本发明属于橡胶密封圈技术领域,涉及一种橡胶密封圈的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:(1)配料:称取制作橡胶垫圈的原料;(2)混料:将步骤(1)称取的原料进行混合;(3)预备成型;在注射剂管状模具表面涂抹硅油,帮助脱模。(4)成型:将步骤(2)混合后的原料置入设定管径的注射机的管状模具中硫化成型;(5)脱模:得到具有设定管径的橡胶管;(6)切割:按滤清器橡胶密封圈的设定高度将步骤(5)制得的橡胶管切割成设定高度及内外径的滤清器橡胶密封圈;优点是:适应性广、生产效率高、生产周期短、生产产品尺寸偏差小、节省原料、生产成本低、能实现自动化生产;适用于各型号橡胶垫圈切割生产使用。

橡胶密封圈的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶密封圈技术领域,特指一种橡胶密封圈的制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的快速发展,滤清器橡胶密封圈的需求量越来越大,通常的滤清器橡胶密封圈的制作一般采用固定规格模具成型的方法,一个模具通常只能生产一种规格的滤清器橡胶密封圈,这种生产橡胶垫圈的方法存在着一些不足之处:一:适应性比较窄;二:由于模具自身因素的限制,导致生产这类滤清器橡胶密封圈周期长,生产效率低;三:在生产过程中产品尺寸偏差大,(尺寸偏差在±0.1MM之间);四:在生产工序中要对单个产品的表面修整、修边等,原料浪费大,一般浪费原料率到达20%,生产成本高;五:不能实现自动化生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种适应性广、生产效率高、生产周期短、生产产品尺寸偏差小、节省原料、生产成本低、能实现自动化生产的一种橡胶密封圈的制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
橡胶密封圈的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)配料:称取制作滤清器橡胶密封的原料;
(2)混料:将步骤(1)称取的原料进行混合;
(3)预备成型;在注射剂管状模具表面涂抹硅油,帮助脱模。
(4)成型:将步骤(2)混合后的原料置入设定管径的注射机的管状模具中硫化成型;
(5)脱模:得到具有设定管径的橡胶管;
(6)切割:按滤清器橡胶密封圈的设定高度将步骤(5)制得的橡胶管切割成设定高度及内外径的滤清器橡胶密封圈。
上述的原料包括有主料和辅料。
上述的主料包括:丁晴橡胶、天然橡胶、硅橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、氟橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶;所述的辅料包括:碳黑、碳酸钙、二丁酯、氧化锌、硫磺、硬酸酯、防老剂、促进剂。
本发明相比现有技术突出的优点是:
1、本发明将制得的橡胶管可根据客户对滤清器橡胶密封圈不同的高度要求,切割成不同高度的滤清器橡胶密封圈,适应性广,适应与各行业的巨型橡胶密封的生产;
2、本发明是通过注塑机生产出较长的橡胶管半成品,再用刀具快速切割成型,生产周期短、生产效率高,生产效率提高了6~12倍;
3、本发明的切割成型是通过数控设备进行切割生产,在生产过程中产品尺寸偏差小(一般尺寸偏差在±0.03MM之间),精度高;
4、本发明是通过切割成型,不需要表面休整、修边,把原材料浪费降低到8%以下,比原来的生产工艺节约了12%以上的原材料,生产成本低;
5、本发明的生产工艺,能实现了自动化大批量生产。

下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1-2:
橡胶密封圈的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)配料:称取制作滤清器橡胶密封圈的原料;
(2)混料:将步骤(1)称取的原料进行混合;
(3)预备成型;在注射剂管状模具表面涂抹硅油,帮助脱模。
(4)成型:将步骤(2)混合后的原料置入设定管径的注射机的管状模具中硫化成型;
(5)脱模:得到具有设定管径的橡胶管;
(6)切割:按滤清器橡胶密封圈的设定高度将步骤(5)制得的橡胶管切割成设定高度及内外径的滤清器橡胶密封圈。

1.橡胶密封圈的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括如下步骤:
(1)配料:称取制作滤清器橡胶密封圈的原料;
(2)混料:将步骤(1)称取的原料进行混合;
(3)预备成型;在注射剂管状模具表面涂抹硅油,帮助脱模。
(4)成型:将步骤(2)混合后的原料置入设定管径的注射机的管状模具中硫化成型;
(5)脱模:得到具有设定管径的橡胶管;
(6)切割:按滤清器橡胶密封圈的设定高度将步骤(5)制得的橡胶管切割成设定高度及内外径的滤清器橡胶密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶密封圈的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的原料包括有主料和辅料。
