In this embodiment, when the stock in the depository warehouse cannot complement the ordered quantity of the sales goods, the ordered quantity in the sales order cannot be satisfied even if the goods are transferred from the depository warehouse to the main warehouse, so that the purchase order can be directly issued to the supplier according to the replenishment information of the sales goods without transferring the goods from the depository warehouse to the main warehouse.
Optionally, in the above embodiment, after generating the main warehouse purchase order according to the replenishment information of the sales goods, the method further includes: after receiving the goods sent by the supplier according to the main warehouse purchase order, generating a second purchase warehousing entry of the main warehouse according to the main warehouse purchase order, wherein the second purchase warehousing entry comprises the identification and the quantity of the purchased goods; and updating the inventory information of the main warehouse according to the second purchasing warehousing list.
In this embodiment, since the goods sent by the supplier are related to the purchase order of the main warehouse, the second purchase warehousing entry of the main warehouse can be generated according to the purchase order of the main warehouse, and specifically, the received goods can be checked according to the purchase order of the main warehouse to generate the second purchase warehousing entry of the main warehouse. The checking process may be completed through an ERP system, for example, the ERP system matches the uploaded information of the goods with the purchase order of the main warehouse, and generates a second purchase warehousing entry of the main warehouse.
Optionally, after matching the sales order with the inventory information of the primary warehouse and determining whether the inventory of the sales goods in the primary warehouse is sufficient, the method further includes: and if the stock of the sales goods in the main warehouse is determined to be sufficient, generating a sales delivery order of the main warehouse according to the sales order and the stock information of the main warehouse.
In this embodiment, when the stock of the sales goods in the main warehouse is sufficient, the sales delivery order of the main warehouse may be directly generated according to the sales order and the stock information of the main warehouse without borrowing the deposited goods in the deposited warehouse or ordering the goods from the supplier.
In order to better understand the present invention, a detailed description is given below of an inventory management method based on an ERP system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides an inventory management method based on an ERP system, where the method includes the following specific implementation processes:
1. the salesman fills in a sales order; the supervisor and the manager pass the approval;
2. the system can automatically judge whether the stock of the main warehouse is sufficient or not by processing the valid sales orders: if the stock is sufficient, directly generating a sales delivery order, distributing and delivering goods, and finishing the delivery of the sales order;
3. if the stock of the main warehouse is insufficient, the system automatically checks and matches the stock information of the storage warehouse to confirm whether the stock of the storage warehouse can complement the goods in shortage:
3.1, if the backyard can complement the goods in short of stock, the system automatically summarizes the matched goods numbers and quantities to generate a storage warehouse purchase order;
3.2, if the inventory of the storage warehouse is insufficient, automatically summarizing the goods numbers and the quantities which are not matched with each other by the system to generate a main warehouse purchase order;
4. the system can simultaneously establish association among 'warehouse deposit order', 'main warehouse purchase order' and 'sales order', and store the association in 'relation table H';
5. checking the 'deposited warehouse purchase order' and the 'main warehouse purchase order', printing or exporting a purchase file, and sending the purchase file to a supplier for purchase; the two purchase orders can be distinguished by using different marks, so that the enterprise can conveniently manage the inventory or the supplier can conveniently manage and deposit the goods;
6. because the 'deposit warehouse purchase order' is a purchase order for depositing goods and supplementing goods, which indicates that the deposit warehouse has deposited stock, the system can automatically generate a 'deposit warehouse delivery order', automatically check and automatically deduct the stock of the 'deposit warehouse', and the delivery of the deposit stock is finished;
7. the system can simultaneously establish association between the 'warehouse deposit order' and the 'warehouse delivery order' and store the association in a 'relation table E';
8. generating a main warehouse purchasing warehousing entry according to a deposited warehouse purchasing order;
9. according to the corresponding relation of the relation table E, the system can automatically output the warehouse-out information of the storage warehouse output list: the information such as quantity, batch number, validity period and the like is automatically filled in the 'main warehouse purchasing warehousing entry' by default, so that the manual repeated input of a user is reduced;
10. checking a purchase warehousing bill of a main warehouse, increasing the inventory of the main warehouse of the enterprise, and completing warehousing;
11. according to the corresponding relation of the relation table H, the system automatically binds the stock of the main warehouse with the sales order which requires purchasing;
12. generating a sales delivery order according to the bound inventory of the sales order, distributing, delivering and auditing, reducing the inventory and finishing the delivery;
13. when goods of a supplier's ' warehouse purchase order ' are received, checking according to the information of the ' warehouse purchase order ', and starting to handle warehousing of the warehouse after checking is correct;
14. directly clicking a 'replenishment' function on a 'stocking warehouse purchase order', automatically generating a 'replenishment warehousing order' of a stocking warehouse by a system according to corresponding information of a 'relation table E', filling the batch number and the validity period of the goods, storing and checking, and increasing the stock of the stocking warehouse;
15. the whole process is completed;
in this embodiment, in order to better show the flow of the inventory management method, each step in fig. 3 adopts an omission writing method, and the specific implementation process thereof is referred to above.
