Abstract
The invention provides a transparent silica gel strip, which sequentially comprises the following components from bottom to top: the first layer is release paper; the second layer is cotton paper acrylic glue; the third layer is silica gel primer; the fourth layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of rubber and silicone rubber; 0.1-5 parts of vulcanizing agent. The silica gel sealing strip is a food-grade silicone oil plasticizer, is more environment-friendly and safer, does not need to be additionally provided with a flame retardant, and has a flame retardant effect; the material has long-term elasticity, and can insulate sound and reduce noise; adopts double-sided adhesive design, is convenient to use and is firm in bonding.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a silica gel strip, in particular to a transparent silica gel strip.
Background
The existing doors and windows have gaps, are not easy to close, and cause dust, insects and the like to enter. And the door and window is closed, the noise is formed by the collision sound, and the door and window are damaged. The silica gel sealing strip belongs to the environmental protection material, and the ageing resistance is high, and low temperature resistant performance is high, also can not turn hard under cold environment, is furnished with the acrylic acid double faced adhesive tape simultaneously, and the stickness is good, and is very firm. It is widely applied to the periphery of doors and windows, and can play the roles of sealing, preventing dust, preventing collision, blocking insects and the like. However, part of the sealing strips made of plastic materials are easy to age and crisp, and simultaneously have the problems of environmental-friendly plasticizer, peculiar smell and the like; some sealing strips are difficult to install for old doors and windows and the like, and even need to be replaced again; the separation of the glue layer and the base layer is easy to occur; the stretch fabric is easily whitened, has poor rebound resilience, and has partial blooming, yellowing and strong smell. The sealing tape contains an o-benzene plasticizer as set forth in CN 113150470A; like CN207454766U, this type sealing strip needs the door and window that corresponds the specification to match, can't generally be suitable for current door and window on a large scale, bathroom, and the collocation double faced adhesive tape forms the self-adhesive layer, can bond different grade type door and window fast.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a novel silicone sealant.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a silica gel sealing strip. The silica gel sealing strip is a food-grade silicone oil plasticizer, is more environment-friendly and safer, does not need to be additionally provided with a flame retardant, and has a flame retardant effect; the material has long-term elasticity, and can insulate sound and reduce noise; adopts double-sided adhesive design, is convenient to use and is firm in bonding.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions.
The invention provides a transparent silica gel strip, which sequentially comprises the following components from bottom to top:
the first layer is release paper;
the second layer is cotton paper acrylic glue;
the third layer is silica gel primer;
the fourth layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
10-50 parts of silicone rubber master batch;
0.1-5 parts of vulcanizing agent.
Preferably, wherein the silica gel primer is 770 primer.
Preferably, wherein the silicone rubber masterbatch is 70 degree precipitated silicone rubber masterbatch, 60 degree precipitated silicone rubber masterbatch, 70 degree gas phase silicone rubber masterbatch, or a combination thereof.
More preferably, the hardness of the silicone rubber master batch is Shore A40, Shore A50, Shore A60 or Shore A70.
Preferably wherein the sulfiding agent is a platinum sulfiding agent.
More preferably, wherein the thickness of the release paper is 0.01-1 mm.
More preferably, wherein the thickness of the tissue acrylic glue is 0.1-5 mm.
More preferably, wherein the sizing amount of the silica gel primer is 0.1-1 mm.
The silica gel sealing strip has the effects of dust prevention, collision prevention, wind prevention, smoke prevention, energy conservation and sound insulation, is convenient to disassemble and maintain, saves time and labor, has outstanding economic benefits, and completely meets the functional requirements.
Detailed Description
The silica gel sealing strip is produced by using a silicon rubber (precipitation or gas phase) master batch material, and the hardness is from Shore A40, 50, 60 and 70.
The silica gel sealing strip is vulcanized by using a platinum vulcanizing agent, is environment-friendly and safe, and has no yellowing or blooming.
The silica gel sealing strip disclosed by the invention uses the silica gel bonding base coat to match with the acrylic double-sided adhesive tape, so that the base material is firmly bonded without degumming and slippage, and meanwhile, the installation modes are various.
The silica gel sealing strip comprises 4 layers: the first layer is preferably 0.1mm release paper; a second ply of preferably 0.3mm tissue paper acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive; the third layer is preferably 770 silica gel organic silicon base coat, the gluing amount is 0.01mm, so that the 2 nd layer and the 4 th layer are firmly bonded without degumming and slippage; the fourth layer is a vulcanized silicone rubber layer.
The 770 primer in the following examples is a Heizhou Hengying adhesive products Co., Ltd, and the silicone rubber master batch is a Lanxing Erken silicone product, wherein 70 and 60 degrees of precipitation are respectively HCR1870(70 degrees) and HCR1860(60 degrees), and 70 degrees of gas phase is HCR 9670. The platinum vulcanizing agent is a son jun chemical BP-28.
Examples
Example 1
The silica gel sealing strip comprises 4 layers:
a first layer: release paper with the thickness of 0.1 mm; a second layer: cotton paper acrylic glue with the thickness of 0.3 mm; and a third layer: 770 parts of a base coating agent with the gluing amount of 0.1 mm; a fourth layer: comprises 70-degree precipitated silicone rubber master batch (24 weight parts/m) and platinum vulcanizing agent BP-28(0.3 weight parts/m).
Processing a 70-DEG precipitation silicone rubber master batch by using an open mill (with a cooling function), processing 10-20kg of the master batch each time, firstly adjusting the roll spacing to be about 10mm, feeding, adding a platinum vulcanizing agent BP-28 after 5 times of thin passing, continuing the thin passing for 5 times, taking out pieces, cooling, adding into an extruder, extruding 0.8mm sheets and different width specifications, vulcanizing through a 20m drying tunnel (at the temperature of 200 and 300 ℃) (specifically, the vulcanization temperature is 200 ℃ in 1 section, 250 ℃ in 2 section and 300 ℃ in 3 section), then coating a base coat, compounding acrylic double-sided adhesive, cutting, rolling and packaging. The test results are shown in Table 2, and the performance can meet the use requirements.
Example 2
The silica gel sealing strip comprises 4 layers:
a first layer: release paper with the thickness of 0.1 mm; a second layer: cotton paper acrylic glue with the thickness of 0.3 mm; and a third layer: 770 parts of a base coating agent with the gluing amount of 0.1 mm; a fourth layer: comprises 60-degree precipitated silicone rubber master batch (24 weight parts/m) and platinum vulcanizing agent BP-28(0.3 weight parts/m).
Processing a 60-DEG precipitation silicone rubber master batch by using an open mill (with a cooling function), processing 10-20kg of the master batch each time, firstly adjusting the roll spacing to be about 10mm, feeding, adding a platinum vulcanizing agent BP-28 after 5 times of thin passing, continuing the thin passing for 5 times, taking out pieces, cooling, adding into an extruder, extruding 0.8mm sheets and different width specifications, vulcanizing through a 20m drying tunnel (at the temperature of 200 and 300 ℃) (specifically, the vulcanization temperature is 200 ℃ in 1 section, 250 ℃ in 2 section and 300 ℃ in 3 section), then coating a base coat, compounding acrylic double-sided adhesive, cutting, rolling and packaging. The test results are shown in table 2, the stretching is not whitened, the resilience is good, and the performance can meet high-end requirements.
Example 5
The silica gel sealing strip comprises 4 layers:

