血液净化器,本发明涉及一种医疗器械领域,属于医学医疗仪器和心血管造影机联合使用,血液净化器由顶盖、牵绳、敷膜净化架、虹吸管、卜字形阀、截止阀、纤绳构成,当敷膜净化架进入血管由中空圆柱体变成母线为抛物线的桶形体,绕轴心线旋转和移动时,敷膜净化架使血栓、杂质与血液分离,分离的血液流回血管而血栓、杂质经虹吸管排出体外,敷膜净化架桶形体肋条弹性力作用和卜字形阀放松纤绳使桶形体恢复成中空圆柱体同时敷膜净化架的敷膜在牵绳的拉力进入肋条槽,敷膜净化架离开人体。

技术领域
本发明是一种血液净化器涉及医疗器械领域,属于医学医疗仪器和心血管照影机联合使用。
背景技术
现两种血栓清除机,一:血栓清除机是点向前移动成线穿过血栓变成球体形网,其网包含球形体;球体形网一端在血栓内形成锥体,血栓另一侧也是点向前移动成线变成圆盘体,圆盘体的外圆表面贴在血管内壁防止血栓溢出,圆盘体内表面为锥孔,当球体形网一端在血栓内锥体向后移动时造成血栓变形的三种缺陷:a血栓锥孔向径向方向变大使血栓嵌入血管造成血管划伤;B血栓锥孔扩大使血栓破裂,破裂的血栓划伤血管;C血栓锥孔扩大和球体形网作用把血栓成碎块向圆盘体内锥孔移动卡在与球体形之间。二:血栓清除机是点向前移动成线穿过血栓变成圆柱体,圆柱体外圆表面贴血管内壁,在圆柱体与血栓侧面生成侧面有齿圆盘体,有齿圆盘体是防止血栓切除过程转动,而在血栓另一侧生成圆柱体外表面贴血管内壁防止血栓溢出,圆柱体在血栓侧生成旋转刀盘,旋转向前移动切割血栓,血栓被切割后血管失去支撑血管向内收缩,被旋转刀盘划伤;旋转刀盘变成夹钳夹血栓,由于夹钳体积占血管空间造成夹钳只能把血栓部分夹成碎块,血栓不能完全清除,血栓清除机零件变形后的总体积大于变形前,这不符合物体变形前后总体积不变原则,血栓清除机采用螺旋输送机进行,螺旋输送机的螺杆与圆柱体、旋转刀盘是同轴,血栓只能从螺杆端面输入这不符合螺杆外圆表面进料原理。
发明内容
本发明血液净化器,克服现有技术存在的缺陷,清除血液中血栓及杂质,血液净化器由顶盖、牵绳、敷膜净化架、虹吸管、卜字形阀、截止阀、纤绳构成,其特征是敷膜净化架进入血管由中空圆柱体变成桶形体,桶形体母线为抛物线比圆弧形优点是中空圆柱体变成桶形体的变形力小,抛物线面与血栓接触面大易于切割血栓;敷膜净化架轴线旋转和移动切割血栓、杂质使血栓、杂质与血液分离,敷膜净化架的桶形体直径随血管内壁径向变化而变化始终贴于血管内壁,敷膜净化架的敷膜位与血管内壁与敷膜净化架的桶形肋条之间,当敷膜净化架旋转移动时不损伤血管,血液经敷膜净化架敷膜微孔后流入血管中而经敷膜净化架桶形体肋条切成颗粒状的血栓,杂质经虹吸管在虹吸现象和血压的压力下排出人体外,敷膜净化架收缩成中空圆柱体离开人体。
本发明通过以下方案实现:血液净化器包括顶盖、牵绳、敷膜净化架、虹吸管、卜字形阀、截止阀、纤绳构成,敷膜净化架进入血管是中空圆柱体,中空圆柱体的中间是肋条,肋条外表面敷有膜,肋条之间是空槽附有双折层膜,该膜在空槽中由牵绳拉紧。当敷膜净化架进入血管在顶盖上固定纤绳一端,在纤绳拉动下将敷膜净化架中间部分肋条向外凸鼓成桶形体,桶形体外表敷有微孔,敷膜净化架另一端连接虹吸管,在虹吸管的转动和移动力作用下敷膜净化架转动和移动由敷膜净化架穿入血栓和杂质中将血栓和杂质切成颗粒,进入敷膜净化架经虹吸管的虹吸现象和血压的压力下经卜字形阀和截止阀排到体外,而血液经敷膜净化架微孔流入血管,敷膜净化架的桶形体肋条弹性力作用下恢复成中空圆柱体。
本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:本发明血液净化器进入血管的敷膜净化架和虹吸管比血栓清除机进入血管的结构简单,零件形状便于加工,生产成本低,敷膜净化架把血栓、杂质切成颗粒不伤血管,绕轴心线旋转和逆血液流动方向移动把血液与血栓、杂质分离血液流回血管,而血栓和杂质在血液流动压力下及虹吸管的虹吸现象合力作用下排到体外,比血栓清除机的螺旋输送机的输送效果好。敷膜净化架桶形体的直径随血管直径变化而变化始终贴于血管防止血栓和杂质溢出。血液净化器除清除血栓还能清除杂质而达到净化血液的作用。

