Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a user portrait generation method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, obtaining online shopping behavior information of a target account.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the user representation generation apparatus may be applied to a remote server, a vehicle-mounted terminal, or other mobile terminals. Taking the remote server as an example: the remote server can be associated with a target account frequently used for shopping by the user in advance, namely, when the target account carries out online shopping by using the mobile terminal or other equipment, the online shopping behavior information of the target account can be acquired.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target account is the account allocated to the user in the embodiment of the invention, and can be associated with all platform accounts used for online shopping of the user in advance, so that online shopping behaviors of the user during shopping by utilizing each platform are obtained, statistics is carried out, and online shopping behavior information corresponding to the target account is obtained. The specific association method between the target account and each shopping platform account number can be realized by the embodiment of the prior art, and the detailed description of the invention is omitted again.
In embodiments of the present invention, online shopping behavior information includes, but is not limited to: browsing, adding into a shopping cart, collecting commodities, purchasing and the like.
And step 102, vehicle information of the vehicle associated with the target account is acquired, wherein the vehicle information comprises operation behavior information of the user based on the vehicle, running state information of the vehicle and equipment information of the vehicle, and the equipment information is used for describing equipment states of all equipment on the vehicle.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the remote server obtains vehicle information of the vehicle associated with the target account. In one preferred embodiment, the remote server may obtain vehicle information for one or more vehicles associated with the target account. In another preferred embodiment, the remote server may acquire the vehicle information through a network-enabled device such as an in-vehicle device on the vehicle. Namely, the vehicle information can be acquired by the vehicle-mounted device or any terminal which can monitor the vehicle and can be networked, and after the vehicle information is acquired, the vehicle information is sent to the remote server.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle information includes, but is not limited to, user operation behavior information based on the vehicle, form status information of the vehicle, and device information of the vehicle. For example, the following steps are carried out: the user vehicle-based operation behavior information may be: the user controls the operations of starting and closing the air conditioner, the corresponding operation time point and the like. The formal state information of the vehicle may be: vehicle driving route, stopping place and stopping time. The device information may be: the wear-out condition of the devices on the vehicle, etc. are information describing the device states of all the devices on the vehicle.
Step 103, generating a user representation corresponding to the target account based on the online shopping behavior information and the vehicle information.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the remote server integrates the acquired online shopping behavior information and the vehicle information, wherein in the integration process, the online shopping behavior information and the vehicle information can be classified and integrated according to the user requirements, and the online shopping behavior information and the vehicle information can also be classified and integrated according to the application scenarios, so as to generate the user portrait corresponding to the target account.
In summary, according to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the user portrait is generated by combining the online shopping behavior information and the vehicle information of the vehicle, so that the defect that the precision of the user portrait generated only according to the online shopping behavior is insufficient is effectively overcome, and the user portrait is more accurate and more targeted.

Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a user portrait generation method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 201, acquiring online shopping behavior information of a target account.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, step 201 includes:
in sub-step 2011, online shopping behavior information of the target account during online shopping is obtained.
And a substep 2012 of constructing an online attribute tag of the target account according to the online shopping behavior information.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the user representation generation apparatus may be applied to a remote server, a vehicle-mounted terminal, or other mobile terminals. Taking the remote server as an example: the remote server can be associated with a target account frequently used for shopping by the user in advance, namely, when the target account carries out online shopping by using the mobile terminal or other equipment, the online shopping behavior information of the target account can be acquired. In embodiments of the present invention, online shopping behavior information includes, but is not limited to: browsing, adding into a shopping cart, collecting commodities, purchasing and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target account is the account allocated to the user in the embodiment of the invention, and can be associated with all platform accounts used for online shopping of the user in advance, so that online shopping behaviors of the user during shopping by utilizing each platform are obtained, statistics is carried out, and online shopping behavior information corresponding to the target account is obtained. In the embodiment of the present invention, when the remote server obtains the online shopping behavior information, the method specifically includes: when any platform account number associated with the target account carries out online shopping, the server corresponding to the shopping platform can capture online shopping behavior information of the platform account number through the probe tool, and the remote server obtains the online shopping behavior information captured by the probe tool. In other embodiments, the online shopping behavior may be captured by other methods, which are not limited by the present invention.
Then, the remote server may construct a plurality of online attribute tags corresponding to the target account according to the acquired online shopping behavior information. On-line attribute tags include, but are not limited to: interest type commodity labels, consumption type commodity labels, and the like. For example, the following steps are carried out: if the target account frequently browses home commodities, the home commodities can be created as one of interest commodity labels. The present invention is not limited to the specific tag mode and the representation method. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the online shopping behavior information is represented in a label form, so that the online shopping behavior information is more finely classified, and the shopping behavior of the target account can be more intuitively reflected.
