The invention provides a special fire engine power system for an extended range power airport, which comprises a driving motor, a generator, a diesel engine, an energy storage system and a generator, wherein the driving motor is connected with a chassis driving system; the energy storage system is connected with the driving motor and provides power for the driving motor; the generator is connected with the energy storage system and provides power for the energy storage system. A diesel engine is adopted to provide a power source for the driving motor; the response speed of the whole vehicle is high; the gravity center of the vehicle is low, the running is stable, the energy is saved, the environment is protected, the cruising range of the whole vehicle is long, and the continuous working time of the upper pump is long.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: by adopting the range-extending power system, the chassis is driven by the driving motor independently, so that the power output efficiency is improved, and the power output is increased; the upper pump is powered by the diesel engine and the generator, so that the power requirement of the upper fire-fighting equipment is met; the full-power-driven running of the vehicle is realized, the power output is increased, and the requirement of high power of the upper fire-fighting system is met.
The power transfer case is adopted to transmit the power of the driving motor to the first steering drive axle, the second drive axle and the third drive axle, so that sufficient power output is ensured under the full-force driving state, the whole chassis is driven by the high-power motor, the response speed is high, and the emission is more environment-friendly.
The diesel engine and the generator realize the power requirements of charging and power take-off of the energy storage system through control logic, so that the power requirement in the working process of the fire engine is met.
Connect emergent steering pump, assist to turning to, when a steering system breaks down, guarantee the security that turns to improve the security that the fire engine went.

For the purpose of enhancing understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following examples, which are provided for illustration only and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment provides a special fire engine power system for extended range power airport, which comprises a driving motor, a generator, a diesel engine, an energy storage system and a generator, wherein the driving motor is connected with a chassis driving system, the chassis driving system comprises an EMT gearbox, a power transfer case and a drive axle, the EMT gearbox is connected to the driving motor, the EMT gearbox is connected with the input end of the power transfer case through a transmission shaft, and the output end of the power transfer case is connected with the drive axle through a transmission shaft. The power transfer case is connected with a connecting piece which is an input or output flange.
The drive axle comprises a first steering drive axle, a second drive axle and a third drive axle, the output end of the power transfer case is connected with the first steering drive axle and the second drive axle through a transmission shaft, and the second drive axle is connected with the third drive axle through the transmission shaft; the driving axle is increased or reduced according to the use requirement, and is suitable for vehicles of 4X4, 6X6 and 8X8 models.
The power transfer case is further connected with an emergency steering pump through a transmission shaft, the emergency steering pump assists a steering system, and when the steering system breaks down, steering safety is guaranteed.
The generator is connected with an upper assembling system, the upper assembling system comprises an electromagnetic clutch and an upper assembling pump, and the generator is connected with the upper assembling pump through the electromagnetic clutch and a transmission shaft.
The diesel engine is connected with the generator and provides power for the generator; the energy storage system is connected with the driving motor and provides power for the driving motor; the generator is connected with the energy storage system and provides power for the energy storage system.
As shown in fig. 2, under a normal driving condition, the energy storage system provides power energy for the driving motor, the power output by the driving motor is transmitted to the power transfer case through the EMT gearbox and the transmission shaft, and the power transfer case transmits the power to the emergency steering pump, the first steering drive axle, the second drive axle and the third drive axle through the transmission shaft, so that the power is provided for the chassis to drive.
Under the working condition, the diesel engine is in a stop state and does not participate in power generation and upper mounting driving.
As shown in fig. 3, under the charging condition of the traveling crane, the energy storage system provides power energy for the driving motor, the output power of the driving motor is transmitted to the power transfer case through the EMT gearbox and the transmission shaft, and the power transfer case transmits the power to the emergency steering pump, the first steering drive axle, the second drive axle and the third drive axle through the transmission shaft, so as to provide power for the chassis to travel; meanwhile, the electromagnetic clutch is in a disconnected state, the diesel engine provides kinetic energy to the generator, and the generator generates electricity to charge the energy storage system.
Under the working condition, chassis running and energy storage system charging are carried out simultaneously without mutual influence.
As shown in fig. 4, in the parking charging condition, the electromagnetic clutch is in the off state, the diesel engine provides kinetic energy to the generator, the generator generates electricity to charge the energy storage system, and the energy storage system does not supply energy to the driving motor.
Under the working condition, the chassis is in a parking state.
As shown in fig. 5, under the working condition of fire fighting during driving, the energy storage system provides power energy for the driving motor, the power output by the driving motor is transmitted to the power transfer case through the EMT gearbox and the transmission shaft, and the power transfer case transmits the power to the emergency steering pump, the first steering drive axle, the second drive axle and the third drive axle through the transmission shaft, so as to provide power for chassis driving; meanwhile, the electromagnetic clutch controls the joint, the power of the diesel engine is transmitted to the upper pump through the electromagnetic clutch and the transmission shaft, and the upper pump performs fire-fighting action.
Under the working condition, chassis driving and upper fire protection are carried out simultaneously without mutual influence.
As shown in figure 6, under the parking fire-fighting working condition, the electromagnetic clutch is controlled to be connected, the power of the diesel engine is transmitted to the upper pump through the electromagnetic clutch and the transmission shaft, and the upper pump carries out fire-fighting action.
Under the working condition, the chassis is in a stop state, and only the upper-mounted fire-fighting operation is carried out.
