Description

Refrigerating box
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a refrigerator (cooler box) for storing and keeping cold fish and the like.
Background
Conventionally, there is known a refrigerator which includes a box-shaped main body and a lid body provided on an upper portion of the main body so as to be openable and closable (see patent document 1). In this refrigerator, a through hole for drainage is provided in a lower portion of a side wall of a main body, and a cylindrical body is inserted into the through hole. In addition, an external thread portion is formed on the cylinder. The cylinder is fixed to the case using a nut having an internal thread portion that is capable of screwing with the external thread portion of the cylinder. Specifically, the nut fastens the cylindrical body from the inside of the main body in a state where the cylindrical body is inserted into the through hole of the main body, whereby the cylindrical body is fixed to the lower portion of the side wall of the main body.
In this refrigerator, a plug member can be attached to an end portion outside the cylindrical body. When fish or ice is stored in the refrigerator and used, the refrigerator is sealed by attaching a plug member to the cylindrical body. For example, when the refrigerator is cleaned, the plug member is detached from the cylindrical body, so that water can be drained from the inside of the main body through the cylindrical body.

[ summary of the invention ]
[ technical problem to be solved by the invention ]
In such a refrigerator, when the cylindrical body is fixed to the box body, as described above, the nut for fastening the cylindrical body is disposed inside the main body, and therefore, a space in which a tool such as a wrench (spanner) used when fastening the nut needs to be disposed below the through hole in the lower portion of the side wall of the main body, and accordingly, the cylindrical body is disposed above. Accordingly, for example, when the refrigerator is washed, water is accumulated in the space, and the refrigerator must be tilted for water discharge, and therefore water discharge may be difficult.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator which is easy to drain.
[ technical means for solving problems ]
The refrigerator of the invention comprises a box-shaped main body, a cover body and a cylinder body, wherein the box-shaped main body is provided with a through hole for draining water at the lower part of the side wall; the cover is provided on the upper part of the main body in an openable and closable manner; the cylinder is provided in the through hole, and has an abutting part and a water guide part, wherein the abutting part abuts against the inner bottom surface of the main body in a state where a lowermost part of an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder is located at the same height as the inner bottom surface of the main body, or abuts against the inner bottom surface of the main body in a state where the lowermost part of the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder is located below the inner bottom surface of the main body; the water guide portion is inclined downward outward outside the abutting portion.
According to this configuration, since the abutting portion of the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body is located at the same height as the inner bottom surface of the main body or located below the inner bottom surface of the main body, the water stored in the main body is easily guided from the inner bottom surface of the main body to the outside via the abutting portion of the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body and the water guide portion, and thus the water is easily drained from the main body.
Further, the following may be used: in the refrigerator, the cylinder has a thread part (thread part) on an outer circumferential surface, and a thread (thread) for screwing the thread part is formed on an inner surface of the through hole.
According to this configuration, since the cylindrical body is attached to the lower portion of the side wall by screwing, the cylindrical body is less likely to fall off from the lower portion of the side wall.
In this case, the following may be used: in the refrigerator, the main body has a tube covering portion extending radially inward of the screw at an inner end portion thereof.
According to this configuration, since the cylindrical body is covered with the cylindrical body covering portion, the screw portion and the screw are not exposed to the inside of the main body, and therefore, water is less likely to enter between the screw portion and the screw.
Further, the following may be used: the refrigerator includes a water droplet receiving portion located below the tub outside the main body and protruding from an outer surface of the main body.
According to this configuration, the water droplet receiving portion receives water droplets dripping from the cylindrical body in the drainage from the main body, and therefore the water droplets are less likely to flow down along the side wall of the main body, and the surface of the main body can be prevented from being soiled.
[ Effect of the invention ]
Accordingly, the present invention can provide a refrigerator that is easy to drain.

The refrigerator 1 further includes a water droplet receiving portion 7 (see fig. 4) provided on the outer side of the main body 2. The refrigerator 1 further includes a waterproof member 8 provided in the cylindrical body 5. The refrigerator 1 further includes a cylindrical cover 9 that covers a central portion of the cylindrical body 5 in the axial direction.