At step 202, vehicle information for a vehicle associated with the target account is obtained.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the target account is pre-associated with one or more vehicles. The specific association steps may be:
after the vehicle is started, the vehicle-mounted device of the vehicle can display the identification information of the vehicle, and the identification information is used for uniquely identifying the vehicle-mounted device, namely uniquely identifying the vehicle.
After the user logs in the target account through the mobile terminal or other network-connectable equipment, the user can input the identification information, so that the remote server receives the identification information and the corresponding target account information, and correspondingly writes the identification information and the target account information into the association list, thereby associating the identification information with the target account information. In one embodiment, the identification information may be in the form of a two-dimensional code, and the user may scan the two-dimensional code through a scanning function of the mobile terminal, so as to identify and acquire the identification information of the vehicle-mounted device.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, step 202 specifically includes:
substep 2021, monitoring operation behavior information of a user based on the vehicle, driving state information of the vehicle, and equipment information of the vehicle in real time.
Substep 2022, constructing an offline attribute tag of the target user according to the operation behavior information, the driving state information and the device information.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the remote server obtains vehicle information of the vehicle associated with the target account. In one preferred embodiment, the remote server may obtain vehicle information for one or more vehicles associated with the target account. In another preferred embodiment, the remote server may acquire the vehicle information through a network-enabled device such as an in-vehicle device on the vehicle. Namely, the vehicle information can be acquired by the vehicle-mounted device or any terminal which can monitor the vehicle and can be networked, and after the vehicle information is acquired, the vehicle information is sent to the remote server.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle information includes, but is not limited to, user operation behavior information based on the vehicle, form status information of the vehicle, and device information of the vehicle. For example, the following steps are carried out: the user vehicle-based operation behavior information may be: the user controls the operations of starting and closing the air conditioner, the corresponding operation time point and the like. The formal state information of the vehicle may be: vehicle driving route, stopping place and stopping time. The device information may be: the wear-out condition of the devices on the vehicle, etc. are information describing the device states of all the devices on the vehicle.
Specifically, taking the vehicle-mounted terminal as an example, the remote server may monitor the operation behavior of the user based on the vehicle and the driving state of the vehicle in real time through the vehicle-mounted terminal, and construct an offline attribute tag of the vehicle. For example, the following steps are carried out: in one embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal can monitor the device state of each device in the vehicle, when a user uses the vehicle, the user goes to work at 8 o 'clock every day, the air-conditioning device in the vehicle is started at 8 o' clock, and the vehicle-mounted terminal can monitor the operation behavior and send the operation behavior to the remote server. Or the remote server can monitor and collect the data acquired by the vehicle-mounted terminal in real time. The remote server constructs an offline attribute tag corresponding to the operation behavior. For example: user operation-air conditioner on-8 points. The specific tag mode may be set by the operator, which is not a limitation of the present invention. In another embodiment, the user has 8 dots per day-8: and 30, the driving time on the working road is recorded by the vehicle-mounted terminal, the driving time and the driving route can be recorded by the vehicle-mounted terminal, the driving time and the driving route are obtained by the remote server from the vehicle-mounted terminal, and a corresponding offline attribute label is constructed. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle information of the vehicle is represented in the form of the label, so that the behavior information of the user based on the vehicle is more finely classified, and the offline behavior of the target account can be more intuitively represented.
Step 203, counting the attribute labels above the line and the attribute labels below the line.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the remote server performs statistics on the online attribute tag and the offline attribute tag. That is, the remote server monitors and constructs the attribute tags in real time, and thus, each time a new attribute tag is constructed by the remote server, the attribute tags stored in the database are updated and integrated. In the integration process, the online attribute tags and the offline attribute tags can be classified and integrated according to user requirements. In another embodiment, the online attribute tags and the offline attribute tags may be further categorized and integrated for an application scenario, thereby generating a user representation corresponding to the target account.
And step 204, acquiring an account attribute label corresponding to the target account according to the statistical result.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the remote server generates the account attribute tag corresponding to the target account according to the counted result. Namely, after the online attribute tags and the offline attribute tags are classified and integrated, a total tag set is generated, namely the account attribute tags.
In the embodiment of the invention, the remote server can establish the label list according to the statistical result and arrange all the labels in the label list according to the classification condition in the integration process, so that the required labels can be obtained more intuitively and quickly in the subsequent label using process.
