The upper end of the grinding wheel throws the grinding fluid and the dust towards the dust suction inlet 51, and the dust suction device filters and stores the dust. When the slurry in the tank 34 needs to be emptied, the second valve 56 is opened and the slurry is collected into the water tank 44. When the level of the slurry in the tank 34 is too low to cover the grinding wheel, the first valve 55 is opened to replenish the slurry in the tank 36 into the tank 34.
