Abstract
The invention discloses a decolorizing gel for TPE and silica gel products and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of silica gel decolorizing; the decolorizing gel for TPE and silica gel products comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-15 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 0.2-10 parts of gel, 0.2-3 parts of pH regulator, 2-20 parts of benzoyl peroxide, 0.01-0.2 part of metal complexing agent, 0.5-2 parts of wetting agent and 0.01-0.8 part of preservative. The invention does not contain oil, is suitable for high oil-filled polymer products such as TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and silica gel, has the advantages of non-reducibility in color removal, long quality guarantee time, no corrosivity to TPE and silica gel, low smell, no volatility, no stimulation to respiratory tract, capability of being diluted for use aiming at dyeing of different degrees, film-forming property after drying and easiness in cleaning.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of silica gel decoloration, in particular to a decoloration gel for TPE and silica gel products and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The existing decolorizing products used for cross-color of silica gel products comprise white mineral oil, makeup remover oil, hydrogen peroxide or decolorizing paste, and the white mineral oil only has a diluting effect on silica gel dyeing; the cleansing oil has similar effect to white mineral oil; the hydrogen peroxide has a decolorizing effect but is corrosive and difficult to store; the decolorizing paste has short shelf life and is easy to oxidize and yellow, and the paste contains oil which is easy to be adsorbed by a base material to cause material aging.
The decolorizing products used by TPE and silica gel products are drawn from other industries, and two main modes are adopted, namely, dilution dyeing is adopted, and the method only can enable dyeing to be light; and secondly, the traditional bleaching agents such as hydrogen peroxide are used, the substances are corrosive to TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and silica gel, and the like, and are toxic to human bodies, irreversible damage is caused when eyes are contacted, smells are pungent, air pollution can be volatilized, and strong irritation is caused to respiratory tract irritation when the substances are inhaled.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a decolorizing gel for TPE and silica gel products and a preparation method thereof, which aim to solve the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the decolorizing gel for TPE and silica gel products comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-15 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 0.2-10 parts of gel, 0.2-3 parts of pH regulator, 2-20 parts of benzoyl peroxide, 0.01-0.2 part of metal complexing agent, 0.5-2 parts of wetting agent and 0.01-0.8 part of preservative.
As a further scheme of the invention: the polyol is a C1-C6 polyol.
As a further scheme of the invention: the polyalcohol is at least one of glycerol, propylene glycol and butanediol.
As a further scheme of the invention: the gel is at least one of carbomer, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, polyvinyl alcohol and hydroxyethyl cellulose.
As a further scheme of the invention: the pH regulator is at least one of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine and citric acid.
As a further scheme of the invention: the metal complexing agent is at least one of EDTA, EDTA disodium salt and EDTA dipotassium salt.
As a further scheme of the invention: the wetting agent is at least one of laureth and poloxamer.
A preparation method of the decolorizing gel for TPE and silica gel products comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing appropriate amount of water, gel, polyalcohol, and antiseptic, heating to 80-90 deg.C, stirring thoroughly for swelling, and cooling to below 60 deg.C;
(2) mixing benzoyl peroxide with a proper amount of water, grinding, homogenizing, adding a wetting agent, and uniformly stirring for later use;
(3) preparing a pH regulator into a 10% solution for later use;
(4) adding the solution in the step (2) into the solution in the step (1), and fully and uniformly stirring;
(5) titrating the solution in the step (4) with the solution in the step (3), adjusting the pH value to 5-6.5, fully stirring, vacuumizing for 15 minutes, then removing the vacuum, and discharging.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the oil-free color-removing agent is free of oil, suitable for high-oil-filled polymer products such as TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and silica gel, non-reducible in color removal, long in quality guarantee time, non-corrosive to TPE and silica gel, low in smell, non-volatile, non-irritant to respiratory tracts, dilutable in dyeing according to different degrees, and capable of being used after being dried, and has a film-forming property and is extremely easy to clean.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present patent will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1
A decoloring gelling agent for TPE and silica gel products comprises the following raw materials by mass: 50g of glycerin, 30g of propylene glycol, 70g of butanediol, 5g of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 10g of triethanolamine, 1g of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 20g of benzoyl peroxide, 1g of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, 50g of polyvinyl alcohol, 5g of laureth, a proper amount of preservative and a proper amount of deionized water.
A preparation method of the decolorizing gel for TPE and silica gel products comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosslinked polymer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, and antiseptic with appropriate amount of water, heating to 80 deg.C, mixing, stirring, swelling, and cooling to below 60 deg.C;
(2) mixing benzoyl peroxide with a proper amount of water, grinding, homogenizing, adding laureth, and stirring uniformly for later use;
(3) mixing triethanolamine and water to prepare a 10% solution for later use;
(4) adding the solution in the step (2) into the solution in the step (1), and fully and uniformly stirring;
(5) titrating the solution in the step (4) with the solution in the step (3), adjusting the pH value to 5, fully stirring, vacuumizing for 15 minutes, then removing the vacuum, and discharging.
