Abstract
The invention discloses a network asset information management system, which comprises a permission management subsystem, an asset management subsystem, an equipment management subsystem and a task management subsystem, wherein the permission management subsystem is used for realizing various operations of users, roles and resources, and comprises the steps of adding users by an administrator, configuring roles for the users and adding configuration for the roles, and realizing that each user can only manage asset information, inspection information and permission tasks which belong to the permission range of the user. The invention establishes electronic and standardized network consultation information data, realizes registration of network equipment, computers, electronic storage media and other equipment, and records information generated in the using process of the network asset equipment, including allocation, change, maintenance and cancellation of the equipment, thereby realizing comprehensive control of the condition of the network asset equipment of a unit and maximally improving the management efficiency and quality of the network information assets.

The invention relates to the technical field of computer application, in particular to a network asset information management system.
Background
With the continuous development of information technology in China, the information construction of unit business is also continuously promoted, a large number of network information assets such as network equipment, computers, mobile storage media, printers and the like are applied to each link of daily business work and become effective driving force for promoting business development and improving work efficiency, but the method also brings great difficulty to the safety management work of the unit network information.

the equipment management subsystem 3 is used for carrying out full life cycle management on the computer, the network equipment, the mobile storage equipment and the digital equipment, including the allocation, maintenance and cancellation of the equipment.
The task management subsystem 4 is used for managing and issuing tasks in a system.
The rights management subsystem 1 includes a user management module 11, a role management module 12 and a resource management module 13.
The asset management subsystem 2 comprises an equipment registration module 21 and an equipment query module 22, wherein the equipment registration module 21 is used for inputting equipment information including the brand, model, size, production date and use date of the equipment, and the equipment query module 22 is used for querying the input equipment information.
The equipment management subsystem 3 comprises an equipment change module 31, an equipment transfer module 32, an equipment maintenance module 33 and an equipment logout module 34, wherein the equipment change module 31 is used for registering the change of information of equipment users and managers, the equipment maintenance module 33 is used for registering equipment maintenance information, and the equipment logout module 34 is used for registering the information which is used for logout due to equipment damage elimination.
The task management subsystem 4 includes a task issuing module 41, a task querying module 42, and a task submitting module 43, where the task issuing module 41 is configured to perform task arrangement and issuing, the task querying module 42 is configured to query the issued task, and the task submitting module 43 is configured to complete submission of the data after the task.
The system also comprises a database server 5, wherein the database server 5 is used for storing all information produced in the using process of the authority management subsystem 1, the asset management subsystem 2, the equipment management subsystem 3 and the task management subsystem 4.
A web server 6 is also included, the web server 6 being used for access by users of the administrator.

A network asset information management system according to claim 2, wherein said equipment registration module (21) is used for entering equipment information including brand, model, size, production date, and use date of equipment, and said equipment inquiry module (22) is used for inquiring the entered equipment information.

A network asset information management system according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a database server (5), wherein said database server (5) is used for storing all information produced during the use of said authority management subsystem (1), said asset management subsystem (2), said device management subsystem (3) and said task management subsystem (4).
8. A network asset information management system according to claim 1, further comprising a web server (6), said web server (6) being used for access by users of administrators.
9. The system according to claim 5, wherein the task issuing module (41) is configured to issue a task schedule, the task querying module (42) is configured to query the issued task, and the task submitting module (43) is configured to complete the submission of the data after the task.
