Detailed Description
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the present application, the following description will make clear and complete descriptions of the technical solutions according to the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The actual quantity of the articles in the warehouse is checked regularly or temporarily, so that the information such as the inventory quantity can be accurately mastered in order to master the flow condition of the articles (the flow condition of the articles in warehouse, in warehouse and out warehouse).
There are generally two types of conventional checking methods: one is regular inventory, namely, the comprehensive inventory of the warehouse, which means that the comprehensive inventory is carried out once in a certain time, generally before the financial settlement of each quarter, half year or year, and the inventory is checked by a goods owner and a warehouse custodian together with the goods accounting; and secondly, temporarily checking, namely when the warehouse has a cargo loss accident, or a custodian changes, or the warehouse and a cargo owner consider that checking and checking are necessary, organizing a local or comprehensive checking.
The inventor discovers that about 65% of errors in warehouse inventory are due to human reasons, manual recording is performed manually, and manual recording errors are easy to occur, so that inventory errors are caused.
In order to solve the problems, the inventor proposes the goods checking, the device, the electronic equipment and the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the application, broadcast information can be sent out through an electronic tag arranged on goods, the broadcast information of the electronic tag is received, then a checking result aiming at the goods in a target environment is generated according to the received broadcast information, and then the checking result is output, so that automatic checking of the goods is realized. The specific inventory of goods is described in detail in the following examples.
The application scenario of the cargo checking method provided by the embodiment of the application is described below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an application scenario of a cargo checking method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the application scenario includes a cargo checking system 10, and the cargo checking system 10 includes: electronic device 100, cargo 200, and electronic tag 300 provided on cargo 200. The goods 200 may be goods that need to be checked and managed, and the number of the goods 200 may not be limited. The electronic tag 300 may be disposed on the goods 200 to be checked and managed, the electronic tag 300 may be used to send out broadcast information when checking the goods 200, the electronic device 100 may receive the broadcast information sent out by the electronic tag 300 through bluetooth communication, and then check the goods 200 according to the received broadcast information.
In some embodiments, the electronic tag 300 may be a radio frequency identification (RFID, radio Frequency Identification) tag, a bluetooth low energy (BLE, bluetooth Low Energy) tag, or other active electronic tag, which is not limited herein, to actively send out broadcast information. Near field communication can be performed between the electronic device 100 and the electronic device tag 300 to realize the reception of broadcast information by the electronic device 100.
The BLE tag may be an electronic tag based on a bluetooth low energy technology, and a battery may be provided in the BLE tag, so that the BLE tag is turned on when the inventory of the cargo 200 is performed, and the BLE tag may actively use BLE communication to send out broadcast information. The broadcast information may be information related to its corresponding good 200 for inventory of the good 200. Bluetooth low energy technology is a low cost, short range, interoperable robust wireless technology. It was designed from the beginning as an Ultra Low Power (ULP) wireless technology that utilized many intelligent means to minimize power consumption. Bluetooth low energy technology employs variable connection time intervals, which may be set to vary from a few milliseconds to a few seconds depending on the particular application. In addition, because the BLE technology adopts a very fast connection mode, the BLE technology can be in a non-connection state (energy saving) at ordinary times, the two ends of the link are only aware of each other, the link is opened only when necessary, and then the link is closed in a time as short as possible. The operating mode of BLE technology is well suited for transmitting data from miniature wireless sensors (exchanging data every half second) or other peripherals using a remote control that communicates fully asynchronously. These devices transmit very little data (typically a few bytes) and very few transmissions (e.g., several times per second to once per minute, or even less).
In the cargo inventory system 10, when the electronic tag 300 is a BLE tag, the BLE tag may be used as a Low Power node (Low Power node) in a BLE MESH network, and the electronic device 100 may be used as a Friend node (Friend node) in the BLE MESH network. Through the BLE MESH network, the BLE tag can report related information of the goods, and the management node (electronic device 100) can sort all received information and process all information, so as to obtain the states of all the goods, and realize inventory of the goods. The BLE MESH system is high in safety, the safety of information transmission is guaranteed, and the information safety of a warehouse is guaranteed.
The following describes the cargo inventory method provided by the embodiment of the application in detail.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a cargo checking method according to an embodiment of the application. The goods checking is used for automatically checking the goods according to the broadcast information sent by the BLE tag on the goods. In a specific embodiment, the cargo counting method is applied to a cargo counting device 400 as shown in fig. 8 and an electronic apparatus 100 (fig. 9) provided with the cargo counting device 400. In the following, the specific flow of the present embodiment will be described by taking an electronic device as an example, and it will be understood that the electronic device applied in the present embodiment may be a device supporting BLE communication, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and a smart watch, which is not limited herein. The following will describe the flow shown in fig. 2 in detail, and the cargo checking method specifically may include the following steps:
Step S110: and receiving broadcast information sent by the electronic tag, wherein the electronic tag is arranged on goods.
