Description

Container with lid
Technical Field
The present invention relates to lidded containers.
Background
For example, there is a container with a lid, which has a heat-insulating and cold-insulating function by a container body having a vacuum heat-insulating structure (for example, refer to patent document 1 below). In such a container with a lid, a structure is adopted in which an opening provided in a container body is sealed using an inner lid and an outer lid.
Specifically, the container with a lid is provided with: a container body provided with an opening at an upper portion thereof; an inner lid that closes the opening in a state of being fitted from the opening to the inside of the container body; a waterproof gasket (sealing member) which seals between the container body and the inner lid in a state of being attached to the inner lid; and an outer cover which is attached to the container body by screwing in a state of covering the opening from the outside. The container with a lid has a structure in which a closing gasket provided on an outer lid closes an air hole (vent hole) provided in an inner lid.
In the container with a cap, when the outer cap is attached to the container body, the stopper washer abuts against the inner cap, thereby restricting the movement of the inner cap to the upper side. In addition, in the case of the capped container, when the outer cap is removed from the container body, the closing gasket releases the closure of the air hole. Thus, even when the pressure in the container body is reduced (negative pressure is generated), the external air is introduced through the air hole after the outer lid is removed from the container body, and thus the pressure in the container body is the same as the atmospheric pressure. Therefore, the state in which the inner lid is pulled to the inside of the container body can be released, and the inner lid can be easily removed from the container body.
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2013-227034
However, in the above-described conventional container with a cap, for example, since the temperature of the high-temperature content is lowered after a lapse of time in the container body, the pressure in the container body sealed by the inner cap and the outer cap is lowered (negative pressure is generated), and the inner cap is pressed against the container body.
At this time, the fastening force generated by the screw-coupling between the container body and the outer cap is reduced, whereby the outer cap is easily released.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(first embodiment)
First, as a first embodiment of the present invention, for example, a container 1A with a lid shown in fig. 1 to 8 will be described.
Further, fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the capped container 1A as seen from the upper side. Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the capped container 1A from the lower side. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of the capped container 1A. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the outer lid 9 and the center pin 11 of the capped container 1A from the lower side. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the inner lid 10 of the capped container 1A from above. Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the inner lid 10 of the capped container 1A from the lower side. Fig. 7 is a horizontal cross-sectional view of the container with lid 1A including the locking mechanism 19, when the inner engagement convex portion 20 when the middle plug 11 is rotated relative to the inner lid 10 in the closing direction is viewed from the upper side, the state before the inner engagement convex portion 21 is passed. Fig. 8 is a horizontal cross-sectional view of the locking mechanism 19 provided in the capped container 1A, when the inner engagement convex portion 20 when the middle plug 11 is rotated in the closing direction with respect to the inner cap 10 is viewed from the upper side, in a state of being passed over the outer engagement convex portion 21.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the container 1A with a lid of the present embodiment includes a container body 2 and a lid 3, and the lid 3 opens and closes an opening 2a provided in an upper portion of the container body 2. The capped container 1A is a vacuum flask in which the container body 2 having a vacuum insulation structure can be used to keep food (contents) stored in the container body 2 warm.
The capped container 1A of the present embodiment has a substantially cylindrical outer shape as a whole, but the outer shape of the capped container 1A is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately modified according to the size, the outer design, and the like. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the container body 2 may be coated, printed, or the like.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the container body 2 includes an outer container 4 and an inner container 5 made of metal such as stainless steel. The container body 2 is constituted by a heat insulating container provided with a vacuum heat insulating layer 6 between the outer container 4 and the inner container 5, in which open ends of the open-ended cylindrical outer container 4 are joined to each other in a state in which the open-ended cylindrical inner container 5 is housed inside the open-ended cylindrical outer container 4.
The vacuum heat insulating layer 6 can be formed by sealing a degassing hole provided in the center portion of the bottom surface of the outer container 4 with solder in a chamber which is depressurized (evacuated) to a high vacuum, for example.
By providing such a vacuum insulation structure in the container body 2, the container body can have functions such as heat preservation and cold preservation. Further, by providing the vacuum insulation structure as described above in the container main body 2, tension is always applied to the outer container 4 and the inner container 5 by the difference between the inner pressure (vacuum pressure) and the outer pressure (atmospheric pressure), and the mechanical strength of the outer container 4 and the inner container 5 is increased. Accordingly, even when the thicknesses of the outer container 4 and the inner container 5 are reduced, the rigidity of the container body 2 can be improved, and the weight of the container body 2 can be reduced.
