The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a method for processing inventory data, as shown in fig. 1, the method for processing inventory data includes the following steps:
step 101, obtaining information to be sold of a target article.
Wherein the information to be sold at least includes the sales amount.
Specifically, when the user purchases an article, the identification information of the article may be acquired, for example, the two-dimensional code attached to the article is identified by the identification device, and when the identification information matches a pre-registered identifier of the target article, the article purchased by the user is determined to be the target article.
Step 102, obtaining first inventory information.
The first inventory information at least includes the inventory quantity of the target item, and specifically, the inventory quantity of the target item stored in the inventory system can be matched through the identifier of the target item.
Step 102 may also be performed before step 101.
And step 103, generating excess information when the inventory quantity is less than the sales quantity.
Wherein, when the stock quantity is larger than or equal to the sales quantity, normal sales information is generated.
Specifically, the excess information is used to automatically generate normal sales information when the stock quantity is greater than or equal to the sales quantity.
And step 104, executing the target subsequent flow.
Specifically, the target subsequent process is a sales process performed when normal sales information is generated, and the target subsequent process may be configured in advance according to requirements.
In this embodiment, when the stock is insufficient (that is, the stock quantity is smaller than the sales quantity), and when the stock quantity is greater than or equal to the sales quantity, the excess information can be used to automatically generate the normal sales information, so that when the stock is insufficient, the salesperson does not need to perform offline manual operation, and after the stock is sufficient for replenishment, the salesperson does not need to operate the sales system again to replenish the sales information, thereby avoiding the situations of forgetting to replenish, mistaken replenishment, missed replenishment and the like of the sales information. In addition, after the excess information is generated, normal target follow-up processes can be carried out continuously, such as member points, medical insurance payment when medicines are sold, sales statistics when sales clerks deal with shift and the like, and the satisfaction degree of users and merchants can be improved while the accuracy of sales information is ensured.
In a specific embodiment, step 104 is followed by the following steps:
step 105, updating the first inventory information.
Specifically, the first inventory information may be updated at preset intervals, or the first inventory information may be updated when the inventory system has new warehousing or ex-warehousing information.
And step 106, if the inventory quantity of the target object in the updated first inventory information is larger than or equal to the difference value, generating inventory transaction information.
Specifically, the inventory transaction information may specifically include identification information, quantity, price, and the like of the target product to be delivered.
And step 107, generating normal sales information according to the excess information.
In this embodiment, whether the inventory quantity of the target item is greater than or equal to the difference between the sales quantity and the inventory quantity may be determined according to the updated first inventory information, and if so, the inventory transaction information and the sales information may be automatically generated, so that, on one hand, ex-warehouse statistics may be automatically performed, and, on the other hand, the sales information statistics may also be automatically performed.
In a specific embodiment, the excess information comprises an excess sales order, the excess sales order comprises an identifier of the target object, a sales quantity and marking information, and the marking information is used for indicating that the target object is an excess sales object;
step 107 specifically includes:
the marking information is removed to convert the excess sales order into the normal sales order.
In this embodiment, when the inventory quantity of the target item is greater than or equal to the difference between the sales quantity and the inventory quantity in the updated first inventory information, the previously generated excess sales order may be directly converted into the normal sales order by removing the tag information, on one hand, two documents, that is, the excess sales order and the normal sales order, do not need to be stored in the system respectively, so that the resource utilization rate is improved, and on the other hand, the operation speed of the system may be increased by the simple method, so that the efficiency is improved.
In a particular embodiment of the method of the present invention,
the first stock information before updating further comprises a difference value between the sales quantity and the stock quantity, and the updated first stock information further comprises the purchase price of the target item;
the sales information further includes a sales price of the target item and profit information for the target item generated based on the difference, the sales price, and the stock price.
In practice, when the stock is insufficient and the sales person carries out the offline sales, the sales order can be supplemented when the stock is sufficient, but the relationship between the incoming price and the retail price cannot be determined because the previous sales are not sold through the online system. Sometimes, the selling price is changed due to the floating of the incoming price of the target object, but the supplementary sales order can be subjected to data statistics according to the changed selling price when the stock is sufficient due to the fact that the actual selling price is not put in stock, so that errors are generated.
Therefore, in the embodiment, when the target item is not in sufficient inventory but is sold, the current selling price is obtained, and when the target item is in sufficient inventory, the profit information of the target item is further counted according to the stocking price and the current selling price, so that the counting error caused by price floating and selling price floating is avoided, the accuracy of data counting is improved, and the satisfaction degree of a merchant is further improved.
In a specific embodiment, step 105 specifically includes:
and acquiring the identity information of the user, and generating member point information according to the excess information when the identity information is matched with the member information in the member database.
In this embodiment, when the user purchases the commodity, even if the stock quantity of the commodity in the stock system is not enough, the user can normally purchase the commodity through the online system, and when the user is a member, the user can also normally score the member, thereby avoiding the situation that the member cannot enjoy the welfare of the member due to the incapability of normally scoring the member because the commodity cannot be purchased through the online system, and further improving the satisfaction degree of the user.
For better understanding of the present embodiment, the following explains the present embodiment by a specific example:
as shown in fig. 2, a user purchases a commodity and sells the commodity through a POS (point of sale) to execute step 102, when the stock satisfies the stock-out condition, the commodity is directly delivered to the stock to generate a normal sales order and stock transaction information, i.e., stock transaction details, and execute step 104, and when the user is a member, member points can be further performed.
