The server, upon receiving the new status, updates the quantity of items in the storage box 102 and the corresponding shelf life, and then synchronizes the results to the database. If the verification fails in the replenishment process, the system stops the automatic replenishment process and sends a notice to the operator to force the completion or cancellation of the operation.
(5) In order to facilitate the equipment maintenance of the electronic control device 103, the electronic control device 103 is divided into a main board and an auxiliary board, the MCU and various connectors are placed on the main board, the auxiliary board is provided with a Bluetooth module and a WIFI module, and the two boards are connected through a UART serial port. Therefore, if the communication module is damaged, the communication module can be conveniently replaced.
Based on the above inventive concept, referring to fig. 1 to 3, according to a preferred embodiment of the intelligent goods box based on the shelf life of goods of the present invention, the box body 101, the storage box 102 and the electronic control device 103 are arranged in the box body 101, and the storage box 102 is used for storing goods 109. It will be appreciated that the intelligent cargo box may be used in place of or as part of the inventory cabinet of the unmanned vending system, and thus, the size and dimensions of the intelligent cargo box may be designed as desired to fit existing unmanned vending machines of different sizes, although the intelligent cargo box may also be used with new unmanned vending machines and unmanned vending systems as described below.
Referring to fig. 1, the case 101 includes a cabinet having a drawer compartment 111, and a power plug 110; the drawer bay 111 has a drawer-type slide that allows the storage case 102 to slide freely in and out. It will be appreciated that the cabinet comprises drawer compartments for receiving storage boxes 102, as shown in fig. 3, the box 101 comprises 3 layers of 9 drawer compartments, 8 storage boxes 102 are shown, as a variant, the number of drawer compartments of the box 101 may be 12, 15, 18, etc., and the storage boxes 102 may also have a corresponding number. The slides facilitate the removal and loading of the storage case 102. The case 101 may be made of an injection molding material or a metal material.
Referring to fig. 2, the storage case 102 has an exit aperture that enables ejection of an item 109 within the storage case 102; the storage box 102 comprises a delivery component, a holding component and a pushing component; the retaining member is capable of retaining the item 109 within the storage case 102, preventing the item 109 from being ejected from the exit aperture; the delivery member is capable of applying a force to the article 109 to cause it to be dispensed from the exit aperture; the pushing member is capable of pushing the item of merchandise 109 towards the exit aperture. It will be appreciated that fig. 2 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the case 102, the exit aperture being in the left end face of the drawing, the case 102 shown in fig. 2 housing 6 articles 109, although each case 102 could be configured to house an equal number of articles, 8, 10, 12, etc. The case body of the case 102 may be injection molded from a plastic material or compression molded from a metal material. The delivery unit includes a film wheel 106 and a motor 107, as described below, and further may be comprised of an air cylinder that drives a push rod that pushes the product 109 out of the exit aperture; or the goods part consists of a ratchet wheel and a stepping motor. The holding means includes a first solenoid valve 104 and a second solenoid valve 105, and further, the holding means is composed of two pneumatic cylinders or two micro manipulators. The pushing member or spring plate includes a pushing spring 151 and a pressing plate 152, and instead, the pushing member is constituted by a pushing cylinder or a pushing solenoid valve and a pressing plate.
Referring to fig. 6, the electronic control device 103 includes a PCBA electronic motherboard and a PCBA electronic subplate; the PCBA electronic main board comprises an MCU (microprogrammed control unit), a hard disk and a sensor connector, and the PCBA electronic auxiliary board comprises a Bluetooth module and a WIFI module; the PCBA electronic mainboard is connected with the PCBA electronic auxiliary board through a UART (universal asynchronous receiver transmitter) serial port; the sensor connector is electrically connected to the shipment part, the holding part, and the pushing part, so that the electronic control device 103 can control the shipment part, the holding part, and the pushing part to perform corresponding actions. It can be understood that the MCU micro control unit can be replaced by an android computer or a Linux computer, so that the intelligent cargo box can be conveniently controlled or debugged through the liquid crystal display, and the hard disk can be a mechanical hard disk, a Flash hard disk or an SSD hard disk, and is used for storing data offline when the network is disconnected. The sensor connector may be plural, and respectively connect the shipment member, the holding member, and the pushing member, and other members requiring electronic control. The motherboard connector and the daughter board connector shown in fig. 6 belong to a UART serial port type, and are used for realizing the electrical connection and data communication between the motherboard and the daughter board. The structure in which the electronic control device 103 is divided into two circuit boards facilitates partial replacement of electronic parts rather than overall replacement, achieving a technical benefit of cost saving.
