In this embodiment, after receiving the scanning result of the commodity bar code, the current application system compares the scanning result with the commodity information in the commodity library to determine the corresponding commodity information and display the commodity information on the current page; therefore, before scanning, the current application system is connected with a commodity library of a company in advance, a commodity is identified through a commodity bar code, corresponding commodity information is inquired, so that inventory data corresponding to the commodity object is obtained, and the inventory data is used as inventory number displayed on a template type detail page.
In an embodiment, the step of generating the inventory adjustment list after calculating the corresponding adjustment number according to the inventory data and the inventory number generated in advance in step S130 may include:
s131: calculating corresponding adjustment numbers according to the inventory data and the pre-generated inventory numbers, and updating the commodity information according to the calculated adjustment numbers;
s132: and receiving a selection instruction triggered by at least one piece of updated commodity information by a user, and generating a corresponding inventory adjustment sheet according to the selection instruction.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when more than one selected commodity information is available, the number of templates in each commodity information may be sequentially input, the application system automatically calculates the adjustment number according to the set calculation logic, when the adjustment numbers of all the commodity information are calculated, the user may determine whether to generate an inventory adjustment sheet according to the display result, if necessary, at least one inventory adjustment sheet corresponding to the updated commodity information generation layer of the current page may be selected, and if necessary, all the commodity information may be generated together, the options of multiple groups of commodity information may be simultaneously selected, so that a total inventory adjustment sheet may be generated.
In an embodiment, before the step of receiving a submission instruction of the inventory adjustment form from the user and submitting the inventory adjustment form to the background in step S130, the method may further include: responding to the selection operation of the user on the content to be adjusted in the inventory adjustment list, wherein the content to be adjusted comprises the adjustment type of the commodity object and the reason outline.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a display diagram of a mobile phone interface of a detail page of an inventory adjustment sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention; in fig. 4, the detailed page of the inventory adjustment sheet includes the adjustment type, the reason summary, the template type, the commodity information, etc., the user determines and correspondingly selects the selectable options of the adjustment type and the reason summary according to the selected commodity information, and after the completion of the filling, the user clicks "submit" to submit the inventory adjustment sheet.
It should be noted that the adjustment types and the reason summary are automatically determined by the application system according to the business logic of the company and the goods selected by the user, and the determination is based on the business logic of the company.
For example, if the tuning number displayed in some item of merchandise information in the current inventory tuning list is a positive number, it can be determined according to the business logic of the company that the number of the merchandise placed in the store is greater than the inventory number, that is, the current tuning type can be set to reduce inventory, and the reason summary can be set to be that the number of the templates is too large, so as to avoid the excess of merchandise; of course, there are various ways to reduce the inventory, for example, survey inventory adjustment lists corresponding to the same commodities in other stores, and if the adjustment number displayed by the same commodity in the inventory adjustment lists of other stores is negative and exceeds a certain preset threshold, the commodity can be adjusted to other stores.
In an embodiment, after the step of receiving a submission instruction of the inventory adjustment form from the user and submitting the inventory adjustment form to the background, the method may further include: and displaying the submitted inventory adjustment sheet and the submission time on a corresponding display interface according to the submission time of the inventory adjustment sheet.
In this embodiment, in order to make the user more clearly understand the submitted type of the template and the corresponding inventory adjustment sheet, the corresponding inventory adjustment sheet under the template type may be displayed on the top page of the application system according to the submission time; referring to fig. 2, the type of the previously submitted template and the corresponding inventory adjustment order and time of submission are shown under the template type label in fig. 2.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a management apparatus for product inventory according to an embodiment of the present invention; the present invention further provides a management apparatus for a commodity inventory, which includes a template type creation module 110, a commodity information confirmation module 120, and an inventory adjustment sheet generation module 130, and specifically includes the following:
the template type creating module 110 is used for responding to a template type creating instruction triggered by a user for a commodity to be checked, creating a corresponding template type according to a commodity category input by the user, responding to a click operation of the user on the template type, and jumping to a template type detail page;
a commodity information confirming module 120, configured to receive at least one barcode scanning instruction triggered by the user on the template type detail page, identify a corresponding commodity barcode, and display commodity information corresponding to the commodity barcode; the commodity information comprises the number of templates, the number of pre-generated libraries and the number of adjustments of commodity objects;
the inventory adjustment sheet generation module 130 is configured to generate an inventory adjustment sheet after responding to the inventory data input by the user in the template number and calculating a corresponding tuning number according to the inventory data and the pre-generated inventory number, receive a submission instruction of the user to the inventory adjustment sheet, and submit the inventory adjustment sheet to a background.
In the above embodiment, aiming at the technical problems in the prior art that the operation flow of the touch panel work is complicated, the steps are more, the consumption of manpower is high, and the accuracy of the inventory adjustment list is low due to the fact that part of business logic cannot be judged, and the inventory adjustment of commodities is affected, a commodity inventory management method is provided, a user can operate on a client side in a unified manner, after the type of the touch panel is established, the user clicks a corresponding bar code scanning instruction, bar code scanning is carried out on commodities needing to be checked, commodity information corresponding to the commodities appears on a display page, the commodity information comprises the number of the touch panel of the commodity object, the pre-generated inventory number and the adjustment number, when the user inputs specific checking data in the number of the touch panel, the corresponding adjustment number can be calculated, the inventory adjustment list is generated, and the inventory adjustment list is submitted to a background, the stock in the commodity library can be adjusted; the process is simple and convenient, the work efficiency is improved, the accuracy of the inventory adjustment list is improved, and the inventory management is more convenient.
