Conventionally, there is a cap container provided with a cap unit (plug body) that closes an upper opening of a container body by being attached to a mouth-and-neck portion of the container body having an upper opening. Among them, there is a tea strainer container provided with a tea strainer for taking out tea leaves or the like by putting the tea leaves into a container main body (for example, see patent documents 1 and 2 listed below).
Specifically, the following cited document 1 discloses a thermal container with a tea strainer, which is a thermal container comprising a container body having a heat insulating portion between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, a mouth member detachably attached to an upper end opening of the container body, and a lid body having a heat insulating portion covering the opening of the mouth member, wherein the mouth member has a cylindrical body inserted into the container body, a tea strainer net engaging portion is formed at a lower end of the cylindrical body, and a tea strainer net is provided at the engaging portion.
On the other hand, the following cited document 2 discloses a beverage container including a storage portion for storing a beverage, a base portion having a pouring port for pouring out the beverage stored in the storage portion, and a cap portion capable of closing the pouring port, and a pad attached to the base portion for preventing leakage of the beverage stored in the storage portion, and a filter portion attached to the pad for filtering the beverage when the beverage is poured out from the pouring port.
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 11-253312
Patent document 2: japanese Utility model registration No. 3215556
However, in the invention described in the above cited document 1, the tea strainer net is detachably attached to the cylinder by engaging the flange portion on the tea strainer net side with the engaging portion on the cylinder side. On the other hand, in the invention described in cited document 2, the filter unit is detachably attached to the gasket by locking the locking unit on the filter unit side to the locking unit on the gasket side.
In consideration of the above-described cleaning property of the tea strainer net and the filter unit, it is desirable that the tea strainer net and the filter unit be easily attached and detached. Further, the larger the diameter of the tea strainer net or the filter portion, the easier the tea leaves and the like can be taken out and put in.
However, if the diameter of the container body is increased according to the diameters of the tea strainer mesh and the filter portion, when a high-temperature beverage is put into the container body and the lid is closed, the temperature of the beverage decreases, the pressure in the container body decreases (decreases), and the cap unit is pulled into the container body along with this, so that the plug is not easily opened.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a capped container 100 including a cap unit 1 shown in fig. 1 to 7, for example, will be described.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a closed state of a capped container 100 having a cap unit 1. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing an uncapped state of the capped container 100 provided with the cap unit 1. Fig. 3 is a sectional view showing a state of closing the cap of the capped container 100 provided with the cap unit 1. Fig. 4 is a sectional view showing an uncapped state of the capped container 100 having the cap unit 1. Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing the structure of the cap unit 1. Fig. 6 is an exploded perspective view showing the structure of the cap unit 1. Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing the inside of the cap unit 1.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the capped container 100 of the present embodiment is a tea strainer container including the cap unit 1 of the present embodiment and a container body 2 to which the cap unit 1 is detachably attached, and includes a tea strainer for taking tea leaves and the like by putting them into the container body 2.
The container main body 2 has a bottomed cylindrical outer container 3 and an inner container 4 made of, for example, stainless steel, and is configured as a container having a double-layer structure in which the mouth edges of the inner container 4 are joined to each other while being housed inside the outer container 3. Further, a vacuum insulation layer 5 is provided between the outer container 3 and the inner container 4. The vacuum heat insulating layer 5 can be formed by, for example, closing an exhaust hole provided in the central portion of the bottom surface of the outer container 3 in a chamber that is depressurized (evacuated) to a high vacuum.
The container body 2 has: a substantially circular bottom surface portion 2a; a cylindrical body section 2b standing in a substantially cylindrical shape from the outer periphery of the bottom surface section 2a; the mouth-neck portion 2c, which is substantially cylindrical, is reduced in diameter on the upper side of the cylindrical body portion 2 b. The upper end of the mouth-and-neck portion 2c is opened in a circular shape as an upper opening portion 2d of the container body 2.
The inner peripheral surface of the mouth-and-neck portion 2c is smaller in diameter than the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body portion 2 b. Further, a first female screw portion 6 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the mouth-and-neck portion 2 c. The first female screw portion 6 is constituted by a screw thread projecting in a spiral shape downward from the upper end side of the mouth-and-neck portion 2 c. An annular projecting portion 7 is provided below the first female screw portion 6 so as to project from the inner peripheral surface of the container body 2 over the entire periphery thereof.
