the adhesive layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of polyurethane main agent, 1.5 parts of curing agent, 3 parts of methyl cellulose, 1.5 parts of antimony trioxide, 2.5 parts of nano titanium dioxide and 1.5 parts of anti-aging agent.

s1, preparing a PVC film layer: the production process temperature of the PVC film is 160-180 ℃, a 6-roll calender is adopted for processing, the speed is 25-35m/min, and the PVC film layer is produced;
s2, mixing and stirring the polyurethane main agent, the curing agent, the methyl cellulose, the antimony trioxide, the nano titanium dioxide and the anti-aging agent uniformly to prepare polyurethane viscose, coating the polyurethane viscose on the PVC film layer, and sizing the PVC film in a scraping manner by adopting a sizing method, wherein the sizing amount is controlled to be 10-20 g;
and S3, the super-strong non-woven fabric layer is cold pasted and compounded on the PVC film to form the mesh-sandwiched wall cloth.

the adhesive layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of polyurethane main agent, 2 parts of curing agent, 4 parts of methyl cellulose, 2 parts of antimony trioxide, 3 parts of nano titanium dioxide and 2 parts of anti-aging agent.

According to the invention, the wall cloth (example) prepared in the previous example is compared with the existing wall cloth (comparative example), the tensile strength, the tearing strength, the peeling strength, the softness, the cold resistance, the adhesive layer odor and the surface matte degree of the wall cloth are detected, the indexes are detected in a national standard mode, and the detection results are shown in the following table 1:

As can be seen from the above Table 1, the wall cloth prepared by the invention has improved physical properties, soft softness, cold resistance meeting the requirements, odorless and environment-friendly adhesive layer and improved surface roughness.

the adhesive layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of polyurethane main agent, 1-2 parts of curing agent, 2-4 parts of methyl cellulose, 1-2 parts of antimony trioxide, 2-3 parts of nano titanium dioxide and 1-2 parts of anti-aging agent.