In the embodiment of the application, when the goods to be checked are checked, the electronic equipment can receive the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag arranged on the goods, so that the goods can be checked according to the received broadcast information.
In some embodiments, an electronic tag may be provided for each of all the goods in the real scene, or an electronic tag may be provided for the goods to be checked, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the electronic tag on the good may be configured to send out broadcast information periodically, for example, broadcast information may be sent out every hour, or broadcast information may be sent out every day. Accordingly, the electronic device can receive the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag at the time of sending the broadcast information by the electronic tag. If the electronic device is a device for checking goods, that is, a device with a constant position, which is set in a real scene, the electronic device may set an on time of a communication module for opening the electronic tag according to a time of the electronic tag sending broadcast information, for example, set an on time of a BLE module of the BLE tag, so that the electronic device may receive the broadcast information through the electronic module at a corresponding time node of the electronic tag sending the broadcast information. If the electronic equipment is equipment with unfixed position, the electronic equipment can be in the environment where the goods are located at the time when the electronic tag sends out the broadcast information, and the electronic module is started to receive the broadcast information. Therefore, the electronic device does not need to turn on the electronic module all the time, and the power consumption of the electronic device is effectively reduced.
In this way, since the electronic tag is set to send out broadcast information at regular time, if the electronic device receives the broadcast information at the time point when the non-electronic tag sends out the broadcast information, it can determine that the goods corresponding to the electronic tag are abnormal according to the broadcast information, and a corresponding prompt can be performed, for example, a prompt sound is sent out to prompt the user that the goods are abnormal, and the like.
In some embodiments, the electronic tags on the goods provided with the electronic tags can all send out broadcast information at the same time node or in the same time period, so that the electronic device can check the goods provided with the electronic tags. As a specific embodiment, considering that the receiving capability of the electronic device is limited, the electronic tag on the goods provided with the electronic tag may be divided into at least two parts, the time period in which the electronic tag sends out the broadcast information may be divided into a plurality of sub-time periods, and the electronic tags of different parts may send out the broadcast information in different sub-time periods.
Step S120: and determining the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment according to the received broadcast information.
After the electronic device finishes receiving the broadcast information, as each electronic tag corresponds to each goods, the electronic device can check the goods in the target environment according to the received broadcast information.
In some embodiments, the target environment may refer to an environment in which goods that the electronic device needs to inventory are located. For example, the target environment may be a warehouse where the electronic device is located, or may refer to a supermarket where the electronic device is located, which is not limited herein.
As an implementation manner, the electronic device may receive the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods in the environment other than the target environment, so that the electronic device may determine the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods in the target environment from all the received broadcast information by using the information (such as the goods information, the location information, the bluetooth address, etc.) carried in the broadcast information, and then inventory the goods in the target environment according to the determined broadcast information.
As another implementation mode, the environment where all goods in the range where the electronic equipment can receive the broadcast information is the target environment, and the electronic equipment does not receive the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods outside the target environment, so that the electronic equipment can directly check the goods in the target environment according to the received broadcast information.
In some embodiments, when the electronic device performs inventory of the goods according to the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods in the target environment, the state of the goods corresponding to the electronic tag sending the broadcast information may be determined according to the content in the specific broadcast information, for example, the broadcast information carries the name of the goods, and then the electronic device may determine, according to the broadcast information, the name of the goods corresponding to the electronic tag sending the broadcast information. The electronic equipment can identify the electronic tag according to the corresponding relation between the electronic tag and the electronic tag when the goods are put in storage and the broadcast information, so as to determine the electronic tag corresponding to the broadcast information, and determine the goods corresponding to the electronic tag according to the determined electronic tag. Therefore, the electronic equipment can determine the goods corresponding to each electronic tag sending out the broadcast information, and the information of all the goods in the target environment is determined.
Step S130: and comparing the current cargo information with the currently recorded cargo information of the target environment to obtain a difference comparison result. After the electronic equipment determines the information of all cargoes in the target environment, the current cargo information and the recorded cargo information can be compared according to the recorded information of the cargoes in the target environment, and a difference comparison result is obtained. For example, differences in quantity, item name, etc. may be compared to obtain a difference comparison result.
Step S140: and generating inventory results of goods in the target environment according to the difference comparison results.
In the embodiment of the application, after the electronic equipment compares the difference comparison results between the obtained goods information, an inventory result can be generated, and the generated inventory result can comprise the current goods, newly added goods, reduced goods and other goods flowing information, so that the inventory of the goods is realized, and the inventory result is obtained
Step S150: and outputting the checking result.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment performs inventory on goods in the target environment, and after an inventory result is obtained, the inventory result can be output. In some embodiments, the electronic device may display the inventory results, for example, the electronic device may form a table according to the number and names of the currently existing goods, the newly added goods, and the reduced goods, and display the table. In other embodiments, the electronic device may also send the inventory results to other devices, such as to a server, for example, so that the other devices perform unified inventory and management.