The cap container 100 of the present embodiment has a substantially cylindrical outer shape as a whole, but the outer shape of the cap container 100 is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately changed in accordance with the size, the design, and the like. Further, coating, printing, or the like may be applied to the outer peripheral surface of the container body 2.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the cap unit 1 of the present embodiment constitutes a stopper for closing the upper opening 2d of the container body 2, and includes: a cap body 8; a lid body 9 detachably attached to the cap body 8; and a tea strainer member 10 detachably attached to the cap body 8.
The cap body 8 is made of heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene (PP). The cap body 8 has: a liquid passage hole 11 communicating with the inside of the container main body 2; a bottom wall portion 12 formed with a liquid through hole 11; a peripheral wall portion 13 formed to rise upward from the periphery of the bottom wall portion 12; an enlarged wall portion 14 formed by rising from the peripheral wall portion 13 while gradually expanding in diameter upward; a pair of inverted outlets 15 for projecting a part of the enlarged wall 14 in the direction of enlargement; and a pair of grooves 16 formed continuously with the spout portion 15 and cutting a part of the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 13 toward the bottom wall portion 12.
The liquid passage hole 11 is opened in a circular shape at the bottom center portion of the bottom wall portion 12. The bottom wall portion 12 is inclined (reduced) downward from the peripheral wall portion 13 toward the liquid passage hole 11. The peripheral wall portion 13 has the same diameter (cylindrical shape) between the bottom wall portion 12 and the expanded wall portion 14. The enlarged wall portion 14 is inclined upward (enlarged in diameter) from the peripheral wall portion 13 toward the upper end portion of the cap body 8.
The pair of inverted outlet portions 15 are symmetrically arranged at positions of the enlarged wall portion 14 that face each other. Each inverted outlet portion 15 is inclined (expanded in diameter) from the peripheral wall portion 13 toward the upper end portion of the cap body 8 to be larger than the expanded wall portion 14 by projecting a part of the expanded wall portion 14 in the diameter expansion direction. Thus, the upper end of the cap body 8 is opened in a substantially elliptical shape as an upper opening 8a of the cap body 8.
The pair of grooves 16 are symmetrically disposed at positions of the peripheral wall 13 facing each other. Each groove portion 16 is vertically notched at a constant width corresponding to the spout portion 15.
The cap body 8 is provided with an inclined surface 17 inclined from the upper end of the peripheral wall portion 13 toward the enlarged wall portion 14 over the entire circumference. On the other hand, an upper flange 18 that protrudes in the diameter expansion direction from between the peripheral wall 13 and the expanded wall 14 is provided on the outer side of the cap body 8 over the entire circumference.
A first male screw portion 19 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 13 (cap main body 8). The first male screw portion 19 is constituted by a screw thread projecting upward from the lower end side of the peripheral wall portion 13 in a spiral shape. Thus, the cap body 8 is detachably attached to the container body 2 by screwing the threads constituting the first female screw portion 6 and the first male screw portion 19 together in a state of being fitted from the upper opening portion 2d of the container body 2 to the inside of the container body 2.
In addition, in a state where the cap body 8 is attached to the mouth-and-neck portion 2c of the container body 2, the upper flange portion 18 abuts on the upper end portion of the mouth-and-neck portion 2c, thereby covering the upper opening portion 2d of the container body 2.
A waterproof packing 20 is detachably attached to the outer peripheral portion of the lower end side of the peripheral wall portion 13 (cap main body 8). The waterproof packing 20 is an annular sealing member for sealing between the inside of the container body 2 and the cap body 8, and is made of, for example, a heat-resistant rubber such as silicone rubber, or an elastic member such as an elastomer.
A lower flange portion 21 is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the lower end side of the cap body 8 so as to protrude in the diameter expansion direction. On the other hand, an annular fitting recess 20a is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the waterproof packing 20 over the entire circumference. The waterproof packing 20 is fitted over the entire circumference of the outer peripheral portion of the lower end side of the cap body 8 in a state where the lower flange portion 21 is fitted into the fitting recess portion 20a.
Further, an elastic flange portion 20b is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the waterproof packing 20. The elastic flange portion 20b has a shape that protrudes while being bent downward from the upper end of the outer peripheral surface of the waterproof packing 20.
When the cap body 8 is attached to the container body 2, the waterproof gasket 20 is in a state in which the elastic flange portion 20b is in close contact with the extension portion 7 over the entire circumference while being elastically deformed. This enables the extension portion 7 and the cap body 8 to be sealed.
On the other hand, the waterproof packing 20 can be removed from the outer peripheral portion of the lower end side of the cap main body 8 by elastically deforming itself (tensile extension). This enables the waterproof packing 20 and the cap body 8 to be cleaned independently of each other, and the space between the waterproof packing 20 and the cap body 8 can be kept sanitary.