The main body 2 is a box-shaped body for storing fish and the like (see fig. 1). For example, the main body 2 has a substantially square shape with an upper side opened. The main body 2 of the present embodiment has a substantially rectangular plate-shaped bottom wall 21 and a side wall 22 extending upward from the outer peripheral edge of the bottom wall 21. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the main body 2 of the present embodiment has a tubular body covering portion 24 that covers the tubular body 5 at the inner end. The inner end of the main body 2 is an end located inside the bottom wall 21 or the side wall 22, specifically, an end located inside the side wall 22.
The inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2 of the present embodiment has an inner bottom recess 260 recessed downward around the through hole 3. The insole recess 260 includes: a recess inclined region 261 which is located inside (left side of fig. 5, 6) and inclined; and a recessed portion horizontal region 262 which is continuous with the recessed portion inclined region 261 on the outer side (right side in fig. 5 and 6) and is horizontal to the placement surface of the refrigerator case 1.
The recess inclined region 261 includes, for example, an inclined surface inclined so as to be located more downward than outward. The concave portion inclined region 261 of the present embodiment includes a curved surface having a convex shape that is convex downward.
The outer surface 27 of the main body 2 of the present embodiment has an outer surface concave portion 270 that is recessed inward at a position surrounding the through-hole 3. The outer surface recess 270 is shaped to cut out a portion of the lower portion of the side wall 22 of the main body 2, that is, the lower portion 220 of the side wall.
The bottom wall 21 and the side walls 22 each comprise insulation 25. The material of the heat insulator 25 is, for example, a foamable resin such as expanded polystyrene (expanded polystyrene) or urethane foam (urethane foam).
The surface material of the bottom wall 21 or the side wall 22 is, for example, a synthetic resin such as polypropylene (polypropylene). The upper surface 210 of the bottom wall 21 of the present embodiment constitutes the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2.
The through-hole 3 is provided for draining water from the inside of the main body 2. In addition, the through-hole 3 is located at the sidewall lower portion 220 of the body 2. For example, the through-hole 3 extends in the thickness direction of the side wall 22 of the main body 2. The shape of the through-hole 3 corresponds to the shape of the cylinder 5.
A screw 31 for screwing the screw portion 52 of the cylindrical body 5 is formed on the inner surface 30 of the through hole 3 of the present embodiment. The thread 31 is provided at least in a part of the circumferential direction of the through-hole 3, for example, over the entire circumference of the through-hole 3. In addition, the thread 31 is provided at least in a part in the penetrating direction of the through hole 3, for example, at an inner end portion of the through hole 3.
The cylindrical body 5 defines a drainage path for flowing the drained water when the water is drained from the inside of the main body 2. The cylindrical body 5 of the present embodiment has a substantially cylindrical shape. The cylindrical body 5 has an outer peripheral surface 50 facing the through hole 3 of the body 2 and an inner peripheral surface 51 defining a drainage path.
The cylindrical body 5 has a screw portion 52 on the outer peripheral surface 50. The threaded portion 52 is provided at least in a part of the circumferential direction of the cylinder 5, for example, the entire circumference of the cylinder 5. At least a portion of the outer circumferential surface 50 of the cylindrical body 5 in the inward-outward direction is a threaded portion 52, and for example, an inner end portion of the outer circumferential surface 50 is a threaded portion 52.
In the cylindrical body 5, the inner peripheral surface 51 has a rotationally symmetrical shape, and specifically, the cross-sectional shape of the inner peripheral surface 51 is circular. The lowermost portion 510 of the inner peripheral surface 51 is configured to include at least a slope inclined downward with respect to the inner bottom surface 26 as the portion located on the outer side is located further outward in a state where the cylindrical body 5 is disposed in the through hole 3 (for example, in a state where the cylindrical body 5 is screwed into the through hole 3). The lowermost portion 510 of the inner peripheral surface 51 of the present embodiment includes a surface parallel to the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2, in addition to a slope inclined downward with respect to the inner bottom surface 26 as the portion located outward. The lowermost portion 510 of the inner circumferential surface 51 corresponds to the bottom of the inner circumferential surface 51.