If the step 103 is executed to issue insufficient inventory and not meet the ex-warehouse condition, if the sales system allows overdose (specifically, the backstage can start the function of overdose through a target instruction), if the overdose is not allowed, the sales process under routing is carried out, if the overdose can be carried out, the step 103 is executed to generate the excess information, specifically to generate the excess bill, the subsequent steps are consistent with the subsequent steps of generating the normal sales bill, and specifically to carry out member scoring when the condition is met in the scene.
As shown in fig. 3, the inventory information may be updated through step 105, if the inventory still does not satisfy the ex-warehouse condition, that is, the inventory quantity of the target item in the updated first inventory information is still less than the difference, step 105 is waited to be continuously executed next time, and when the inventory satisfies the ex-warehouse condition, that is, the inventory quantity of the target item in the updated first inventory information is greater than or equal to the difference, step 106 is executed to generate inventory transaction information, specifically, the inventory transaction details are generated, and step 107 is executed to convert the excess sales order into the normal sales order.
In a specific implementation manner, as shown in fig. 4, the method for processing the inventory data in this embodiment further includes the following steps:
and step 111, starting inventory checking.
It should be understood that inventory checking refers to a process of regularly or temporarily checking and counting the actual quantity of inventory goods, i.e. in order to grasp the flow condition of goods (the flow condition of warehousing, warehousing and delivery), the actual quantity of the existing goods in the warehouse is checked with the quantity recorded on the keeping account, so as to accurately grasp the inventory quantity.
At present, inventory checking is mainly divided into two forms, namely account checking and physical checking, and commodity inventory can be locked in a large batch in the inventory checking process, so that commodity sales are influenced. In the actual inventory, the inventory is allowed to change so as not to affect the sales. Therefore, when posting is performed in the checking process (posting refers to the process of recording economic business on an account after the entry of accounting is compiled), actual inventory data may be inconsistent with inventory data of a checking list account, so that the posting cannot be performed, and further the checking cannot be completed.
If the actual stock data is adjusted through manual warehouse-in and warehouse-out operation, operation steps are increased, the inventory efficiency is reduced, and the probability of wrong stock data is increased.
Step 112, generating initial inventory data;
and step 113, acquiring second inventory information.
It should be understood that, during the inventory process, inventory data in the inventory database may be changed, and in this embodiment, when generating inventory data (i.e., initial inventory data), in order to avoid errors of posted data due to inventory change, the initial inventory data is not taken as final data, but real-time second inventory information is further acquired.
And step 114, when the initial inventory data is inconsistent with the second inventory information, adjusting the initial inventory data according to the second inventory information to generate target inventory data.
The inconsistency includes information inconsistency such as the number, type, account amount and the like of inventory items.
And step 115, finishing inventory checking.
In this embodiment, when performing inventory, initial inventory data for inventory may be generated after posting, and if the initial inventory data for inventory is inconsistent with the real-time second inventory information, the initial inventory data for inventory may be automatically adjusted according to the second inventory information to generate final posted target inventory data for inventory.
In one specific embodiment, step 114 may specifically include the following steps:
when the number of the first articles in the initial inventory data is larger than that of the first articles in the second inventory information, removing redundant article information of the first articles according to the second inventory information to generate target inventory data;
and when the number of the second items in the initial inventory data is smaller than the number of the second items in the second inventory information, adding the missing item information of the second items according to the second inventory information to generate target inventory data.
In this embodiment, the first items in the initial inventory single inventory data may be automatically checked in western style, and the second items in the initial inventory single inventory data may be automatically checked in case that the number of the first items is greater than the number of the second items in the second inventory information, so that the checking efficiency is improved.
In a specific implementation manner, the step of removing the redundant item information of the first item further includes: generating first loss and overflow information according to the article information of the redundant first article;
the step of adding the missing item information of the second item further comprises the following steps: and generating second loss and overflow information according to the article information of the lacking second article.
In this embodiment, first loss and overflow information may be further generated during automatic loss checking, where the first loss and overflow information is used to represent redundant article information during posting, and second loss and overflow information may be further generated during automatic loss checking, where the second loss and overflow information is used to represent article information that is missing during posting, and related personnel may use these information to analyze the situations of processes such as article warehousing and selling, which is helpful for improving business processes and improving the service quality of merchants.
For a better understanding of the present embodiment, the following description is given by way of a specific example:
fig. 5 shows a flowchart of a conventional process of inventorying, and fig. 6 shows a flowchart of the process of inventorying in the present embodiment.
For example, if the inventory is started at 9 am and the inventory data of the inventory list is generated at 11 am, the inventory data may change from 9 am to 11 am.
As shown in fig. 5, when 11 points are checked, if the stock data is inconsistent with the account stock data of the inventory order at this time, the manual checking is performed, and the warehouse-out and warehouse-in data are manually entered to achieve the purpose that the actual stock data is consistent with the account stock data of the inventory order.
As shown in fig. 6, the single account inventory data generated by 11 points is used as the initial inventory data of the single account to be checked, 11 points automatically acquire real-time inventory data, if data difference is found, the information such as the number, the type, the account amount and the like of inconsistent inventory items is automatically adjusted, account shortage and excess are performed, then the target inventory data of the single account to be checked is generated, and the posting is completed. In this way, account data can be automatically processed when inventory is changed during inventory checking. The inventory checking method is beneficial to improving the inventory checking efficiency of medium and small chains and single stores, and reduces the probability of wrong operation steps and inventory data.