The container body 2 includes a substantially circular bottom surface portion 2b, a substantially cylindrical tube portion 2c erected from the outer periphery of the bottom surface portion 2b, and a substantially cylindrical neck portion 2d having a reduced diameter on the upper side of the tube portion 2 c. The upper end of the neck portion 2d is opened in a circular shape as an opening 2a of the container body 2. Further, an external screw thread portion 7 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the neck portion 2d (outer container 4). An annular projection 8 is provided so as to project in the diameter-decreasing direction over the entire circumference on the inner peripheral surface between the neck portion 2d and the cylindrical body 2 c.
The cover 3 has: an outer cover 9 covering the opening 2a of the container body 2; an inner lid 10 fitted into the container body 2 from the opening 2a; a sealing member 13 that seals between the container body 2 and the inner lid 10 in a state of being attached to the outer peripheral portion of the bottom surface of the inner lid 10; a center pin 11 which is located at the inner center of the outer lid 9 and is fitted into the inner lid 10; a plug body 18 which is located at the bottom center of the center plug 11 and closes the vent hole 17 provided at the bottom center of the inner lid 10.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cover 9 is made of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene, for example, and includes: a peripheral wall 9a formed in a substantially cylindrical shape in match with the outer diameter of the tubular body 2c of the container body 2; and an upper wall 9b closing an upper portion of the peripheral wall 9 a.
A female screw portion 12 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 9a (outer cap 9) and is screwed with the male screw portions 7 on both sides of the container body. In the container with cap 1A, the outer cap 9 is detachably attached to the container body 2 by screwing the male screw portion 7 and the female screw portion 12.
In the container with cap 1A, the outer cap 9 can be attached to the container body 2 by rotating the outer cap 9 clockwise (hereinafter referred to as "closing direction") with respect to the container body 2 while screwing the male screw portion 7 and the female screw portion 12. On the other hand, from the state where the outer cap 9 is attached to the container body 2, by rotating the outer cap 9 counterclockwise (hereinafter, referred to as "opening direction") with respect to the container body 2, the screw engagement of the male screw portion 7 and the female screw portion 12 can be released, and the outer cap 9 can be removed from the container body 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, 5 and 6, the inner lid 10 is made of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene, for example, and has a substantially circular bottom wall portion 10a and a substantially cylindrical peripheral wall portion 10b rising from the outer periphery of the bottom wall portion 10 a. An annular upper flange portion 10c is provided on the upper end side of the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 10b so as to protrude in the diameter-enlarging direction over the entire circumference.
A waterproof gasket 13 is detachably mounted on the outer peripheral portion of the bottom surface of the inner cap 10. The waterproof gasket 13 is an annular sealing member for sealing between the container body 2 and the inner lid 10, and is made of an elastic member such as a heat-resistant rubber such as silicone rubber or an elastomer.
An annular lower flange portion 10d is provided on the inner lid 10 so as to protrude from the outer periphery of the bottom wall portion 10a in the diameter-enlarging direction. The waterproof gasket 13 is fitted and fixed to the lower flange portion 10d over the entire circumference.
On the other hand, the waterproof gasket 13 can be removed from the lower flange portion 10d by elastically deforming itself (stretching). This allows the inner lid 10 and the waterproof gasket 13 to be cleaned individually, and hygiene can be maintained between the inner lid 10 and the waterproof gasket 13.
Further, an elastic flange portion 13a is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the waterproof gasket 13. The elastic flange portion 13a has a shape that is bent downward from the upper end of the outer peripheral surface of the waterproof gasket 13 and protrudes.
When the cover 3 is attached to the container body 2, the waterproof gasket 13 is elastically deformed by the elastic flange portion 13a, and is brought into close contact with the protruding portion 8 of the container body 2 over the entire circumference. Thereby, the space between the container body 2 and the inner lid 10 can be sealed by the waterproof gasket 13.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the center pin 11 has a substantially cylindrical shape with a bottom formed of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene. The center pin 11 is integrally attached to the center portion of the lower surface of the upper wall portion 9b of the outer lid 9 by welding or the like. As the heat insulating layer, a heat insulating material 14 made of, for example, foamed urethane resin or the like is disposed inside the center pin 11. Instead of the heat insulating material 14, air may be used as a heat insulating layer.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, 5 and 6, the inner cover 10 is provided with a circular vent hole 17 penetrating the center portion of the bottom wall portion 10 a. On the other hand, a plug 18 for closing the vent hole 17 is provided in the center of the bottom surface of the center plug 11.
