The lid unit includes a lid body attached to a neck portion of a container body having an open upper portion and provided with a liquid passage hole communicating with an inside of the container body, and a lid body for opening and closing the liquid passage hole (see, for example, patent document 1 below).
Specifically, the following patent document 1 discloses the following structure: the cap body is detachably attached to the cap body by screwing a female screw portion provided on an inner circumferential portion of the cap body and a male screw portion provided on an outer circumferential portion of the middle plug.
Further, patent document 1 below discloses a structure in which: the inside of the container body and the lid body are sealed by a water stop gasket attached to the outer peripheral portion of the lower end side of the lid body, and the inside of the lid body and the middle plug are sealed by a lid gasket attached to the outer peripheral portion of the middle plug.
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2014-162544
However, in the above-described conventional cap-equipped container, when the container body is inverted in the vertical direction and inverted, the beverage (liquid) contained in the container body may leak from the gap between the cap body and the plug to the inside of the liquid passage hole beyond the cap gasket.
In particular, when the container body is dropped in an inverted state, the lid gasket may be displaced from the outer peripheral portion of the plug by the lid gasket being pressed by the beverage contained in the container body due to an impact at the time of collision with the floor surface or the like. In this case, it is difficult to maintain the sealing performance of the liquid passage hole satisfactorily by the cover gasket.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As one embodiment of the present invention, a lidded container 100 provided with a lid unit 1 shown in fig. 1 to 6, for example, will be described.
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of a lidded container 100 provided with a lid unit 1. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the structure of the cover unit 1 as viewed from below. Fig. 3 is a bottom view showing the structure of the cover unit 1. Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the structure of the cover unit 1 as viewed from above. Fig. 5 is an exploded perspective view of the structure of the cover unit 1 as viewed from below. Fig. 6 is a main part sectional view showing an inverted state of the lidded container 100.
As shown in fig. 1, a container with a lid 100 of the present embodiment includes a lid unit 1 of the present embodiment and a container body 2 to which the lid unit 1 is detachably attached. The lidded container 100 is a beverage container capable of keeping a beverage (liquid) contained in the container body 2 warm or cold by the container body 2 having a vacuum heat insulation structure.
Specifically, the container body 2 is formed of a double-layered container having a bottomed cylindrical outer container 3 and an inner container 4, which are formed of, for example, stainless steel, and the mouth portions of the outer container 3 and the inner container 4 are joined to each other in a state where the inner container 4 is accommodated therein. Further, a vacuum insulation layer 5 is provided between the outer container 3 and the inner container 4. The vacuum heat insulating layer 5 can be formed by, for example, blocking an exhaust hole provided in the center portion of the bottom surface of the outer container 3 in a chamber that is depressurized (evacuated) to a high vacuum.
The container body 2 has: a substantially circular bottom surface portion 2a, a cylindrical body portion 2b rising in a substantially cylindrical shape from the outer periphery of the bottom surface portion 2a, and a substantially cylindrical neck portion 2c reduced in diameter on the upper side of the cylindrical body portion 2 b. The upper end of neck portion 2c is opened in a circular shape as upper opening 2d of container body 2.
The inner peripheral surface of the neck portion 2c is narrower than the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 2 b. Further, a first female screw portion 6 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the neck portion 2 c. The first female screw portion 6 is constituted by a thread ridge spirally protruding downward from the upper end side of the neck portion 2 c. An annular projecting portion 7 is provided below the first female screw portion 6 so as to project from the inner peripheral surface of the container body 2 over the entire periphery thereof.
The entire capped container 100 of the present embodiment has a substantially cylindrical external shape, but the external shape of the capped container 100 is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately changed according to the size, the external design, and the like. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the container body 2 may be coated, printed, or the like.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the lid unit 1 of the present embodiment constitutes a plug body for closing the upper opening 2d of the container main body 2, and includes a lid main body 8 and a lid body 9 detachably attached to the lid main body 8.
The cap body 8 has a cylindrical outer tube member 10 and an inner tube member 11 made of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene (PP). The lid main body 8 may be formed integrally with the outer cylindrical member 10 and the inner cylindrical member 11.
In the cap body 8, the inner tubular member 11 penetrating through the outer tubular member 10 is integrally attached to the outer tubular member 10 by engaging the engaging convex portion 10a provided on the inner peripheral surface of the outer tubular member 10 with the engaging concave portion 11a provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner tubular member 11. In addition to the PP, for example, a thermoplastic resin such as Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) can be used for the outer cylinder member 10.
