Abstract
本发明公开了一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,油脂搭配极简,成膜、粉体、防腐组分设计敏感性皮肤适用无负担;添加防护、舒缓、修护活性组分三重应对敏感性皮肤问题,提升使用粉底期间的面部舒适感。功能性粉体联合植物活性组分,减少油脂分泌、收敛毛孔、抑制引发粉刺的细菌,改善油性皮肤问题;保湿组分并用,避免单向控油引发的紧绷、拔干等不适。本发明从维持皮肤水油平衡出发,并设计多维度敏感性皮肤应对路径,安全温和,兼具使用感和妆效,可满足油性敏感皮肤人群的使用。本发明还公开了一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底的制备方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域,涉及一种粉底,尤其是涉及一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底及其制备方法。
背景技术
粉底是一类基础的底妆产品,在化妆过程中起到修饰和遮盖作用。在临床医学领域,使用安全、适宜的粉底可有效改善面部皮肤疾病人群的妆容,提升生活质量,从而辅助皮肤科医生对病人的治疗。
传统皮肤类型分类方式由Helena Rubinstein提出,包括干性皮肤、油性皮肤、混合性皮肤和敏感性皮肤;Leslie Baumann在2006年提出Baumann Skin Type Indicator(BSTI),将皮肤进一步细化为16种类型。其中,油性敏感皮肤(Oily Sensitive)兼具油脂分泌过多和对外界因素高敏的双重问题。随着越来越多的消费者追求个性化和定制护肤,化妆品市场面临新的挑战。
专利CN201810466950.1公开了一种适用于敏感性皮肤人群使用的粉底霜,采用植物提取物与生物代谢物的复配,目前极少数敏感性皮肤适用的粉底品牌比如薇诺娜、Naturaglace,这些尚处于实现使用安全性阶段,从原料来源和养肤成分入手,保证产品温和不刺激,但未涉及进一步的皮肤分类管理,无法满足敏感性皮肤人群日渐多样化的日常护理需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,在安全、温和的基础上,提升控油效果,并兼顾保湿,避免过度控制油脂分泌带来的皮肤紧绷、拔干等不适,同时,通过防护、舒缓和修护组分,减少敏感性皮肤在使用粉底期间的面部负担。
本发明的另外一个目的是提供一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底的制备方法。

S1,将着色剂、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石、丙烯酸(酯)类/丙烯酸乙基己酯/聚二甲基硅氧烷甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷以及PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷分散研磨,混合均匀,得到A相混合物;
S2,将水、丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、硫酸镁和银耳子实体提取物加热至75~80℃,得水相;
S3,水相降温至45℃,加入马齿苋提取物、卤虫提取物、土木香提取物、胶原、榆绣线菊提取物和肾茶提取物,混合均匀,得到B相混合物;
S4,将鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、生育酚乙酸酯、丙烯酸(酯)类/聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物、霍霍巴凝胶、红没药醇和青刺果油混合均匀,得油相;

本发明从维持皮肤水油平衡出发,设计多维度敏感性皮肤应对路径,提供一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,可作为该类型皮肤人群的日常护理以及皮肤科医生对相应人群的皮肤管理,安全温和,兼具使用感和妆效,可满足油性敏感皮肤人群的使用。采用本发明的适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底的制备方法的技术方案,也可以实现上述目的。

按照表1的原料配比制备实施例1-3的粉底。粉底的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,将着色剂、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石、丙烯酸(酯)类/丙烯酸乙基己酯/聚二甲基硅氧烷甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷以及PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷分散研磨,混合均匀,得到A相混合物;
S2,将水、丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、硫酸镁和银耳子实体提取物加热至75~80℃,得水相;
S3,水相降温至45℃,加入马齿苋提取物、卤虫提取物、土木香提取物、胶原、榆绣线菊提取物和肾茶提取物,混合均匀,得到B相混合物;

