The commodity attribute information comprises one or more of commodity name, commodity number, bar code information, mnemonic code and other attribute information. The number of the displayed attributes can be freely set according to actual requirements.
And S403, receiving the actual inventory of the commodity sent by the movable intelligent terminal, performing profit-loss analysis and updating the system inventory according to the actual inventory and the system inventory.
After the inventory counter inputs the actual inventory and clicks the storage button, the operation of the inventory counter is finished, but after the background server receives the input actual inventory, the analysis of inventory shortage and inventory surplus is needed to be carried out according to the inventory and the actual inventory of the system, and if the actual inventory count is more than the inventory of the system, the system belongs to inventory surplus; if the actual inventory quantity is less than the system inventory, the inventory is insufficient; if the actual inventory number is equal to the system inventory, it is considered flat. From the above description, it can be seen that, in the method for mobile inventory in the embodiment of the present application, a mobile intelligent terminal receives an inventory request; then, acquiring commodity attribute information according to the inventory request; then sending an inventory inquiry request to a server according to the commodity attribute information; the server side inquires the system inventory of the commodity after receiving the inventory inquiry request and returns the inquiry result to the mobile intelligent terminal; the mobile intelligent terminal receives a query result returned by the server, wherein the query result comprises commodity attribute information and a corresponding system inventory; and the movable intelligent terminal receives the actual inventory of the commodity and the storage request of the actual inventory input by the inventory checker, and then completes the inventory of the commodity. Therefore, compared with the existing inventory process, the inventory information of the commodities does not need to be printed by the inventory member firstly, and then the inventory information document of the commodities is taken to the warehouse for checking and inventory; in addition, after the actual inventory is input, the difference data does not need to be checked, then the inventory is checked through a 'correction inventory' button, only the actual inventory is input and stored, the storage is passed through examination, and the specific updating is automatically updated by the server according to the system inventory and the input actual inventory. In a word, the mobile checking mode simplifies the operation process of the checking personnel and improves the checking efficiency.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
There is also provided, according to an embodiment of the present application, an apparatus for mobile inventory for implementing the method described above in fig. 1-3, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus including:
a first receiving unit 51, configured to receive an inventory request by a mobile intelligent terminal;
an acquiring unit 52 configured to acquire the commodity attribute information according to the inventory request;
the first sending unit 53 is configured to send an inventory query request to the server according to the commodity attribute information, so that the server performs system inventory query on the commodity;
the second receiving unit 54 is configured to receive a query result returned by the server, where the query result includes commodity attribute information and a corresponding system inventory;
a completion unit 55, configured to complete inventory of the commodity after receiving the actual inventory of the commodity and the storage request for the actual inventory, which are input by the inventory clerk.
Specifically, the specific process of implementing the functions of each module in the apparatus in the embodiment of the present application may refer to the related description in the method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
From the above description, it can be seen that in the apparatus for mobile inventory in the embodiment of the present application, the mobile intelligent terminal receives an inventory request; then, acquiring commodity attribute information according to the inventory request; then sending an inventory inquiry request to a server according to the commodity attribute information; the server side inquires the system inventory of the commodity after receiving the inventory inquiry request and returns the inquiry result to the mobile intelligent terminal; the mobile intelligent terminal receives a query result returned by the server, wherein the query result comprises commodity attribute information and a corresponding system inventory; and the movable intelligent terminal receives the actual inventory of the commodity and the storage request of the actual inventory input by the inventory checker, and then completes the inventory of the commodity. Further, if the commodity does not have a barcode, the first receiving unit 51 is configured to receive a search and inventory request by the mobile intelligent terminal;
the acquiring unit 52 is configured to display a commodity list page, and receive commodity attribute information input by an inventory clerk, where the commodity attribute information includes at least one of a commodity name, a commodity number, and a mnemonic code;
the first sending unit 53 is configured to:
and sending an inventory inquiry request to the server according to the commodity attribute information.
Further, the inventory request comprises a scan inventory request; as shown in fig. 6, the acquiring unit 52 includes:
the scanning module 521 is used for triggering and starting the scanning module to scan the barcode of the commodity according to the scanning and checking request to obtain barcode information of the commodity;
and the analyzing module 522 is configured to analyze the barcode information to obtain the commodity attribute information.
