In the above method, the order of steps (5), (6), (7) and (8) may be arbitrarily adjusted as required.
In the step (10), in order to obtain more ideal annular shaping, the embroidery ring product can be subjected to heat shaping, and the annular shaping of the embroidery piece can be obtained by setting the heat shaping temperature and the heat shaping mode according to the material quality of the embroidery piece and the heat resistance of accessories/auxiliary materials.
Preferably, in the manufacturing method of the commemorative embroidery ring, the base material consists of more than two layers of water-soluble base materials and hot-melt base materials, and the shaping effect of a finished product can be obviously enhanced by adopting the water-soluble base materials and the hot-melt base materials.
When the base material is more than two layers of water-soluble base materials and hot-melt base materials, the difference of the melting/dissolving temperatures of the low-temperature water-soluble base material and the high-temperature hot-melt base material is used, the embroidered pieces are put in water at 70-75 ℃ for water-soluble treatment, and the embroidered pieces still retain the hot-melt base materials which are melted at high temperature while the water-soluble base materials are removed; then, the adhesive separating agent is uniformly coated on the front and back surfaces of the embroidery sheet, and the embroidery sheet is placed in a high-temperature environment of 100-120 ℃ for adhesive separating treatment, so that the hot-melt base material is retained in the embroidery sheet tissue, and the hot-melt adhesive outside the embroidery sheet tissue loses the adhesion/stickiness due to the action of the adhesive separating agent, thereby avoiding the adhesion on the surface of the embroidery sheet. The adhesive separating agent is selected according to the components of the hot-melt base material, the adhesive separating agent comprises flour, starch, silicon oil and the like, and the adhesive separating treatment temperature is set according to the temperature difference between the properties of the water-soluble base material and the hot-melt base material.
Preferably, nylon thread is added to the ring-shaped embroidery, for example, to the upper and lower edge portions of the ring-shaped embroidery, so that the ring-shaped plastic shape retention is good, and the nylon thread is sewn or embroidered in the embroidery in step (3) of the method of the present invention, so that the stiffness of the embroidery can be enhanced and the embroidery looks more beautiful.
Preferably, the auxiliary materials adopted in the commemorative embroidery ring product are artificial diamonds and artificial beads, in the step (7), the artificial diamonds, the artificial beads and the like are bonded on the base which is used for being combined with the auxiliary materials in the embroidery sheet by adopting bonding materials, the base is provided with a groove structure, the bonding materials are firstly placed in the groove, then the artificial diamonds and the artificial beads are placed on the bonding agents, and the artificial diamonds, the artificial beads and the like are firmly bonded on the base of the embroidery sheet according to the matched bonding processes through pressing, hot melt bonding and cold bonding.
Preferably, the annular embroidery is provided with parallel auxiliary parts (or accessories) connecting parts for fixing or inserting the elastic band, the magnetic material connected in parallel, the hook and the like, and the elastic band is inserted and installed at a proper position of the embroidery in a sewing, embroidering and/or inserting mode in the step (9) of the method, so that the embroidery cannot be undesirably moved and dislocated due to frequent movement when the embroidery is worn, and the patterns on the embroidery can be positioned at a relatively stable position to play a role in positioning.
Preferably, in the annular embroidery, parallel butt-jointed magnetic materials such as magnetic buttons, clips, locks and the like are arranged, and the magnetic materials and accessories (or accessories) thereof are fixed at proper positions of the embroidery in the sewing, embroidering and/or bonding mode in the step (8) of the invention, so that the wearing is greatly convenient, the embroidery cannot be undesirably moved and dislocated due to frequent movement, and the patterns on the embroidery can be in a relatively stable position to play a role in positioning.
The commemorative embroidery ring product is preferably manufactured by the method and comprises ornaments such as a hand ring, an arm ring, a foot ring, a neck ring and a waist ring, and characters, names, LOGO and the like on the ornaments.
The invention has the advantages that:
the method for manufacturing the embroidery has simple process, the patterns of the manufactured embroidery have strong three-dimensional sense, the embroidery is graceful and luxurious, the embroidery has memorial significance, and the embroidery can be worn with a person, if a plurality of hairs are embroidered in the embroidery, the hairs can have the accompanying feeling of being personally together, and the names, characters, LOGO, symbols and the like which have memorial significance have collection significance. The integrity is good. By adopting the embroidery and diamond inlaying method, the diamond and the embroidery can be firmly combined and are not easy to fall off. In addition, nylon threads are inserted into the ring embroidery product, so that the stiffness of the ring embroidery product is increased, and the ring embroidery product is more attractive and more attractive. (2) computer programming is carried out according to design patterns, patterns and the like, embroidery sheets with the patterns, the patterns and the like are pre-knitted, special accessory embroidery (paillette embroidery, bead embroidery, towel embroidery, toothpick embroidery, belt embroidery, rope embroidery, laser embroidery and the like) is pre-knitted, programming of various auxiliary materials and base embroidery combined with various products is carried out on the embroidery sheets, and the embroidery edges of the complete patterns are formed, so that the programming of the embroidery edges or the sewing edges of the complete patterns is achieved by various butt-joint sewing, butt-joint embroidery, or lap-joint sewing, lap-joint embroidery, or parallel accessory connection or bonding and the like;
(3) performing computer-controlled embroidery, embroidering patterns and patterns on a base material according to the computer programming, and embroidering embroidery threads on a two-layer base material consisting of water-soluble cloth and hot-melt cloth, as shown in figure 3-1, firstly making embroidery bottoms on part of the base material to be embroidered, and then embroidering xi characters, or as shown in figure 3-2, firstly paving one or more layers of rendering fabrics on part of the base material to be embroidered, then making embroidery bottoms, and finally embroidering xi characters; adding the hair of relatives and friends and other memorial things at certain positions of the pattern; nylon thread is added at the upper end edge part and the lower end edge part of the annular embroidery, and the nylon thread is sewn and embedded in the embroidery by adopting a sewing or embroidering mode, so that the annular shaping retentivity is good, the stiffness of the embroidery is enhanced, and the embroidery looks more beautiful and shaped;
(4) in the embroidering process, the cutting and embroidering can be carried out simultaneously or the cutting and embroidering can be carried out simultaneously; or after the embroidery is finished, redundant base materials are removed by means of cutting, cutting and/or shearing and the like to prepare independent embroidered pieces with curved and/or straight line embroidered edges;
(5) then placing the sewn or embroidered base material embroidered piece needing water solubility in water of 70-75 ℃ to dissolve the water soluble cloth, and meanwhile, the embroidered piece still remains the hot melt cloth base material melted at high temperature; uniformly coating starch or flour of the adhesive separating agent on the front side and the back side of the embroidered piece, putting the embroidered piece in a high-temperature environment of 120 ℃ for adhesive separating treatment again, so that the hot-melt cloth substrate is kept in the embroidered piece tissue, and the hot-melt cloth outside the tissue loses viscosity due to the action of the adhesive separating agent, thereby avoiding being bonded on the surface of the embroidered piece;
(6) bonding base material embroidered pieces in various shapes to obtain a semi-finished piece;
(7) the bonding material is placed in the groove of the base, the drill and the bead are bonded in the base according to various matched processes, the drill, the bead and the like are firmly bonded on the base of the embroidery sheet, and the drill, the bead and the like are more difficult to fall off after being bonded because the base is in the shape of the groove;