本发明的适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,主要采用轻质油脂,使粉底的基质轻薄不粘腻,更适合油性皮肤;甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯的加入,除常见的紫外线防御外,本发明体系条件下,既定的添加比例,可改善粉底质感,同时使粉底与皮肤更贴合;霍霍巴籽油常作为保湿剂或润肤剂应用于护肤类产品中,本发明使用疏水型的霍霍巴凝胶,保留其优势特点,并可以提供抗水性能,改善皮肤水分,使粉底更服帖、持久。所述油脂混合物,形成油包水体系的主要外部环境,有助于提升油性敏感皮肤使用产品过程中的舒适度,并对妆效有积极影响。
极简搭配的油相组合基础上,丙烯酸(酯)类/聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物为溶解在环五聚二甲基硅氧烷中的软膜成膜组分;所用丙烯酸(酯)类/聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物可成软膜,防水、抗迁移,提升持妆效果的同时使皮肤透气、舒适。所用植物原氨基酸处理粉体,具备优良的皮肤亲和性。所用1,2-戊二醇、对羟基苯乙酮为复配型非致敏防腐组分。
卤虫提取物可帮助皮肤有效抵御阳光辐射、温度压力(过冷过热),土木香提取物可防御蓝光以及城市污染,从而帮助减少外界环境可能带来的刺激。马齿苋提取物起到舒缓作用。胶原和青刺果油可对皮肤进行修护。防护、舒缓、修护三重叠加应对敏感性皮肤问题,减少使用粉底期间的面部负担。
针对敏感性皮肤面部特征的同时,使用粉体填充剂进行物理控油,并加入榆绣线菊提取物、肾茶提取物等植物活性成分,减少油脂分泌、收敛毛孔、抑制引发粉刺的细菌,双向应对油性皮肤问题。另一方面,醇类和银耳子实体提取物活性成分的加入,可加强保湿效果。保湿、控油组分的并用,避免单向控油引发的紧绷、拔干等不适。
1.安全性测试
1.1急性眼刺激性试验
对本发明的粉底产品进行急性眼刺激性试验。选择3只新西兰兔,体重在2kg~3kg之间,试验室温度:19~22℃,相对湿度:59~65%。轻轻拉开一侧眼睛的下眼睑,将受试物0.1mL滴入结膜囊中,使上、下眼睑被动闭合1s,以防止受试物丢失。另一侧眼睛不处理作自身对照。滴入受试物后24小时内不冲洗眼睛。在滴入受试物后1h、24h、48h、72h以及第4d和第7d对动物眼睛进行检查。如果72h未出现刺激反应,即可终止试验。在24h观察和记录后,对所有动物的眼睛用荧光素钠做进一步检查。
参照《化妆品卫生规范(2015版)》规定进行刺激反应评分,结果如表2所示:

由表2的急性眼刺激试验的测试结果可知,本发明的粉底产品对新西兰兔的眼刺激性试验未见刺激性反应。因此本发明的适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,具有良好的安全性。
1.2多次皮肤刺激性试验
对本发明的粉底产品进行多次皮肤刺激性试验。试验选择4只新西兰兔,试验室温度:17~20℃,相对湿度:60~69%。试验前将实验动物背部脊柱两侧毛剪掉,去毛范围各为3cm×3cm,涂抹面积2.5cm×2.5cm。取受试物约0.5mL涂抹在一侧皮肤上,另一侧皮肤作为对照,每天涂抹一次,连续涂抹14天。从第二天开始,每次涂抹前剃毛,用温水清除残留受试物。1小时后观察结果,参照《化妆品卫生规范(2015版)》规定进行刺激反应评分,结果如表3。

由表3的多次皮肤刺激性试验的测试结果可知,本发明的粉底产品对新西兰兔的多次皮肤刺激性试验未见刺激性反应。因此本发明的适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,具有良好的安全性。
1.3皮肤变态反应试验
对本发明的粉底产品进行皮肤变态反应试验。试验选择Hartley豚鼠,体重200g~300g,实验室温度18~22℃,相对湿度52%~69%,用局部封闭涂皮法进行皮肤变态反应试验,依据《化妆品卫生规范(2015版)》规定进行评分,结果如表4。

由表4可知本发明的产品对豚鼠皮肤变态反应试验未见皮肤变态反应。因此本发明的适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底具有良好的安全性。
1.4皮肤光毒性试验
对本发明的粉底产品进行皮肤光毒性试验。选择Hartley豚鼠,体重200g~300g,实验室温度19~22℃,相对湿度61%~67%,依据《化妆品卫生规范(2015版)》进行皮肤光毒性试验,结果如表5。