Specifically, the cylindrical body 5 includes: an abutting part 53 abutting on the inner bottom surface 26 in a state where the lowermost part 510 of the inner peripheral surface 51 is positioned at the same height as the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2; and a water guide 54 inclined outwardly and downwardly outside the abutting part 53. In the lowermost portion 510 of the inner peripheral surface 51 of the present embodiment, the abutting portion 53 abuts on the inner bottom recess 260 of the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2, specifically, abuts on the recess horizontal region 262 of the inner bottom recess 260.
The abutting portion 53 of the present embodiment is, for example, a surface parallel to the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2, specifically, a surface parallel to the placement surface of the refrigerator case 1 in a vertical sectional view. The abutting portion 53 is a surface parallel to the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2 in the vertical direction. The abutting portion 53 is located at a cylinder inner end portion 56, wherein the cylinder inner end portion 56 is an end portion located inside the cylinder 5.
The water guide 54 of the present embodiment has an inclined portion, and for example, a part of the water guide 54 is a slope. Specifically, the water guide portion 54 includes, in the lowermost portion 510 of the inner peripheral surface 51: a water guide horizontal area 540 located at the center in the inside-outside direction and horizontal to the placement surface of the refrigerator 1; an inclined inner water guide inclined region 541 continuous with the water guide horizontal region 540 at an inner side; and an inclined outer water guiding inclined region 542 which is continuous with the water guiding horizontal region 540 at the outer side.
The inclination of the slope included in the water guide 54 may be different for each portion in the inward and outward direction, or may be the same. In the water conveying part 54 of the present embodiment, the inclination of the inner water guiding inclined region 541 is greater than the inclination of the outer water guiding inclined region 542. The slope included in the water guide portion 54 may be a flat slope or a curved slope when viewed in a radial cross section. In the water conveying part 54 of the present embodiment, the inner water guiding inclined region 541 and the outer water guiding inclined region 542 are flat inclined surfaces in a radial cross-sectional view.
The cartridge cover 24 is provided to suppress water from entering between the cartridge 5 and the inner surface 30 of the through-hole 3. The cylinder cover 24 extends radially inward of the thread 31 of the through hole 3. The cylinder cover 24 of the present embodiment is formed continuously in the circumferential direction.
The waterproof member 8 is provided to prevent water from entering between the cylindrical body 5 and the inner surface 30 of the through-hole 3. The waterproof member 8 is provided between the outer peripheral surface 50 of the cylindrical body 5 and the inner surface 30 of the through hole 3 of the main body 2.
The waterproof member 8 of the present embodiment is provided in a pair, for example, at an inner end portion of the cylindrical body 5 and a position outside the inner end portion. Specifically, the waterproof member 8 includes: an inner waterproof member 81 provided between the cylindrical body cover 24 and the cylindrical body 5 of the main body 2 along the inner surface 30 of the through hole 3; and an outer waterproof member 82 provided between the inner surface outer end 300, which is an outer end of the inner surface 30 of the through hole 3, and the cylindrical body 5. The inner waterproof member 81 and the outer waterproof member 82 are both O-rings, for example.
The water droplet receiving portion 7 is provided to receive water droplets dropped from the drain water from the main body 2. The water droplet receiving portion 7 of the present embodiment includes: a receiving body portion 70 located below the cylinder 5 outside the body 2 and protruding from the outer surface 27 of the body 2; and a receiving portion mounting portion 71 for mounting the receiving body portion 70 to the main body 2. The receiving body 70 and the receiving portion mounting portion 71 may be formed separately, but are integrated with the water droplet receiving portion 7 of the present embodiment.
The receiving body 70 is formed by cutting a circular plate into approximately half. The receiving body 70 is disposed in an attitude inclined so that the portion located on the outer side is farther from the side wall 22. The receiving upper surface 700 of the receiving body 70 is a sloped surface that slopes so that the portion located on the outer side is located on the lower side. The upper receiving surface 700 is, for example, a flat slope when viewed in radial cross section.
The receiving portion mounting portion 71 has a substantially square plate shape provided with a receiving through hole 710 at the center thereof, which is a through hole for insertion of the cylindrical body 5 (see fig. 4). A receiving body portion 70 is connected to a horizontal center portion of a lower end edge of the receiving portion mounting portion 71.