附图1是血液净化器包括顶盖1、牵绳2、敷膜净化架3、虹吸管4、卜字形阀5、截止阀6、纤绳7构成,附图1是血液净化器的敷膜净化架3进入血管8内为中空圆柱体,顶盖1前端为球面形而后端是圆柱体,圆柱体的圆表面有长凸台固定牵绳2,牵绳2是弹性绳通过敷膜净化架3的肋条槽将拉紧敷在敷膜净化架3敷膜,顶盖1的一端压入敷膜净化架3的中空圆柱体内敷膜净化架3中间是肋条,其肋条槽有双折敷膜净化架3的敷膜,敷膜净化架3的另一端固定虹吸管4的一端,通过虹吸管4的旋转移动带动敷膜净化架3在血管8内旋转和移动。虹吸管4在人身外与卜字形阀5和截止阀6连接。
附图2是血液净化器的敷膜净化架3在血管8中逆血流方向清除血栓11,杂质10,敷膜净化架3由中空圆柱体在纤绳7的拉力作用下把顶盖1向后移动压缩敷膜净化架3的中间肋条向外凸起成桶形体,桶形体母线为抛物线比圆弧线优点是中空圆柱体变成桶形体变形受力小,抛物线面与血栓夹角易切割,桶形体的外表面敷膜,敷膜一端由牵绳2牵挂,牵绳2具有弹性,而另一端固定在顶盖1的凸台上,敷膜净化架3的另一端与虹吸管4连接,虹吸管4的旋转和向前移动带动敷膜净化架3的旋转和移动把血栓11和杂质10切成颗粒,经敷膜净化架3的敷膜微孔与血液9分离,血液9流回血管8,血栓11和杂质10颗粒进入敷膜净化架3内在血液压力和虹吸管4虹吸现象作用经卜字形阀5和截止阀6排到体外,敷膜净化架3桶形体肋条弹性力作用和卜字形阀5放松纤绳7恢复成中空圆柱体。
附图3为本发明血液净化器的敷膜净化架3在血管8中顺血液9流动方向清除血栓11、杂质10,敷膜净化架3由中空圆柱体穿入血栓11在纤绳7的拉力作用下把顶盖1向后移动压缩敷膜净化架3的中间肋条向外凸起成桶形体,桶形体母线为抛物线比圆弧线优点是中空圆柱体变成桶形体变形受力小,抛物线面与血栓11夹角易切割,桶形体外表面敷膜由牵绳2牵拉,牵绳2具有弹性而牵绳2另一端固定在敷膜净化架3的凸台上,敷膜净化架3的另一端与虹吸管4连接,虹吸管4一端为开口有长槽吸收血栓11、杂质10进入虹吸管4中,虹吸管4的旋转和向后移动带动敷膜净化架3的旋转和向后移动由桶形体肋条,把血栓11、杂质10切成颗粒经敷膜净化架3的敷膜微孔把血液9与血栓11、杂质10分离,血液9与流回血管8而血栓11杂质10的颗粒进入敷膜净化架3内在血液9压力下和虹吸管4虹吸现象作用经卜字形阀5和截止阀6排到体外,敷膜净化架3桶形体肋条弹性力作用和卜字形阀5放松纤绳7使桶形体恢复成中空圆柱体同时敷膜净化架3的敷膜在牵绳2的拉力进入肋条槽,敷膜净化架3离开人体。

1.血液净化器其特征是敷膜净化架进入血管由中空圆柱体变成桶形体,绕轴线旋转和沿轴线移动,敷膜净化架的桶形肋条把血栓、杂质切成颗粒经敷膜净化架的敷膜微孔使血栓、杂质与血液分离,敷膜净化架的桶形体直径随血管内壁径向变化始终贴于血管内壁,敷膜净化架的敷膜位于血管内壁与敷膜净化架的桶形肋条之间,敷膜净化架旋转和移动不伤血管,敷膜净化架桶形体肋条的弹性作用恢复中空圆柱体。