The second female screw portion 22 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 13 (cap main body 8). The second female screw portion 22 is formed of a thread ridge that protrudes in a spiral shape downward from the upper end side of the peripheral wall portion 13.
The lid body 9 is a portion for opening and closing the liquid passage hole 11, and includes, for example, an upper lid 23 and a middle plug 24 made of heat-resistant resin such as PP.
The upper cover 23 is a portion covering the upper portion of the cap body 8, has a substantially elliptical shape corresponding to the upper opening 8a of the cap body 8, and is formed in a flat plate shape. Further, a grip 25 is provided on the upper portion of the upper cover 23. The grip portion 25 is a portion to be gripped by a user, and is provided to protrude in a fin shape from the central portion of the upper surface of the upper cover 23.
The middle plug 24 is a portion fitted inside the cap body 8, has a substantially cylindrical shape with a bottom, and is integrally attached to a central portion of the lower surface of the upper cover 23 by welding or the like. On the inner side of the middle plug 24, a heat insulating material S made of, for example, foamed urethane resin is disposed as a heat insulating layer. Instead of the heat insulating material S, air (air space) may be used as the heat insulating layer.
A second external thread portion 26 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the middle bolt 24. The second external thread portion 26 is constituted by a thread ridge that protrudes upward from the lower end side of the outer peripheral surface of the middle plug 24 in a spiral shape. Thus, the lid body 9 is detachably attached to the cap body 8 by screwing the threads constituting the second female screw portion 22 and the second male screw portion 26 to each other in a state of being fitted from the upper opening portion 8a of the cap body 8 into the cap body 8.
In addition, the second internal thread portion 22 and the second external thread portion 26 are constituted by double-start threads that are complementary to each other. In the case of using the double-start screw, the lid body 9 can be attached to and detached from the cap body 8 by a small number of rotational operations (about 450 ° in the present embodiment).
A cap packing 27 is detachably attached to the outer peripheral portion of the lower end side of the middle pin 24. The cap gasket 27 is an annular sealing member for sealing between the periphery of the liquid passage hole 11 of the bottom wall portion 12 (the inner side of the cap body 8) and the inner plug 24, and is made of an elastic member such as a heat-resistant rubber or elastomer, for example, silicone rubber, as in the waterproof gasket 20.
An annular fitting groove 24a is provided over the entire circumference of the outer circumferential portion of the lower end side of the middle plug 24. The cover gasket 27 is fitted in the fitting groove 24a over the entire circumference.
The cap liner 27 is in a state of being closely attached to the periphery of the liquid through hole 11 over the entire circumference while being elastically deformed when the cap body 9 is attached to the cap body 8. This enables sealing between the liquid passage hole 11 (inside the cap body 8) and the inner plug 24 (lid body 9).
On the other hand, the cap liner 27 is elastically deformed (stretched) by itself, and can be removed from the outer peripheral portion of the lower end side of the middle plug 24. This enables the cap liner 27 and the cap body 9 to be cleaned independently of each other, and the space between the cap liner 27 and the cap body 9 can be kept sanitary.
A pair of rib walls 28 symmetrical to each other are provided at positions of the middle plug 24 facing each other. Each rib wall 28 is located above the second external thread portion 26, and is provided to extend from the outer peripheral surface of the middle bolt 24 in the circumferential direction and project in the diameter expansion direction. The rib wall 28 is provided to protrude in the diameter expansion direction from the thread ridge forming the second external thread portion 26. Also, the rib wall 28 is provided to extend in the circumferential direction wider than the width of the groove portion 16.
The tea strainer member 10 constitutes a tea strainer and has a tea strainer body 29 of a substantially cylindrical shape with a bottom made of a heat-resistant resin such as PP, for example. The inner diameter of the tea strainer body 29 (tea strainer member 10) is the same as the inner diameter of the liquid through hole 11.
A plurality of slits 29a extending in the vertical direction are provided around the tea strainer body 29 in a vertically and circumferentially aligned manner. Further, a plurality of slits 29a extending in the circumferential direction are provided concentrically in a row at the bottom of the tea strainer main body 29.
The upper end of the tea strainer body 29 is a circular opening as an upper opening 29b of the tea strainer body 29. Further, a flange portion 29c is provided at the upper end portion of the tea strainer body 29 so as to protrude in the diameter expansion direction. Further, an inclined surface 29d inclined so as to be reduced in diameter upward from the outer periphery of the flange portion 29c is provided at the upper end portion of the tea strainer body 29.