The data of the intelligent cargo box can be transmitted to a server at the cloud end through the WIFI module to be processed in an algorithm mode, and after a processing result is returned, the processing result is executed by a main program of the electronic control device 103. It can be understood that the electronic control device 103 is equivalent to a computer or a mobile phone or a tablet computer, has a strong data processing capability, and can run a simple processing program to perform corresponding calculations or send corresponding control signals. The data of the intelligent cargo box are, for example, GPS position information, location address, number of storage boxes 102 and corresponding commodity type and number, commodity shelf life information, shelf two-dimensional code information, and the like of the intelligent cargo box. The shipment and replenishment of the intelligent cargo box are operated by staff, so that the data of the intelligent cargo box are changed correspondingly, the data changes need to be updated in time in the database of the intelligent cargo box in the cloud server, so that the server issues corresponding operation instructions according to corresponding trigger conditions, the data and instructions from the cloud server are processed by the main program of the electronic control device 103, and corresponding mechanical and electronic components are controlled to execute operations or actions. The main program of the electronic control device 103 can be understood as a software operating system, a program interpretation executor or a program deduction executor, a special control program of the intelligent cargo box, and the like.
The same storage box only stores the same commodity, the commodities are placed in the storage box 102 from near to far away from the outlet hole in the quality guarantee period sequence, the same commodity of the same production batch, the same production date or the same quality guarantee date is marked by the same quality guarantee two-dimensional code, and the quality guarantee period information of the commodity is saved in the server; the server regularly checks whether the intelligent cargo box has commodities with expiration dates or not, and informs workers of relevant expiration information to process in time. It can be understood that the quality guarantee two-dimensional code is the two-dimensional code for marking the quality guarantee period, and in the technical scheme, the same storage box only stores the same commodity, and the keeping periods are arranged in sequence, so that the arrangement is favorable for recording and updating the data change of the intelligent cargo box, and the sequential execution of the replenishment operation and the delivery operation of workers is also favorable. And the staff can ensure the correctness of the data information updating of the intelligent cargo box when the replenishment operation and the delivery operation are carried out.
According to the technical scheme, due to the technical means that the same commodity has the same shelf life and the same two-dimensional code is adopted, compared with the prior art, the cost of marking each commodity by a large number of two-dimensional codes is saved, and the management of data information of the intelligent cargo box is simplified. And, newly-designed intelligent goods case is as functional module, and is rational in infrastructure, with reasonable costs, the commonality is good, strong adaptability, can be very convenient effectively with current unmanned vending machine increase the commodity shelf life and remind the function, has saved the cost of purchasing brand-new unmanned vending machine based on commodity shelf life.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the delivery assembly includes a film wheel 106 and a motor 107, the film wheel 106 being mounted on the floor of the storage case 102 on a side adjacent the exit aperture;
the motor 107 is capable of driving the film reel 106 in rotation under the control of the electronic control means 103, whereby the rotating film reel 106 is capable of delivering the product closest to the exit aperture out of the storage cassette 102.
The arrows shown in fig. 2 represent the order of the shelf life of the items in the storage case 102 from longer to shorter. The outlet opening is located in the left side of the drawing plane of fig. 2.
