一种仿椰棕地毯及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及地毯领域,尤其涉及到仿制地毯的技术领域,具体是指一种仿椰棕地毯及其生产工艺。
背景技术
椰棕地毯就是用椰子壳外层纤维作为原料制成的地毯,椰子树是常绿乔木,椰子是椰子树的果实,其外层由棕色的纤维包裹着,这种棕色的纤维叫做椰棕。
目前根据客户需求要生产一种仿椰棕地毯,使用纤维来模仿代替椰棕,来达到除尘效果佳,环保的效果。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种仿椰棕地毯及其生产工艺,满足客户需求,使用纤维模仿代替椰棕,来达到除尘效果佳,环保的效果。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的,一种仿椰棕地毯,包括橡胶层、纤维层,以及黏结橡胶层和纤维层的黏结层,所述限位层按质量分数计,由以下组分构成,240旦纤维30份,90旦纤维60份,15旦纤维10份。
作为优选,所述地毯厚度为9-12mm,所述橡胶层的厚度为1-3mm,黏结层的厚度为3-5mm,纤维层的厚度为8-11mm,
一种仿椰棕地毯的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、取对应质量分数的纤维进行混料,混合后放入第一棉仓内;
b、从棉仓出来的原料进入开松机内进行开松,之后原料送入第二棉仓内;
c、第二棉仓内的原料送入到震荡斜槽后进入到梳理机内进行梳理,梳理成单纤维网;
d、根据需求,铺网机将单纤维网逐层铺设形成纤维网层;
e、铺设后的纤维网层进入到针刺机内刺成布坯,然后对布坯进行裁剪;
f、将布匹送入提花机内进行提花形成纤维层;
g、将橡胶层、黏结层、纤维层进行粘合。
作为优选,所述梳理机梳理出竖向排布的两条单纤维网送入到铺网机内,所述梳理机的出料口设有间隔两条单纤维网的间隔板。
本优选方案通过两层纤维网出料的设置,便于两层单纤维网的同时产出,提高效率的同时便于铺网机对双层纤维网进行铺网。
作为优选,若干单纤维网由下向上排布,且由下向上,单纤维网到针刺机的距离等距增大。
本优选方案通过单纤维网排布的设置,始终保持针刺机针刺的纤维网的厚度一致,从而确保生产的产品厚度相同。
作为优选,生产工艺内所有传送带均为木质传送带。本优选方案通过木质传送带的设置,减少静电的产生。
作为优选,所述梳理机内铰接有位于梳理装置进料口处的第一梳理轴、位于梳理机内的第二梳理轴,以及位于梳理机内的第三梳理轴;
所述第一梳理轴的圆周面上开设有若干沿其径向延伸的梳理槽,若干梳理槽沿第一梳理轴的周向均匀排布,所述梳理轴内设有若干沿梳理槽延伸方向排布的梳理齿,同一个梳理槽内的梳理齿向同一个方向倾斜,相邻两个梳理槽内的梳理齿倾斜方向相反;
所述第二梳理轴的圆周面上固接有若干沿其轴向排布的凸起组,所述凸起组包括若干沿第二梳理轴周向排布的锥形板,所述锥形板底面与第二梳理轴的圆周面适配的圆弧面,锥形板顶面为与锥形板底面共圆心的且弧长小于底面的弧段,锥形板沿第二梳理轴轴向排布的两个侧面为沿第二梳理轴径向延伸的平面,锥形板沿第二梳理轴轴向排布的两个侧面为由底面向顶面延伸的斜面,沿第二梳理轴的轴向上,一组凸起组的一个锥形板的顶面位于与一组凸起组相邻的凸起组上相邻的两个锥形板的两个顶面之间;
所述第三梳理轴的圆周面上固接有若干沿其轴向排布的凸块组,所述凸块组包括若干沿第三梳理轴周向排布的锥块,所述锥块板底面与第二梳理轴的圆周面适配的菱形弧面,锥块的顶面为圆心位于第三梳理轴轴线上的弧形,锥块底面沿第三梳理轴轴向排布的两个顶点向上延伸形成两条与锥块顶面连接的两条棱,两条棱与锥块顶面的交点均与锥块底面沿第三梳理轴周向排布的两个顶点连接,沿第三梳理轴的轴向上,一组凸块组的一个锥块的顶面位于与一组凸块组相邻的凸块组上相邻的两个锥块的两个顶面之间。
本优选方案通过第一梳理轴的设置,起到引导原料进入到梳理机的作用;通过第二梳理轴的设置,使填充进入到锥形板之间,进行第一次的编织;通过第三梳理轴的设置,将对第一次编织的纤维网进行精编织,通过锥块的斜面对限位网进行梳理。

参照附图1-6,本发明一种仿椰棕地毯,包括橡胶层、纤维层,以及黏结橡胶层和纤维层的黏结层,所述限位层按质量分数计,由以下组分构成,240旦纤维30份,90旦纤维60份,15旦纤维10份。
所述地毯厚度为9-12mm,所述橡胶层的厚度为1-3mm,黏结层的厚度为3-5mm,纤维层的厚度为8-11mm,纤维层插入到黏结层内形成混合层。
一种仿椰棕地毯的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:

所述梳理机梳理出竖向排布的两条单纤维网送入到铺网机内,所述梳理机的出料口设有间隔两条单纤维网的间隔板。

2.根据权利要求1 所述的仿椰棕地毯,其特征在于:所述地毯厚度为9-12mm,所述橡胶层的厚度为1-3mm,黏结层的厚度为3-5mm,纤维层的厚度为8-11mm。
3.一种仿椰棕地毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、取对应质量分数的纤维进行混料,混合后放入第一棉仓内;
b、从棉仓出来的原料进入开松机内进行开松,之后原料送入第二棉仓内;
c、第二棉仓内的原料送入到震荡斜槽后进入到梳理机内进行梳理,梳理成单纤维网;

e、铺设后的纤维网层进入到针刺机内刺成布坯,然后对布坯进行裁剪;
f、将布匹送入提花机内进行提花形成纤维层;
g、将橡胶层、黏结层、纤维层进行粘合。
4.根据权利要求3 所述的仿椰棕地毯的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述梳理机梳理出竖向排布的两条单纤维网送入到铺网机内,所述梳理机的出料口设有间隔两条单纤维网的间隔板。
5.根据权利要求3 所述的仿椰棕地毯的生产工艺,其特征在于:若干单纤维网由下向上排布,且由下向上,单纤维网到针刺机的距离等距增大。