Second aspect of the invention
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides an ERP-based inventory management apparatus, where the apparatus includes: an obtaining unit 21, configured to obtain a sales order, where the sales order includes an identifier of a sales item and an order quantity of each of the sales items; a first determining unit 22, configured to match the sales order with inventory information of a primary warehouse, and determine whether the inventory of the sales goods in the primary warehouse is sufficient, where the inventory information of the primary warehouse includes an identifier and a quantity of the goods in the primary warehouse; a second determining unit 23, configured to determine, if the stock of the sales goods in the main warehouse is insufficient, whether the stock of the sales goods in the depository can complement the ordered number of the sales goods according to stock information of the depository, where the stock information of the depository includes an identifier and a number of the sales goods in the depository; a first generating unit 24, configured to generate a delivery order of the depository according to replenishment information of the sold goods if the stock of the sold goods in the depository can replenish the ordered quantity of the sold goods, where the replenishment information of the sold goods is determined according to the ordered quantity of the sold goods and the quantity of the sold goods in the main depository, and the delivery order includes an identifier and a quantity of the delivered goods; a first updating unit 25, configured to update the inventory information of the depository according to the delivery order of the depository; a second generating unit 26, configured to generate a first purchasing warehousing entry of the main warehouse according to the delivery order of the depository warehouse, where the first purchasing warehousing entry includes an identifier and a quantity of purchased goods; and a second updating unit 27, configured to update the inventory information of the main warehouse according to the first purchase warehousing entry of the main warehouse.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: a third generating unit, configured to generate a sales delivery order of the main warehouse according to the sales order and the updated inventory information of the main warehouse, where the sales delivery order includes identifiers and numbers of delivered goods; and the third updating unit is used for updating the stock information of the main warehouse according to the selling delivery list according to the notification of the completion of the delivery of the sold goods.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: and the fourth updating unit is used for updating the stock information of the main warehouse according to the selling delivery list according to the notification of the completion of the delivery of the sold goods.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: and the fourth generation unit is used for generating a stocking warehouse purchase order according to the replenishment information of the sold goods so that a supplier can replenish the stocking warehouse according to the stocking warehouse purchase order, wherein the stocking warehouse purchase order comprises the identification and the quantity of the purchased goods.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: a fifth generating unit, configured to generate a replenishment warehousing entry of the storage warehouse according to the storage warehouse purchase order after receiving the goods sent by the supplier according to the storage warehouse purchase order, where the replenishment warehousing entry includes the identification and the quantity of the replenishment goods; and the fifth updating unit is used for updating the inventory information of the storage warehouse according to the replenishment warehousing entry.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: and the sixth generating unit is used for generating a main warehouse purchase order according to the replenishment information of the sold goods so that a supplier can send the goods according to the main warehouse purchase order, wherein the main warehouse purchase order comprises the identification and the quantity of the purchased goods.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: a seventh generating unit, configured to generate a second purchasing warehousing entry of the main warehouse according to the main warehouse purchasing order, where the second purchasing warehousing entry includes an identifier and a quantity of purchased goods; and the sixth updating unit is used for updating the inventory information of the main warehouse according to the second purchasing warehousing entry.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: and the eighth generating unit is used for generating a sales delivery order of the main warehouse according to the sales order and the inventory information of the main warehouse if the sufficient inventory of the sales goods in the main warehouse is determined.
