The connection mode between the mesh-shaped heat generating sheet 500 and the conductive electrode 600 may be various, and in this embodiment, the following is adopted: the conductive positive electrode 610 and the conductive negative electrode 620 are in threaded connection or interference fit and are inserted into the lower bracket 120, one end of each of the conductive positive electrode and the conductive negative electrode is electrically connected with the mesh heating sheet 500, and the other end extends out of the lower bracket 120 to form an electric terminal. In this embodiment, the contacts electrically connected with the mesh-shaped heating sheet 500 are disposed at the holes 520 of the connection lugs 510 at the two ends, and when the conductive positive electrode 610 and the conductive negative electrode 620 are in threaded connection or interference fit and inserted in the lower bracket 120, one ends of the conductive positive electrode 610 and the conductive negative electrode 620 are in contact and electrically connected with the contacts of the mesh-shaped heating sheet 500. Because the upper bracket 110 and the lower bracket 120 can also be fixedly connected together by screw connection or interference fit, the connection function and the energizing function can be combined, that is, the conductive positive electrode 610 and the conductive negative electrode 620 are arranged in the fixing nail 123, and the two ends of the conductive positive electrode 610 and the conductive negative electrode 620 are exposed out of the fixing nail 123 to form the energizing connection. The conductive electrode 600 is made of copper gold plating, and the gold plating thickness is 0.001-0.005 mm, so that the contact conductivity of the electrode and the netlike heating sheet 500 is ensured.
Example 2 this example is a modification of example 1 as shown in figures 6-8.
In contrast to embodiment 1, the sealing member 200 of this embodiment is a sealing cylinder, and its height is consistent with the height of the upper bracket 110, and the sealing cylinder is sleeved outside the upper bracket 110. In order to avoid the slipping of the sealing cylinder, flanges 210 extending inwards are arranged on the top surface and the bottom surface of the sealing cylinder, a circle of grooves 114 are arranged on the lower part of the upper bracket 110, and the flanges 210 are respectively buckled in the top surface of the upper bracket 110 and the grooves 114 to fix the sealing cylinder outside the upper bracket 110.
Another structure different from embodiment 1 is: the conductive positive electrode 610 and the conductive negative electrode 620 are independently arranged, a through hole is arranged on the lower bracket 120, one end of each of the conductive positive electrode 610 and the conductive negative electrode 620 is electrically connected with the netlike heating sheet 500, and the other end extends out of the through hole of the lower bracket 120 to form an electric terminal.
The upper bracket 110 and the lower bracket 120 are respectively provided with a fixed column 122 and a fixed hole 116, and the fixed column 122 is tightly inserted in the fixed hole 116 to fixedly connect the upper bracket 110 and the lower bracket 120 together.
The other structures are the same as those of embodiment 1, and will not be described here again.
Embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 9-10, a portable small smoke electronic smog spinning disk atomiser, includes shell 1, be equipped with oil cup 3 in the shell 1, oil cup 3 passes through base 6 to be fixed in shell 1, oil cup 3 bottom is equipped with the heating element of embodiment 1, be equipped with smog passageway 2 between oil cup 3 and the shell 1. The base 6 is provided with a conductive terminal 5, the conductive terminal 5 is electrically contacted with the conductive electrode 600 to conduct electricity, and the conductive terminal 5 is electrically connected with a battery of the electronic cigarette. The two conductive terminals 5 are also provided, and respectively contact with the conductive positive electrode 610 and the conductive negative electrode 620 in a pressing manner.
Depending on the number of smoke passages 2, this embodiment has passages on both sides of the oil cup 3 as in fig. 9 and one passage on one side as in fig. 10.
As shown in fig. 9, the oil cup 3 is provided in the middle of the housing 1, and a smoke passage 2 is formed between both sides of the oil cup 3 and the housing 1. As shown in fig. 10, the oil cup 3 is provided on the side of the housing 1, and shares a portion with the housing 1.
The air flow flows in through the middle hole of the base 619, and after passing through the netlike heating sheet 500, takes away the smoke and flows to the smoke channel 2 to finally flow out of the cartridge, so that the atomization function is realized.
The heat generating component is specifically the same as that of embodiment 1 and will not be described herein.
Example 4 this example is a modification of example 3 as shown in figures 11-12.
The structure different from that of embodiment 3 is a heat generating component, and the heat generating component of embodiment 2 is adopted in this embodiment.
In addition, the different structures are that the shell 1 of the embodiment is a split structure and comprises an upper shell and a lower shell which are buckled and connected together. The shape of the oil cup 3 is different from that of the embodiment 3. Further, the conductive positive electrode 610 and the conductive negative electrode 620 directly penetrate through holes formed in the base 6 to be electrically connected with the battery.
The heat generating component is specifically the same as that of embodiment 2 and will not be described herein.
Claims (8)
1. The electronic cigarette heating component comprises a support and a sealing piece on the support, and is characterized in that the support comprises an upper support and a lower support which are detachably connected or fixedly connected together, and a loose oil-guiding cotton sheet, compact oil-guiding cotton cloth and a netlike heating sheet are sequentially clamped between the upper support and the lower support;
The thickness of the loose oil-guiding cotton piece is 2-5mm; the thickness of the compact oil-guiding cotton cloth is 0.1-1.5mm;
the upper bracket is provided with an oil guide channel for guiding oil to the oil cotton sheets, and the lower bracket is provided with a smoke outlet;
the mesh-shaped heating sheet is connected with the conductive electrode to supply power to the mesh-shaped heating sheet;
The internal gap of the oil guiding cotton sheet is larger than the internal gap of the oil guiding cotton sheet;
The upper bracket and the lower bracket are matched with each other to form an accommodating groove for accommodating the oil guide cotton sheets and the oil guide cotton cloth, the upper bracket is buckled with the lower bracket, and the netlike heating sheets are matched with each other to be attached to the oil guide cotton cloth;
The support is an insulator, the netlike heating sheet is arranged in a sheet shape, and the periphery of the netlike heating sheet is clamped between the upper support and the lower support at least at two sides.

The electronic cigarette heating assembly of claim 1, wherein the conductive electrode comprises a conductive positive electrode and a conductive negative electrode, and the circuit disposed in the mesh-shaped heating sheet is electrically connected to the conductive positive electrode and the conductive negative electrode, respectively.

The electronic cigarette heating component of claim 2, wherein the conductive positive electrode and the conductive negative electrode are connected in a threaded or interference fit manner and are inserted into the lower bracket, one end of each conductive positive electrode and one end of each conductive negative electrode are electrically connected with the mesh heating sheet, and the other end of each conductive positive electrode and the conductive negative electrode extend out of the lower bracket to form an electric terminal; or one end of each of the conductive anode and the conductive cathode is electrically connected with the netlike heating sheet, and the other end extends out of the lower bracket to form an electric terminal.
4. The e-cigarette heat generating assembly of claim 1 wherein the upper and lower brackets are secured together by a screw, snap, plug or snap connection.

The electronic cigarette heating assembly of claim 1, wherein an annular groove is formed in the periphery of the upper support or the lower support, the sealing element is a sealing ring, and the sealing ring is embedded in the annular groove; or the sealing element is a sealing cylinder, and the sealing cylinder is sleeved outside the upper bracket.