a first layer: 0.1mm release paper; a second layer: cotton paper acrylic glue; and a third layer: comprises 70-degree precipitated silicone rubber master batch (24 weight parts/m) and platinum vulcanizing agent BP-28(0.3 weight parts/m).
Processing 70-degree gas-phase silicone rubber master batch by using an open mill (with a cooling function), processing 10-20kg of the master batch each time, firstly adjusting the roller spacing to be about 10mm, feeding, adding platinum vulcanizing agent BP-28 after 5 times of thin passing, continuing the thin passing for 5 times, taking out pieces, cooling, adding into an extruder, extruding 0.8mm sheets and different width specifications, vulcanizing through a 20m drying tunnel (at the temperature of 200 and 300 ℃) (specifically, the vulcanization temperature is 200 ℃ in 1 section, 250 ℃ in 2 section and 300 ℃ in 3 section), then coating a base coat, compounding acrylic double-sided adhesive, cutting, rolling and packaging. The test results are shown in table 2, and the tissue paper glue and the silica gel layer are easy to separate and cannot be used.

Processing a 70-DEG precipitation silicone rubber master batch by using an open mill (with a cooling function), processing 10-20kg of the master batch each time, firstly adjusting the roll spacing to be about 10mm, feeding, adding a bis-tetra-vulcanizing agent after 5 times of thin passing, continuing the thin passing for 5 times, taking out pieces, cooling, adding into an extruder, extruding 0.8mm thin sheets and different width specifications, vulcanizing through a 20m drying tunnel (at the temperature of 200 and 300 ℃) (specifically, the vulcanization temperature is 200 ℃ for 1 section, 250 ℃ for 2 sections, and 300 ℃ for 3 sections), then coating a base coat, compounding acrylic double-sided adhesive, cutting, rolling and packaging. The test results are shown in table 2, and the odor is very remarkable and is not suitable for being used as interior decoration materials.

4. The transparent silicone strip of claim 3, wherein the silicone rubber masterbatch has a hardness of Shore A40, Shore A50, Shore A60, or Shore A70.
5. The transparent silicone strip according to claim 1, wherein the vulcanizing agent is a platinum vulcanizing agent.
6. The transparent silicone strip according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the release paper has a thickness of 0.01 to 1 mm.
7. The transparent silicone strip according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the tissue acrylic glue has a thickness of 0.1-5 mm.
8. The transparent silicone strip according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the sizing amount of the silicone gel primer is 0.1 to 1 mm.