A liquid through hole 12 serving as a drinking hole or an injection port is provided inside the inner cylindrical member 11 (the lid main body 8). The liquid passage hole 12 has: a tapered hole portion 12a that gradually reduces in diameter downward from the upper end of the inner cylindrical member 11 (cap main body 8), a first straight hole portion 12b that has the same diameter downward from the lower end of the tapered hole portion 12a, a stepped portion 12c that reduces in diameter downward from the first straight hole portion 12b at the lower end of the first straight hole portion 12b, and a second straight hole portion 12d that has the same diameter downward from the stepped portion 12 c.
A first male screw portion 13 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical member 11 on the lower side across the outer cylindrical member 10. The first male screw portion 13 is constituted by a screw thread spirally protruding upward from the lower end side of the inner cylindrical member 11. Thus, the cap body 8 is detachably attached to the neck portion 2c of the container body 2 by the engagement of the first female screw portion 6 and the first male screw portion 13.
A water stop gasket 14 is detachably attached to an outer peripheral portion of the lower end side of the inner tubular member 11 (the cover main body 8). The water seal gasket 14 is an annular seal member that seals between the inside of the container body 2 and the lid body 8, and is made of, for example, a heat-resistant rubber such as silicone rubber, or an elastic member such as an elastomer.
A flange portion 11b is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the lower end side of the inner tubular member 11 so as to protrude in the diameter expansion direction. On the other hand, an annular fitting recess 14a is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the water stop gasket 14 over the entire circumference. The water stop gasket 14 is fitted over the entire circumference of the outer peripheral portion on the lower end side of the inner tube member 11 in a state where the flange portion 11b is fitted in the fitting recess portion 14 a.
Further, a plurality of (two in the present embodiment) elastic flange portions 14b arranged in the vertical direction are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the water stop gasket 14 so as to protrude in the diameter expansion direction. When the cap body 8 is attached to the neck portion 2c of the container body 2, the water stop gasket 14 is in a state in which the elastic flange portion 14b is in close contact with the projecting portion 7 of the container body 2 over the entire circumference while being elastically deformed. This enables the protruding portion 7 (inside the container body 2) and the inner tube member 11 (lid body 8) to be sealed.
The water stop gasket 14 preferably has a lower elastic flange portion 14b in contact with the top upper side of the extension portion 7, and an upper elastic flange portion 14b in contact with the entrance side of the extension portion 7. This can improve the sealing property between the extension 7 (inside the container body 2) and the inner tube member 11 (lid body 8).
On the other hand, the water stop gasket 14 is elastically deformed (stretched) to be removable from the outer peripheral portion of the lower end side of the inner tube member 11 (the lid main body 8). This enables the water-stop gasket 14 and the lid body 8 to be cleaned separately from each other, and the water-stop gasket 14 and the lid body 8 can be kept sanitary.
The water stop gasket 14 is not limited to the above shape, and for example, the number of the elastic flange portions 14b is not limited to two, and may be one, three or more. The water stop gasket 14 is not limited to the configuration in which the elastic flange portion 14b is provided, and the shape thereof may be appropriately changed.
The outer peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical member 10 (cap body 8) is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape so as to be flush with the cylindrical portion 2b of the container body 2. Further, a second female screw portion 15 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical member 11 (the cover main body 8). The second female screw portion 15 is configured by a plurality of (four in the present embodiment) thread protrusions protruding from the position of the inner cylindrical member 11 where the second straight hole portion 12d is formed. Further, a plurality of gaps 15a for returning the beverage (liquid) remaining inside the inner tube member 11 (lid main body 8) toward the container main body 2 are provided between these plurality of thread protrusions.
The inner tube member 11 has a wide mouth portion 16 whose diameter increases gradually toward the upper end in accordance with the shape of the tapered hole portion 12a on the upper side across the outer tube member 10. This makes it possible to easily drink or easily inject the beverage (liquid) flowing out of the liquid passage hole 12.
The lid body 9 opens and closes the liquid passage hole 12, and includes an outer lid 17 and an inner plug 18 made of a heat-resistant resin such as PP.