由表5的光毒性试验结果可知本发明的产品对豚鼠皮肤光毒性试验结果未见皮肤光毒性。因此本发明的适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,具有良好的安全性。
2.消费者测试
2.1试用评价
(1)对实施例1进行消费者测试。
选取有效受试者16人,20~50岁女性,油性、干性皮肤各半,平时有化妆习惯。使用本发明的粉底产品7天,期间关注使用肤感、妆效,并记录不良反应,最后通过问卷形式收集测试数据。根据试用结果,整理分析受试者的满意度(评分标准:满分5分,5分非常满意,4分满意,3分一般,2分不满意,1分非常不满意),主要表明测试品的现存问题如下:干、油性受试者均反馈保湿度不够(2分),且细腻贴合度一般(3分),一段时间后有局部卡粉和斑驳现象(3分)。
(2)对实施例2进行消费者测试。
选取有效受试者14人,20~50岁女性,油性、干性皮肤各半,平时有化妆习惯。分别使用本发明的粉底产品和市售阿玛尼权力粉底液产品,且二者均隐去品牌,期间关注使用肤感、妆效,并记录不良反应,最后通过问卷形式收集测试数据。根据试用结果,整理分析受试者的满意度(评分标准:满分5分,5分非常满意,4分满意,3分一般,2分不满意,1分非常不满意),主要表明测试品的现存问题如下:相较于对比品,测试品在控油能力(3.6vs 4.0)、持妆效果(3.6vs 3.9)指标上略弱。
(3)对实施例3进行消费者试用测试。
测试项目一:继续使用(2)中的14名受试者,进行和阿玛尼全力粉底液的对比测试,结果表明测试品在控油能力(4.2vs 4.0)和持妆效果(4.1vs 3.9)指标上均优于对比品。
测试项目二:选择有效受试者65人,20~50岁女性,自述油性敏感皮肤,平时有化妆习惯。使用本发明的粉底产品7天,期间关注使用肤感、妆效,并记录不良反应,最后通过问卷形式收集测试数据。
根据7天试用体验,受试者按照5分制对本发明的粉底产品的使用肤感、妆效进行打分,结果如图1所示。数据表明,本发明的粉底产品质地既不稀薄也不厚实,使用中比较容易涂抹,上妆后干爽不黏滞、清爽不油腻,有较好的遮瑕效果且轻薄不厚重,总体感觉比较舒适,温和无刺激,且比较容易卸除。
受试者进一步对比本发明的粉底产品和日常现用粉底在不同设置指标上更满意哪款产品,参考GB/T 12310-2012分析数据如图2所示,图2中“*”表示存在5%显著性差异。结果表明,本发明的粉底产品在贴肤性、透气性、保湿力度、妆容持久度以及整体满意度等指标上的满意度均高于受试者现用粉底。
2.2不良反应
测试期间,无任何由测试品引发的灼热、刺痛、瘙痒、红斑、脱屑等不良反应发生,进一步佐证了本发明的粉底产品的使用安全性。
综上所述,本发明的适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底及其制备方法,从维持皮肤水油平衡出发,并设计多维度敏感性皮肤应对路径,安全温和,兼具使用感和妆效,可满足油性敏感皮肤人群的使用。
本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本发明的权利要求书范围内。
Claims (9)
2.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,其特征在于,所述环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、霍霍巴凝胶为针对油性敏感皮肤特征的混合油脂组分,所述甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯的使用目的是防御紫外线和肤感调节,所述霍霍巴凝胶为包含霍霍巴籽油,乙烯/丙烯/苯乙烯共聚物,丁烯/乙烯/苯乙烯共聚物的疏水型结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,其特征在于,所述硅石、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物为粉体控油组分,所述硅石与乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物比例为3:1。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,其特征在于,所述榆绣线菊提取物、肾茶提取物为植物控油组分,所述榆绣线菊提取物、肾茶提取物比例为50:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,其特征在于,所述土木香提取物、卤虫提取物、马齿苋提取物、青刺果油、胶原为基于防护、舒缓、修护的敏感应对组分,所述土木香提取物、卤虫提取物、马齿苋提取物、青刺果油、胶原的重量比例为2:2:20:2:1。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸(酯)类/聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物为溶解在环五聚二甲基硅氧烷中的软膜成膜组分。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,其特征在于,所述着色剂为植物原氨基酸表面处理,包括钛白粉、氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、氧化铁黑。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底,其特征在于,所述1,2-戊二醇、对羟基苯乙酮为复配型非致敏防腐组分。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于油性敏感皮肤的粉底的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,将着色剂、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石、丙烯酸(酯)类/丙烯酸乙基己酯/聚二甲基硅氧烷甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷以及PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷分散研磨,混合均匀,得到A相混合物;
S2,将水、丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、硫酸镁和银耳子实体提取物加热至75~80℃,得水相;
S3,水相降温至45℃,加入马齿苋提取物、卤虫提取物、土木香提取物、胶原、榆绣线菊提取物和肾茶提取物,混合均匀,得到B相混合物;
S4,将鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、生育酚乙酸酯、丙烯酸(酯)类/聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物、霍霍巴凝胶、红没药醇和青刺果油混合均匀,得油相;
S5,将步骤S1制得的A相混合物加入步骤S4制得的油相中,混合均匀,得到C相混合物;
S6,将硅石和乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物分别加入步骤S5制得的C相混合物中,混合均匀,得到D相混合物;
S7,将步骤S3制得的B相混合物加入步骤S6制得的D相混合物中,均质搅拌均匀。
