The turnout pre-laying construction method according to claim 4, wherein the unidirectional force transmission trolley further comprises a stabilizing assembly, the stabilizing assembly comprises a pair of clamping wheels rotatably connected to the frame body, the pair of clamping wheels are respectively positioned at two sides of the web plate of the guide rail, the upper part of each clamping wheel is in contact with the first wing plate, and the lower part of each clamping wheel is spaced from the second wing plate.
6. The turnout pre-laying construction method according to claim 5, wherein the clamping wheel comprises a hub rotatably connected with the frame body and an inflation layer sleeved on the outer ring of the hub, and the inflation layer is in contact with the first wing plate.
7. The turnout pre-laying construction method according to claim 5, wherein the clamping wheels are detachably connected with the frame body, and in the step erection traction system:
the frame body is placed on the tool rail, then the clamping wheels are connected to the frame body, and then the inflatable layer is inflated.
8. The turnout pre-laying construction method according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the step of pre-laying the turnout to be inserted beside the existing line comprises the following steps:
and moving the turnout to be inserted to the bearing part of the unidirectional force transmission pulley by adopting a gate type track lifting machine.
9. The turnout pre-laying construction method according to any one of claims 1-7, characterized in that the step of inserting the turnout to be inserted into an existing line:
and inserting the turnout to be inserted into the existing line by adopting a gantry track lifting machine.
10. The turnout pre-laying construction method according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the step of pre-laying the turnout to be inserted beside the existing line comprises the following steps:
leveling and compacting the field, and setting up a turnout pre-assembly platform according to the measured position in the selected field;
distributing the switch sleepers on the platform in sequence according to the stages from small to large and the number of each stage, and mounting a base plate by using a threaded spike;
lifting some parts of turnout steel rails assembled according to a turnout delivery assembly diagram to a turnout sleeper to be positioned in a groove, paving an insulating buffer rubber pad in a turnout sleeper rail bearing groove before the groove is positioned, and centering and positioning according to a measured central line pile of a straight strand and a curved strand, wherein the straight strand is a track extending in the turnout along a straight line direction, and the curved strand is a track extending in the turnout along a curved line direction;
after the straight strand steel rail is in place, marking the position and the interval of each switch tie on the rail waist of the straight strand steel rail, shifting the switch tie to the marked position and reaching the standard of taking the tie heads on the side of the straight strand, finding out the position of the point of the straight strand switch tie on the curved strand according to the direction of the straight strand and marking, and manually shifting the other end of the switch tie to the position of the curved strand;
spreading various accessories on each pillow in sequence, and sequentially putting on the spiral path nail without screwing;
correcting the gauge and the correction position of the straight strand rail, and locking the straight strand steel rail; marking points of each offset position, sequentially correcting the position of the curved strand according to the designed offset, correcting the track pitch of the curved strand, calibrating the central line of the curved strand and locking the curved strand steel rail.
