Description

Aerosol-generating substrate, aerosol-generating device and system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic atomization, and particularly relates to an aerosol generating substrate, an aerosol generating device and an aerosol generating system.
Background
A Heat Not Burning (HNB) device is an electronic device that heats but does Not burn an aerosol generating substrate (a treated plant leaf preparation). The heating means is heated by the elevated temperature to a temperature at which the aerosol-generating substrate is capable of generating an aerosol but is not sufficiently combustible to enable the aerosol-generating substrate to generate the aerosol for the user's needs without combustion.
The non-combustion heating appliances currently on the market mainly employ a resistance heating method, that is, heating is performed by inserting a central heating sheet or a heating needle into an aerosol-generating substrate from the center thereof. The device needs long preheating waiting time before use, can not be freely pumped out and stopped, and the carbonization of the aerosol generating substrate is not uniform, so that the aerosol generating substrate is not fully baked and the utilization rate is low; secondly, the HNB device heating sheet is easy to generate dirt in the aerosol generating substrate extractor and the heating sheet base and is difficult to clean; the temperature of the local aerosol generating substrate contacting the heating element is overhigh, partial cracking occurs, and substances harmful to human bodies are released. Therefore, microwave heating technology is gradually replacing resistance heating method to become a new heating method. The microwave heating technology has the characteristics of high efficiency, timeliness, selectivity and no heating delay, and only has a heating effect on substances with specific dielectric characteristics. The application advantages of adopting microwave heating atomization are as follows: a. the microwave heating is radiation heating, is not heat conduction, and can realize the pumping and stopping immediately; b. the heating sheet is not needed, so that the problems of broken sheets and cleaning heating sheets are avoided; c. the aerosol generating substrate has high utilization rate, high consistency of taste and more similar taste to cigarettes.
However, locations in the aerosol-generating substrate close to the microwave emitting end can be heated evenly, and locations in the aerosol-generating substrate remote from the microwave emitting end are less effective in heating, resulting in a lower utilisation of the aerosol-generating substrate.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving one of the technical problems of the prior art or the related art.
In view of this, in a first aspect, the present invention provides an aerosol-generating substrate comprising: the aerosol substrate part is internally provided with an aerosol substrate, the aerosol substrate part is provided with a plug-in part, and the plug-in part is used for inserting a resonance column of the aerosol generating device and is arranged at intervals with the resonance column.
The aerosol substrate part is internally provided with an aerosol substrate, and when microwave acts on the aerosol substrate, the aerosol substrate is heated under the action of the microwave, so that the aerosol substrate can generate aerosol. The aerosol substrate part is provided with the grafting portion, and the resonance post can insert to the grafting portion in, and the resonance post is all less with the interval at the both ends of aerosol substrate part, is difficult for appearing in the aerosol substrate part with the great position of resonance post interval, and everywhere aerosol substrate can be by the even heating of the microwave of resonance post conduction in the aerosol substrate part promptly, is favorable to promoting the utilization ratio to aerosol substrate.
The resonance column is arranged at intervals with the aerosol substrate part, and the resonance column is prevented from contacting with the aerosol substrate, so that the resonance column is prevented from being dirty, and the cleaning workload of the resonance column is reduced.
In addition, the aerosol-generating substrate according to the above-mentioned aspect of the present invention may further have the following additional features:
in one possible design, the aerosol-substrate portion further comprises: a partition part in which the aerosol substrate is located, the partition part for partitioning the aerosol substrate and the resonance column.
In this design the aerosol substrate part comprises an aerosol substrate and a partition part, wherein the aerosol substrate is located within the partition part, and the partition part wraps the aerosol substrate avoiding contact of the aerosol substrate and the resonant column, and thereby the aerosol substrate and the resonant column. Moreover, the aerosol substrate is heated at a higher temperature, the aerosol substrate and the resonant column are separated, the aerosol substrate and the resonant column can be prevented from being adhered, and the cleaning workload of the resonant column is reduced.
Of course, in order to avoid the adhesion between the partition and the resonance column, the partition needs to be made of a material that does not easily react with microwaves, and the partition needs to have a supporting function, so the partition can be made of at least one of high-permeability hard paper, white kraft paper, a polytetrafluoroethylene film, a porous ceramic sheet, synthetic resin, chemical fiber products, a polylactic acid film, aluminum foil paper, and non-woven fabric.