The apparatus of this embodiment may be used to implement the technical solutions of the method embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 3, and the implementation principles and technical effects are similar, which are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. An inventory management method based on an ERP system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining a sales order, wherein the sales order comprises an identification of sales goods and an order quantity of each type of the sales goods;
matching the sales order with inventory information of a main warehouse to determine whether the inventory of the sales goods in the main warehouse is sufficient, wherein the inventory information of the main warehouse comprises the identification and the quantity of the goods in the main warehouse;
if the stock of the sales goods in the main warehouse is insufficient, determining whether the stock of the sales goods in the depository can complement the ordered quantity of the sales goods according to the stock information of the depository, wherein the stock information of the depository comprises the identification and the quantity of the goods in the depository;
if the stock of the sales goods in the depository can complement the ordered quantity of the sales goods, generating a delivery order of the depository according to the replenishment information of the sales goods, wherein the replenishment information of the sales goods is determined according to the ordered quantity of the sales goods and the quantity of the sales goods in the main warehouse, and the delivery order comprises the identification and the quantity of the delivery goods;
updating the inventory information of the depository according to the delivery list of the depository;
generating a first purchasing warehousing entry of the main warehouse according to the delivery order of the storage warehouse, wherein the first purchasing warehousing entry comprises the identification and the quantity of purchased goods;
and updating the inventory information of the main warehouse according to the first purchasing warehousing list of the main warehouse.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after updating the inventory information of the primary warehouse based on the first procurement manifest of the primary warehouse, the method further comprises:
and generating a sales delivery order of the main warehouse according to the sales order and the updated inventory information of the main warehouse, wherein the sales delivery order comprises the identification and the quantity of the delivered goods.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after generating the sales slip for the master warehouse, the method further comprises:
and updating the inventory information of the main warehouse according to the sales delivery list according to the notification of the delivery completion of the sales goods.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after generating the outbound order of the depository from the replenishment information of the sold good, the method further comprises:
and generating a stocking warehouse purchase order according to the replenishment information of the sold goods so that a supplier can replenish the stocking warehouse according to the stocking warehouse purchase order, wherein the stocking warehouse purchase order comprises the identification and the quantity of the purchased goods.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after generating a depositor purchase order based on replenishment information for the sold good, the method further comprises:
after receiving goods sent by a supplier according to the deposit warehouse purchase order, generating a replenishment warehousing entry of the deposit warehouse according to the deposit warehouse purchase order, wherein the replenishment warehousing entry comprises the identification and the quantity of the replenishment goods;
and updating the inventory information of the storage warehouse according to the replenishment warehousing entry.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining from inventory information of an escrow, that inventory of the sales item in an escrow is unable to replenish the ordered quantity of the sales item, the method further comprises:
and generating a main warehouse purchase order according to the replenishment information of the sold goods so that a supplier can send the goods according to the main warehouse purchase order, wherein the main warehouse purchase order comprises the identification and the quantity of the purchased goods.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein after receiving the goods placed by the supplier in accordance with the primary warehouse purchase order, the method further comprises:
generating a second purchasing warehousing entry of the main warehouse according to the main warehouse purchasing order, wherein the second purchasing warehousing entry comprises the identification and the quantity of the purchased goods;
and updating the inventory information of the main warehouse according to the second purchasing warehousing list.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein after matching the sales order with inventory information of a primary warehouse, determining whether the inventory of the sales items in the primary warehouse is sufficient, the method further comprises:
and if the stock of the sales goods in the main warehouse is determined to be sufficient, generating a sales delivery order of the main warehouse according to the sales order and the stock information of the main warehouse.
9. An ERP-based inventory management device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a sales order, and the sales order comprises an identification of sales goods and the order quantity of each type of the sales goods;
a first determining unit, configured to match the sales order with inventory information of a primary warehouse, and determine whether inventory of the sales goods in the primary warehouse is sufficient, where the inventory information of the primary warehouse includes an identifier and a quantity of the goods in the primary warehouse;
a second determining unit, configured to determine, if the stock of the sold goods in the main warehouse is insufficient, whether the stock of the sold goods in the depository can complement the ordered quantity of the sold goods according to stock information of the depository, where the stock information of the depository includes an identifier and a quantity of the goods in the depository;
a first generating unit, configured to generate a delivery order of the depository according to replenishment information of the sold goods if the stock of the sold goods in the depository can replenish the ordered quantity of the sold goods, where the replenishment information of the sold goods is determined according to the ordered quantity of the sold goods and the quantity of the sold goods in the main warehouse, and the delivery order includes an identifier and a quantity of the delivered goods;
the first updating unit is used for updating the inventory information of the depository according to the delivery list of the depository;
the second generation unit is used for generating a first purchasing warehousing entry of the main warehouse according to the delivery entry of the storage warehouse, and the first purchasing warehousing entry comprises the identification and the quantity of the purchased goods;
and the second updating unit is used for updating the inventory information of the main warehouse according to the first purchasing warehousing list of the main warehouse.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
a third generating unit, configured to generate a sales delivery order of the main warehouse according to the sales order and the updated inventory information of the main warehouse, where the sales delivery order includes identifiers and numbers of delivered goods;
and the third updating unit is used for updating the stock information of the main warehouse according to the selling delivery list according to the notification of the completion of the delivery of the sold goods.