Optionally, the inventory request includes a search inventory request; as shown in fig. 6, the acquiring unit 52 includes:
an obtaining module 523, configured to obtain at least one of a brand name, a product number, and a mnemonic code input by an inventory clerk;
and a matching module 524, configured to match the commodity attribute information according to at least one of the input brand name, the item number, and the mnemonic code.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus further includes:
the detection unit 56 is used for detecting the state of the scanned bar code information after the scanning module is triggered to be started to scan the bar code of the commodity according to the scanning inventory request;
a skipping unit 57, configured to, if the barcode information is in a non-available state; and starting an inventory jumping mechanism to jump from the scanning inventory to the searching inventory.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus further includes:
and the second sending unit 58 is used for sending the actual inventory amount to the server, so that the server performs profit-loss analysis and system inventory updating according to the actual inventory amount and the system inventory amount.

the first receiving unit 61 is used for the server side to receive the inventory inquiry request and inquire the system inventory of the commodity according to the inquiry request;
the returning unit 62 is configured to return a query result to the mobile intelligent terminal, where the query result includes commodity attribute information and a corresponding system inventory;
and the updating unit 63 is used for receiving the actual inventory of the commodity sent by the mobile intelligent terminal, performing profit-loss analysis according to the actual inventory and the system inventory, and updating the system inventory.

There is also provided, in accordance with an embodiment of the present application, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions that cause the computer to perform any one of the methods of mobile inventory described in fig. 1-3.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present application described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and they may alternatively be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, or fabricated separately as individual integrated circuit modules, or fabricated as a single integrated circuit module from multiple modules or steps. Thus, the present application is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A method of mobile inventory, the method comprising:
the mobile intelligent terminal receives a checking request;
acquiring commodity attribute information according to the inventory request;
sending an inventory query request to the server according to the commodity attribute information so that the server can perform system inventory query on the commodities;
receiving a query result returned by the server, wherein the query result comprises commodity attribute information and a corresponding system inventory;
and after receiving the actual inventory of the commodity and the storage request of the actual inventory input by the inventory checker, completing the inventory of the commodity.
2. The method of mobile inventory as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inventory request includes a scan inventory request;
the acquiring of the commodity attribute information according to the inventory request includes:
triggering and starting a scanning module to scan the bar code of the commodity according to the scanning and checking request to obtain the bar code information of the commodity;
and analyzing the bar code information to obtain the commodity attribute information.
3. The method of mobile inventory as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inventory request includes a search inventory request; the acquiring of the commodity attribute information according to the inventory request includes:
acquiring at least one of brand name, goods number and mnemonic code input by an inventory clerk;
and matching the commodity attribute information according to at least one of the input brand name, the commodity number and the mnemonic code.
4. The method of mobile inventory as recited in claim 3, wherein after triggering the scan module to scan a barcode of an item according to the scan inventory request, the method further comprises:
detecting the state of the scanned bar code information;
if the bar code information is in a non-available state;
and starting an inventory jumping mechanism to jump from the scanning inventory to the searching inventory.
5. The method of mobile inventory of any of claims 1-4, further comprising:
and sending the actual inventory to the server so that the server performs profit and loss analysis and updates the system inventory according to the actual inventory and the system inventory.
6. A method of mobile inventory, the method comprising:
the server receives the inventory inquiry request, and inquires the system inventory of the commodity according to the inquiry request;
returning the query result to the mobile terminal, wherein the query result comprises commodity attribute information and corresponding system inventory;
and receiving the actual inventory of the commodity sent by the mobile terminal, performing profit-loss analysis according to the actual inventory and the system inventory, and updating the system inventory.
7. The method of mobile inventory of claim 6, further comprising:
and generating an inventory list according to the actual inventory, the system inventory and the profit and loss analysis result.
8. An apparatus for mobile inventory, the apparatus comprising:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving the inventory request by the mobile intelligent terminal;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the commodity attribute information according to the inventory request;
the first sending unit is used for sending an inventory query request to the server according to the commodity attribute information so as to enable the server to perform system inventory query on the commodities;
the second receiving unit is used for receiving a query result returned by the server, wherein the query result comprises commodity attribute information and a corresponding system inventory;
and the completion unit is used for completing the inventory of the commodity after receiving the actual inventory of the commodity and the storage request of the actual inventory input by the inventory checker.
9. A system for mobile inventory, the system comprising: portable intelligent terminal, server side:
the mobile intelligent terminal is used for executing the mobile inventory method of any one of the preceding claims 1-5;
the server for performing the method of mobile inventory of any one of the preceding claims 6-7.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the method of mobile inventory of any one of claims 1-7.
