Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of heading machines, in particular to a supporting assembly and a heading machine behind a heading machine.
Background
At present, the heading machine is widely applied to heading of coal roadways and non-coal roadways and mining of metal ores and non-metal ores, and has the main advantages that: 1. mechanical excavation, which is different from the traditional blasting excavation mode and can realize mechanical excavation, remote control and automatic cutting; 2. the mining efficiency is high, the mechanical rock breaking, shoveling and transporting continuous mining process is adopted, and when the hardness f of ore rock is less than 8, the efficiency is 2 times that of blasting; 3. the safety is high, and the rock mass disturbance is little, and the section is regular, and the country rock is stable. When the heading machine goes into the well, changes the working surface and faces complex working conditions on site, the heading machine is easy to be trapped due to insufficient running power storage.
In order to solve the power problem of the development machine under the auxiliary working condition in the prior art, the auxiliary walking function is realized by arranging a second walking part for lifting the oil cylinder and arranging a telescopic oil cylinder on the rear body.
However, this arrangement has the following problems: a reduced version second travelling mechanism similar to the first travelling part is independently arranged, so that the self weight and the design cost of the equipment are greatly increased; although the independently arranged lifting travelling mechanism can meet the passing requirement, the lifting structure is realized by a guide plate and a slide block mechanism, and cannot bear larger circumferential force; a pair of telescopic oil cylinders is independently arranged on the rear body, and the oil cylinders extend out to provide disposable propelling force when the equipment is trapped. The technology can not continuously provide auxiliary power, increases the whole length of the equipment, is only effective to a specific terrain environment and has poor adaptability.
Therefore, how to obtain a heading machine with stable power reserve, simple structure and high adaptive strength becomes an urgent problem to be solved.

The auxiliary walking mechanism comprises a driving assembly, a second telescopic mechanism and a walking wheel, wherein the driving assembly is connected with the walking wheel and can drive the walking wheel to rotate so as to provide advancing power for the equipment. Meanwhile, the driving assembly is provided with a guide wheel, the rear support arm mechanism is provided with a guide rail, and the guide wheel is slidably arranged on the guide rail during installation, so that the guide rail can control the traveling direction of the guide wheel, and further the direction of the driving assembly is controlled. The second telescopic machanism is connected between drive assembly and back body frame to articulated with drive assembly and back body frame, in the use, drive assembly entering operating position can be controlled to the second telescopic machanism, make drive assembly can provide power for the entry driving machine, and when need not carry out work, the shrink of second telescopic machanism, pull back initial position with drive assembly, the leading wheel can stretch out or shrink at the second telescopic machanism, control drive assembly's direction of motion, make drive assembly can move along the guide rail. Compared with the prior art, the self weight of the equipment is reduced, and meanwhile the auxiliary walking mechanism can bear larger circumferential force. Meanwhile, the device is more flexible, and can continuously provide auxiliary power for the heading machine aiming at various terrains. Thereby solving the problem that the development machine is trapped due to insufficient power storage.
In actual use, supporting component is including two kinds of mode of support mode and supplementary walking mode behind the entry driving machine, back supporting arm mechanism stretches out when supporting the mode, for the entry driving machine provides the holding power, the second telescopic machanism can be according to stretching out that the operating condition of support mode corresponds, make drive assembly keep at the initial position that corresponds, the second butt structure on drive assembly upper portion can be in the non-state of leaning on with the first butt structure of back supporting arm mechanism at this moment, only at this moment have the leading wheel on the drive assembly and the guide rail on the back supporting arm mechanism to be connected. When supplementary walking mode, back supporting arm mechanism stretches out the back, the second telescopic machanism can be further stretch out on original basis, make drive assembly can reach operating position along the guide rail, at this moment drive assembly can provide power for the walking wheel, and then provide the power that advances for the entry driving machine, at this moment the second butt structure on drive assembly upper portion can be in with the first butt structure of back supporting arm mechanism and lean on the state, at this moment except that leading wheel on the drive assembly and the guide rail on the back supporting arm mechanism are connected, the second butt structure on drive assembly upper portion still supports with the first butt structure that sets up on the back supporting arm mechanism and leans on, even make the back supporting arm can receive the effort of being used on drive assembly. When the driving assembly is not needed to work, the driving assembly is firstly retracted to the initial position, and then the rear supporting arm mechanism is retracted. Meanwhile, the driving assembly and the rear support arm mechanism are separated from each other. Under the auxiliary walking mode, the second abutting structure on the upper portion of the driving assembly is abutted with the first abutting structure of the rear supporting arm mechanism. The acting force borne by the auxiliary travelling mechanism can reach the rear supporting arm mechanism, so that the auxiliary travelling mechanism does not need to bear the pressure generated by the whole heading machine due to gravity and the like, but transmits the pressure to the rear supporting arm, and the pressure born by the auxiliary travelling mechanism is transmitted to the rear supporting arm. Therefore, when the auxiliary travelling mechanism is arranged, the strength requirement of the auxiliary travelling mechanism is reduced, so that the structure of the auxiliary travelling mechanism can be simplified, and the overall cost of a product is reduced.
Further, the rear support arm mechanism includes: the first end of the rear supporting arm is rotatably connected with the rear body frame, and a guide rail is arranged on the rear supporting arm; first telescopic machanism, the one end and the back body frame of first telescopic machanism can be connected with rotating, and the other end of first telescopic machanism can be connected with rotating with the second end of back supporting arm, and wherein, when first telescopic machanism is flexible, can drive the rotation of back supporting arm to realize stretching out or retracting of back supporting arm.