The outer lid 17 is a portion covering the outside of the lid body 8, and has a peripheral wall portion 17a formed in a substantially cylindrical shape so as to be flush with the outer peripheral surface of the outer tube member 10 (lid body 8), and a top wall portion 17b covering the upper portion of the peripheral wall portion 17 a. The middle plug 18 is a portion that closes the liquid passage hole 12 in a state of being fitted inside the cap body 8, and includes a substantially circular bottom wall portion 18a and a peripheral wall portion 18b that rises in a substantially cylindrical shape from the periphery of the bottom wall portion 18 a.
The middle plug 18 is positioned at the inner center portion of the outer cover 17, and the peripheral wall portion 18b is integrally attached to the lower center portion of the top wall portion 17b by welding or the like. Further, a heat insulator 19 is disposed inside the middle plug 18. Instead of the heat insulator 19, air (space) serving as a heat insulating layer may be provided inside the inner plug 18.
A second external thread portion 20 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 18b (the middle plug 18). The second external thread portion 20 is formed by a pair of thread grooves spirally cut upward from the lower end of the peripheral wall portion 18 b. Thus, the middle plug 18 (lid body 9) is detachably attached to the inner peripheral portion of the inner tubular member 11 (lid body 8) by the respective thread protrusions constituting the second female screw portion 15 and the respective thread grooves constituting the second male screw portion 20 being screwed together.
The second external thread portion 20 is formed of two threads that are complementary to each other. When two screws are used, the lid body 9 can be attached to and detached from the lid body 8 with a small number of rotational operations (about 160 ° in the present embodiment).
A cover washer 21 is detachably attached to an outer peripheral portion of the inner plug 18. The cover gasket 21 is an annular sealing member that seals between the liquid passage hole 12 (inside the cover main body 8) and the middle plug 18, and is made of an elastic member such as heat-resistant rubber or elastomer, for example, silicon rubber, as in the case of the water stop gasket 14.
On the other hand, an annular groove 22 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 18b (the middle plug 18) over the entire periphery. The cover gasket 21 is fitted and attached to the groove 22 over the entire circumference.
A plurality of (two in the present embodiment) elastic flange portions 21a arranged in the vertical direction are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the cover gasket 21 so as to protrude in the diameter expansion direction. When the lid body 9 is attached to the lid main body 8, the lid gasket 21 is in a state in which the elastic flange portion 21a is in close contact with the liquid passage hole 12 over the entire circumference while being elastically deformed. This makes it possible to seal the space between the liquid passage hole 12 (inside the lid main body 8) and the inner plug 18.
The cap gasket 21 is preferably in a state where the elastic flange portion 21a is in close contact with the first straight hole portion 12b near the boundary between the tapered hole portion 12a and the first straight hole portion 12b when the plug 18 closes the liquid passage hole 12. Thus, when the lid body 9 is removed from the lid body 8, the space between the liquid passage hole 12 (inside the lid body 8) and the inner plug 18 can be opened only by slightly moving the elastic flange portion 21a from the state of being in close contact with the first straight hole portion 12b toward the tapered hole portion 12 a.
On the other hand, the lid gasket 21 can be removed from the groove portion 22 by elastically deforming itself (tensile elongation). This enables the lid gasket 21 and the lid body 9 to be cleaned separately from each other, and the lid gasket 21 and the lid body 9 can be kept sanitary.
The cap washer 21 is not limited to the above shape, and the number of the elastic flange portions 21a is not limited to two, and may be one, three or more. The lid gasket 21 is not limited to the configuration in which the elastic flange portion 21a is provided, and the shape thereof may be appropriately changed.
However, in the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the water stop gasket 14 has a lower surface side protrusion 14c that closes the gap S between the middle plug 18 and the cover main body 8.
The lower surface side protrusion 14c is provided to protrude in the diameter reduction direction from the lower end portion of the cap body 8. Thus, the lower surface side protrusion 14c contacts the vicinity of the outer periphery of the bottom wall portion 18a of the plug 18 over the entire periphery thereof in a state where the plug 18 closes the liquid passage hole 12.
The water-stopping property due to the contact between the lower surface side protrusion 14c and the vicinity of the outer peripheral portion of the bottom wall portion 18a does not need to be completely sealed, and may be sufficient if the water-stopping property is sufficient to prevent the space formed between the middle plug 18, the lid body 8, the lid gasket 21, and the lower surface side protrusion 14c from being filled with the beverage when the beverage falls.