According to the goods checking method provided by the embodiment of the application, the broadcasting information sent by the electronic tag on the goods is received, the checking result aiming at the goods in the target environment is generated according to the received broadcasting information, and then the checking result is output, so that the goods can be checked automatically by utilizing the broadcasting information sent by the electronic tag arranged on the goods, further, the goods can be managed automatically, manual checking is not needed, the labor and time cost is reduced, and compared with the traditional manual checking, the warehouse checking with high precision and high efficiency is realized.
And moreover, the electronic tags can be BLE tags, because the BLE tags and the electronic equipment can form a BLE MESH network, each BLE tag can be used for a long time due to the characteristic of low power consumption of BLE, the requirements of most scenes can be met, the cost is reduced, the capacity in the BLE MESH network is large, and a solution can be provided for inventory in the scenes with more cargoes.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a cargo checking method according to another embodiment of the application. The method for checking the goods is applied to the electronic device, and will be described in detail with respect to the flow shown in fig. 3, and the method for checking the goods specifically includes the following steps:
Step S210: and receiving broadcast information sent by the electronic tag, wherein the electronic tag is arranged on goods.
In the embodiment of the present application, step S210 may refer to the content of the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein.
Step S220: and determining the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment according to the received broadcast information.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device is in the environment, and may receive broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on goods in other environments, for example, in a region with dense warehouse, the electronic device is in a certain warehouse, and may receive broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on goods in a nearby warehouse. Therefore, the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods in the target environment can be screened out from the received broadcast information according to the received broadcast information, and then the goods information of the goods currently existing in the target environment is determined according to the screened broadcast information.
In some embodiments, the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag may include cargo information of the cargo and environment information of an environment in which the cargo is located. The cargo information may be attribute information such as a name, a category, a weight, etc. of the cargo, and the environment information of the environment where the cargo is located may be an environment where the cargo is recorded when the cargo is put in storage, for example, a number, a name, etc. of the warehouse.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, determining current cargo information of a cargo currently existing in the target environment according to the received broadcast information may include:
step S221A: and screening first broadcast information from the received broadcast information according to the environment information in the received broadcast information, wherein the first broadcast information comprises the environment information of the target environment.
In this embodiment, since the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag includes the environmental information of the environment in which the goods are located, the electronic device may screen the broadcast information including the environmental information of the target environment from the received broadcast information according to the environmental information in the received broadcast information, and use the screened broadcast information as the first broadcast information. For example, if the environment information of the target environment is warehouse 1, broadcast information including warehouse 1 may be screened from the received broadcast information.
Step S222A: and determining the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment according to the cargo information in the first broadcast information.
In this embodiment, since the broadcast information includes cargo information of the cargo, and the screened first broadcast information is broadcast information sent by the electronic tag in the target environment, the electronic device may determine, according to the cargo information in the screened first broadcast information, current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment.
In some embodiments, the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag may include a tag address of the electronic tag. When the electronic tag is a BLE tag, the tag address may be a bluetooth device address (Bluetooth Device Address), where the bluetooth device address is used to identify the identity of the BLE tag; when the BLE tag is an RFID tag, the BLE tag can be an IP address of the RFID tag, and for other types of electronic tags, the identity of the electronic tag can be identified by using the communication address of the electronic tag, so that the details are not repeated one by one. When the goods provided with the electronic tag are put in storage, the electronic device can record the tag address of the electronic tag corresponding to the goods and correlate the tag address of the electronic tag with the environment where the goods are located, so that the electronic device can be used for pre-corresponding the tag address of the electronic tag with the goods information of the goods, a first corresponding relation is obtained, the electronic tag is pre-corresponding to the environment where the goods are located, and a second corresponding relation is obtained.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, determining current cargo information of a cargo currently existing in the target environment according to the received broadcast information may include:
Step S221B: and screening second broadcast information from the received broadcast information according to a first corresponding relation between preset environment information of the environment where the goods are located and the tag address of the electronic tag and the tag address in the received broadcast information, wherein the second broadcast information comprises the tag address corresponding to the environment information of the target environment.
In this embodiment, when the electronic device screens out the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods in the target environment from the received broadcast information, the tag address corresponding to the environment information of the target environment may be determined according to the first correspondence between the environment information of the environment where the goods are located and the tag address of the electronic tag, which is obtained in advance. After determining the tag address corresponding to the environment information of the target environment, the broadcast information containing the tag address can be screened out from all the received broadcast information, and the screened broadcast information is used as second broadcast information.