On the other hand, a contact surface 8b that contacts the inclined surface 29d is provided at the lower end of the cap body 8. The abutment surface 8b is provided to be inclined toward the inside of the lower tube portion 8c over the entire circumference, and the lower tube portion 8c protrudes downward from the periphery of the liquid passage hole 11 of the bottom wall portion 12.
The tea filter member 10 is rotatably attached to the cap body 8 in a state where the flange portion 29c is sandwiched between the lower end portion (lower cylindrical portion 8 c) of the cap body 8 and the waterproof packing 20.
In the cap unit 1 of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, when the tea filter member 10 is attached to the cap body 8, the tea filter member 10 is pressed against the bottom of the cap body 8 while being rotated, the waterproof packing 20 is elastically deformed, and the flange portion 29c can be easily sandwiched between the lower end portion (lower cylindrical portion 8 c) of the cap body 8 and the waterproof packing 20. This enables the tea strainer member 10 to be easily and stably attached to the cap body 8.
On the other hand, in the cap unit 1 of the present embodiment, the tea strainer member 10 can be easily attached to and detached from the cap body 8 in a state where the cap body 8 is removed from the container body 2, and the cap unit 1 can be used by being attached to the container body 2 in a state where the tea strainer member 10 is removed. Further, by making the inner diameter of the tea strainer member 10 the same as the inner diameter of the liquid through hole 11, the tea leaves and the like can be easily taken out and put in the tea strainer member 10. This can improve the cleaning performance of the tea strainer member 10.
In the capped container 100 including the cap unit 1 of the present embodiment, the lid body 9 is rotated in the opening direction within a predetermined angle range (about 90 °) from the state in which the lid body 9 closes the liquid through hole 11 shown in fig. 1 and 3, and thereby, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the pair of inverted outlet portions 15 and the liquid through hole 11 are opened. From this state, by tilting the container body 2, the beverage (liquid) in the container body 2 can be poured from the liquid passage hole 11 to a cup or the like through the groove portion 16 and the pouring outlet portion 15 without removing the lid body 9 from the cap body 8.
In the cap unit 1 of the present embodiment, the pair of rib walls 28 and the pair of inverted outlet portions 15 are opposed to each other in a state where the pair of inverted outlet portions 15 and the liquid passage hole 11 are open. In a state where the pair of rib walls 28 face the pair of inverted outlet portions 15, both sides of the rib walls 28 across the inverted outlet portions 15 are at a height position facing the inclined surface 17.
Thus, in the cap unit 1 of the present embodiment, when the beverage (liquid) in the container body 2 is poured out through the groove portion 16 and the pouring outlet portion 15, the beverage hits the rib wall 28, and the flow rate of the beverage flowing out through the groove portion 16 and the pouring outlet portion 15 can be regulated and stabilized. As a result, in the cap unit 1 of the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the pulsation of the beverage from occurring, the beverage scattering around, and the liquid break of the beverage from deteriorating.
As described above, the cap container 100 including the cap unit 1 according to the present embodiment can further improve the usability.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, the cap unit 1 may be configured to be attached with an intermediate lid 30 as shown in fig. 8 and 9, for example, in addition to the above configuration. Fig. 8 is a perspective view showing a state in which the middle cap 30 is attached to the cap unit 1. Fig. 9 is a perspective view showing the structure of the middle cap 30.
The middle cap 30 is made of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene (PP), and has a disk shape corresponding to the liquid passage hole 11. In the middle cap 30, a plurality of slits 30a extending in one direction in the plane are arranged in a direction orthogonal to the one direction in the plane. A pair of leg portions 30b are provided on the outer peripheral portion of the lower surface side of the middle cap 30. The pair of legs 30b are provided at positions facing each other around the middle cap 30, extending in the circumferential direction of the middle cap 30, and projecting downward.
The middle lid 30 is detachably attached to the cap body 8 by fitting a pair of legs 30b to the upper opening 29b of the tea strainer body 29.
In the cap unit 1 including the middle cap 30, the tea leaves contained in the tea strainer member 10 can be prevented from flowing out of the liquid through hole 11 together with the beverage (liquid) in the container body 2 by the middle cap 30.
In the cap unit 1, the configuration of the tea filter member 10 in which the plurality of slits 29a are provided in the tea filter main body 29 is not limited to the above-described configuration, and for example, a tea filter member 10 in which a plurality of holes are provided in a mesh shape in the tea filter main body 29 may be used.
In the above embodiment, the capped container 100 having the heat retention and cold retention functions by the container body 2 having the vacuum heat insulation structure is exemplified, but the present invention can be applied to a capped container having a container body not having a vacuum heat insulation structure.
