Background
In the case of an electric power equipment, there are a large number of insulators, and these insulators have a phenomenon that, due to problems such as long-term withstand voltage and manufacturing process, when a voltage is applied to a field intensity generated in the electric equipment, discharge occurs only in an insulating partial region, but a fixed discharge path is not formed in a discharge region, and this phenomenon is called partial discharge.
Partial discharges lead to a vicious cycle of deterioration and defects of the insulation of the electrical equipment and, in severe cases, even to insulation accidents. Therefore, the sudden insulation damage accident of the power equipment in the running process can be avoided by detecting the partial discharge.

Partial discharge is a discharge phenomenon in a local area in an insulation structure of a switch cabinet, and the discharge is caused by the fact that insulation is broken down in a local area, and the insulation is not broken down in a penetrating way. The partial discharge of the switch cabinet is found in time, the insulation further damage of the switch cabinet is effectively avoided, the existing detection system collects a large amount of information data to perform mode discrimination, the data volume is large, the processing difficulty is high, and the high accuracy rate is ensured but the on-site detection alarm cannot be met.
Based on this, please refer to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, a partial discharge ultrahigh frequency monitoring and grading alarm circuit 100 is provided, which includes an ultrahigh frequency signal acquisition module 10, an ultrahigh frequency signal processing module 20 and an alarm module 30, where the ultrahigh frequency signal acquisition module 10 is electrically connected to the ultrahigh frequency signal processing module 20, and the alarm module 30 is electrically connected to the ultrahigh frequency signal processing module 20. The ultrahigh frequency signal acquisition module 10 is configured to acquire an ultrahigh frequency partial discharge signal in a preset space, the ultrahigh frequency signal processing module 20 is configured to preprocess the ultrahigh frequency partial discharge signal to generate a target frequency band signal, and the alarm module 30 is configured to acquire a maximum frequency value of the target frequency band signal according to a preset algorithm, compare the maximum frequency value with a frequency threshold range corresponding to at least one alarm level, and generate an alarm signal corresponding to the alarm level according to a comparison result.
As an example, referring to fig. 1, since the attenuation of the uhf signal is small during propagation and the interference such as field corona can be effectively avoided, the uhf signal acquisition module 10 is provided to acquire a desired uhf signal, so that the detection sensitivity is high and the interference capability is strong. The collected ultrahigh frequency signal is transmitted to the ultrahigh frequency signal processing module 20 for processing such as filtering and amplifying, so that the ultrahigh frequency signal can meet the frequency range which can be processed by the alarm module 30, and partial characteristics such as peak value or phase position of the ultrahigh frequency signal are retained, thereby achieving the subsequent detection and processing capability of the local discharge ultrahigh frequency signal, optimizing the processing function and reducing the subsequent data processing difficulty. The preprocessed data is continuously sent to the alarm module 30, collected, recorded and compared with a threshold value, whether the data is in the threshold value range is judged, and an alarm signal is sent out, so that a worker can intuitively judge the partial discharge condition immediately according to the alarm signal.
As an example, referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present application, the uhf signal acquisition module 10 includes an uhf antenna sensor 101 electrically connected to the uhf signal processing module 20 for acquiring an uhf partial discharge signal in a predetermined space. So as to accurately acquire the ultrahigh frequency signal.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present application, the uhf signal processing module 20 includes a band pass filter 201, a hf amplifier 202, and a wave detector 203. Filtering out low-frequency information by setting a band-pass filter 201 to obtain ultrahigh-frequency signals within 300 MHz-1000 MHz; the high frequency amplifier 202 is electrically connected to the band pass filter 201, and since the power of the partial discharge signal received by the uhf antenna sensor 101 is between about-85 dBm and-15 dBm, and the sensitivity of the subsequent envelope detection circuit is not higher than-40 dBm, the uhf signal needs to be differentially amplified with low noise to obtain a high frequency amplified signal; the detector 203 is electrically connected to the high-frequency amplifier 202, and is configured to generate a target frequency band signal with an envelope waveform varying with the high-frequency amplified signal according to the high-frequency amplified signal, and effectively retain characteristics such as a partial peak value or a phase thereof, so that the ultrahigh-frequency signal can satisfy a frequency range that can be processed by the alarm module 30, thereby achieving subsequent detection and processing capabilities of the partial discharge ultrahigh-frequency signal.