In one embodiment, the present invention provides a terminal, comprising a memory 220 and a processor 280, wherein the memory 220 stores computer readable instructions, and the computer readable instructions, when executed by the processor 280, cause the processor 280 to perform the steps of the method for issuing praise on line as described in any one of the above embodiments.
As shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a partial structural block diagram of a mobile phone related to a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, the handset includes: a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit 210, a memory 220, an input unit 230, a display unit 240, a sensor 250, an audio circuit 260, a wireless fidelity (WiFi) module 270, a processor 280, and a power supply 290. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the handset configuration shown in fig. 6 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The following describes each component of the mobile phone in detail with reference to fig. 6:
the RF circuit 210 may be used for receiving and transmitting signals during information transmission and reception or during a call, and in particular, receives downlink information of a base station and then processes the received downlink information to the processor 280; in addition, the data for designing uplink is transmitted to the base station. The memory 220 may be used to store computer-readable storage instructions and modules, and the processor 280 may execute various functional applications and data processing of the mobile phone by operating the computer-readable storage instructions and modules stored in the memory 220. The input unit 230 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the cellular phone. The display unit 240 may be used to display information input by the user or information provided to the user and various menus of the mobile phone.
The handset may also include at least one sensor 250, such as a light sensor, motion sensor, and other sensors. Audio circuitry 260, speaker 261, and microphone 262 may provide an audio interface between the user and the handset. WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the mobile phone can help a user to receive and send e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the WiFi module 270, and provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. The processor 280 is a control center of the mobile phone, connects various parts of the entire mobile phone using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the mobile phone and processes data by operating or executing computer-readable storage instructions and/or modules stored in the memory 220 and calling data stored in the memory 220, thereby performing overall monitoring of the mobile phone.
The handset also includes a power supply 290 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which may preferably be logically coupled to the processor 280 via a power management system, such that the power management system may be used to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption.
In one embodiment, the present invention also provides a storage medium having stored therein computer readable instructions, which when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the steps of the method of managing inventory of items as described in any one of the above embodiments.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for managing inventory of goods, comprising:
responding to a dial type creating instruction triggered by a user to a commodity to be checked, creating a corresponding dial type according to a commodity type input by the user, responding to a click operation of the user on the dial type, and jumping to a dial type detail page;
receiving at least one bar code scanning instruction triggered by a user on the type detail page of the touch panel, identifying a corresponding commodity bar code, and displaying commodity information corresponding to the commodity bar code; the commodity information comprises the number of templates, the number of pre-generated libraries and the number of adjustments of commodity objects;
responding to the counting data input by the user in the template number, calculating a corresponding adjusting number according to the counting data and the inventory number generated in advance, generating an inventory adjusting sheet, receiving a submitting instruction of the user to the inventory adjusting sheet, and submitting the inventory adjusting sheet to a background.
2. The method for managing the inventory of commodities as claimed in claim 1, wherein said types of templates include at least a food template, a beauty and make-up template, and a side shelf template.
3. The method for managing inventory of goods as claimed in claim 1, wherein said step of receiving at least one scanned bar code command triggered by said template type detail page from a user further comprises:
responding to the connection operation of a user to the code scanning device, and realizing data connection with the code scanning device based on the connection operation.
4. The method for managing inventory of goods according to claim 1, wherein before the step of displaying the goods information corresponding to the goods barcode, the method further comprises:
and calling inventory data of the commodity object corresponding to the commodity bar code in a commodity library according to the identification result, and taking the inventory data as a pre-generated inventory number.
5. The method for managing inventory of commodities as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of generating an inventory adjustment list after calculating a corresponding adjustment number from the inventory data and the inventory number generated in advance comprises:
calculating corresponding adjustment numbers according to the inventory data and the pre-generated inventory numbers, and updating the commodity information according to the calculated adjustment numbers;
and receiving a selection instruction triggered by at least one piece of updated commodity information by a user, and generating a corresponding inventory adjustment sheet according to the selection instruction.
6. The method for managing inventory of goods according to claim 1, wherein before the step of receiving a submission instruction of the inventory adjustment form from the user and submitting the inventory adjustment form to the background, the method further comprises:
responding to the selection operation of the user on the content to be adjusted in the inventory adjustment list, wherein the content to be adjusted comprises the adjustment type of the commodity object and the reason outline.
7. The method for managing inventory of goods according to claim 1, wherein after the step of receiving a submission instruction of the inventory adjustment form from the user and submitting the inventory adjustment form to the background, the method further comprises:
and displaying the submitted inventory adjustment sheet and the submission time on a corresponding display interface according to the submission time of the inventory adjustment sheet.
8. An apparatus for managing inventory of articles, comprising:
the system comprises a template type creating module, a template type creating module and a template type displaying module, wherein the template type creating module is used for responding to a template type creating instruction triggered by a commodity to be checked by a user, creating a corresponding template type according to the commodity type input by the user, responding to the clicking operation of the user on the template type, and jumping to a template type detail page;
the commodity information confirmation module is used for receiving at least one bar code scanning instruction triggered by the user on the template type detail page, identifying a corresponding commodity bar code and displaying commodity information corresponding to the commodity bar code; the commodity information comprises the number of templates, the number of pre-generated libraries and the number of adjustments of commodity objects;
and the inventory adjustment sheet generation module is used for responding to the inventory data input by the user in the template number, calculating a corresponding adjustment number according to the inventory data and the inventory number generated in advance, generating an inventory adjustment sheet, receiving a submission instruction of the user to the inventory adjustment sheet, and submitting the inventory adjustment sheet to a background.
9. A terminal comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein computer-readable instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of the method of managing inventory of items of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium, characterized by: the storage medium has stored therein computer-readable instructions which, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the steps of the method of managing inventory of items of any of claims 1 to 7.