Account attribute tags include, but are not limited to: the target account is marked with a regular consumption commodity label, an interest commodity label, a vehicle activity time label, a vehicle activity place label, a vehicle user service operation label and the like.
Step 205, generate a user representation based on the account attribute tags.
Specifically, in embodiments of the present invention, the remote server stores the account attribute tags in a database to create corresponding instances to generate the user representation. For example, the following steps are carried out: and storing the account attribute labels of the target account into a database according to a classification sequence or other arrangement sequences, and establishing an instance, wherein the name of the instance can be the account name of the target account. Then all of the content included in the instance is the user representation. The remote server can quickly locate the user portrait of the target account by searching the account name and extract the label. The user portrait generated by the method in the embodiment of the invention integrates the online attribute labels and the offline attribute labels, namely, the online behavior is monitored and the offline behavior is monitored at the same time, so that the coverage range of the user portrait is wider, and the precision is more accurate.
And step 206, collecting the vehicle information of the vehicle at the current moment.
And step 207, recommending corresponding goods and/or services to the user according to the user portrait and the vehicle information at the current time of the vehicle.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the remote server recommends goods and/or services for the target account, the method specifically includes:

For example, the following steps are carried out: after the current user logs in the target account, multiple control operations are carried out on air conditioning equipment in the vehicle associated with the target account, the vehicle-mounted equipment records the information, and the remote server acquires the vehicle information from the vehicle-mounted equipment. If not, one or more designated air conditioners can be recommended to the user according to the sales volume of the air conditioners or other screening modes. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the recommended goods and/or services may be displayed in the mobile terminal to which the target account belongs, or may be displayed in the associated in-vehicle terminal.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the remote server may further provide service class recommendations, such as: if the remote server obtains that the vehicle associated with the current target account runs on the expressway, the remote server can recommend services such as a nearby service station to the target account. Thereby further making the goods and/or services recommendations more intelligent and accurate.
In summary, according to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the user portrait is generated by combining the online shopping behavior information and the vehicle information of the vehicle, so that the defect that the precision of the user portrait generated only according to the online shopping behavior is insufficient is effectively overcome, and the user portrait is more accurate and more targeted.

Referring to fig. 3, a block diagram of a user representation generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the apparatus may specifically include the following modules:
a first obtaining module 301, configured to obtain online shopping behavior information of a target account;
a second obtaining module 302, configured to obtain vehicle information of the vehicle associated with the target account, where the vehicle information includes operation behavior information of the user based on the vehicle, driving state information of the vehicle, and device information of the vehicle, where the device information is used to describe device states of all devices on the vehicle;
a generating module 303 for generating a user representation corresponding to the target account based on the online shopping behavior information and the vehicle information.
Referring also to fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of fig. 3, the apparatus further comprises:
the acquisition module 304 is used for acquiring vehicle information of the vehicle at the current moment;
and the recommending module 305 is used for recommending corresponding goods and/or services to the user according to the user portrait and the vehicle information at the current time of the vehicle.
Referring to fig. 5, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of fig. 3, the apparatus further comprises:
a third obtaining module 306, configured to obtain identification information of a vehicle-mounted device on a vehicle, where the identification information is used to uniquely identify the vehicle-mounted device;

Referring to fig. 7, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of fig. 3, the second obtaining module 302 includes:
a monitoring submodule 3021 for monitoring, in real time, operation behavior information of the user based on the vehicle, driving state information of the vehicle, and device information of the vehicle;
a second construction submodule 3022, configured to construct an offline attribute tag of the target user according to the operation behavior and the driving state.
Referring to fig. 8, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of fig. 3, the generating module 303 includes:
the statistical submodule 3031 is configured to perform statistics on an online attribute tag and an offline attribute tag, where the online attribute tag is used to identify online shopping behavior information, and the offline attribute tag is used to identify vehicle information of a vehicle;
the second obtaining submodule 3032 is configured to obtain an account attribute tag corresponding to the target account according to the statistical result, where the account attribute tag includes a periodic consumption type commodity tag, an interest type commodity tag, a vehicle activity time tag, a vehicle activity location tag, and a vehicle user service operation tag of the target account;
a generating submodule 3033, configured to generate the user representation according to the account attribute tag.
In summary, the device in the embodiment of the present invention generates the user portrait by combining the online shopping behavior information and the vehicle information of the vehicle, so as to effectively make up for the defect that the precision of the user portrait generated only according to the online shopping behavior is insufficient, and make the user portrait more accurate and more targeted.