The plug 18 is made of an elastomer member such as rubber or elastomer having heat resistance such as silicone rubber. The plug 18 has: a projection 18a having a dome-shaped central portion thereof; a flange 18b extending from the periphery of the protrusion 18a in the diameter-enlarging direction; a cylindrical portion 18c protruding from the base portion of the flange portion 18b toward the opposite side of the protruding portion 18a to have a cylindrical shape; and an annular groove 18d formed by grooving the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 18 c.
On the other hand, the center plug 11 has: a fitting recess 11a having a cylindrical portion 18c fitted in a bottom center portion thereof; and a fitting protrusion 11b protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the fitting recess 11a in the diameter-reduced direction and fitted in the groove 18d. Thereby, the plug body 8 is detachably attached to the bottom center portion of the center plug 11.
In the lid body 3, when the lid body 3 is attached to the container body 2, the protruding portion 18a of the plug body 18 is elastically deformed and abuts on the periphery of the vent hole 17, whereby the vent hole 17 can be closed. In addition, in the lid 3, since the plug 18 can be removed from the center plug 11 and the plug 18 can be cleaned separately, hygiene can be maintained between the center plug 11 and the plug 18.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 4 to 8, the lid body 3 includes a locking mechanism 19, and the locking mechanism 19 gives a locking feeling when the screwing of the male screw portion 7 provided in the container body 2 and the female screw portion 12 provided in the outer lid 9 is completed.
The locking mechanism 19 includes an inner engagement protrusion 20 provided on the center pin 11, an outer engagement protrusion 21 provided on the inner lid 10, and a stopper protrusion 22.
The inner engaging convex portions 20 are provided at opposing positions on the outer peripheral surface of the center pin 11 so as to extend in the up-down direction in the height direction of the center pin 11 and protrude in the diameter-enlarging direction. That is, two inner engaging convex portions 20 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the center pin 11.
An outer engagement portion 21 is provided on the distal end side of a pair of elastic pieces 23 provided on the peripheral wall portion 10b of the inner lid 10. The pair of elastic pieces 23 are provided at positions opposed to the peripheral wall portion 10b so as to be continuous with the peripheral wall portion 10b. Specifically, each elastic piece 23 is provided so as to extend upward from between slits 24 that open the periphery thereof. Thus, the elastic piece 23 is elastically deformable in the diameter expansion direction at the tip end side.
The outer engaging convex portion 21 is provided so as to protrude from the inner peripheral surface of the tip end side of the elastic piece 23 in the diameter reducing direction. The outer engagement convex portion 21 has an inclined surface 21a, and the inclined surface 21a gradually increases in gradient as it goes toward the side that rotates the center pin 11 in the closing direction with respect to the inner lid 10.
The stopper protrusions 22 are provided at opposing positions on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 10b (inner lid 10) so as to extend in the up-down direction in the height direction of the inner lid 10 and protrude in the diameter-reducing direction. That is, two stopper protrusions 22 are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner cap 10.
Further, the stopper protrusion 22 is provided adjacent to the elastic piece 23 provided to the inner lid 10 on the side that rotates the center pin 11 in the opening direction.
As shown in fig. 7, in the locking mechanism 19, the outer lid 9 is rotated in the closing direction (clockwise in the drawing) with respect to the container body 2, and thereby the center pin 11 is rotated in the closing direction with respect to the inner lid 10. At this time, the inner engaging convex portion 20 is in sliding contact with the inclined surface 21a of the outer engaging convex portion 21 and elastically deforms the elastic piece 23 in the diameter expanding direction. As shown in fig. 8, the inner engaging convex portion 20 passes over the outer engaging convex portion 21, and thereby the inner engaging convex portion 20 is engaged between the outer engaging convex portion 21 and the stopper convex portion 22.
