所述上模(11)设置有加热棒(12),所述上模(11)的加热棒(12)的装置方式为竖向装置;所述上模(11)的下端均中部,设置有上模凸波环(15);所述下模(10)设置有加热棒(12),所述下模(10)的加热棒(12)的装置方式为竖向装置;所述下模(10)的上端均中部设置有形腔室(13),所述形腔室(13)为圆桶形;所述下模(10)的形腔室(13)的直径为28-558mm,深度为2.8-8.5mm;所述下模(10)的形腔室(13)的底部设置有下模凹槽环(14)。
2.一种权利要求1所述的微压自动阀压力感应膜片的制备方法,其特征在于:第一步,将超薄型PTFE膜(1)裁剪成圆片,放入模具;第二步,将粘结胶膜(2)裁剪成圆片,放入模具;第三步,将柔软型绦纶织物(3)裁剪成圆片,放入模具;第四步,将EPDM橡胶(4)裁剪成圆片,放入模具;第五步,将模具中的超薄型PTFE膜(1)、粘结胶膜(2)、柔软型绦纶织物(3)、EPDM橡胶(4)进行硫化成型;硫化温度为185-225度;硫化时间为0.45-2.8分钟;加压压力0.25-1.5Mpa,加热棒(12)加热使上模(11)、下模(10)的体温在155-175度,保压上模(11)0.5-1.25分钟后,分开上模(11)与下模(10)取得上述微压自动阀压力感应膜片。