Example 2
A decoloring gelling agent for TPE and silica gel products comprises the following raw materials by mass: 50g of propylene glycol, 10g of carbomer, 10g of sodium hydroxide, 50g of benzoyl peroxide, 1g of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, 70g of polyvinyl alcohol, 5g of poloxamer, a proper amount of preservative and a proper amount of deionized water.
A preparation method of the decolorizing gel for TPE and silica gel products comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing propylene glycol, carbomer, polyvinyl alcohol and antiseptic with appropriate amount of water, heating to 83 deg.C, mixing, stirring, swelling, and cooling to below 60 deg.C;
(2) mixing benzoyl peroxide with a proper amount of water, grinding, homogenizing, adding poloxamer, and stirring uniformly for later use;
(3) mixing sodium hydroxide and water to prepare a 10% solution for later use;
(4) adding the solution in the step (2) into the solution in the step (1), and fully and uniformly stirring;
(5) titrating the solution in the step (4) with the solution in the step (3), adjusting the pH value to 5.5, fully stirring, vacuumizing for 15 minutes, then removing the vacuum, and discharging.
Example 3
A decoloring gelling agent for TPE and silica gel products comprises the following raw materials by mass: 50g of glycerin, 50g of propylene glycol, 8g of carbomer, 25g of potassium hydroxide, 2g of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 100g of benzoyl peroxide, 1g of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 5g of laureth, a proper amount of preservative and a proper amount of deionized water.
A preparation method of the decolorizing gel for TPE and silica gel products comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing glycerol, propylene glycol, carbomer, hydroxyethyl cellulose and antiseptic with appropriate amount of water, heating to 86 deg.C, mixing, stirring thoroughly, swelling, and cooling to below 60 deg.C;
(2) mixing benzoyl peroxide with a proper amount of water, grinding, homogenizing, adding laureth, and stirring uniformly for later use;
(3) mixing potassium hydroxide and water to prepare a 10% solution for later use;
(4) adding the solution in the step (2) into the solution in the step (1), and fully and uniformly stirring;
(5) titrating the solution in the step (4) with the solution in the step (3), adjusting the pH value to 6, fully stirring, vacuumizing for 15 minutes, then removing the vacuum, and discharging.
Example 4
A decoloring gelling agent for TPE and silica gel products comprises the following raw materials by mass: 50g of glycerol, 20g of propylene glycol, 10g of citric acid, 2g of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 200g of dibenzoyl peroxide, 1g of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, 98g of polyvinyl alcohol, 5g of laureth, a proper amount of preservative and a proper amount of deionized water.
A preparation method of the decolorizing gel for TPE and silica gel products comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing glycerol, propylene glycol, carbomer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol and antiseptic with appropriate amount of water, heating to 90 deg.C, mixing, stirring thoroughly, swelling, and cooling to below 60 deg.C;
(2) mixing benzoyl peroxide with a proper amount of water, grinding, homogenizing, adding laureth, and stirring uniformly for later use;
(3) mixing citric acid and water to prepare a 10% solution for later use;
(4) adding the solution in the step (2) into the solution in the step (1), and fully and uniformly stirring;
(5) titrating the solution in the step (4) with the solution in the step (3), adjusting the pH value to 6.5, fully stirring, vacuumizing for 15 minutes, then removing the vacuum, and discharging.

Claims (8)
1. The decolorizing gel for TPE and silica gel products is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-15 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 0.2-10 parts of gel, 0.2-3 parts of pH regulator, 2-20 parts of benzoyl peroxide, 0.01-0.2 part of metal complexing agent, 0.5-2 parts of wetting agent and 0.01-0.8 part of preservative.
2. The decolorizing gel for TPE and silicone gel preparations of claim 1, wherein said polyol is a C1-C6 polyol.
3. The decolorizing gel for TPE and silicone gel products of claim 2, wherein said polyol is at least one of glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol.
4. The decolorizing gel for TPE and silicone gel products of claim 1, wherein said gel is at least one of carbomer, acrylic/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl cellulose.
5. The decolorizing gel for TPE and silicone gel products of claim 1, wherein said pH adjusting agent is at least one of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, and citric acid.
6. The decolorizing gel for TPE and silicone gel products, according to claim 1, wherein the metal complexing agent is at least one of EDTA, disodium EDTA, dipotassium EDTA.
7. The decolorizing gel for TPE and silicone gel products, according to claim 1, wherein said wetting agent is at least one of laureth and poloxamer.
8. A process for preparing a decolorizing gel for TPE and silicone gel products, as defined in any of claims 1-7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing appropriate amount of water, gel, polyalcohol, and antiseptic, heating to 80-90 deg.C, stirring thoroughly for swelling, and cooling to below 60 deg.C;
(2) mixing benzoyl peroxide with a proper amount of water, grinding, homogenizing, adding a wetting agent, and uniformly stirring for later use;
(3) preparing a pH regulator into a 10% solution for later use;
(4) adding the solution in the step (2) into the solution in the step (1), and fully and uniformly stirring;
(5) titrating the solution in the step (4) with the solution in the step (3), adjusting the pH value to 5-6.5, fully stirring, vacuumizing for 15 minutes, then removing the vacuum, and discharging.