In the locking mechanism 19, a locking feeling can be obtained when the inner engaging convex portion 20 passes over the outer engaging convex portion 21. The strength of the locking feeling in the locking mechanism 19 can be adjusted by the shape, surface state, material, and the like of the inner locking convex portion 20, the outer locking convex portion 21, and the elastic piece 23. On the other hand, the locking feeling may be completely absent. The elastic piece 23 is not limited to a structure that is provided so as to extend upward from the space of the slit 24 that opens the periphery thereof, and may be provided so as to be elastically deformable in the space of a pair of slits 24 that are juxtaposed with each other, for example. In this structure, the outer engaging convex portion 21 may be provided at the central portion of the elastic piece.
After the click feeling is obtained, the outer lid 9 is further rotated in the closing direction with respect to the container body 2, whereby the inner lid 10 and the outer lid 9 are rotated integrally in the closing direction in a state where the stopper protrusion 22 is in contact with the inner engagement protrusion 20. Thereby, the lid 3 can be attached to the container body 2.
Here, even if the center of the inner lid 10 is mounted at a position slightly offset from the center of the container body 2, when the inner lid 10 is rotated in the closing direction integrally with the outer lid 9, the inner lid 10 is guided so as to follow the shape of the protruding portion 8 formed in a gentle mortar shape, and the inner lid 10 is also moved in the direction coincident with the center axis. Accordingly, the container body 2 and the central axis of the inner lid 10 are aligned, so that the waterproof gasket 13 and the extension 8 are in close contact with each other over the entire circumference without any deviation, and good waterproof performance can be exhibited.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 8, in the locking mechanism 19, from a state in which the lid body 3 is attached to the container body 2, the lid body 9 is rotated in the opening direction (counterclockwise in the drawing) with respect to the container body 2, whereby the center pin 11 is rotated in the opening direction with respect to the inner lid 10. At this time, as shown in fig. 7, the elastic piece 23 is elastically deformed in the diameter expanding direction, and the inner engaging convex portion 20 passes over the outer engaging convex portion 21, whereby the engagement between the inner engaging convex portion 20 and the outer engaging convex portion 21 is released.
In the locking mechanism 19, according to the orientation of the gradient of the inclined surface 21a, the resistance when the inner engaging convex portion 20 passes over the outer engaging convex portion 21 in the opening direction is higher than the resistance when the inner engaging convex portion 20 passes over the outer engaging convex portion 21 in the closing direction. Thus, the outer lid 9 is prevented from being inadvertently released with respect to the container body 2 in a state where the lid body 3 is attached to the container body 2.
In the locking mechanism 19 of the present embodiment, the locking feeling is given when the inner engaging convex portion 20 passes over the outer engaging convex portion 21 provided with the inclined surface 21a, but conversely, the locking feeling may be given when the outer engaging convex portion 21 passes over the inner engaging convex portion 20 provided with the inclined surface.
In the container with cap 1A of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, after the inner cap 10 is fitted into the container body 2 from the opening 2a, the center pin 11 is fitted into the inner side of the inner cap 10. Then, from this state, the outer lid 9 is turned in the closing direction, whereby the male screw portion 7 is screwed with the female screw portion 12.
Thereby, the lid 3 can be attached to the container body 2. In this case, the plug 18 is in contact with the periphery of the vent hole 17, and the vent hole 17 is sealed (closed). The waterproof gasket 13 is in close contact with the protruding portion 8 over the entire circumference, and thus the space between the container body 2 and the inner lid 10 is sealed by the waterproof gasket 13.
On the other hand, when the outer lid 9 is rotated in the opening direction from the state where the lid body 3 is attached to the container body 2, the center pin 11 is rotated in the opening direction integrally with the outer lid 9 with respect to the inner lid 10, and the screw engagement between the male screw portion 7 and the female screw portion 12 starts to be released.
In this case, the contact of the plug 18 with the periphery of the vent hole is released, and the vent hole 17 is opened. Accordingly, the pressure in the container body 2 is released through the vent hole 17, and thus the pressure in the container body 2 becomes the same pressure (atmospheric pressure) as the outside.
Then, from this state, by further rotating the outer lid 9 in the opening direction, the inner lid 10 and the outer lid 9 are rotated integrally in the opening direction in a state where the stopper protrusion 22 is in contact with the inner engaging protrusion 20 from the opposite side to the rotation in the closing direction, and the state where the waterproof gasket 13 is in close contact with the protruding portion 8 is released. The screwing of the female screw portion 7 and the male screw portion 12 is completely released, and the lid 3 can be removed from the container body 2.