Specifically, in the partial discharge ultrahigh frequency monitoring and grading alarm circuit 100 in the above embodiment, please refer to fig. 3 again, the high frequency amplifier 202 is selected from ZKL-1R5, each of which has good performance, adopts differential amplification, has high common mode rejection ratio, and has a gain of 40dB, so as to amplify the partial discharge signal. The band-pass filter 201 is designed based on a Chebyshev I-type filter, and because the amplitude response of the Chebyshev I-type filter is equi-ripple in a pass band and is monotonous in a stop band, a simulation structure shows that partial interference can be effectively filtered, and the extracted ultrahigh frequency signal can meet the design requirement. The design steps are as follows: step 1, according to the signal characteristics of partial discharge measured by a ultrahigh frequency detection method, firstly determining the bandwidth, wherein the lower cut-off frequency fl of a frequency band is 300MHz, and the lower stop band frequency fls is 240 MHz; the upper cut-off frequency fh is 1500MHz, and the upper stop band frequency fhs is 300 MHz; the center frequency f0 is 900MHz, and the bandwidth BW is 1200 MHz. Then determining the minimum attenuation of the stop band, and taking the value As equal to 30 dB; the passband ripple value is δ is 0.5dB, then the parameter e about the passband ripple is 0.023, and the larger e, the larger the ripple, 0< e < 1; and 2, obtaining the applicable order n of the Chebyshev I-type filter through the passband break frequency omega _0, the stop band starting frequency omega _ S, the passband ripple delta and the stop band minimum attenuation A _ S. The order of the band-pass filter 201 is finally determined to be 7 orders, which can meet the design requirement. The detector 203 needs to select appropriate RC parameters to satisfy the requirements of no distortion and maximum peak relative error, i.e. the output envelope waveform follows the variation of the input signal, and the envelope is the curve of the amplitude of the random process along with the variation of time. The detector 203 is designed as follows: step 1, taking the R value as a fixed value of 10k omega, changing the C value, taking C as 0.002 muF, 0.02 muF and 0.1 muF, detecting the input and output waveforms by an oscilloscope, and observing to obtain that when C is 0.02 muF, the waveform of the output signal is the envelope detection of the input signal, and the waveform of the output voltage always changes along with the change of the envelope of the input signal; step 2, taking the value of C as a fixed value of 0.02 muF, changing the value of R, taking R as 1k omega, 20k omega and 50k omega, obtaining input and output by an oscilloscope, and obtaining an output signal as an envelope signal of an input signal by observation when R is 20k omega; step 3, the simulation experiment can obtain: when R is 20k Ω and C is 0.02 μ F, the rate of discharge of the capacitor C is not less than the rate of fall of the envelope of the input signal, and the condition of R, C in the detector circuit is satisfied, and the waveform is as shown in fig. 4. Therefore, the resistance value of the detector 203 is 19k omega-21 k omega, and the capacitance value of the detector 203 is 0.015 mu F-0.025 mu F.
Referring to fig. 5, for example, in an embodiment of the present application, the alarm module 3030 includes a sampler 301 and a control chip 302. The sampler 301 is electrically connected to the ultrahigh frequency signal acquisition module 10, and is configured to obtain a target sampling signal according to the target frequency band signal; the control chip 302 is electrically connected to the sampler 301, and is configured to obtain a maximum frequency value of the target sampling signal according to a preset algorithm, compare the maximum frequency value with frequency threshold ranges corresponding to multiple different alarm levels, and generate an alarm signal corresponding to the alarm level according to a comparison result. The ultrahigh frequency signals generated by the partial discharge of different types of insulation defects have different pulse amplitudes, numbers, phase distribution and frequency spectrums. Therefore, the control chip 302 is arranged to collect various types of discharge data of the electrical equipment, each maximum frequency value of various discharge types is extracted according to a preset algorithm, and each extracted maximum frequency value is analyzed to represent threshold values of different discharge grades. And then, the signal which is acquired by the sampler 301 and processed by the ultrahigh frequency signal processing module 20 is compared with a threshold value, so that the alarm level can be quickly judged, and the type of the insulation defect can be judged.
Specifically, in the partial discharge ultrahigh frequency monitoring and grading alarm circuit 100 in the above embodiment, please refer to fig. 5, by collecting various types of discharge data in the preset space, the upper computer FFT algorithm extracts the maximum value of each frequency point of each discharge type, and analyzes the extracted maximum value of each frequency point to obtain the threshold values, such as the first frequency threshold value, the second frequency threshold value, and the third frequency threshold value, that can represent different discharge grades. The FFT algorithm is a fast algorithm of discrete fourier transform, which can transform a signal into the frequency domain and extract the spectrum of a signal, and some signals are difficult to see what features in the time domain, but if transformed into the frequency domain, the features are easy to see. Therefore, FFT is used, ultrahigh frequency single waveforms of different discharge types in a preset space are collected through an oscilloscope, then the collected data set is extracted from an upper computer according to FFT algorithm to obtain the maximum value of each frequency point in each discharge type, finally the maximum value of each discharge type in each frequency point is analyzed through a mean value algorithm, and the corresponding mean value is taken to represent the parameters of different discharge grades: a first frequency threshold, a second frequency threshold, and a third frequency threshold.
As an example, referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present application, an alarm device 303 is connected to the control chip 302, and is configured to execute a preset alarm action according to the alarm signal; the preset alarm action comprises at least one of sending an alarm sound, an alarm light and an alarm short message corresponding to the alarm grade, so that a worker can judge the discharge condition timely and intuitively according to the sound, the light or the short message prompt.