The delivery component with the configuration has simple structure and is easy to automatically control and operate.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the holding means comprises a first solenoid valve 104 and a second solenoid valve 105;
as shown in fig. 4, the first electromagnetic valve 104 includes a first electromagnetic valve plate 214, a first metal plate 224, a first spring 234, and a first electromagnetic coil 244;
when the first electromagnetic coil 244 is energized, the generated magnetic field can pull up the first metal plate 224;
as shown in fig. 5, the second solenoid valve 105 includes a second solenoid valve plate 215, a second metal plate 225, a second spring 235, and a second solenoid coil 245;
with the second electromagnetic coil 245 energized, the magnetic field generated can pull the second metal plate 225 down.
The first solenoid valve 104 and the second solenoid valve 105 of the holding member shown in fig. 1 are disposed or mounted on the top of the third drawer compartment 111 of the body 101 of the intelligent cargo box, and the corresponding storage box 102 in fig. 1 is not shown, in order to clearly show the positions of the first solenoid valve 104 and the second solenoid valve 105. It will be appreciated that the retaining member may also be provided at the side wall of drawer compartment 111, as long as the first and second valve plates 214 and 215 can easily enter or exit between the articles 109. Accordingly, the arrangement of the first solenoid valve 104 and the second solenoid valve 105 and the respective elements should be changed accordingly.
The holding member having the above configuration is simple in structure and easy to automatically control the operation.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the pushing member includes a pushing spring 151 and a pressing plate 152, a first end of the pushing spring 151 is connected to a rear side plate of the storage box 102 away from the exit hole, and a second end of the pushing spring 151 is connected to the pressing plate 152;
the resilient force of the biasing spring 151 can urge or otherwise tend to move the product 109 within the storage case 102 toward the exit aperture.
The pushing component with the configuration is simple in structure and easy to automatically control and operate.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the smart cargo box can perform a restocking operation as follows:
the staff applies for replenishment through the mobile terminal;
the server receives a replenishment application and detects the inventory of the intelligent cargo box;
is there a vacancy in the storage box 102 of the intelligent cargo box determined? If no vacancy exists, ending the replenishment operation;
if the vacancy exists, the server issues a replenishment instruction;
the storage box 102 of the intelligent cargo box is unlocked;
the staff member places a new article 109 into the empty space of the storage box 102;
after the merchandise 109 is replenished in place, the storage box 102 is locked;
the intelligent cargo box informs the server that the replenishment is successful;
and finishing the replenishment operation.
It is understood that the sending and receiving of the data, information and commands of the intelligent cargo box are all performed by the electronic control device 103 and its components, and the control flow diagram in fig. 7 shows the control logic of the replenishment operation more clearly.
It should be noted that the personnel supplementing the storage box 102 with new items places the items 109 in the storage box 102 in the order specified by the present invention based on the shelf life information provided by the shelf life two-dimensional code of the items and ensures that the same storage box 102 places the same items 109.
The mobile terminal is, for example, a smart phone, a tablet computer or a portable notebook computer and an APP program therein.

issuing an end command to the second solenoid valve 105 of the storage box 102, the second valve plate 215 of the second solenoid valve 105 of the storage box 102 being pulled up, the pushing member pushing all the commodities 109 forward;
sending the state of successful synchronization of the intelligent cargo box to the server;
the server updates the state of the intelligent cargo box;
and finishing the shipment operation.
It can be understood that the state that the intelligent cargo box is synchronized successfully means that the worker has successfully taken out the commodities according to the commodity types and the commodity quantity of the shipment application.
And the server updates the state of the intelligent cargo box, namely, the number of the commodities of the type is subtracted from the corresponding data record in the intelligent cargo box database, and the content of the intelligent cargo box database is kept consistent with the type and the data of the real commodities in the intelligent cargo box.
The control logic of the shipment operation is reasonable and easy to realize.