Even when the waterproof gasket 13 and the extension portion 8 are firmly adhered to each other by the water seal, the inner lid 10 and the outer lid 9 can be rotated integrally in the opening direction, so that the adhesion between the waterproof gasket 13 and the extension portion 8 due to the water seal can be released, and the lid 3 can be removed from the container body 2.
As described above, in the container 1A with a cap according to the present embodiment, the locking mechanism 19 can give a locking feeling when the male screw portion 7 provided in the container body 2 and the female screw portion 12 provided in the outer cap 9 are completely screwed together. In addition, in a state where the lid body 3 is attached to the container body 2, the above-described locking mechanism 19 can prevent the outer lid 9 from being inadvertently released from the container body 2.
In the container with cap 1A of the present embodiment, the outer cap 9 is rotated in the opening direction from the state where the lid body 3 is attached to the container body 2, whereby after the vent hole 17 is opened, the inner cap 10 is rotated in the opening direction integrally with the outer cap 9 in a state where the stopper protrusion 22 is in contact with the inner engagement protrusion 20, and the adhesion state of the waterproof gasket 13 to the protruding portion 8 is released.
Thus, even if the inner cap 10 is pulled inward of the container body 2 due to a pressure decrease in the body 2, the screw engagement between the male screw portion 7 and the female screw portion 12 can be easily released, and the lid body 3 can be removed from the container body 2.
Therefore, in the container with cap 1A of the present embodiment, even when the pressure in the container body 2 is reduced, the cap 3 can be easily and safely removed.
In addition, as a case where the pressure in the container body 2 is reduced (negative pressure is generated), for example, a case where a high-temperature content is placed in the container body 2 and then the content is cooled may be mentioned.
(second embodiment)
Next, as a second embodiment of the present invention, for example, a container 1B with a lid shown in fig. 9 and 10 will be described.
Fig. 9 is a perspective view of the outer lid 9 and the center pin 11 of the capped container 1B from below. Fig. 10 is a perspective view of the inner lid 10 provided in the capped container 1A, as viewed from above. In the following description, the same parts as those of the capped container 1A are omitted, and the same reference numerals are given to the same parts in the drawings.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in the container 1B with a lid of the present embodiment, the lid body 3 includes a interlocking mechanism 28 in place of the locking mechanism 19 described above, and the interlocking mechanism 28 is engaged with an inner engaging portion 27 provided in the center pin 11 by an outer engaging portion 26 provided in the inner lid 10 in a state in which the center pin 11 is fitted into the inner lid 10, so that the inner lid 10 and the outer lid 9 integrally rotate.
Specifically, the outer engagement portion 26 has a concave-convex structure formed as: the plurality of mountain-like projections 26a and the plurality of valley-like recesses 26b are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral surface of the inner cover 10 (the peripheral wall portion 10 b). Similarly, the inner engaging portion 27 has a concave-convex structure formed as: the plurality of mountain-shaped convex portions 27a and the plurality of valley-shaped concave portions 27b are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the center pin 11.
In the interlocking mechanism 28, the mountain-shaped convex portions 26a on the outer engaging portion 26 side are engaged with the valley-shaped concave portions 27b on the inner engaging portion 27 side, respectively, and the valley-shaped concave portions 26b on the outer engaging portion 26 side are engaged with the mountain-shaped convex portions 27a on the inner engaging portion 27 side, respectively, whereby the center pin 11 is fitted into the inner side of the inner lid 10.
The outer engaging portion 26 and the inner engaging portion 27 have a concave-convex structure in which a plurality of mountain-shaped convex portions 26a, 27a and a plurality of valley-shaped concave portions 26b, 27b are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, whereby the outer engaging portion 26 and the inner engaging portion 27 can be engaged even if the center pin 11 is located at an arbitrary position in the circumferential direction with respect to the inner cap 10.