Step S222B: and determining the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment according to the second corresponding relation between the preset cargo information and the tag address of the electronic tag and the tag address in the second broadcast information.
In this embodiment, since the second broadcast information that is screened out is broadcast information that is sent by the electronic tag in the target environment, and the electronic device obtains the second correspondence between the cargo information and the tag address in advance, the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment can be determined according to the second correspondence and the tag address in the second broadcast information.
Step S230: and comparing the current cargo information with the currently recorded cargo information of the target environment to obtain a difference comparison result.
In the embodiment of the application, when the electronic equipment counts the goods in the target environment, the determined current goods information of the goods currently existing in the target environment can be compared with the recorded goods information of the target environment, so that the difference between the current goods information and the recorded goods information can be obtained, and a difference comparison result can be obtained.
In some embodiments, the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment and the currently recorded cargo information may include the number, the kind, the name, etc. of the cargo in the target environment, and the specific cargo information may not be limited. When comparing the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment with the currently recorded cargo information, the electronic device can compare the difference of the cargo types, the difference of the cargo numbers and the like, that is, the difference comparison result obtained after the comparison can comprise the difference of the cargo numbers, the difference of the cargo types and the like. Currently, the specific content to be compared may be determined according to the actual inventory requirements.
As an embodiment, the electronic device may store the cargo information of the currently recorded target environment, that is, the electronic device stores the cargo information recorded by checking the cargo in the target environment. As another implementation manner, the electronic device may also obtain the cargo information of the currently recorded target environment from other devices, for example, when the target environment is a target warehouse, the electronic device may obtain the cargo information of the currently recorded target warehouse from a server that manages the cargo inventory results of all the warehouses. Of course, the manner in which the electronic device specifically obtains the cargo information of the currently recorded target environment may not be limited.
Step S240: and comparing the current cargo information with the currently recorded cargo information of the target environment to obtain a difference comparison result.
In the embodiment of the application, after the electronic equipment obtains the difference comparison result of the currently existing cargo information compared with the currently recorded cargo information, the checking result of the cargo in the target environment can be generated according to the difference comparison result.
Step S250: and displaying the checking result or sending the checking result to other equipment.
In the embodiment of the present application, step S250 may refer to the content of the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein.
According to the goods checking method provided by the embodiment of the application, the current goods information of the goods currently existing in the target environment is determined according to the received broadcast information by receiving the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods, then the difference comparison result is obtained according to the comparison between the current goods information and the recorded goods information, and the checking result is generated and output according to the difference comparison result, so that the goods is checked automatically by utilizing the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag arranged on the goods, further, the goods can be managed automatically without manual checking, the labor and time cost are reduced, and compared with the traditional manual checking, the warehouse checking with high precision and high efficiency is realized.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flow chart illustrating a cargo checking method according to another embodiment of the application. The method for checking the goods is applied to the electronic device, and will be described in detail with respect to the flow shown in fig. 6, and the method for checking the goods specifically includes the following steps:
Step S310: and receiving broadcast information sent by the electronic tag in a target time period corresponding to a target environment, wherein the time periods of the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag in different environments are different, and the electronic tag is arranged on goods.
In the embodiment of the application, in the environment where the electronic device is located, broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on goods in other environments may be received, and the received broadcast information sent by other electronic tags may interfere with the electronic device during checking. Therefore, the time periods for sending out the broadcast information, which are set by the electronic tags in different environments, can be different, and in this way, when the time period corresponding to the target environment is set, only the electronic tags in the target environment send out the broadcast information, so that the electronic device can be prevented from receiving the broadcast information sent out by the electronic tags in other environments in the same time period, and the interference of the broadcast information of other electronic tags on the inventory of goods is reduced. In addition, if the electronic equipment is equipment for checking cargoes in a plurality of environments, the electronic equipment can also receive broadcast information sent by the electronic tags in different environments in different time periods, and the problem that the receiving capacity of the electronic equipment is insufficient and the broadcast information sent by the electronic tags can be omitted is avoided.
In some embodiments, when the goods in the target environment need to be checked, the electronic device may determine a target time period corresponding to the target environment, that is, a set time period when the electronic tag in the target environment sends out the broadcast information, and then receive the broadcast information sent out by the electronic tag in the target time period, so that the broadcast information received in the target time period is the broadcast information sent out by the electronic tag on the goods in the target environment.
Step S320: and determining the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment according to the cargo information in the received broadcast information or the tag address of the electronic tag.
In the embodiment of the application, because the broadcast information received by the electronic equipment in the target time period is the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods in the target environment, the electronic equipment can directly determine the current goods information of the goods currently existing in the target environment according to the received broadcast information.
In some embodiments, the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag may include cargo information of the cargo corresponding to the electronic tag.
