A photographic effect generating device, characterized in that: the device comprises a photographic frame (1), wherein the photographic frame comprises two photographic frames (11) which are oppositely and parallelly arranged, four connecting rods (12) which are respectively arranged at four corners of the opposite sides of the two photographic frames, and two ends of each connecting rod are respectively connected with the two frame frames;
the novel photography effect plate is characterized by comprising a photography supporting component (2) arranged on a photography frame and a photography effect component (3) arranged on the photography frame, wherein the photography effect component comprises a clamping component (4) arranged on the photography frame and a photography effect plate (5) arranged in the clamping component, a photography effect hole (51) is formed in the photography effect plate, and a photography effect sheet (6) is arranged in the photography effect hole.
2. A photographic effect generating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the photography supporting component comprises a clamping piece (21) clamped on the photography frame, an adjusting rod (22) sleeved in the clamping piece, and a photography frame (23) arranged on the adjusting rod.