In a state where the center pin 11 is fitted into the inner side of the inner lid 10, the inner lid 10 is restricted from pivoting relative to the center pin 11 by engagement of the outer engagement portion 26 with the inner engagement portion 27. Thus, in the interlocking mechanism 28, when the outer lid 9 is rotated in the closing direction or the opening direction with respect to the container body 2 in a state where the center pin 11 is fitted inside the inner lid 10, the inner lid 10 is rotated integrally with the outer lid 9.
In the container with lid 1B of the present embodiment having the above-described structure, after the inner lid 10 is fitted into the container body 2 from the opening 2a, the center pin 11 is fitted into the inner lid 10. From this state, the outer lid 9 is turned in the closing direction, and the male screw portion 7 is screwed with the female screw portion 12.
Here, even if the center of the inner lid 10 is installed at a position slightly deviated from the center of the container body 2, when the inner lid 10 is rotated integrally with the outer lid 9 in the closing direction, the inner lid 10 is guided so as to follow the shape of the protruding portion 8 formed in a gentle mortar shape, and the inner lid 10 is moved in the direction coincident with the center axis. As a result, the container body 2 and the central axis of the inner lid 10 are aligned, so that the waterproof gasket 13 is in close contact with the extension 8 over the entire circumference without any deviation, and excellent waterproof performance can be exhibited.
In the container with cap 1B of the present embodiment, the above-described interlocking mechanism 28 prevents the outer cap 9 from being inadvertently released from the container body 2 in a state where the cap 3 is attached to the container body 2.
On the other hand, when the outer lid 9 is rotated in the opening direction from the state where the lid body 3 is attached to the container body 2, the inner lid 10 and the outer lid 9 are integrally rotated in the opening direction by the interlocking mechanism 28, and the male screw portion 7 and the female screw portion 12 are disengaged from each other.
In this case, the contact of the plug 18 with the periphery of the vent hole 17 is released, and the vent hole 17 is opened. Accordingly, the pressure in the container body 2 is released through the vent hole 17, and thus the pressure in the container body 2 is the same as the external pressure (atmospheric pressure).
From this state, by rotating the outer lid 9 further in the opening direction, the inner lid 10 and the outer lid 9 are rotated integrally in the opening direction by the interlocking mechanism 28, and the adhesion state of the waterproof gasket 13 to the protruding portion 8 is released. The screwing of the female screw portion 7 and the male screw portion 12 is completely released, and the lid 3 can be removed from the container body 2.
As described above, in the container with lid 1B of the present embodiment, the lid body 3 is attached to the container body 2, and the outer lid 9 is rotated in the opening direction, whereby the inner lid 10 and the outer lid 9 are integrally rotated in the opening direction by the interlocking mechanism 28, and the adhesion state of the waterproof gasket 13 to the protruding portion 8 is released after the vent hole 17 is opened.
As a result, the pressure in the container body 2 is reduced, so that the inner lid 9 is not pulled inward of the container body 2, and the male screw portion 7 and the female screw portion 12 can be disengaged, whereby the lid body 3 can be removed from the container body 2.
Therefore, in the container with cap 1B of the present embodiment, even when the pressure in the container body 2 is reduced, the cap 3 can be easily and safely removed.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the above-described capped containers 1A and 1B, the vent hole 17 provided in the inner lid 10 is closed by the plug body 18 attached to the above-described middle plug 11, but the vent hole may be closed by attaching an elastic member provided with the vent hole to the inner lid 10 and bringing a protruding portion provided as a plug body of the middle plug 11 into contact with the elastic member.
In the above-described container 1B with a lid, the outer engaging portion 26 and the inner engaging portion 27 have a structure in which the plurality of mountain-shaped convex portions 26a and 27a and the plurality of valley-shaped concave portions 26B and 27B are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, but the present invention is not limited to this structure.
For example, the outer engaging portion 26 and the inner engaging portion 27 may be constituted by the stopper protrusion 22 and the inner engaging protrusion 20 provided in the container 1A with a lid. In this case, a plurality of the stopper protrusions 22 and the inner engaging protrusions 20 may be provided. The number of the stopper protrusions 22 and the inner engaging protrusions 20 is not necessarily the same, and for example, six stopper protrusions 22 and five inner engaging protrusions 20 may be provided.
The present invention is preferably applicable to a container with a lid having a heat-insulating and cold-insulating function by a container body having the vacuum heat-insulating structure described above, but is also applicable more widely to a container with a lid having a container body provided with the opening and a lid body for opening and closing the opening.