In the cap unit 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, even when the container body 2 is inverted by inverting the vertical direction of the capped container 100, the lower surface side protruding portion 14c closes the gap S between the middle plug 18 and the cap body 8, and thereby the beverage (liquid) contained in the container body 2 can be prevented from passing through the gap 15a from the gap S, crossing over the cap gasket 21, and leaking into the inside of the liquid passage hole 12.
In addition, in the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the groove portion 22 includes: an upper wall surface 22a facing the upper surface of the cap gasket 21, a lower wall surface 22b facing the lower surface of the cap gasket 21, and an inner wall surface 22c between the upper wall surface 22a and the lower wall surface 22b and in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the cap gasket 21.
The upper wall surface 22a is provided to protrude in the diameter expansion direction than the lower wall surface 22 b. Specifically, the outer peripheral end of the upper wall surface 22a is located on the outer peripheral side of the base end of the elastic flange portion 21a and on the inner peripheral side of the tip end of the elastic flange portion 21 a. On the other hand, the outer peripheral end of the lower wall surface 22b is located on the inner peripheral side of the base end of the elastic flange 21 a. Thus, the lid gasket 21 is less likely to be rolled up from the inside of the groove 22 to the upper side in a state fitted in the groove 22.
Therefore, in the lid unit 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, even when the lidded container 100 is dropped in an inverted state, it is possible to prevent the lid gasket 21 from being displaced from the groove 22 due to the lid gasket 21 being pressed by the impact at the time of collision of the beverage stored in the container body 2 with the floor surface or the like.
In the lid unit 1 of the present embodiment, the lower surface side protrusion 14c closes the gap S between the plug 18 and the lid body 8, thereby suppressing the beverage accommodated in the container body 2 from pressing the lid gasket 21.
As described above, in the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, the sealing performance of the liquid passage hole 12 can be maintained well. Therefore, the container with a lid 100 of the present embodiment can be further improved in usability by including the lid unit 1.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, the cover unit 1 may be configured to be attached with another water-stop gasket 14A shown in fig. 7 and 8. Fig. 7 is a sectional view showing the structure of the water stop gasket 14A. Fig. 8 is a sectional view showing the cover unit 1 to which the water stop gasket 14A is attached.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the water stop gasket 14A includes an upward bent portion 14d in which the tip end side of the lower surface side protruding portion 14c is bent upward.
As shown in fig. 8, in the cover unit 1 to which the water stop gasket 14A is attached, the lower surface side protruding portion 14c is brought into contact with the vicinity of the outer periphery of the bottom wall portion 18a of the inner plug 18 over the entire periphery thereof while the upward bent portion 14d is elastically deformed in a state where the inner plug 18 closes the liquid passage hole 12.
In this configuration, the adhesion of the lower surface side protrusion 14c to the vicinity of the outer periphery of the bottom wall portion 18a of the middle plug 18 can be improved.
On the other hand, the cover unit 1 may be configured to be attached with another water stop gasket 14B shown in fig. 9 and 10. Fig. 9 is a sectional view showing the structure of the water stop gasket 14B. Fig. 10 is a sectional view showing the cover unit 1 to which the water stop gasket 14B is attached.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the water stop gasket 14B includes a downward bent portion 14e in which the tip end side of the lower surface side protruding portion 14c is bent downward.
As shown in fig. 10, in the cover unit 1 to which the water stop gasket 14B is attached, in a state in which the liquid passage hole 12 is closed by the middle plug 18, the lower surface side protrusion 14c is in contact with the vicinity of the outer periphery of the bottom wall portion 18a of the middle plug 18 over the entire periphery, and the downward bent portion 14e is separated from the lower surface of the middle plug 18.
With this structure, the downward bent portion 14e of the water stop gasket 14B can be easily removed. This makes it possible to easily remove the water stop gasket 14 from the middle plug 18 (lid body 9).
The water- stop gaskets 14, 14A, and 14B may be configured such that: the lower surface side protruding portion 14c is separated from the vicinity of the outer periphery of the bottom wall portion 18a of the middle plug 18 in a state where the middle plug 18 closes the liquid passage hole 12, and the lower surface side protruding portion 14c is elastically deformed to come into contact with the outer periphery of the lower surface side of the middle plug 18 when pressed by the beverage accommodated in the container body 2.
In the above embodiment, the container with lid 100 having the heat and cold preservation function maintained by the container body 2 having the vacuum heat insulation structure is exemplified, but the present invention can be applied to a container with lid having a container body not having a vacuum heat insulation structure.
