Switch pre-paving and inserting construction method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of railway engineering, in particular to a switch pre-paving and inserting construction method.
Background
Under the large environment of the rapid development of national economy, the railway passenger and cargo station lines built in the early stage cannot meet the normal operation requirements, so that the existing passenger and cargo station lines are required to be lifted and reformed, the reforming construction is a very complex and difficult project, and the success and failure of the station yard reforming is the success and failure of the road-plug construction, so that the road-plug construction becomes a main focus.
In the construction of the switch, the switch is usually transferred by a guide rail and a pulley. Because the weight of the turnout is large, a large force is applied to the pre-paved turnout to realize smooth transfer of the turnout. During the transfer, a slight carelessness, i.e. a deflection of the load, may occur, resulting in a capsizing of the trolley. Therefore, in the construction process, it is often necessary to suspend the transfer process and correct the load direction, so that the construction efficiency is very low.

The travelling wheel comprises a wheel body 512 and end plates 513 fixedly connected to two ends of the wheel body 512, the diameter of the end plates 513 is larger than that of the wheel body 512, the cylindrical surface of the wheel body 512 is used for being placed on the first wing plate 41 in a rolling mode, the end plates 513 at two ends of the wheel body 512 are placed on two sides of the first wing plate 41, and therefore the travelling wheel can play a role in clamping to a certain extent, and the wheel body 512 is prevented from being separated from the first wing plate 41. The bearing portion 52 is connected to the frame 511, specifically, the frame 511 includes a connection shaft 53, the bearing portion 52 is provided with a guide groove 521, a guide block 522 that can slide along the guide groove 521 is provided in the guide groove 521, and the cross-sectional shape of the guide block 522 and the guide groove 521 are substantially adapted. For example, the guide groove 521 may be provided as a dovetail groove, and the cross section of the guide block 522 may be provided as a dovetail shape. By the engagement of the guide blocks 522 with the guide grooves 521, the relative sliding between the frame 511 and the bearing 52 can be achieved, thereby helping to release the force generated by the load displacement in the direction along the guide grooves 521 when the load displacement occurs. The guide block 522 is connected to the connecting shaft 53 through the thrust bearing 524, in other words, the guide block 522 and the connecting shaft 53 can rotate relatively, so that the bearing portion 52 can rotate relatively with respect to the frame 511, which helps to release the torque generated by the load offset.

s234, inflating the inflation layer 516 of the clamping wheel to enable the inflation layer 516 of the clamping wheel to be in contact with the first wing plate 41.
Through the steps, the unidirectional force transmission pulley can be conveniently installed, and the rollover prevention effect is realized.
Step S200 further includes:
s24, installing a traction rope 3;
one end of the traction rope 3 is fixed on the turnout, and the other end is anchored on the continuous jack 1. The middle part of the traction rope 3 passes through the through hole on the counter-force seat 2.
In some embodiments, step S300 specifically includes: the switch 7 to be inserted is lifted by the gate track jack, the switch is temporarily supported by the short wood sleeper, and at this time, all the weight of the switch 7 to be inserted is borne by the gate track jack and the temporary short wood sleeper, and the switch 7 to be inserted is transferred to the bearing part 52 of the unidirectional force transmission pulley 5.
In some embodiments, step S600 specifically includes: the turnout 7 to be inserted is lifted from the unidirectional force transmission pulley 5 through the gate track jack, the turnout is temporarily supported by the short wood sleeper, at the moment, all the weight of the turnout 7 to be inserted is borne by the gate track jack and the temporary short wood sleeper, the turnout 7 to be inserted is transferred into the existing line 6, and two ends of the turnout 7 to be inserted are connected with the line. Further, when connecting an inserted switch with a circuit: punching holes at preset positions by a punching machine, and connecting lines by an insulating clamping plate.
The turnout pre-paving construction insertion method provided by the embodiment has good offset load release capability, and can prevent system instability caused by load offset, so that repeated shutdown and manual load adjustment are not needed, the continuous jack 1 can continuously output traction force, the turnout construction efficiency can be obviously improved, and the manual labor input can be obviously reduced.