Advantageously, the intelligent cargo box is able to handle network failures as follows:
under the condition that the main program of the electronic control device 103 cannot be connected to the server through the WIFI module due to network abnormality, a worker can use a mobile terminal to connect the intelligent cargo box through the Bluetooth module to execute cargo discharging operation and/or cargo supplementing operation.
The design ensures that off-line transaction can be completed smoothly.
According to the invention, a preferable embodiment of the unmanned vending machine based on commodity shelf life comprises a storage cabinet and a vending cabinet, wherein the storage cabinet comprises the intelligent goods box. According to the design, the commodity shelf life reminding function can be conveniently added to the existing unmanned vending machine only by simply replacing the storage cabinet with the intelligent goods cabinet or integrating the intelligent goods cabinet into the storage cabinet.
According to a preferred embodiment of the unmanned vending system based on commodity shelf life, the unmanned vending system comprises a mobile terminal, the unmanned vending machine based on commodity shelf life and a cloud server, and the unmanned vending system can manage the shelf life of commodities according to the following management modes:
1) the method comprises the steps that a mobile terminal customizes coding rules of the same commodities with the same production batch, the same production date or the same quality guarantee date, the same commodities with the same quality guarantee date generate unique two-dimensional codes and quality guarantee periods, then the two-dimensional codes and the quality guarantee period information are input into a server, and then the server puts the two-dimensional codes and the quality guarantee period information into a warehouse;
2) when the commodity is sent to the unmanned vending machine from the warehouse, the mobile terminal updates the location of the commodity by scanning a bar code and inputting the address of the unmanned vending machine;
3) after the commodities arrive at the unmanned vending machine, the commodities are put into the intelligent goods boxes of the storage container in sequence; inputting, with the mobile terminal, a type and a corresponding quantity of the goods extracted from the intelligent cargo box of the storage container in a case where the goods are to be delivered from the intelligent cargo box of the storage container to the sales container;
4) after the intelligent goods box of the storage container receives the request, the commodities are automatically provided for workers according to the sequence from old to new in shelf life, and then the commodities are put on the sales container and supplied to consumers;
5) and the server runs a timing task, notifies the commodity which is about to expire in the warehouse to a warehouse manager every day, and notifies the information of the commodity which is about to expire in the sales counter to the staff of the unmanned vending machine.
It can be understood that the encoding technology of the two-dimensional code is the prior art, and the customized encoding rule of the invention is to encode the same two-dimensional code according to the commodities with the same type and the same shelf life.
The unmanned vending system of the invention achieves the technical benefit of commodity shelf life reminding.
Preferably, under the WIFI module can not connect the condition of server, the bluetooth module is activated, the consumer can with mobile terminal with the transaction of unmanned vending system off-line, the record of transaction can exist in the hard disk of PCBA electron mainboard, after the WIFI module reconnects to the server, upload the record of all local transactions of intelligence cargo box again.
The intelligent cargo box is provided with a local hard disk, so that transaction data can be stored off line, and the unmanned vending system is favorable for operating business uninterruptedly.

2. The smart cargo box based on shelf life of goods according to claim 1, wherein: the shipment component includes a film reel (106) and a motor (107), the film reel (106) being mounted on a floor of the storage case (102) on a side adjacent the exit aperture;
the motor (107) is capable of driving the film reel (106) to rotate under the control of the electronic control means (103), whereby the rotating film reel (106) is capable of advancing the article closest to the exit aperture out of the storage case (102).

the resilient force of the biasing spring (151) is capable of urging or tending to move the merchandise (109) within the storage box (102) in the direction of the exit aperture.
5. The smart cargo box based on shelf life of commodities as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the intelligent cargo box can execute replenishment operation according to the following modes:
the staff applies for replenishment through the mobile terminal;
the server receives a replenishment application and detects the inventory of the intelligent cargo box;
is there a vacancy in the storage box (102) of the intelligent cargo box determined? If no vacancy exists, ending the replenishment operation;
if the vacancy exists, the server issues a replenishment instruction;
the storage box (102) of the intelligent cargo box is unlocked;