The closing member 6 is a plug capable of opening and closing an outer end 55 of the cylinder, which is an end located outside the cylinder 5. The closure 6 of the present embodiment has: a closed body portion 60 serving as an end cap for the outer end portion 55 of the cylinder; a waterproof sheet 61 and a gasket 62 which are attached to the inside of the closed main body portion 60 in a state of being overlapped with each other; a seal mounting portion 63 for mounting the seal body portion 60 to the main body 2 and a connecting shaft 64; and a closing grip portion 65 provided outside the closing body portion 60.
The shape of the closing body 60 corresponds to the shape of the cylindrical outer end 55 of the cylindrical body 5 when viewed from the outside. For example, the closed body portion 60 includes: a disk-shaped closing disk 600 and a closing flange 601 extending inward from the outer edge of the closing disk 600. The closing disk 600 can close the outer end 55 of the cylinder from the outside. The closing flange 601 can cover the cylinder outer end 55 from the radially outer side.
The waterproof sheet 61 and the packing 62 are shaped to close the outer end 55 of the cylindrical body 5, and are, for example, in the form of a circular plate. The material of the waterproof sheet 61 is, for example, synthetic resin such as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). The pad 62 is, for example, a rubber pad.
The seal attachment portion 63 has a substantially square plate shape with an attachment through hole 630 at the center thereof, which is a through hole for attaching the seal body 60. The upper portion 631 of the closure attachment portion 63 is inclined so as to be located inside the portion located above. The closure mounting portion 63 is rotatably mounted to the main body 2 via the water droplet receiving portion 7 by a coupling shaft 64.
The sealing handle 65 is connected to the sealing disk 600 of the sealing body 60. The closed grip portion 65 of the present embodiment includes: a disk-shaped grip cover 650 corresponding to the shape of the closed disk 600; and a grip body 651 that protrudes to the outside of the grip cover 650 and can be used for a user to grip. The kneading body 651 is elongated, for example.
The cover 9 is disposed between the outer peripheral surface 50 of the cylindrical body 5 and the heat insulator 25 included in the side wall 22 of the main body 2. The cover 9 of the present embodiment is continuously formed in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body 3. The covering body 9 has the following functions: the heat insulator 25 can be subjected to a pressure due to an axial force generated when the cylindrical body 5 is screwed into the through hole 3, and is not loaded as much as possible.
The lid 4 is a lid capable of closing the main body 2 (see fig. 1). For example, the lid 4 has a substantially rectangular plate shape. The lid body 4 is made of synthetic resin such as polypropylene (polypropylene) as a surface material, and includes a heat insulator made of foamable resin such as expanded polystyrene or urethane foam inside, as in the bottom wall 21 and the side wall 22.
In the refrigerator 1 described above, since the abutting portion 53 of the inner peripheral surface 51 of the tubular body 5 is located at the same height as the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2, the water stored in the main body 2 is easily guided from the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2 to the outside via the abutting portion 53 of the inner peripheral surface 51 of the tubular body 5 and the water guide portion 54, and is easily drained from the main body 2 to the outside.
In the refrigerator 1 of the above embodiment, the cylindrical body 5 is attached to the side wall lower portion 220 of the main body 2 by screwing the screw portion 52 of the cylindrical body 5 and the screw 31 of the through hole 3, and therefore, is not easily detached from the side wall lower portion 220.
In the refrigerating box 1 of the above embodiment, the cylindrical body 5 is covered with the cylindrical body covering portion 24 of the main body 2, and the screw portion 52 of the cylindrical body 5 and the screw 31 of the through hole 3 are not exposed to the inside of the main body 2, so that water is not easily introduced between the screw portion 52 and the screw 31. In particular, in the refrigerator 1, the inner waterproof member 81 is provided between the cylindrical cover portion 24 of the main body 2 and the cylindrical body 5, and therefore, water can be prevented from entering between the screw portion 52 and the screw 31 from the inside of the main body 2.