Further, in one embodiment of the present application, the alarm signal includes a primary alarm, a secondary alarm and a tertiary alarm for indicating that the partial discharge intensity is gradually increased; the frequency threshold ranges include a first frequency threshold range corresponding to a primary alarm, a second frequency threshold range corresponding to a secondary alarm, and a third frequency threshold range corresponding to a tertiary alarm. Emitting a yellow alarm light according to the received primary alarm; emitting an orange alarm light according to the received secondary alarm; and emitting red alarm light according to the received three-level alarm. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, an alarm whistle may also be issued according to the received primary alarm; sending out a second alarm whistle according to the received second-level alarm; and sending out a three-tone alarm whistle according to the received three-level alarm. Or sending corresponding first-level, second-level and third-level short messages to the mobile phone end or the computer end according to the first-level alarm, the second-level alarm and the third-level alarm.
By way of example, referring to fig. 7, in one embodiment of the present application, there is provided a partial discharge ultrahigh frequency monitoring graded alarm device 200, which includes a housing 1, a built-in cavity 2 and a partial discharge ultrahigh frequency monitoring graded alarm circuit 100 described in any of the embodiments of the present application. The antenna sensing surface 4 is arranged to collect signals conveniently, so that the ultrahigh frequency signal acquisition module 10 can effectively acquire ultrahigh frequency signals, and the local discharge ultrahigh frequency monitoring and grading alarm device can effectively avoid field corona and other interferences in use. The ultrahigh frequency signal processing module 20 is arranged to filter and amplify the acquired ultrahigh frequency signal, so that the ultrahigh frequency signal can meet the frequency range which can be processed by the alarm module 30, and partial characteristics of a peak value or a phase and the like of the ultrahigh frequency signal are reserved, thereby achieving the subsequent detection and processing capability of the local discharge ultrahigh frequency signal, optimizing the processing function and reducing the subsequent data processing difficulty. The alarm module 30 is arranged to collect and record the preprocessing signals and compare the preprocessing signals with a threshold value to send out the indicator lamps 5 with different colors, so that a worker can judge the alarm level visually according to the colors of the indicator lamps 5.
By way of example, referring to fig. 8, in an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a partial discharge ultrahigh frequency monitoring hierarchical alarm method applied to a partial discharge ultrahigh frequency monitoring hierarchical alarm circuit 100, the method including:
step S10: collecting ultrahigh frequency partial discharge signals in a preset space;
step S20: preprocessing the ultrahigh frequency partial discharge signal to generate a target frequency band signal;
step S30: and acquiring the maximum frequency value of the target frequency band signal according to a preset algorithm, comparing the maximum frequency value with a frequency threshold range corresponding to at least one alarm grade, and generating an alarm signal corresponding to the alarm grade according to a comparison result.
Specifically, the attenuation of ultrahigh frequency electromagnetic wave signals generated by partial discharge of electrical equipment is small during propagation, the electromagnetic waves are reflected at discontinuous parts such as insulators in the equipment and the like, resonance is caused in a cavity of the equipment, and the oscillation time of the partial discharge signals is prolonged; the corona discharge interference of high-voltage lines and equipment in the air is the most common interference on site, the frequency of electromagnetic waves generated by discharge is mainly below 200MHz, and the frequency band of ultrahigh frequency signals is usually 300M-3000 MHz. Therefore, the ultrahigh frequency partial discharge signals in the preset space are collected, so that data detection is facilitated, and interferences such as field corona and the like are effectively avoided. Since the collected signals of the ultrahigh frequency collecting module 10 are all extremely tiny signals of millivolt level, the amplitude of the signals obtained by the ultrahigh frequency antenna sensor 101 needs to be amplified by the high frequency amplifier 202; the collected signals not only have 300M-3000 MHz but also have some low-frequency signals, and in order to reduce the data volume, the signals need to be filtered by a band-pass filter 201; in order to process the data of the sampler 301 quickly and conveniently, the detector 203 is required to retain part of the peak value or phase characteristics. Therefore, the ultrahigh frequency signal processing module 20 preprocesses the ultrahigh frequency partial discharge signal, so that the ultrahigh frequency signal can satisfy the frequency range which can be processed by the alarm module 30. In order to enable workers to judge different discharging conditions intuitively and quickly according to alarm signals, ultrahigh-frequency single waveforms of various discharging types in the collecting equipment are extracted through a preset algorithm, maximum values of various frequency points are represented as different threshold value ranges, and the maximum values are set as a primary alarm threshold value range, a secondary alarm threshold value range and a tertiary alarm threshold value range according to the gradual increase of the local discharging intensity. And comparing the collected ultrahigh frequency signal with a frequency threshold range corresponding to at least one alarm grade according to a preset algorithm, and making a preset alarm action according to the received alarm, wherein the preset alarm action comprises at least one of sending an alarm sound, an alarm light and an alarm short message corresponding to the alarm grade.