Further, although the blood of the fish may be mixed in the drain water when the fished fish is stored in the refrigerator 1, and the side wall 22 may be soiled when the water droplets of the drain water adhere to the side wall 22 of the main body 2, the water droplet receiving portion 7 receives the water droplets dropping from the cylindrical body 5 in the drain water from the main body 2 in the refrigerator 1 of the above embodiment. Therefore, the water droplets are less likely to flow down along the side wall 22 of the main body 2, and the outer surface 27 of the main body 2 can be suppressed from being soiled.
In the refrigerator 1 of the above embodiment, the waterproof member 8 seals the space between the cylindrical body 5 and the lower portion 220 of the side wall of the main body 2, and therefore, the drain water from the main body 2 can be prevented from leaking to the outside from the space between the cylindrical body 5 and the lower portion 220 of the side wall.
In the refrigerator 1 according to the above embodiment, since the inner bottom recess 260 is provided on the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2, the drain water from the main body 2 is guided to the inner bottom recess 260 and discharged to the outside through the inner bottom recess 260 and the abutting portion 53 of the cylindrical body 5, and therefore, the drain water is more easily discharged from the main body 2 to the outside.
In the refrigerator 1 of the above embodiment, when the main body 2 is attached to the tube body 5, the tube body 5 can be screwed into the through hole 3 of the main body 2 from the outside of the main body 2, and therefore, the assembling property is excellent.
The present invention has been described with reference to one embodiment, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the abutting portion 53 of the cylindrical body 5 abuts against the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2 in a state where the lowermost portion 510 of the inner peripheral surface 51 is positioned at the same height as the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2, but may abut against the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2 in a state where the lowermost portion 510 of the inner peripheral surface 51 is positioned below the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2 as shown in fig. 7. That is, the cylindrical body 5 may have: an abutting part 53 abutting the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2 in a state where the lowermost part 510 of the inner peripheral surface 51 is positioned below the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2; and a water guide portion 54 having a downward slope outside the abutting portion 53. In this case, a step is formed between the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2 and the lowermost portion 510 of the inner peripheral surface 51 of the cylindrical body 5. In such a configuration, since the abutting portion 53 of the inner peripheral surface 51 of the cylindrical body 5 is positioned below the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2, the water stored in the main body 2 is easily guided to the outside from the inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2 through the abutting portion 53 of the inner peripheral surface 51 of the cylindrical body 5 and the water guide portion 54, and thus the water is easily drained from the main body 2 to the outside.
The abutting part 53 of the cylindrical body 5 of the above embodiment is a horizontal surface, but may be a slope having a downward slope as shown in fig. 8. Further, the water guide 54 of the cylindrical body 5 of the above embodiment has the water guide horizontal region 540, but the entire region of the water guide 54 in the inward and outward direction may be a slope having a downward slope. In this configuration, it is considered that the abutting section 53 and the water guide 54 are inclined surfaces having constant inclinations. In this manner, if the abutting portion 53 is a slope inclined downward, water can be more quickly drained from the main body 2 to the outside.
Further, although the cylindrical body 5 of the above embodiment is attached to the through hole 3 by screwing the screw portion 52 of the cylindrical body 5 into the screw 31 of the through hole 3, the cylindrical body 5 may be attached to the through hole 3 by another method such as locking the cylindrical body 5 to the through hole 3, pressing the cylindrical body 5 into the through hole 3, and bonding the cylindrical body 5 to the inner surface 30 of the through hole 3 with an adhesive. In the case of locking the cylindrical body 5 and the through hole 3, for example, it is conceivable to provide a claw portion on the cylindrical body 5 and a recess portion on the inner surface 30 of the through hole 3 to lock the claw portion and the recess portion.
The cylindrical body 5 of the above embodiment is cylindrical, but may have another shape such as a square cylinder. When the cylindrical body 5 has a square cylindrical shape, it is conceivable that the cross-sectional shape of the inner circumferential surface 51 of the cylindrical body 5 is a regular polygon such as a square. Further, even when the shape of the cylindrical body 5 is other shapes such as a square cylinder, the shape of the through hole 3 may be a shape corresponding to the shape of the cylindrical body 5.
The inner bottom surface 26 of the main body 2 of the above embodiment is provided with the inner bottom recess 260, but the inner bottom recess 260 may not be provided.
